We came there by chance because the beer garden is within walking distance from the Hotel Cristal. That was very good because everything was perfect here. Friendly and attentive team, delicious beer from the Steinkrug, typical beer garden food. All of this at reasonable prices and in a great atmosphere. Absolute recommendation!

One of the most beautiful beer gardens

Disappointing experience – misleading information and poor hospitality Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience during our visit. Before we set off, we called the restaurant and specifically asked whether the kitchen was still open and whether we needed a reservation. The answer was a resounding “Yes, come by, you don’t need to make a reservation.” However, when we arrived on site, we were told that the kitchen was already closed - at 10 p.m., even though the restaurant is officially open until 1 a.m. We felt deceived by this contradictory information and got the impression that hospitality is not particularly important here. Overall, a very disappointing experience that will certainly not persuade us to visit this restaurant again. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I actually like the beer garden and the food (especially the snacks). However: when paying (we were there with a larger group) a beer felt suddenly appeared with 2 invoice items that we neither ordered nor consumed - we still had to pay for it because otherwise the waiter would have had to pay for it...very strange...?!

A real asset to the district, very nice atmosphere, Franconian cuisine, large beer list. Parking spaces are limited only in residential areas, better to come by bike or public transport.

Always delicious food and fairly priced. The staff is often very young, so they can sometimes be a bit nervous, but they are always friendly.

I wanted ketchup with my schnitzel because it was really dry. But the waitress said "that's not original Franconian" I DON'T CARE WHETHER THE ORIGINAL IS FRANGSIAN!!! If I want ketchup on my schnitzel, then I expect every sensible restaurant in the world to give me damn ketchup! And the price for a small flat plate of cheese spaetzle at €12 is simply outrageous.

Nice choice of beer and food although the beer is bottled and not drafted.

The last one....no system...no matter the service. Service too slow... The gentleman just runs around instead of helping... The service has a cheeky nose... you have to wait for drinks... That was the last time here... They should first come up with a plan about what to serve or do in this store

Top performance 👍 The "usher" with an East German dialect, on the other hand, is very unfriendly and unsympathetic. That doesn't fit into the overall picture at all. Other guests have confirmed this. Supposedly that's the boss... 🤷‍♂️

My wife and I have been going to the Landbierparadies here for many years, which is why I celebrated my birthday there. Super professional service. As always, the food and drink was TOP. Everything we previously discussed with the boss was implemented exactly the same way. At this point, many thanks again to the whole team 🤗👍🍻👌

Service was very friendly, Schäuferle was very mediocre, public viewing was a disaster for the European Championships. The umbrellas were so low that you couldn't see anything. Speakers just clipped the entire time. We went home at halftime. Not recommended🫡

Had my first smoked beer here, interesting taste. You have to get used to it, but it's not bad. The service was great, we kept asking if everything was okay and then recommended good beer.

The beer garden is nice and quiet for the comparatively central location. It is directly adjacent to a playground, making it a good location for families, but the play area is not directly visible. Food was great, as I often do in the beer garden, I had a cheese board, Obazda, Emmentaler, Limburger and Emmentaler, butter onions, good combination. Definitely in the top third of the cheese boards :), with great bread. In terms of price, it was also in the upper segment at 15.50. But the food for the children was fair, toilets with sauce are always possible. The beer selection offered everything that the name of the place promised, so it was great, 3.90 for half is also okay. Service was well organized, always available and friendly. By the way, the sign at the entrance explicitly says that you can bring your own food to the beer garden. As befits a beer garden. But where can you find that in the city today? So, definitely a tip and worth a visit.

I recently visited the Landbierparadies Nordost and had mixed experiences. The man in charge of the reservations was extremely rude, which was already a bad start. The shandy tasted more like beer with water, which was disappointing. The cheese platter was delicious, but there wasn't enough bread. However, there were also positive aspects: the country beer spritz cocktail was very tasty and the wait staff was very friendly overall. When something was spilled, they quickly brought a rag and wiped the table clean without being asked, which left a good impression. Unfortunately our plates were constantly being cleared away even though we hadn't finished, which was quite annoying. Another problem was that after a visit to the toilet, a glass of water was suddenly missing because it was cleared away half full. However, there was a very large and delicious beer selection, which was definitely one of the highlights of the visit. The schnitzel was also delicious, but there were no fries or ketchup with it. Finding food can be difficult, especially if you have children with you. When we arrived we were refused a better table, but after 30 minutes we were surprisingly seated at another table. Overall, the visit was mixed and I hope management addresses these criticisms to improve the experience for future guests.

Nice beer garden in a quiet residential area. Luckily it's not as crowded as other beer gardens in Nuremberg. There are numerous types of bottled beer and also a draft beer from different breweries. The food is cheap, maybe not premium quality, but affordable. Easy to reach by subway. Unfortunately, the beer garden opens relatively late on weekdays (4/5 p.m.). Especially on Fridays, the beer garden could open 1 or 2 hours earlier to be employee-friendly. Otherwise everything is fine.

Love to go to the north-east country beer paradise. We were served in a friendly and friendly manner. Service staff top. Location very cozy and beautiful. I ordered a large salad. First time. This contained some pieces of tomatoes, cucumbers and radishes. The rest was a simple green salad. In large quantities. There was exactly one slice of bread. So no bread basket like in other locations. I ordered another slice. This was (unbelievable but true) charged at an extra 80 cents. So salad for just under 9 euros (net value maximum 2 euros) and then charging extra for the bread is somehow not possible. Was very disappointed. The waitress didn't ask when clearing up if everything was okay. Otherwise I could have told her right away that the salad wasn't a hit.

Were there for a European Championship game. Unfortunately, at least not recommended for this. Service slow. Food was forgotten and we only had our food after an hour and a half. Drinks were constantly forgotten or the wrong ones arrived. At some point we took the wrong ones to get anything at all. Food bad, cold, roulades dried out and hardly any sauce. The final bill wasn't correct either, but at the expense of the country beer paradise, as we found out the next day. Ambience is nice though. If the food is better on a normal day, definitely more recommended on a normal day.

We wanted to watch the European Championship game in your beer garden yesterday. Unfortunately all tables were reserved and we had to return home. A little tip: A note on the homepage or an announcement on the answering machine that there are no more tables available would have been helpful. Then we wouldn't have set off in the first place...

Were there with 8 adults and 8 children for the Germany game. Great place, excellent service from the entire staff...head waiter has organized his team very well...no waiting times for drinks...flexible if, for once, something goes wrong. Fully recommended

Celebrated my 50th with my colleagues. Service was top. Everything was well prepared according to my wishes. However, if a Schäufele is on the table just 3 minutes after ordering, I find it very borderline. But it seems to have tasted good...the plate was empty. All in all, it was a great evening. Many thanks to the whole team. 👍

The country beer paradise is always worth a visit. Really good, handmade food at fair prices. There is a great beer selection. Unfortunately, the bottled beer, especially the dark one, is far too cold and therefore tastes dead. The draft beer has a much more pleasant drinking temperature. My recommendation: first order a beer from the tap and then another from the bottle. After 20-30 minutes it will be drinkable.

It was a nice evening, super nice staff, food was delicious, ambience was unbeatable anyway.. It was just a shame that there was only one person in the kitchen and there were therefore delays. You almost wanted to help with the washing up...😇

Food was okay, not really good compared to other places nearby, i ordered schnitzel, they didn’t have any ketchup not did they serve mayonnaise. The portion was quite small so i left hungry. They have a big variety of beers for a competitive price which was fair. The service although was terrible. Very rude staff, sometimes they left without response, we waited for 20 minutes till the server took our order. Atmosphere was nice, outside sitting was pleasant.

What's going on here? No organization, we had to wait an hour for a snack plate, other guests were up by then Confessed and left. The cook has to leave his kitchen and serve his own food, you also have to wait 3/4 hour for a beer because there is no bar in the garden and everything is sold from the restaurant, we are happy when our Chris and his wife are back

Die Gastätte lädt zur Einkehr ein. Urgemütlich ist es.. Verschiedene Biere und Schnäpse werden gereicht. Die Speisekarte hat für jeden etwas. Gute Hausmannskost und fränkische Spezialitäten.. Einfach sehr lecker und absolut empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist freundlich ud schnell.. Preis leisten sind absolut on top. Die Portionen sind reichlich.

Leckere Schäuferle und frisch gezapftes Bier zu fairen Preisen. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen.

Top Location, auch für kleine Feiern. Der Spielplatz mit Wiese ermöglicht auch für Kinder eine kurzweilige Zeit. Man kann auch Fässchen ordern. Die Gruppentische sind dafür gut geeignet und garantieren ein gemütliches Beisammensein. Verschattung und Beleuchtung sorgen für ein entsprechend gemütliches Ambiente. Das Team ist auf Zack und Megafreundlich. Gerne wieder.

Gut bürgerliches Essen und dazu ein kühles Bier.

Lecker Essen und Trinken. Der Service steht dem nicht nach. Immer wieder ein perfekter Ort um das eigene Wohnzimmer zu verlassen und in angenehmer Atmosphäre ein Bierchen vom Fass zu genießen.

Essen war lecker, auch wenn wir relativ lange warten mussten bis es da war. Die Bänke könnten definitiv bequemer, aber das Personal ist eigentlich recht nett.

Osteria tipica tedesca. Rustica. Forse troppo. Meglio l interno il lato esterno con tavoli e sedie da fiera non fa x me. Cobo buono prezzi onestissimi.
