Unfortunately, at the time of my visit to the cafe there was a children's birthday party with corresponding noise. Today I took a menu with me. The fries were so bad you could have poisoned yourself. I'm 100% sure they were from yesterday or older - just warmed up. I tried to call, but unfortunately no one answered. Very disappointing - the burgers and wings were also bad. Never again KFC!

I was very disappointed with my visit to MCI. It took an incredible 10 minutes for someone to show up at the cash register to serve us. It felt like they were expecting us to serve ourselves at the cash register! This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when you're paying for service. This kind of behavior is simply unprofessional and frustrating. I expect more attention to customer service in the future.

Honestly I never review anywhere. But I came here for lunch the other day, I couldn’t hear what the person in the drive thru was saying so I asked them to repeat please. They straight up yelled at me. Never experienced this. This is maybe the third time they’ve been incredibly rude.

Well, I'm not like that, but the lady at the checkout was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards her customers. If there were 0 stars for service this would be true. No eyes rolling, hello, nothing. You should still have a little decency. If you don't feel like doing your job you should just leave it alone or maybe consider taking a different path where you don't have to work with people with the grimace you make. I'm angry, sorry. Bye not recommended but food was delicious hehe
