Just McDonald's. Overall everything was good.

Now probably only riders understand, but whatever. Many riders' dream is to ride through Mc Drive and order a cheeseburger. However, we didn't get that far today. A stable friend told us that she had ridden through there before and even got apple slices for her horse. However, we were told to please come in, it wasn't a pedestrian... something...? My friend, who actually accompanied us for safety, then asked if we should come in with a horse :-p then they didn't talk to us anymore... thank you very much for that! You often see photos of other branches where horses were warmly welcomed. Bad picture, or confirmed picture of the corresponding location of this branch!!

Friendly staff...despite the high number of visitors, the toilet seemed quite clean.

If you order here, don't expect fast food. Especially in the drive you usually stand for a long time. Last as the 3rd car in the row at least 12 minutes! When eating in the house, the tables and seating area were already very dirty in the early afternoon. The worst experience I've had at a McD recently

Ordered 20 PLANT BASED nuggets. Got what? 20 CHICKEN Nuggets. Maybe listen to what is ordered?!

So only cardboard and wooden dishes and that's not possible in the store!

We were there on Saturday lunchtime, ok, there was a lot going on, but not too much. You couldn't order anything veggie in the app, "not available at the moment". Overall, a restless, not too clean situation. We then drove to the next MCD in a few km without ordering, a completely different picture. So at peak times it's better to drive a little further and get everything in return.

The food is good. The cleanliness is bad. The service is even worse. If you want to pay and only have a lot of money, you will be insulted and sent away. If you don't want my money 💸 you won't get it. Don't go here anymore.

I thought it was great, the food was fresh and tasty and it was nice and clean (I could even see my reflection in the mirror 😶)

It tasted delicious. Despite the busyness, our food was ready quickly. The burgers were hot and fresh, as were fries and potatoes. The drinks were served with ice cubes and my chocolate ice cream was creamy and wonderful. Thanks to the team on August 23, 24 at 1 p.m.!

A smoking ban is urgently needed, otherwise you can hardly go there with children.

I ordered my burger without cucumbers, I'm allergic to them and there were still some in it. Service is unfriendly and makes you wait at the checkout. This wasn't the first time, but has happened several times. Otherwise very nice restaurant.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff is unprofessional, the employees' smartphones are being charged next to the cash register, which shouldn't be the case, and I won't even start with the food. You've already gotten the wrong order, the burger is also soggy and not really good to eat. Another negative point is that the highly advertised deductible codes are simply missing from the drinks. The only thing you can leave behind is cleanliness.

Nice staff, food tastes good too. Ambience in the outdoor area unbearable due to wasp infestation. Still satisfied.

We were at the drive in and ordered 2x Mc Smart menu, drinks "Cola Zero" Everything worked fine, right up until the moment when we were handed our drinks and I wanted to put a cola cup in the cup holder in the center console of our car. The lid wasn't properly on the cup, it collapsed and the cola ran into every crack, the center console was full of cola. I've been a customer for decades, but I've never experienced such a mess. I was pissed off and actually still am!!!

A McDonalds is no better and no worse than the others.

The food was quick and freshly prepared, the staff was friendly, perhaps a little too concentrated. Everything would have been okay, but then there were the men's toilets. The smell of urine there almost makes you suffocate. Not one person has forgotten to clean here; there is systematically too little attention to cleanliness and hygiene. I hope things look different in the kitchen. ...and no, it's not the air conditioning - as an employee tried to explain to me when I asked...

We went there on a bank holiday, when we were driving to Nürnberg. Employees are very friendly and they all speak English. I had the best McDonald's burger (tasty bacon) in this place. My expectations were low since it was a bank holiday but burger, Pommes all were very good, delicious and warm.

Well, people often forget sauce or even completely forget the fries when they last ordered. It doesn't work at all

Burger dry. Cheeseburger only 1 piece of cucumber. Wiped the table across with a soaking wet rag. Toilets simple just dirty.

I never thought I would be truly disappointed by a McDonald's restaurant. But this one really nailed it... Fries cold and not fresh, same with the nuggets. At 10:30 p.m. (open until 12:00 a.m.) the employees had already put up the chairs in a large part of the guest room and started mopping the floor and also dumped a watering can with dishwashing water in front of the toilets without wiping it up directly. All in all pretty weak...

All in all, this McDonald's performs just miserably. Since then we only go to McDonald's in Heßdorf, 6 km away. There are no such defects there.

I actually only go there because of the children. Like it more good, bourgeois. Nevertheless, the employees are friendly, the food is served quickly and it tastes, well, just like it tastes at McDonald's. The children love it. That's why we'll definitely come back.

There were hardly any products other than chicken, which was probably due to the late time but that shouldn't happen so easily at a McDonalds unless the ice cream machine was broken

Bei McDonald's in Herzogenaurach Liegt am Boden ein Nugget und eine Gurke können sie mal das sauber machen es schaut ja aus wie im Schweinestall Und in der Küche haben sie laute Musik an, wo sind wir hier????

Auf unserer Rückreise haben wir bei dem McDonalds angehalten um ein kleines Hüngerchen zu stillen. Entschieden haben wir uns für die veganen 20er McPlant Nuggets. Die Bestellung war zügig fertig und mit einem Blick in die Tüte vergewisserte ich mich, ob die ausgewählten Saucen dabei waren. Nach einigen Minuten auf der Autobahn und Vorfreude auf die veganen Nuggets holten wir diese aus der Tüte. Nun aber die böse Überraschung. Wir hatten eine Box auf der Chicken Nuggets stand. Kein McPlant, kein Hinweis auf ein veganes Produkt, nichts. Halten wir nun also vegane McPlant Nuggets in der Hand oder doch tierische Chicken Nuggets? Nach einer kurzen Google Suche fanden wir heraus, dass die Verpackung eine andere sein sollte. Eine grünliche mit der Aufschrift McPlant Nuggets. Nun kann es natürlich sein, dass die spezielle Verpackung gerade aus ist. Aber ohne einen einzigen Hinweis darauf, ob es sich nun um vegane Nuggets handelt oder nicht, saßen wir ratlos im Auto. Essen konnten wir die Nuggets so leider nicht. Nach Ankunft an unserem Ziel haben wir diese an jemanden gegeben der auch Fleisch ist. Sehr enttäuschend von Seiten McDonald’s die Produkte nicht richtig zu kennzeichnen oder gar schlimmer, tierische Produkte rauszugeben wenn vegan bestellt wurde.

McDrive wie immer, wieder nur die halbe Bestellung, obwohl man nachgefragt hat! Von 7 aus 10 Fällen, ist das immer so in diesem McDonald's!!! Sinn und Zweck im McDrive ist nicht jedesmal die Bestellung zu checken, ob alles drin ist!!! HUGE dislike here!!! Das muss besser werden!!!!!

Pommes waren für mich schob richtig kalt, BigMac leider auch und im Restaurant war es ohne Jacke für mich auch nicht warm. Im groben und ganzen habe ich mich hier nicht wohl gefühlt und werde es auch in Zukunft meiden

Bei unserer Bestellung haben 3 Saucen gefehlt und eine Packung Ketchup und unser Kind wollte ein Spiel nach Wahl. Auf Nachfrage ob wir das Spielzeug haben könnten, wurden wir angefahren, dass es nur das Spielzeug gibt was da ist und wir sollen doch jetzt bitte auf Seite gehen

Der alte MC gefiel mir besser. Viel los und wurde schnell und freundlich bedient. Mich nerven nur die ganzen Handy Affen mit ihrer bestellerei. So kann man Arbeitsplätze zerstören und den Service.

moin WC nicht sauber. Tische nicht abgeräumt obwohl das Essen an Tisch gebracht wurde, hat man am Nachbar Tisch nichts mitgenommen. Der landen selber Boden sehr dreckig. gr Henry

In diesem McDonald's-Etablissement hinterlässt die mangelnde Hygiene auf den Tischen und Toiletten einen äußerst unangenehmen Eindruck. Die Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter trägt zusätzlich zur enttäuschenden Erfahrung bei. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn das Management hier dringend Maßnahmen ergreifen würde, um die Qualität des Service und die Sauberkeit zu verbessern.

Die 2 Sterne sind für das Personal VOR der Theke. ich habe eine Cookies&Cream Tasche bekommen, welche 1h überfällig war. Nachdem ich das Personal angesprochen habe, wollte mir die Dame erst mitteilen, dass das noch okay ist, obwohl auf dem Etikett eine Uhrzeit stand. Eine andere Dame wollte mir dann eine neue C&C Tasche geben, ich konnte aber sehen wie sie die Verpackungen ausgetauscht hat, sodass die NEUE Verpackung garkein Etikett drauf hatte, wohl weil auch diese Tasche bereits abgelaufen war... Eine Sauerei, was hier ein gewisses Klientel an Hygiene und Gesundheitsfragen an den Tag legt..

Geschmacklich hat es doch ziemlich nachgelassen. Burger sind lapprig und nicht gut gewürzt. Für den Preis kann man Besseres erwarten.

Entspanntes Personal, nettes Ambiente und Kaffee war gut.

Der Sinn eines Franchise Unternehmens ist ja eigentlich (insbesondere bei McDonald's) dass das Essen überall gleich aussehen und schmecken soll. Nun, das war hier nicht der Fall, die Pommes waren recht kalt und ungesalzen, die Burger Brötchen schienen gummiartig alt und kalt, der Chicken Burger klein, am restlichen Belag (Sauce, Salat usw.) wurde augenscheinlich auch gespart, und frisch zubereitet hat hier gar nichts gewirkt (Liegezeit??) Wir sind zwischendurch immer mal gern Gast bei McDonald's - in dieser Filiale aber wohl nicht mehr

Very nice McDonalds outlet located bang opposite Adidas Factory outlet in Herzogenaurach.Seating arrangement is good and spacious.Also one can eat outside in the sun.Wheel chair and stroller friendly.Mcdrive has two outlets.Adequate place for children to play outside.Overall good experience. Following added today 09 Oct 2023. More than 50 % of The size i.e length of fries served is very small. Appears they are using small potatoes.

War mit meinem Kindern und meinen Mann dort so ein verdrecktes WC habe ich noch nie in Herzogenaurach gesehen. Wir haben sehr lang aufs Essen warten müssen. Service war okay. Ich habe selbst Jahre bei MC Donalds gearbeitet und weiß das, das kein Standard erfüllt. Der ganze allgemeineindruck war sehr schmuddelig.

Sehr unsauber Tische voll Schmutz

Mac Donalds einfach überall in Deutschland gleiche Qualität. Bestell System ist modern und gut, man muß halt damit zurecht kommen, das braucht etwas. Wer nur selten dort isst sollte an die Theke zum bestellen gehen. In der Filiale hat es aber gezogen, die Klimaanlage war nicht richtig eingestellt.

Essen war frisch und heiß, Bedienung freundlich , Laden war sehr sauber , gerne wieder.

Service was quick. Very cold Fries and burgers. They were pre made. During peak hours you might find difficult to get a place to sit.

Gerade eben ein Big Tasty bacon bestellt im Menü dafür bezahlt. Bekommen habe ich big Mac pommes und Cola............ mega angepisst.

I ordered a chicken wrap and Pommes in the drive through, they were okay but in my Pommes there was a black hair and i have blonde so it wasn’t mine. That’s rlly disgusting and not hygienic. Won’t go to McDonals anymore.

In dem Industriegebiet mit dem Adidas Outlet ist die McDonalds-Filiale ein guter Stopp zum Essen. Der Service ist gut und auf die Gesundheit der Kunden wird sehr geachtet.
