A very nice and stylish location with an industrial design and its own brewery. The food and drinks were good. Service was quite fast and friendly, even though it was quite busy when we arrived. Attractive menu. Good value for money. Definitely a recommendation and more than worth a visit.

We definitely needed something to eat before our return trip to Hamburg, and it was really good at Bruderherz. Super friendly service and what a delicious Schäuferle (small pork shoulder). Everything was perfect.

The food was excellent and served quickly, and the price was good. The staff was very prompt and friendly. It's beautifully located in downtown Nuremberg, about 10 minutes from the train station.

Visited the establishment with my wife and kid (3 years) for dinner. The beer was mediocre, wine bad and the food didin't arrive during the hour we were waiting. we asked about it several times and sense we had a hungry 3 year old we left. We were told we would be treated to a coffee if we wait....

This was my first time to this nice brewery and it did not disappoint. Their “haus bier” is on point, very tasty and smooth. Their food was delicious too. I highly recommend this brewery to anyone who enjoys a great beer and food. Also, their wait staff were very friendly.

I especially liked that vegetarians are catered for too: The menu is varied, creative, and much more than just a "side salad." I had a homemade kohlrabi schnitzel... simply divine😋! My companion (a meat lover) was also very satisfied with his dish. What made the visit special was the service: The waitresses were attentive, warm, and genuinely interested in making us feel comfortable. We never felt like we were just "a number"—the team puts a lot of heart and soul into creating a pleasant atmosphere. Superb 👍🏼

Wir waren während eines Kurzurlaubs in Nürnberg im Bruderherz – und was sollen wir sagen: einfach top! Super leckeres Essen, hervorragendes Bier und eine richtig entspannte Atmosphäre. Obwohl das Bruderherz erst vor Kurzem eröffnet hat, lief alles wie am Schnürchen: Das Team wirkt total eingespielt, herzlich und professionell. Die Chefin war super aufmerksam und sympathisch, hinter der Bar ein echter Könner – da merkt man, dass alle mit Leidenschaft dabei sind. Die Location ist modern und richtig stilvoll gestaltet, mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir haben dort lange gesessen, gelacht, gegessen und getrunken, und es fiel uns ehrlich gesagt schwer, am Ende die Tür hinter uns zuzumachen. Wir können das Bruderherz absolut weiterempfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

After seeing this restaurant on my local, your local, I really wanted to visit. We were there for business and wanted to enjoy our Christmas dinner. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. Neither online nor during the reservation was it mentioned that they would NOT have the full menu. Unfortunately, the dishes on the shortened menu weren't exactly great. And for us vegans, there was only one salad on the menu. After asking if they could possibly make us something vegan, we received the dish shown in the picture. Unfortunately, it wasn't particularly tasty, and for €17, it's just a complete rip-off. My colleagues weren't impressed with the food either, and everyone received completely different portion sizes for the same dishes. Service? Out of place! Completely unfriendly from the moment we entered the restaurant. Drinks weren't brought for half an hour, and unfortunately, they arrived without carbonation. The service was very rude and often yelled at us. Occasionally, she was friendly when she realized she was behaving completely wrong. Thank you so much for ruining a Christmas party! Never again, Bruderherz – the food doesn't taste good + no service + exorbitant prices!!! How can you survive in today's situation?

Disappointing. As a group of five with a reservation, we were surprised by the different menu. On arrival, we were told that they were about to renovate, which is why the menu was so small. Can't you mention that when making a reservation? None of the dishes from the online menu were available, except for classics like schnitzel and schäufeele. My friend had planned his birthday here. The house-brewed beer isn't worth mentioning; the beer everyone knows tasted a thousand times better! My 0.3 Mezzo Mix came in a glass, stale. No fizz, and cloyingly sweet. Everyone knows what the last sips from a bottle taste like. I should have preferred the Coke, because the people sitting next to me served it in 0.3-liter bottles for you to pour yourself! The food was terrible! Neither of them liked the Schäufeele (pork shoulder); the sauce was very thickened, as if it had been left standing and reheated, and it had no flavor. The dumplings and meat were also not tasty. The dumplings looked like they came from a pre-packaged package, and the Schäufeele meat tasted rancid. The full plate was cleared away, and they commented, "I hope you enjoyed it." How can you ask something like that when you see that the plates are being picked up again? My colleagues' cheese spaetzle, meatballs, and goulash weren't particularly tasty either. We decided to skip dessert. Not recommended if you want to try beer and food from Franconia/Bavaria/Germany. Too bad, unfortunately, we won't be returning. We were actually looking forward to it.

Bruderherz Brauwerkstatt is conveniently located. The beer was inexpensive and well-crafted. The food was mediocre. The Schäufele (shoulder of pork) and the cabbage rolls came with the same ready-made sauce. In a brewery restaurant, it shouldn't happen that you have to wait longer for the beer than for the food (28 minutes). We also had to wait a very long time when we wanted to pay. It's a shame when you spend more time waiting than eating and drinking. The shortage of skilled workers seems to have taken its toll here.

Good food with friendly service, nice to sit outside in summer

Delicious food, vegan options clearly marked, friendly service. The wait to get an unreserved seat was a little longer, but it was also busy. Service at the place was good.

The service is extremely slow, and food is forgotten. When ordering, you have to hope someone comes or clears the table. The icing on the cake was the rat at the hotel entrance.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service staff was a bit overwhelmed because many of them were apparently sick, but they still tried very hard.

Great service, Jan is incredibly friendly and on the ball! There were three of us and we ate really well. Schnitzel, Schäufele and Backhändl. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Bruderherz! ☺️🙏

Nice hotel, but I was totally disappointed that when we arrived we were told that the breakfast employee was sick and that there was therefore no breakfast. I don't think that works......

We are very disappointed, we have been guests in the hotel 3 times and in the restaurant 1 time and are really satisfied. Now I wanted to book my birthday meal in the restaurant for 25 guests on Easter Monday at lunchtime. On the phone I was told it was closed on Mondays, but there was still a meeting going on about whether the holiday should be an "open day". I was asked to send an email about the request.... That was in the first week of January, I didn't get an answer. On February 17th We then drove to nbg (60 km) and went to Bruderherz. When we asked why we didn't get any response, the employee in the restaurant said: "We're always open on Mondays, Sunday is a day off." Bingo, he went into the booking system, got 25 People were booked in, we noted down our desired seating, our contact details were taken and we were told: I would forward it to the restaurant manager, they would receive a confirmation with the menu to pre-select for 25 guests. Mmh, nothing happened... But finally on March 6th. The message... After weeks of consideration, our reservation could not be confirmed. Dear brother, what is 25 guests for 2 hours for lunch. I rate the restaurant not the hotel. Hotel: Mr. Roudrieges always did a great job with the hotel booking and check-in on 3 bookings made by us, with our grandchildren or with the family (10 people). Thanks for that.

The food is an inedible disaster, I've rarely had such bad roast pork. Had to leave half left and hungry. The service is absolutely haphazard, after we waited almost half an hour for an espresso and the bill, the waitress arrived and said: "And the same for you?" and when we explained it to her, all she said was: "Oh, then the coffee was for you!" One of the waiters is constantly cutting baguette which is then served as farmer's bread. Sorry, but the great city center location doesn't make up for that! Never again!!!

In spite of the poor reviews - we have had positive experiences at Bruderherz on two different occasions, once two years ago and once this past week. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food both times. Service was very good. On the latest visit we stopped in during the day to make a reservation for seating at the the bar for that evening and there was no problem. When we arrived they asked if we prefer a table as one was available and we took that option. Our only disappointment was that they no longer have a chicken breast schnitzel on the menu. However, we ordered other main courses which were very good, Service was attentive. Overall an enjoyable evening.

A nice restaurant, good beer but I had no luck with the Schäufele. The crust was partly tough and partly burnt. Meat tasted bland and wasn't as tender as it should be.

We had dinner here last night when we ordered the drinks it took 15 minutes and one was even forgotten, the food wasn't very tasty and the staff just threw the beer mats on the table

Beer good. Service not good. Too few staff overwhelmed. Waiting time for beer order 25 minutes. Some unfriendly. Eat medium moderately. The same ready-made sauce for Schäuferle and cabbage wraps. Long waiting time for the food. Then a very long time until payment.

This restaurant is a complete disaster. We were there with a group, the food came an hour and a half after ordering, some drinks didn't come at all, the boss, as he called himself, is completely incapable of criticism and can't be helped, spinach dumplings there are bread dumplings on normal spinach. Went home hungry at 9:30 p.m. Not recommended the way it is currently going!!!

Menu was terribly small, staff wasn't friendly but we waited 1.5 hours for our drink. Portions were outrageously small and varied in size. Location is quite nice.

Ordered a beer. After 20 minutes, despite the reminder, it still wasn't there. There wasn't much going on at all. Then I left. Really lame.

The food is very tasty, although a little expensive. The hammer comes at the end! If you, like me, can't manage your portions or would like to take something home with you, it will promptly be 20!!! EURO deposit? Required for the To Go box. Are you crazy? That's more than I paid for my meal plus cocktail (which was very good). Now 5 meters away at Burgerheart I got 2 paper togo boxes, the waitress didn't want the euro from me either and it was packed that evening ;)

On February 17th, 2024 for dinner with friends. Service sleepy, unmotivated and with an expression on his face that made you think he was going to the basement to laugh. Couldn't give any info about ingredients or offerings. I didn't remember any of the few dishes that were available, let alone the prices. About the food: Any canteen food is better. The sauce was a ready-made sauce from the supermarket, mixed with what felt like half a liter of oil (a friend felt so sick afterwards that she had to vomit. Fried potatoes (2 spoonfuls) were also floating in oil and were overloaded with red onions. The roast Apparently it was just thrown into a pan for half a minute, raw and tough like rubber. And they charged 26 euros for this lousy meal! I won't be going to this "restaurant" again and I definitely can't recommend it!

We were on site on February 17, 2024. The middle urinal in the men's toilet has apparently been overflowing for a while. Half of the floor was covered in a water/urine mixture with a disgusting smell. It was only possible to reach the other urinals by walking through them. The first tip was dismissed by the brunette waitress with the statement “I’ll take care of it”. After half an hour nothing had been sorted out or cleaned. The same service person answered the second clue with “The boss isn’t there!” Brother, never again!!!

Reserved for 30 people on a Friday evening, vegan dish and wiener schnitzel were already out, liver cheese was not available 1.5 hours after ordering.

The rating only applies to the hotel, not the restaurant: Unfortunately, absolutely not convincing. The rooms are sparse and poorly furnished, you don't really feel comfortable. In addition, the reception is never manned and you have to do everything through the restaurant, which is hardly possible since you have enough to do with day-to-day business. For €80 per night, it was really well below my expectations.

Never again! On Saturday at 7 p.m. we went to dinner as a group with a reservation. A lot went wrong. 40 minutes from taking a seat to receiving the first drink (0.5l water). Disastrous service! We were a group of 12 people and had reserved in advance for Saturday at 7 p.m. I was all the more surprised that there was hardly any staff there on a Saturday evening, when there was also a toy fair. Of course, this inevitably led to longer waiting times when ordering and getting the drinks. I had ordered Radler, which was as good as dead. No more foam and no more carbonation. It can happen sometimes, but the second one was the same. When we wanted to order food, we were told during the ordering process what was no longer available. So they decided on other dishes, which were also canceled after 20 minutes because they were no longer in stock. If you know, due to reservations, you have to be able to offer basics like a schnitzel. Unfortunately, no alternative was offered. At times it got to the point where we had to calm down the waiter because he was visibly overwhelmed by the whole situation and kept pointing out that the boss needed to hire more staff. Personally, I was there for the second time, and the second time was even more disappointing than the first time, when we had to wait a long time and the waitress spilled the wine down my pants. There was no compensation from the house back then. As far as I'm concerned, that was the second and definitely the last time I was there.

We were in Nuremberg for work during the toy fair. The hotel, restaurant and service were absolutely top and professional. Super friendly and extremely flexible. I would give a sixth star if I could. ⭐

Schäuferle was so dry that you couldn't even get all the meat off the bone and you had a mess because it was so tough. Excuse from the chef and waitress: “All the other Schäuferle were juicy” Exactly…. So me and two of my friends just happened to get the three that weren't juicy??? Thanks for nothing, I would have preferred to give money to a homeless person.

Very nice modern atmosphere with Franconian food. Absolutely fair price and excellent beer.

It was my first time eating with my family at the Bruderherz Restaurant and this has nothing to do with my Bruderherz! First we had to wait for our RESERVED table, then it took forever until the order was placed and finally we waited a whole hour for our food. Schnitzel was ok, but this salad!!! Terrible!!! They actually serve chopped salad from the bag and the potato salad from the ready-made jar! Tastes like cardboard! A dish was brought incorrectly even though an intolerance was pointed out, then the food came without cutlery and last but not least we were presented with the bill from another table! I've never experienced anything like this in a restaurant! Once and never again!

I was only here for dinner, not at the hotel. The food was very good! Classic Franconian cuisine with a special twist. Unfortunately, the home-made beer was out that evening. Attention: there is nothing vegan and the vegetarian selection is also very limited.

Without a reservation, we only got a mini table and had a long wait before we were even served. But then it happened quickly that beer and food were there. It tasted excellent and overall we were very satisfied.

I made a reservation online for Friday afternoon January 5, 2023 and received a booking confirmation and even a reservation reminder. Then we stood in front of closed doors and by chance I discovered an employee. He told me that the restaurant was closed at lunchtime and would only open in the afternoon because they had been on holiday until now. He's sorry, there's nothing he can do about it. Um 20.20 Uhr haben wir nichts mehr zu essen bekommen zu unserem Bier. Der Service war bemüht freundlich, wirkte aber unmotiviert und genervt. Es fehle Küchenpersonal wurde uns gesagt. Wir verstehen, dass das wie überall schwer erträglich für das vorhandene Personal ist. Dennoch hätten wir als Gäste mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Entgegenkommen erwartet.

Enttäuschend. Erwartet: authentische fränkische Küche, geschmacklich gut. Bekommen: eher Kantinenqualität, lieblos, Soße übersalzen, Fleisch zäh. Waren zu 8., ging und allen so. Service bemüht. Erlebnis insgesamt: kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Wanted to try authentic German and this restaurant food is very nice. The staff were so friendly and cute. The house brewer beer and cocktails were good. We had a starter which was very tasty. The bread was nice and the cheese and ham were also great I had the sous vide roast beef as my main, it was cood perfect and goes well with the sauce and fried onions. The only complaint I have is my friend got the steak fries while I got the normal fries. My fries was crispy but a bit stall, taste wise was ok. The desserts were not so sweet and was good. The portions were all very generous and we really had a nice evening. Would highly recommend eating here if you're in Nuremberg.

Gutes Bier. Sehr gutes Essen auf hochwertigem Porzellan. Dem Ambiente gebe ich auch die volle Punktzahl. Der Service war gut, es ginge aber etwas professioneller. Eine Empfehlung!!!

Ich bin noch nie in einem Wirtshaus verdurstet…hier haben sie es fast geschafft. Waren mit 15 Leuten dort und warteten im Schnitt 1-1,5h bis mal ein Kellner kam. Esser war gut, aber wenn ich danach ewig auf meine Getränke warte relativisiert sich das auch wieder.

Wir waren am Freitag Abend 19 Uhr im Restaurant essen. Die Reservierung per Mail im September für 10 Personen lief einwandfrei. Innerhalb 2 Tagen hatte ich die Bestätigung. Als wir am Freitag dort ankamen,merkte man schon,damit das Servicepersonal etwas gestresst war. Wir bekamen dann 4 kleine Bistrotische zugeteilt,mit der Aussage,damit sie etwas improvisieren mussten. Dies wäre für uns kein Problem gewesen,wenn wir spontan einen Tisch gebraucht oder wir nur etwas getrunken hätten. Da wir aber rechtzeitig reserviert hatten,beanstandeten wir dies. Kurze Zeit später kam der Chef persönlich und konterte unsere Bitte an „normalen“ Tischen zu speisen mit „dies seien auch normale Tische“ in einem etwas unfreundlichen Ton. Daraufhin wurden wir an einen großen Tisch gebeten im 1. Stock. Hier saßen wir dann 20 Minuten ohne Beachtung bis der Chef wieder vorbeikam und wir nach Getränken gefragt hatten. Auch dies war ihm wohl nicht so recht,schickte uns aber eine Servicekraft. Hier hatten wir schon gemerkt,damit sie unterbesetzt sind und das Lokal, komplett ausgebucht, nicht bewältigen konnten. Um 19.50 Uhr hatten wir dann endlich unsere Getränke,wobei 2 Suppen vorweg kamen. Als wir erwähnten,dass die Getränke auch schön gewesen wären, sagte der Chef persönlich,die Suppe könnte man auch trinken. Mein Weinglas hatte Ränder,ich allerdings keinen Nerv mehr wieder etwas zu sagen. Das Essen,welches wir direkt mit den Getränken aufgaben, kam dann auf Etappen um 20.20 Uhr,wobei ein Gericht erst nach Nachfrage kam, auch wieder beim Chef persönlich beanstandet,der seine Freude an uns sichtlich bemerkbar gemacht hat. Ein Lob jedoch an die Küche, uns allen hat es gut geschmeckt und das nicht nur,weil wir Hunger hatten. Hierbei blieb es dann aber auch,keine 2. Runde Getränke oder Kaffee und Nachtisch. Keine Beachtung mehr und somit dann auch keine weiteren Pluspunkte. Als wir bezahlt haben,hat uns die Servicekraft etwas aufgeklärt und uns den Personalmangel geschildert und sich mehrmals entschuldigt. Ihm war dies alles auch sehr unangenehm,konnte aber nicht mehr wie rennen und hoffen,dass alles irgendwie glatt läuft. Die schlechte Besetzung liegt definitiv auch an dem miserablen Chef und seiner doch sehr eigenen Art und Weise. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Tolles Hotel, Durchschnittliche Küche, mäßiger Service Zum Hotel und Standort gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, der Service im Restaurant war auf Grund von viel zu Wenigen Mittarbeitern unterirdisch. die paar die Dort waren kamen einfach nicht hinter her. Des Frühstück am nächsten morgen völlig unorganisiert. nach 20 min gab es dann mal einen Kaffee, Die gute Frau war nett wusste aber überhaupt nicht was sie tun sollte, kommunizierte dies auch so. Filterkaffee konnte sie, jedoch mehr war nicht drin.

Ein sehr einladendes Lokal mit schönen Ambiente. Das Hausbier ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten das Schäufele, die Ente und eine Leberknödelsuppe. Alles war sehr lecker. Nur mussten wir unglaublich lange auf die Getränke und das Essen warten. An dem Tag war nur eine Bedienung da und der Koch war auch alleine. Sie haben ihr bestes gegeben doch leider war das schier unmöglich dem gerecht zu werden. Trotz allem würden wir dieses Lokal immer weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen dort. Naja zum Mittagessen auf einem Freitag und die Karte war relativ klein. Eigentlich nicht schlecht, dann ist man spezialisiert auf das was man anbietet. Wenn das, was man anbietet jetzt noch verfügbar wäre, wäre es noch besser. Gefühlt hatte man die Auswahl aus drei Gerichten. Bratkartoffeln waren zb. nicht möglich. Aber Kartoffelsalat? Ergo ist das ein gekaufter fertig Salat. Naja so hat er auch geschmeckt. Schnitzel war trocken. Leberkäse war in Ordnung, hat aber tatsächlich in Fürth im Stadion besser geschmeckt. Wir kommen vermutlich nicht nochmal. Service war freundlich. Preislich naja.

Essen war leider enttäuschend und die Portionsgröße des Schweinebratens sehr klein. Ansonsten war alles gut. Wenn es nur ums Essen geht würde ich woanders hingehen

Unfreundliche und Überforderte Bedienung. Essen hat 2 Std gedauert. Preisleistung sehr schlecht. Location sehr schön. Bier ok aber auch zu teuer. Kein Besuch wert.

В ресторане без резервации лучше не приходить, даже если просто хотите выпить пиво. Без резервации, если повезёт, у вас будет час или полтора времени, но быстрее обслуживать вас не станут. Первые минут 10-15 к вам никто не будет подходить, даже если попытаетесь обратиться. И сначала возьмут заказ только на напитки и быстро исчезнут в суматохе работы. Карта с едой распечатка на обычной бумаге, выглядит для такого заведения не очень презентабельно. Ещё минут через 15 спросят о еде. Может с резервацией будет лучше, но проверять после такого опыта уже не хотелось.

Trotz hoher Auslastung super Service und sehr freundlich. Schon zum zweiten Mal hier, immer wieder ein toller Anlaufpunkt in Nürnberg. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Freundliche Bedienungen, lecker Bier und ansprechendes Ambiente

Ich war von Montag auf Dienstag dort. Ich kam viel zu früh an, die Dame am Empfang hat sofort geschaut, ob trotzdem bereits ein Zimmer frei ist. Ich wurde dort bestens umsorgt. Noch ein Wort zum Restaurant: An einem Montagabend komplett supervoll. Der Service musste kämpfen und war sehr bemüht. Unfassbar, wie hart die dort arbeiten. Großer Respekt. Ich hatte das Schniztel Wiener Art, eine Riesenportion zu einem viel zu günstigem Preis. Das müsste man vielleicht mal überdenken.

Only experience restaurant! Two thoughts: I had a nice ‘Schäufele’ that was missing a bit salt. And I was wondering how a restaurant in a tourist city like Nürnberg not could have a menu in English language? I am living in CPH and fortunate having German as mother tongue, however all other customers arriving after me requesting English menus were left disappointed.

Cool eingerichteter Laden mit guter Bierauswahl bzw. Selbstgebrautem und kräftigen Käsespätzle. Der Service ist auch ziemlich auf Zack.

Sehr nettes Personal und guter Service. Ausserdem gibt es ein sehr gutes selbstgebrautes Bier.

Gutes traditionelles fränkisches Lokal mit guter Küche, schöner Einrichtung und nettem Personal. Eine eigene Brauerei gibt es auch. Das Bier ist wirklich lecker. Die Terrasse davor ist echt gut. Sehen und gesehen werden

Wir waren gestern zum Magic Dinner (10ter) hier. Und ich muss sagen, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen zur Show hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Show fand bei uns im kleinen Rahmen statt ( nur ca. 20 Leutchen), was jetzt nicht schlecht für die Zuschauer war. Es war sehr unterhaltsam und vor allem kurzweilig. Die 3 Stunden vergingen wie im Flug. 😘 Vielen Dank an alle.

Nach mehreren Besuchen mit leckerem Essen war ich letzte Woche mit einer Freundin nochmal im Lokal. Ich hatte den Zwiebelrostbraten bestellt, bekommen habe ich ein zähes Hüftsteak mit Röstzwiebeln in einer überzuckerten Sauce. Soweit kein Drama, nur hatte ich danach ein doch recht nettes Mail geschrieben und mich über den Etikettenschwindel beschwert. Man sah es nicht für nötig an darauf zu antworten. Ein kleines Sorry oder ein Freibier hätte mich schon zufrieden gestellt, aber diese Ignoranz geht gar nicht. Nachtrag: man hat sich heute bei mir gemeldet und ein Bier ausgegeben, Danke, somit die Sternchen erhöht. Der Biergutschein wurde mittlerweilen eingelöst und das Essen dazu war bestens, wie sonst auch.

Gutes Essen, aber kleine Portionen.

Über einen Hinweis auf den Partyclub Wand an Wand wären wir dankbar gewesen. Wir sind sicherlich keine "Kinder von Traurigkeit", aber das Turntable inkl. Bassboost hatten wir nicht gebucht. Des Weiteren keine zielführende Kommunikation im Haus (Belegschaft überfordert?). Empfehlenswert ausschließlich für Jungesellenabschiede etc. Sonst ist es eine tolle Lokation in der Stadt, mit Potential. Allerdings bei mehr Aufmerksamkeit und entsprechender Wertschätzung der Belegschaft, seitens der Inhaber.

Eine schöne Gastwirtschaft mit netter Bedienung.

Nach längerer Zeit kehrten wir hier am frühen Abend ein. Es war wenig los, dennoch dauerte es eine ganze Weile, bis wir bemerkt wurden. Zwei Bier bestellt und den laut Karte aus Stadtwurst hergestellten Wurstsalat. Biere kamen, mit dem Wurstsalat dauerte es. Aber gut, das Bier schmeckt. Dann kam der recht kleine Salat mit viel großen Zwiebeln. Schnell wurde klar, dass hier statt der Stadtwurst Leberkäse in Streifen geschnitten wurde. Nicht das, was erwartet bzw. auch auf der Karte steht. Und anders schmeckt. Auf Nachfrage sagte der freundliche Kellner, ach so, ja, da wurde die Karte nicht geändert. Warum wird dies nicht beim Bestellen oder Servieren angemerkt? Sofort bot er als Entgegenkommen an: Die Biere aufs Haus. Na, das ist nett. Beim Bezahlen, man ahnt es, es kam eine neue Servicekraft, die alles abrechnen wollte. Aufgrund kurzen Hinweises aber sofort die Rechnung reduzierte. Alles in allem macht es hier einen nicht professionellen Eindruck und leider kann man nicht wegen des Essens hier einkehren. Aufgrund der freundlichen Bedienungen ein befriedigend als Gesamtwertung.

Absolut unterirdisch. Wenn wir könnten, würden wir keinen Stern vergeben! Wir wurden von der Bedienung durchweg ignoriert. Aufnahme unserer Bestellung war äußerst widerwillig. Keine durchgehend warme Küche, wie wir später feststellen durften. Nach 40 Minuten Wartezeit und nur auf Nachfrage, auf unsere bestellten kleinen Salatteller ....kam die Antwort "Die Küche hat es vergessen und die Küche ist jetzt geschlossen" Nicht zu empfehlen

Super leckeres Essen. Sehr faire Preise. Tolles und sehr freundliches Personal. Super Hausbier. Würden jedem hier einen Besuch empfehlen

Eine Bratwurstsemnel(chillibratwurst/rosmarinsemmel) für: 13(!) €...? Salatmarinade war kaum zu schmecken. Unhöflicher (betrunken/bekifft?) Service. Völlig überteuert.

WE never been ignored in restaurant before like in this one. Waiters had nothing on their hands to do but didn’t come to ask us what we want the whole 15 minutes. It was a horrible experience.

Great location right in the city center. The food and beer were excellent. The service was very good as well.

Biere schwach Bierprobierbrett ohne Zuordnung und als Craftbeerfreund enttäuschend Essen geschmacklich gut , wer aber Brauhaus typische Portionen sucht ist hier falsch eher Schickimicki Portionen Werden wir nicht mehr besuchen !!!

Schwankende Qualität der Speisen Wir gingen regelmäßig ins Bruderherz zum Essen, dabei ist uns leider aufgefallen, dass verstärkt in der letzten Zeit die Qualität der Speisen sehr stark schwankt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war schon immer für die angebotenen recht kleinen Portionsgrößen recht ambitioniert, zumal wenn man bedenkt, dass bei den meisten Speisen keine zusätzlichen Beilagen beinhaltet sind. Ich persönlich würde mir wünschen, anstatt der teilweisen sehr speziellen Speisekombinationen mehr auf gleichbleibende (geschmackliche) Qualität zu setzen. Leider weichen aber schon an einem Tisch bei drei gleichen Gerichten die Portionsgrößen, Qualität und Konsistenz stark voneinander ab. Das eine Schäufele war meiner Meinung nach zum Beispiel total verkocht und viel zu weich, andere zu hart und nicht wirklich knusprig. Die Portionsgröße der Ravioli war als Hauptgericht viel zu klein. Der Zwiebelrostbraten war leider, wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Sous Vide Garmethode, komplett kalt und die Soße sehr salzig. Insgesamt würde ich mir wünschen, dass entsprechend zu den teilweise ambitionierten Preisen der Speisen, die Qualität und Portionsgrößen zukünftig verbessert werden… … und vielleicht würde eine kleine zusätzliche (Gemüse-)Beilage auch niemandem schaden. Als Resume würde ich sagen, dass man gut auf ein Bier ins Bruderherz gehen kann. Essen würde ich aber zukünftig eher in einem anderen Restaurant.

Modernes Wirtshaus mit traditionellem Essen. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, obwohl das Lokal voll war war es nicht laut. Service ist sehr freundlich, hätte aber etwas schneller mit dem aufnehmen der Bestellung sein können. Das Essen war sehr lecker und gut. Preislich würde ich sagen ist es ok, vielleicht etwas höher angesetzt aber bei der aktuellen Lage schwer einzuschätzen.

Had to flag down someone agter waiting for 15 minutes. Placed entire dinner order immediately. One hour and 10 minutes later our beer glasses are empty and we still haven’t received our food.

Average food, poor service and overall very frustrating experience: they simply "forgot" our order and mains which we had to wait for for 1h20, mixed orders and couldn't coordinate the drinks. Don't recommend!

The food was OK, however the service was terrible. We first waited almost 15min for someone to approach us and to ask us what do we want to order. When we wanted to go, we needed to wait another 10min for someone to bring us...
