So, incompetent employees, crazy. Who is the owner? Who sets something like that? You wait 15 minutes for your food even though there's nothing going on, only to have to say at the end that it's missing etc... two employees serve a customer and they get completely confused, how does the shop run otherwise? The main thing is staff? And then they only speak in your language... the lady who worked there last night around 9 p.m. with glasses doesn't belong there! She was so overwhelmed with a small order... and not for the first time. Then I think I'd rather go further away to another McDonald's even though this one is only 5 minutes away from me.

So apart from the fact that it is by far the slowest McDonald's in the area, it's sad... you wait an average of 12 minutes in the McDrive... that's not the case in Bergkirchen - Gada next to the Allguth. It's just sad that you now have 10km Have to drive to get to your food faster. The service and speed was a lot better 3-4 years ago!! It's pointless to drive to the front in terms of timing in the McDrive and totally unnecessary... it's no use if the person behind gets their food faster than you get it yourself 😂😂

In general we leave the restaurant completely satisfied. Service and management are very friendly and helpful, we enjoy eating here.

Schlecht gegessen. Nicht empfehlenswert. Burger und Pommes vertrocknet. Ohne Geschmack. Viel zu teuer. War mal besser.

The toilet was not clean, there was no thorough cleaning. I can't comment on food because I've lost my appetite.

One of the better branches. Unfortunately there is no longer a proper breakfast. Therefore 2 stars deducted. Update April '24: Now there's breakfast again and an extraordinarily good one at that! And the store is full again on Sunday morning. Nevertheless, table service comes super quickly with the fresh, hot order. We can definitely go back for breakfast more often! Hence 5 stars again. Keep it up!

Catastrophe. 14.00€ order only comes after a waiting time of over 10 minutes and of course the food is then cold. There's nothing going on in the store.

You order and pay and don't get any fries or Mc Nuggets, half of the order is forgotten. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. Seems to have a method.

Misleading meets bad service? Today we redeemed a coupon for two apple or cherry turnovers via the McDonald's app. 2 pieces were offered here at a savings price of €2.50. When we paid, we discovered that the apple and cherry pockets were available for the regular price of €1 each. When we asked at the checkout whether we could cancel the two fruit bags we had paid for, we were told no. There was also no possibility of paying out the €0.50. If I, as McDonalds, offer an app for customer loyalty and advertise savings prices in the form of coupons, you should expect that you will also save something here. If you offer the whole thing at the same price as normal, you can still see that as a sales promotion. But when it becomes more expensive as a “package” and the service refuses to accommodate you in any way, that’s really bitter! People check beforehand whether you are really saving anything with the coupons. Even though it was only 50 cents, we were annoyed that they gave in here. This will definitely not happen to us again. Very unfortunate.

I've driven through Mc'Drive several times, the food and ambience is like any other Mc'Donald's but the service here often leaves a lot to be desired and after I've never had anything missing from my orders, I've never had one checked and unfortunately that was my downfall at this branch, plus the service, which is really not "okay", only gives me two stars

My daughter likes something from McDonald's every now and then, so we go through the drive-thru every now and then. As a rule, everything works perfectly, you can also pre-order with Kot. There can be problems in the evening and it's better to call beforehand to see if you can still order. Otherwise a popular McDonald's where you can always have a simple snack in between, have a coffee or sit down with friends for a while indoors or outdoors depending on the season. So far we have always been satisfied with the taste, the fries and burgers are always nice and warm! We'd love to come back again. Greetings Schiedeck

You get the wrong things, half the toppings are missing. Recently I wanted a caramel coffee and only got milk with syrup. When I said the coffee was missing, it took 2 people! Syrup was added to my sugar milk again and I had to say another 5 times that the coffee was missing and that they should please make it again. It's loud, it's dirty, I don't know. The worst McDonald's.

Friendly staff, modern furnishings. Addendum: I've eaten there 5 times since the renovation (end of 2017). After the first 4 visits I received my burgers with far too little material, e.g. BigMac with no top paddy and salad, McRib with hardly any BBQ sauce. After regular complaints things seem to have improved; on my last visit so far everything worked wonderfully. Addendum 2024: Unfortunately there has been no or hardly any sauce on the McRib in FFB for weeks. Upon request, improvement is praised, but after a week it's the same again.

You can rely on Mc. The quality is equally good everywhere. FFB in the north of the city, easy to reach, large, clear. And you can now order online

Burger schlecht zubereitet, Inhalt befindet sich im Karton statt im Burger.

Erstaunlich hübsch und einladend eingerichtetes Lokal, sauber und gepflegt. Freundliches und schnelles Personal trotz Unterbesetzung. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Saubere Toiletten…

Der Mc Donalds ist von außen vielleicht etwas schäbig aber von innen gut. Die Toiletten sind ok. Die Bedienung ist wie in jedem anderen Mc Donalds gut. Das Essen wird auch wie immer schnell gebracht. Auch der Drive in ist schnell und gut.

Service leider nur 3 Sterne, weil immer wieder bestellte Ware in der Tüte fehlt. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, ich muss stets kontrollieren. Früher wurde sich dafür entschuldigt, heute leider nicht mehr.

Es ist halt ein McDonald's aber ich hatte noch nie Probleme mit dem Essen und trotz großer Bestellungen hat auch noch nie etwas gefehlt. Das Personal ist eigentlich immer freundlich.

Müsste ich hin wegen meinem Enkel, sonst mache ich einen großen Bogen um diese Imbissbude.

Heute zum Frühstück wieder alles Tip-Top. Cool sind die IPads für die Kids und der wieder ein geführte Tischservice. Personal ist sehr freundlich und fix. Die Tische sind immer gleich nach Gastwechsel frisch gewischt und es bilden sich keine längeren Schlangen. Update 26.11.23: Dier Hafermilch hat jetzt eine neue Rezeptur und es gibt Pizzabrötchen.

Neuer MC Donalds. Schöne Einrichtung. Viele Mitarbeiter, aber leider keinen der Mal die Tische oder Böden sauber macht. Könnte mir App nicht bestellen, da kein WLAN verfügbar und Funkloch.

Die BigMäcs waren früher big Jetzt nur noch medium. Sollte heißen: Mäc. Sehr nett aber der Service an den Tisch. Total nett. Da muss man nicht irgendwo an der Ausgabe stehen und warten, wie bei anderen Schnellimbiss- Restaurant s, sondern, das Essen wird an den Tisch gebracht. Sehr löblich.

McDonald's eben. Die Toiletten waren an dem Abend nicht akzeptabel: - nasser Boden, auf dem ich fast ausgerutscht bin, - die Wände zwischen den Kabinen so dünn, dass eine schwungvoll dagegen stoßende Tür in der Kabine neben mir mein Handy von der Ablage auf dem Klopapierhalter geschmissen hat - und natürlich war das Schloss der Kabine kaputt, zu Glück war es eng genug zum Fuß dagegen stemmen - ich hab eine Mitarbeiterin nach einem Rutschgefahr Schild gefragt und sie hat mich entweder nicht verstanden oder wusste nicht, wo eines ist.

Maximal Respektlos das hier eine Sprache gesprochen wird die man nicht versteht ich fühle mich als einheimischer nicht wohl zu wissen, was die Mitarbeiter über uns Kunden sagen könnten.

Heute in der 20er McPlant Nuggets waren 3 Chicken Nuggets dazwischen ind der Filet O Fish war sehr lieblos belegt 😢

Salat mit Putenfleisch ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Checkt euer Essen komplett bevor ihr wegfahrt. Das ist jetzt schon das 3.mal das ich falsche Sachen in der Tüte habe. Bei Burger King passierte mir das noch nie. Schlecht geführte Filiale.

Leider muss man den Inhalt der Tüten immer genau kontrollieren. Uns hat schon öfters was gefehlt, bzw war was falsches eingepackt. Das gibt traurige Gesichter zu Hause :(

Ich werde bei fast jedem Besuch enttäuscht. Es gibt fast keine Bestellung mehr, wo alles passt. Erst gestern wieder. Bei einer einfachen Menge Bestellung hat folgendes gefehlt...Eiswürfel, Pommes, Süß Sauer Soße und Burger war fast kalt. WARUM???

Ist halt ein MC Donalds, viele Sitzbänke sind kaputt, essen ist halt Fastfood, Service dauert länger als bei anderen MC Donalds... Mitlererweile sehr teuer geworden

Ich habe am 19.4.2020 im Mc Donalds einen Signature Bacon Burger zum mitnehmen bestellt. Die Zubereitungszeit war ok. 7.99 Euro für den Burger find ich schon sehr happig. Als ich ihn zuhause ausgepackt habe viel mir schon auf das die Fleischpatties total trocken waren. Dazwischen ein gummiartiges Etwas (Salat) und ein Fingernagel großer Soucenklecks und noch ein plastikartiger Bacon mit dementsprechenden Geschmack. Ich bin hart im nehmen aber diesmal überlegte ich mir tatsächlich den Burger in der Mülltonne zu entsorgen derart widerlich war der Geschmack dieses Teils! Sorry Mc Donalds so schnell sehr ihr mich nicht wieder!

Wir waren heute wieder im MD/ Hasenheide um unseren absoluten Lieblingskaffee zu trinken. Das Personal hier ist Spitze, besonders der Filialleiter Herr Müller Philipp sehr aufmerksam. Wir fühlen und immer sehr wohl, fast wie im eigenen Wohnzimmer. Sind und bleiben Stammgäste. V.und D.aus FFB

ein MD wie viele andere auch, leider ist das Personal nicht immer freundlich und auch die Tische sind oft nicht sauber.
