There were three of us with a child who really wanted fries.
Must say 180 degree turn. Ordered from the terminals that are now available.
The now completely friendly staff came to the table to ask whether there was really an order to go and one to eat on site. It was intentional, but super nice to ask. Brought everything to the table. The drinks machine was explained to me again and even offered to bring them (by the way, there are a lot of drinks there, from Cola Zero raspberry to ice tea in wild varieties! I didn't know before! ☺️)
Which really doesn't have to be the case! But super attentive, nice and everything!
It was clean, it was tidy, which is not a given in a fast food shop where people can bring their things back themselves.
But also the tables were wiped down and a completely different climate. I told the others about my bad review and promised to change it.
Ok, a sauce was missing. Maybe you can take a look at it there. As you can see, it's not so bad if the rest just fits! Thank you dear new team, you feel very comfortable and welcome!

Last time I swore to myself that I wouldn't go to this BK again. Unfortunately he was closer and I really regretted it. 😅 As already described, the floor was stuck and everything was dirty and dingy. Unfortunately I only noticed after I ordered. I have rarely experienced such bad service. I don't even know if the guy said anything, he was super bored and almost fell asleep. Sorry I disturbed you while you were chilling. It was the only one when ordering.
The food was only lukewarm (I already ate some on the way home) and the burgers were very dry. And when I got home I noticed that not only the salad was missing, but also the sauces I had specially ordered.
I was really annoyed and don't understand how a store like this can be allowed to run into such a state of disrepair. He only lives through his situation.
So that was it for me, there is still a chance, if only under new management.
You'd better move on and find someone else! 🙂
Ordered via app, the waiting time was enormous again, the fries tasted old, even the dog didn't want to eat them, the Big Tasty was cold, the bread was hard, the bottom and the lid. Really disgusting. If I had eaten there he would have gone back. That's a real waste of money.
I don't even want to start with the friendliness.
I ordered a Happy Meal. There were no toys. I went to the checkout to point out their mistake. In response, I received accusations that a toy was supposedly being placed there. They began to convince me that I was lying. They gave me the toy with a displeased face. I go back to the table and realize they didn't give me any sauces, 0/2!!! Terrible staff, will never come here again
You put in a lot of effort. Regarding friendliness etc.
It just doesn't help. Because it has nothing to do with fast food. Unfortunately, waiting times of up to 20 minutes are common. We recommend ordering a pizza.
