It is quite expensive, but you get very tasty food, a beautiful view of Lake Chiemsee and nice conditions. All employees very friendly. Had dinner here several times. The ice cream is also VERY tasty! Can highly recommend the WOK vegetables with curry.

Pure Chiemsee - great pizza from the oven - you can also take one for two and share it. They are huge, crispy on the edges and super thin. That's how it has to be. Tip if you like it: ask for extra oil with garlic and hot chili 🌶️

Veal liver was still raw and of course went back. Wines very expensive. Very loud, hectic. The food was generally very bland and not very seasoned. There are no side salads. The toilets were clogged and very unhygienic. The impression from the outside promises more than it actually is.

We had a very tasty Kaiserschmarren here in a very nice atmosphere. We discovered it by chance but will definitely come for dinner sometime. The waitresses could be a bit more on the ball 😉

We've been here several times but now it's enough. The portions are now very small and the prices have become far too high. That doesn't fit anymore. The liver was also completely burnt and a glass of juice spritzer costs €5.40. Small salad €7.50. Almost €75 for 2 people. A pity.

We come by regularly. But I avoid this café now. The view of the lake is very beautiful. People sit closer together there from year to year. Drinks, cakes and ice cream taste mediocre. The service staff is overwhelmed. Service boss cuts down employees in front of our eyes and ears because only a special order was taken. Organization also leaves a lot to be desired. Information sign about how to order was hidden. Unfortunately, this meant we had to wait longer. Luckily the order was ready quickly. But unfortunately the wrong drink was received and in an obviously broken glass. When I pointed this out, I was also rude. They would be understaffed... Hope things go better again in the high season.

Best cheesecake on Lake Chiemsee.

The location is really nice and clean. The prices are a bit high for the service, but you're probably paying for the location. The pizza was cold and tasted okay. The service was also rather okay, unfortunately the waiter was quite rude, threw the drinks and food at us, answered questions in an annoyed manner and generally came across as very annoyed. Maybe it was because he was alone and therefore stressed. For the prices I would have liked a little better service. I wouldn't come again. I also find it strange that you have to pay to park in the parking lot next door

Went there for lunch on May 1st. Waited for over half an hour until a waiter even came to take the order, even though he walked past the table four times. The food was absolutely disappointing for the price. The schnitzel consisted only of breading. The mushroom sauce is a thick roux with no flavor and only one type of mushroom. Paid almost 90 euros for three people, food and a drink. All I can say is never go there again. Furthermore, the boxwoods around the beer garden were full of borers, which didn't make you feel comfortable.

Went there for breakfast with the family. The range of food and drinks is generally very good and nicely presented, but unfortunately there are only baked rolls for breakfast, so one point is deducted for the quality of the food. Service was super friendly and there was also a large children's cappuccino. The price is a bit higher due to the location, but that's to be expected.

Very good everything and can only be recommended.

Delicious and attentive service

The veal dish was very delicious, the fish soup was quite strange to us, it tasted a bit salty. The waiter is cheerful and enthusiastic, especially the barista at the counter who always greets every time he sees customers coming in and out. The location right next to the lake is very chill, it will be a bit cold if it rains but you can sit inside.

All I can say is that the service was really great. Jonny is fast, very friendly and competent and really stands out because of his nice manner! And a very well-groomed young man! I'll definitely come back and try to get a table at his place.

Poor service from a bald waiter, cold food. The meat was cooked through even though we ordered medium rare. Really not recommended.

The food was good average, the ambience on Lake Chiemsee invites you to linger. Unfortunately, the service lets you leave quickly, the employees complain and gossip among themselves, unfortunately right next to the guests. To top it all off, the dish was €5 more expensive than the price when we collected it, the waiter briefly checked the cards, most of them had the old price already blacked out and the new one written next to it by hand, ours still had the “old” price on it, that was quickly repaired with a ballpoint pen and then we left it behind. I'm not interested in the €5 here, but dealing with a situation like this shows strengths and weaknesses in the service and in this case, unfortunately they were only weaknesses.

Judge for urself…do you think this „Original Wiener Schnitzel“ is worth € 26,90…I don’t.

Unfortunately, the view is the only really good thing about the store. Some of the service staff are really very unfriendly and unsympathetic. You have to wait a long time for your order and the whole store is unfortunately very dirty and rather run down.

It was a nice place near the water

As always, the breakfast was very rich and tasted great. Pamper your palate with a lake view. Top. Service was great and your Schiller coffee is also very enjoyable. We took two packs home with us. Simply - thank you!

We came to Cafe Schiller again after a long time. After it was a very sunny day, and from experience the terrace is always very full, we made a reservation online in advance (2 people). When we arrived they said you couldn't make a reservation for the outdoor area, but that wasn't clear online. The waiter said there were always places available outside. I'm a local and I know what it's like there at this time. But okay........, service is immediately bad........, we had to wait about 15 minutes for the waiter to even take the drinks. Coffee was delivered late, only arrived 1-minutes later when we had to remind the waiter. The interior looked as if the cleaning lady had last cleaned 3 weeks ago, there were crumbs, leftover food and leaves from outside everywhere. The soap dispenser in the women's toilet was broken and the toilet facilities were not maintained. Prices are super expensive, the tourists will definitely pay that, but not the locals, so you really have to work hard for that. The waiter gave you the feeling of inferiority as a woman; he seemed more like he was smiling. He probably had no upbringing or behavior towards women. It's a shame, but thank you, never again!!!!!!!

We won't go there again in the future! When we went in, the service staff was quite unfriendly because we hadn't made a reservation. My family and I were already thinking about leaving because we didn't feel welcome. Not a single person was sitting in the entire restaurant, and as I later noticed, only one table was reserved! We stayed anyway and the food was good. Large breakfast selection and the breakfast tasted delicious.

Beautiful spot, great food, kind service. They let us work on laptops and have coffee and beer while we travel. High food prices but that’s to be expected on the water with great meals.

Me and my brother ordered a schnitzel, it came quickly but it was still half raw. ketchup and mavo arrived even though we asked to get no mavo, the tetchup was ok but I ordered two more but they never arrived

Food was super delicious and friendly service, but unfortunately the toilet was terrible. No paper to dry hands and air dryer broken.

Self-service, tasty, clean, unfortunately very expensive. Two hot drinks and two pieces of cake for almost €20 is really steep.

Some time ago we were very satisfied. Unfortunately the food was very poor. The schnitzel was so dry and the suckling pig was so good. The red cabbage and sauce were good and the dumpling was tasteless weird. The Coke didn't have any fizz in it. Tasted stale. I've also had better shandy drinks. The restaurant itself is very cozy with a beautiful view. Very unfortunate. We used to be very satisfied. The two waiters who couldn't help it were otherwise nice, but no one asked if it was tasty. Then we said it, so we paid and decided that we wouldn't eat here anymore. At most we'll treat ourselves to coffee, maybe some cake with a view of the lake...

Everything was right here. Even though I was alone here this time, I received excellent service.

The food was very fresh and tasty but I would have liked to have at least wiped the table with a cloth before a new guest sat down there.

Very unfriendly staff. We didn't ask if everything was okay or if we wanted to order anything else. When we waved a waiter over, he rolled his eyes and turned to another table. Not only was the staff ice cold, but also the restaurant... We sat at breakfast wearing winter jackets...

Große Portionen, aber die Qualität war schlecht. Pizza war nicht frisch und kam lau auf den Teller. Wildschein war größtenteils sehr knorpelich. Der Käsekuchen war groß aber der schlechteste den ich je gegessen hatte. Das Spagettieis war minderer Qualität. Die Preise eher höhere Qualität. Fazit: Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Das Personal war nett.

Volle Punktzahl fast ... einzig Preis... war schon mit Ausblickaufschlag. Aber der Kellner war cool, sehr verkaufsorientiert , hat es perfekt geschafft , dass man mehr bestellt. Hat gut auf Sonderwünsche reagiert und witzig. Punkt 14 Uhr am 30.12.23 bestellt, dadurch kam ich in den Genuss des Kaiserschmarrn. Das Hüftgold war voll lecker, der Latte macchiato in groß sehr lecker. Mein Mann hatte den Zwetschgendatschi mit Sahne und Käffchen. War auch zufrieden. Dann noch Wasser und Prosecco. Waren zufrieden, ohne Wartezeit.

Essen: Die Torte die als Sachertorte angeboten wird kenne ich anders (vllt mal google nutzen. Die Sachertorte ist als traditionelles Lebensmittel in AT gelistet). Die Füllung des Apfelstrudels war eher matschig, der Teig aussen zu hart. Könnte einfach schon zu alt geswesen sein. Übertroffen wurde das von der Bedienung. Völlig unmotiviert & unfreundlich.

Sehr netter Kellner. Die Bedienung ist sehr "flott" unterwegs. Sehr großes Lokal mit Innenräumen und Außensitzplätzen, die auch jetzt (Winter) genutzt werden. Nur eine Größe Pizza und die ist riesig. Schmeckt interessant.

Kellner übertrieben freundlich !! Was mich geärgert hat Extras für Pizza Belag Käse 4 Euro Peperoni 1,50 dann wars auch noch ne fertig Pizza 🤣🤣🤣die hollunderschorle viel zu teuer sorry !!

Das Schweinemedaillons von der Wochen Karte war sehr gut abgeschmeckt mit dem Süßkartoffelpüree. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich. Einzigstes Manko war das WC da gab's nur ein Klopapierrolle zum abtrocknen

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, Essen war super, auch ein super Frühstück.

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Essen war lecker. Auch wenn es nicht das gab was draußen beworben wurde auf großen Schildern. Vom Service war ich nicht so begeistert, wenig herzlich hab mich nicht so wohl gefühlt.

Essen (Pizza und Burger) war ausgezeichnet. Service war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Selten so nett bedient worden. Top!

Herr Julian hat uns am Dienstag sehr herzlich und professionell bedient, gerne wieder!

Hunde willkommen, die Bedienung mit den Dreads supernett, Cappuccino groß und schmackhaft, Ausblick über den See phantastisch, sauber Top!!!! (Mehr Sofas wäre wünschenswert 🫢😁)

Wir haben 40 Minuten auf unsere Getränke gewartet, 2 Gerichte waren schon gegessen als die Getränke kamen. Die anderen beiden am Tisch haben das Essen 10-15 Minuten nachdem die beiden anderen mit dem Essen fertig waren bekommen.

Lage am See, sehr gute Auswahl (Frühstück). Besonders hervorzuheben der kompetente und freundliche Service. Sehr zu empfehlen

Service sehr nett, Essen kommt in guten Portionen und ist lecker. Die Sitzplätze sind bequem und laden auch für längere Abende ein. Preise sind für die direkte Lage am See fair.

Ansprechendes Ambiente mit Panoramafenstern zum See, Stühle äußerst bequem. Kaffe war stark, aber nicht zu bitter, und mit schöner Crema, Zwetschgendatschi etwas fest, allerdings gut im Geschmack und mit Sahne gut essbar. Guter und zügiger Service. Der originell gekleidete Kellner Julian ist ausgesprochen sympathisch und bedient sehr aufmerksam, man wird nach seinen Wünschen auch bzgl. Milch etc. gefragt. Einziger Minuspunkt beim Service: Keine Serviette.

Die Kuchen und der Kaiserschmarrn sind superlecker, selten so einen aufmerksamen und netten Kellner kennengelernt. Habe das Café oft und sehr gern besucht.

Haben uns 2 Pizzen bestellt. Richtig geile Größe und Preis ist auch in Ordnung. Geschmacklich echt super. Danke 🤗

Essen ist lecker, Pizzateig ist mir leider etwas zu dünn. Der Service ist super. Der Kellner stellt sich sogar vor, ich habe noch nie so einen tollen engagierten Kellner gesehen. Würde ihn sofort einstellen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Nennt sich Schiller Kaffeerösterei. Schild suggeriert, dass sie guten Kaffee anbieten. Der Kaffee schmeckt billig, hat kein Aroma, kein Crema. Ist einfach nur eine dünne Plörre. Der Kuchen schmeckt aber ganz gut.

Ein toller Ausblick bei strahlendem Wetter - warum also nicht einen Augenblick verweilen. Nach kurzem Blick wurde ein Tisch in vorderster Reihe frei, der uns auch vom Servicepersonal angeboten wurde. Mit einem kurzen "Ich bin gleich bei Ihnen!" verschwand der nette Herr. Leute kamen und gingen....Nachbartische wurden neu belegt und bedient, Speisekarten gereicht, es wurde kassiert und gescherzt....... freundliche Handzeichen unsererseits aber Konsequent ignoriert. Nach 25 Minuten haben wir dann aufgegeben. Zwei Sterne gibt es trotzdem: Einer für den tollen Ausblick, den zweiten für die (auf diversen Tafeln) angebotenen Getränke und Speisen.....las sich gut, konnte leider nicht getestet werden. Sorry, aber das war mal gar nichts.....

Eis Lecker, Apfelstrudel lecker, Kaffee lecker, Latte lecker. Leider kam es nicht zur gleichen Zeit.

Sehr gutes Essen Portionen auch sehr groß . Personal total freundlich und immer ein Lachen auf dem Gesicht (zumindest der Julian ). Das Ambiente atemberaubend alles in einem sehr empfehlenswert. Danke für das leckere Essen und die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Sehr junger, offener und freundlicher Kellner welcher zu jedem bestellten Essen noch etwas dazu anbot bzw. verkaufen wollte. Essen ganz ok, Pizza mir persönlich zu schlapprig… letztendlich von Preis her schon fast Wucher, aber halt 1. Reihe am See… Abendessen mit 2 Kindern ohne SchnickSchnack 82€… 😤

Das Stück Käsekuchen hat gut geschmeckt und hatte eine gute Größe. Cappuccino war mittelmäßig., allerdings war das Besteck nicht sauber gespült, 2 Gabeln und 1 Löffel waren total klebrig. Die Bedienung sehr mürrisch, kein freundliches Wort oder gar mal ein Lächeln. Wir wollten schon gerad gehen, als dann doch noch der schlecht gelaunte Ober kam. Beim Bezahlen das gleiche Spiel, wir mussten sehr lange warten, bis der Kellner nach einigen Aufforderungen erbarmte an den Tisch zu kommen. Ich würde dort nicht nochmal einkehren.
