Totally clean and nice. Fresh flowers in a mcd?! Nice!

The last resort after a long day with the kids was to go to McDonald's, and then the absolute outrage! After I finished ordering, the kiosk said there was a printer problem and I should order from another terminal. So then the order came twice, and I was charged €30 twice. Who's going to eat that slop for €60? The "manager" was incompetent and not at all helpful. Next time, I'd rather go to a proper restaurant instead of this rip-off joint.

I actually like coming to your place. You just need to get a grip on putting everything you order at the McDrive into the bag. I don't want to keep checking everything. If you get home during a snowstorm, you won't go back. Medium fries were missing, as were two cans of ketchup.

Things are getting worse and worse at MC Doof. This term is definitely not my vocabulary but it's very appropriate. In the early days of McDonald's the burgers weren't quite twice as big but twice as thick. The price has also gone down these days, so it's a complete rip-off. It was also the reason why I haven't been to McDonald's for at least a year. I wanted to try it again. No criticism of the employees, it's the material, but that's the case with all McDonald's branches. At least you get full at Burger King. Master J.H.P.

I certainly haven't been to this fast-food restaurant in 15 years. Ordering took forever. My research revealed that individual orders were sometimes cheaper, like coupons. 🥺 Everything has become very impersonal. I had three burgers for, and hold on tight, €21. Hey, I can go out for a really good meal for that. And I'll get to that now! Everything tasted kind of the same. Except for the macrib, of course, but everything has such a uniform taste. I think I need another 15 years!🤩

McCafé: Plastic tea bags are poison. Who wants to drink microplastics? Only a few people can make cappuccino, so no recommendation here.

The lady wanted to explain to me that if there is a sticker with bacon on it, there is no bacon in it and if there is no sticker it means it has bacon.

Ordered two hot chocolates. You pay almost €9 for both drinks and get a bit of hot chocolate powder with milk foam that isn't even warm! Plus, the powder isn't even properly mixed and is just chunks in the hot chocolate. -10 stars.

I know, I know, it’s McDonald’s…what is there to say? Plenty! McCafé in Germany is a must. The milk based coffee drinks are VERY consistent / always very good and reasonably priced. But what makes this a must are the cakes; the chocolate cake in particular. It’s my favourite CC on the planet. The icing is a thick, fudgey chocolate, as rich and decadent as you could imagine. If need be, I will go out of my way on a trip to Germany to get a piece of the stuff - indescribably phenomenal! I don’t think I’ve ever been able to finish an entire piece; it’s just too rich and extravagant to be able to finish in one sitting.

Our fries were cold. We'll avoid this place next time.

Ordered takeaway food and then, on the way, realized that 2 of the 5 items I paid for were missing. What can I say? It's a disgrace. It shouldn't happen.

I know Sundays are always busy. But I've never had to wait 45 minutes for my food. There wasn't even an apology. Personally, I don't think that's great service.

Bottomless impudence (Juice shop)

We were there on two different days for a relaxed breakfast. I've rarely seen such clean restrooms. The dining room was also attractive and even decorated with fresh flowers. We did have to wait a few minutes, but everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. Someone was still driving through with the cleaning machine, but it didn't bother us. That's just a must at some point if you want to offer clean service. Thank you very much, and we'll be back!

The food was like any other McDonald's. The tables could be wiped more often, and the return carts emptied more often. Restrooms were clean.

A breakfast with extra protein – thanks, but no thanks. 🐜🍔 So… where do I start? We were the first customers… bravely, right at 8 a.m. at McDonald's. Even before my coffee, I thought, "A burger for breakfast, what could go wrong?" Well. Answer: Everything. With the first bite, I met an unexpected guest… small, six legs, big ambitions. An ant in the burger. I know McDonald's likes to experiment with new ingredients, but insect protein was definitely not what I ordered. 🐜🤢 Okay, I thought, I'll go to the bathroom first and calm down. Spoiler alert: Not a good idea. The toilet was already completely clogged at 8 a.m. (!). We were the first customers, so either a ghost was in there or the night shift had left a very… let's say… lasting impression. 🚽💥 Overall, everything seemed unkempt, sticky, and unappetizing, as if cleanliness were just a loose concept from an old school textbook. Bottom line: If you're looking for adventure, this McDonald's is exactly your thing. For everyone else: Better go hungry than eat here. Or simply escape to another part of town. ⭐️ (1 out of 5 stars – that one goes to the ant, which at least was fresh)

Great indoor play opportunities for kids.

Contents of burger were next to burger.. it was just thrown on top... cheese was next to meat..

Overall everything was as usual, but it was very crowded and loud. What bothered us a lot was that the tables were very dirty, there were full ashtrays outside and full trash cans; it was very unhygienic. Even when there is a lot of customer traffic, you expect at least a standard of cleanliness.

Ice machine never broken but boy who parks across the entire disabled parking space

The food was disappointing: the Big Mac and fries weren't what I expected, the Big Mac was cold, the fries looked like they'd been refried with fresh ones, and there was not enough salt. The store was pretty dirty, with leftover wrappers lying on or under the tables everywhere. It's a shame I'm not used to that!!!

I actually think the food is good but I had to wait almost an hour for my order for the second time

The restrooms are rancid and weren't cleaned, which is truly disgusting. The staff are completely overworked. The restaurant is absolutely filthy. The wrong drink was served. The burger was heartlessly served with a handful of lettuce.

Standard Golden Arches fare served hot or the grill. Kiosk service was easy and efficient. The parking situation is a bit tricky and this location was jam packed. Besides that nothing else to highlight. Enjoy your meal.

As a woman, you feel very uncomfortable in your restaurant due to the harassment of an employee. This behavior is irresponsible. You should instruct your employees to behave appropriately. Otherwise, everything was great. The food was also good.

Unfortunately it's a small branch, and the entrance is behind the building and therefore not directly accessible from the main street. The food and service were typically McDonalds good.

Ambience was very good. Even with a couch

Disaster, once again the take away bag didn't contain what was ordered. This happens every second purchase here. If you don't check every time, you won't get what you ordered and you'll be pissed when you open the bag at home and it's not what you ordered! Incredible!!!

Garbage is piling up, and according to employees, the store is understaffed. There are two white-collar workers in the store. One is helping out, the other sees no need to help out despite the bottlenecks (garbage, customers having to pay at the bar for a long time and waiting for their orders). It felt like the situation had calmed down a bit after 2:30 p.m.; at least the garbage had been taken out. It almost seemed like a new shift had arrived.

Best McDonalds, Leon is the best employee

Big Mäc Menu, grid fries and vanilla shake. 2 thin slices of meat/mince used to be easily 3 times as thick, the shake in the cardboard cup fell apart after the 2nd drink. I don't use a paper straw because it tastes bad. Oh another thing, that was the 13th Mac opened by the owner Heinritzi.

The MC Donalds in Prien is always very busy, but I still always managed to get a seat. The food is as we know and expect it. Unfortunately, the service also suffers when there is a lot going on. Tables are no longer wiped and tables are not cleared.

I waited in my car behind the window of McDonald's for 15 minutes, the window was closed and no one was willing to take my order, and at 9pm at night I came back home empty-handed. Too bad McDonald!

I think it's a shame that you have to check everything (every order). Is it so difficult to read what and how much a person has ordered!? Basically one or two things go off. It's a shame and it actually doesn't matter now whether you take away or stay in the restaurant. And the staff is just unfriendly... there's nothing more to say about it.

It is a fast food restaurant, but both the dining area and the sanitary facilities are very clean and well maintained. The restaurant visited stands out as particularly pleasant. A visit there is definitely worth it. The rating is based on a comparison of the same restaurants in the chain and their competitors.

In the morning the toilet had not yet been completely cleaned. There was no soap. After commenting, it was done immediately.

Falsche Lieferung und keine Einsicht. Wir (Papa & zwei Kinder) haben am samstagfrüh via die App und den Tischservice bestellt. Das erste Tablett - ohne Getränke - kam zeitnah und die Kinder haben sich darauf gestürzt und natürlich gestritten wem was gehört (bringt auch Erwachsene manchmal zum großen Raten). Zwei Minuten später kommt die Dame nochmals mit einem weiteren Tablett und entschuldigt sich, dass sie uns wohl die falsche Bestellung gebracht habe und hat wieder angefangen die schon geöffneten Speisen wieder einzusammeln. Darauf hin habe ich mir erlaubt zu sagen, dass sie das gerne stehen lassen kann, weil sie es ja eh wegwirft und unsere Getränke noch fehlen. Das müsse sie klären und kam dann kurze Zeit später wieder mit dem Restaurantmanager (ca. 50 Jahre alt, Glatze und recht aggressives Auftreten). Er meinte, dass das von uns doch recht unverschämt sei, nicht darauf hinzuweisen, dass die erste "Lieferung" falsch gewesen sei. Ich erklärte ihm, dass wir via App bestellt haben und ich - Erstens nicht weiß, was sich meine Kinder bestellt haben; Zweitens nicht so oft zum Frühstücken komme und nicht weiß wie was wo verpackt ist und - Drittens: ich nicht für die Fehlerkorrektur anderer zuständig bin. Daraufhin hat er begonnen alles vom Tisch zu packen. Dass er den Kindern nicht auch noch den McMuffin aus der Hand gerissen hat war alles. Unfreundlich, arrogant und in keinster Weise in eigenen Fehlern kritikfähig. Fängt an "Wir sind hier eine große Familie ... und ist nicht mal in der Lage zu den eigenen Fehlern zu stehen. Mein Tipp: Machen Sie Ihr Problem nicht zum Problem der Gäste!

Wrong delivery and no insight. We (dad & two children) ordered via app and table service early on Saturday. The first tray - without drinks - arrived promptly and the children pounced on it and of course argued who owned what (sometimes this also makes adults do a lot of guesswork). Two minutes later the lady comes back with another tray and apologizes that she must have brought us the wrong order and started collecting the food that had already been opened. I then took the liberty of saying that she was welcome to leave it because she was throwing it away anyway and our drinks were still missing. She had to clarify that and then came back a short time later with the restaurant manager (around 50 years old, bald and quite aggressive). He said that it was quite impertinent of us not to point out that the first "delivery" was wrong. At first I thought I had ended up in the wrong film. I explained to him that we ordered via the app and - firstly, I don't know what my children ordered; Secondly, I don't come to breakfast that often and I don't know how what is packed where and - thirdly: I'm not responsible for correcting other people's mistakes. He then started aggressively grabbing everything from the table. The fact that he didn't snatch the McMuffin out of the children's hands was everything. Unfriendly, arrogant and in no way capable of criticism (of his own mistakes). Begins "We're one big family here... and he's not even able to own up to his own mistakes. My tip: Don't make your problem the guests' problem!

I am very positively surprised by MC Donald's Prien. It's very clean everywhere. Sanitary facilities are tip top. A very nice atmosphere inside. Man feels very good. Staff nice. Food very good and tasty. I will gladly come again. Enough parking spaces available. Very nice play area for children inside and outside.

What can you say about McDonald's 😀 unhealthy but tasty and fast I was annoyed about the app several times - again today. Ordered via the app and Paypal debit was displayed. However, even after a long discussion, the order was not handed over because it was not clear that payment had been made due to technical problems. The employee then swiped wildly on my cell phone and demanded payment again. At some point I left without my order. The app is completely forgettable

I'm pissed off! As you can see on the receipt, I specifically ordered Plant Based Nuggets! I got 100% meat nuggets. The taste, the smell and the color, I'm sure. The 6 or 9 Plant Based Nuggets at least say Plant Based on them and the pack is green. The pack of 4 says nothing on it, not even a sticker, no wonder you can't tell the difference... but that's still no excuse! I don't care whether you understand that or whether there is now hostility against vegetarians/vegans again or whether it is said "Then don't go to McDonald's" it is and remains your mistake. I'm really disappointed and actually love the plant based nuggets but now I can't trust McDonald's anymore. I've also been feeling really bad since then and my conscience is weighing on me!

We accidentally spilled two large Cokes on the outside. We went back to tell the staff. They were very nice, they cleaned everything up without any problems. The soaked clothes were replaced and we were given 2 additional cokes. Thank you!!!

We had coffee and cake. Ok on offer. Cheesecake has a strange consistency. Plus a simple ice cream. Tried the yoghurt version... it doesn't work at all. Tastes sour.

The burgers and fries were sometimes not really warm. The branch manager reacted unfriendlyly when I wanted to pay as conveniently as possible so that I didn't have to give out a lot of change.

2 McMenues and 2 hot apple turnovers were quickly ordered and taken away. Unfortunately, when I unpacked it at home there was only an apple turnover. On purpose or sloppily? 😓

Absolut unvertrauenswürdig, alle Angaben deuten darauf hin das diese Filiale geöffnet ist, als ich angekommen bin waren überall Schilder mit der Aufschrift: "McDonalds vorübergehend geschlossen" aber Mitarbeiter sind alle vor Ort!!??? also entweder haben diese keine Lust zu arbeiten gehabt oder die Kommunikation zwischen Filiale und Kunden ist einfach nur schwach, ich und ein Kollege sind extra hier her gefahren um dort zu essen, war wohl nix, das nächste mal die Öffnungszeiten bitte korrekt angeben.

Außenbereich wird von einer Insektenplage allenvoran Wespen heimgesucht. Der Einsatz von Insektiziden im großen Stil um die Teufelsflügler ins Jenseits zu befördern wäre wünschenswert.
