Bratwürste waren leider hart.....Sauerkraut OK ! Schäufele war gut ! Bedienung war ein wenig Chaos obwohl genug da waren..... neue Gäste neben mir sind 4 wieder gegangen weil nicht bedient worden nach 10-15 Min....da sollt Röslein mal nachsteuern! Denn das man sich erst mal Anmelden muss das man bedient wird ist in DE eigentlich nicht üblich.

Vale la pena solo se volete i famosi nurnberger bratwurst, altrimenti lasciate perdere... servizio scarso, camerieri poco professionali e leeeeeeenti.

Ristorante in zona centrale con buona birra ma le cose positive finiscono qua. Abbiamo mangiato del tacchino ai ferri non memorabile mentre mio marito ha preso lo stinco che, essendo cotto con la cotenna, è bello da vedere ma all’interno è praticamente crudo. I camerieri sono naif nel senso che non è che siano molto attenti ai clienti e inoltre a volte si dimenticano le cose. Il vero dramma di questo biergarten è la presenza massiccia di mosche e api che rendono l’esperienza di mangiare molto impegnativa nel senso che ti devi impegnare tanto per tenere lontano gli insetti con scarsi risultati. Da evitare, a Norimberga ci sono altri ristoranti decisamente migliori.

Wir kamen dort an und wollten essen innen jede Menge Plätze frei. Wir haben keinen Platz frei war die Antwort. Dann kam eine andere Dame. Draußen wenn nur. Dann sind wir raus und die Dame ignorierte uns sagte dann zu allen die da standen in ner halben std gibt’s evtl Plätze. Wir waren entsetzt und besprachen uns dann kam ein Kellner und sagte wie viele wir sagte 6 kommen sie mit. Gut essen bestellt kleine Änderungswünsche gehabt wurden nicht beachtet. Dann was gesagt bekamen Dan Blaukraut umsonst. Schön und gut. Beim servieren kippte die besagte Dame unseren Schwiegersohn die Bratensoße über die Kleidung. Kein es tut ihr leid nichts. Leider fällt uns diese Dame dort leider immer wieder negativ auf. Wäre das Essen dort nicht gut würden wir nicht mehr hingehen. Aber man sollte sich mal über sein Personal Gedanken machen. Was Freundlichkeit usw angeht auch im größten Stress muss man das beherrschen.

Abbiamo preso la grigliata mista, non siamo riusciti a finirla perché era pessima: L’anatra troppo secca, il maiale nauseava per quanto era grasso, la verdura era piena di acqua, le patate erano gommose. I camerieri scortesi ed impazienti, per non parlare che mangi in mezzo ad uno sciame di mosche grandi e verdi che non ti mollano..!! L’unica cosa buona le salsiccette e la birra. Sconsigliatissimo per cenare, non capisco le tante recensioni positive.

Ridiculously good location, a step away from the main street. Felt a bit noisy, lots of tourists, didn't feel like they had to fight to fill place. But the food was really good, genuine and rustic. Definitely worth a visit.

We visited Bratwurst Roslein as the tourist train ticket entitled us to a coffee. The staff were not very friendly and didn't seem bothered. My beer was warm. I was not impressed 😕 I wanted to pay by card and was informed that if I paid by card, the beer would be 10 euros and 5 euros if I paid cash. Blond haired waitress with a green dress.

A week ago my friend and I ate knuckle and duck outside. The food came super quickly, so of course it was already prepared and therefore the meat was very dry. Still, it was very nice to see. After a few minutes, however, some flies appeared and continued to multiply. In the end we had around 30-40 flies at our table and the people at the other tables were already looking at us with pity. (We were probably attracted by the duck sauce) So we decided to change tables since we couldn't eat like that. We told the waiter immediately. He just said “That’s actually not allowed” and after we explained the problem with the flies he said “Flies just fly”. After a few minutes all the flies came back to us and we couldn't enjoy our food at all because we had to be careful not to accidentally eat a fly, as there were so many of them. So we decided not to eat like that anymore as we had lost our appetite, paid and left. The restaurant obviously can't do anything about a fly plague, but the wait staff could have been friendlier and offered us a solution, such as allowing us to eat IN the restaurant. We had the feeling that we were being laughed at. We probably won't come back. It was a very bad experience!

Good local food, we had a whole pork knuckle, it was cooked to perfection, beer was great. They brought the whole pork knuckle with some potato dumplings we did not ask for but they changed $3.90, I wish they asked me if I wanted first because i don’t like dumplings, I would pick something else like sauerkraut instead . Beware of the waiter charge you $5 or more extra for something that is included in your dinner menu, so you need to take a picture of what you ordered. It’s not the money issue it’s the principle! Not nice to ripping off people.

It looks like it was cooked a long time ago. But when they brought the food, all the flies in the city attacked. It was impossible to eat through the flies. We only got an apology and a "mamma mia" from the waiter. Practically all the food was left behind. We actually wanted to have a relaxing break here. A sunny and very hot day (over 30 degrees). We sat outside. Shortly after we ordered, we saw that a table in the shade had become available. That's why we wanted to implement it. When we were at the new table and were about to sit down, we were rudely and rudely told by a waiter that we were not allowed to move around. When we asked why this was the case, the only explanation given was that it was too strenuous to transfer our four drinks to the new table. So we had to go back to the sun, even though one woman in our group was pregnant. We didn't eat anything here anymore. Service is definitely a priority here.

Das alte Brot muss auf den Tisch, damit es wegkommt. Eine Schade in einem Landstrich, der zu Recht auf bestes Brot stolz ist. Den Kellner darauf angesprochen, meinte dieser, das solle ich seinem Chef sagen. Hierher kommen wir nie wieder, auch wenn das Bratwurst-Häusle um die Ecke total überfüllt ist und man dort Schlange stehen muss, um einen Platz zu bekommen. Lieber warten, als schlecht essen!

Food was ok...typically Bavarian. The sanitary facilities should be marked. Not necessarily clean, broken and the sink still seems to be a work in progress. All in all, ok if you want it rustic and simple

I got a table outside under the umbrellas. I ate the classic and a Kaiserschmarren. The food and service was top. The espresso was also really good. I highly recommend it.

The food wasn't bad, unfortunately I have to say that the service wasn't up to the task. Orders were repeatedly delivered incorrectly, forgotten or simply delivered with a significant delay (at least 30 minutes). Maybe you had a bad day, but unfortunately our experience wasn't positive.

We went with high expectations and our dishes were a terrible choice. We wanted to eat mashed potatoes with sausages, but they were out, we asked for a recommendation of something similar and we took that typical German potato with pork, we didn't like the potato, we left it and ended up ordering a portion of fries. Being a restaurant with history and high prices, you expect something of better quality. The place is spacious, quick service and clean bathrooms. For food, it is not recommended.

We were here 5 years ago and this place has been a favorite of ours 4 years in a row. This time we were disappointed. We just didn't have a good experience. It took forever to get waited on, they were busy. Food was ok. I wanted another beer, but she never made it over so was disappointed. We'll be happy to try some other places this trip now.

The German pig's trotters recognized in Taiwan belong to the cooking method of Bavaria in southern Germany, but it is different in northern Germany. Many people who come to Nuremberg come here to dine. The pig's feet are available in regular and extra-large sizes. If you're not very hungry, I recommend ordering the regular size. Besides being afraid of not being able to eat it, you're also afraid of getting tired of it. When the pig's feet are served, a knife is inserted directly into the dish. I thought it was really strange when I first saw it. The food tastes good, but it is a bit greasy after eating too much. It needs to be paired with some sauerkraut to taste. The potato balls as a side dish taste delicious. It has a texture that I have never tasted in Taiwan. It is very unique and delicious. The bratwurst is also a Bavarian specialty. Basically, the sausage is smaller and tastes the same. If you come to Nuremberg and want to try Bavarian cuisine, I highly recommend dining here.

Oh well. Tradition or not. We, 10 people, had a reservation which became a problem because we wanted to sit outside - due to the weather. There was enough free space, but there was a lack of spontaneous hospitality. We then sat outside, the cleanliness of the table informed us that we were not the first in the evening (we had reserved for 8 p.m.). So far so good, there was a wait to order drinks and food, but the waiter was super polite and competent. A senior citizen shot the bird at around 10 p.m. when he announced the (German) night's rest in Franconian style. Underneath all the catastrophe and guest (un)friendliness. Unfortunately we had already paid - with a tip (the waiter can't help it) - but otherwise no tip and ZERO stars would be included. Terrible. Millions of tourists in the city, the restaurant still clinging to its traditions and then a sacking. Gladly not again.

Sehr großer Gastraum, auf Massenabfertigung von Touristen ausgelegt. Essen kam schnell, war auch soweit gut, Portionen hätten für den Preis etwas größer sein können. Aufgrund der vielen Tische im großen Raum herrscht ein hoher Lärmpegel. Für ein typisch fränkisches Essen würden wir uns beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Lokal aussuchen.

The country pork roast and the Brauhaus schnitzel were bland. It doesn't speak for this location that the vegetarian dishes/side dishes are good. I can really only give a mediocre picture of this place. The ambience is nice and the place is not too loud.

A large beer hall, lively and with the right volume. Traditional Franconian cuisine and regional beer. Is usually very well attended.
