Unfortunately, our visit to McDonald’s was a real disappointment. Every available table was dirty, forcing us to specifically look for the “least dirty” spot. An absolute no-go for a fast food restaurant that serves so many guests every day. When our food finally came, the next disappointment wasn't far away: the burgers were cold! When you pay a bill that isn't exactly cheap, you at least expect warm food. Instead we were served a bland, cold menu. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. Hygiene and quality should actually be a given in such a large and well-known company - unfortunately not here.

I would like to express my great gratitude to a not-so-young lady in this McDonald's. (With short gray hair) She is your best employee! She is always smiling, friendly and warm. Please appreciate her, because you only have such an employee once!💓

I can't really complain - however, on my last visit the screens above the pick-up counter weren't working. Food was good.

Forgotten a burger, no more straws on site (difficult with a small child), no longer the toys advertised (but without comment they simply add another one), toilets cost 50 cents. Very disappointing.

I can't recommend this McDonald's more highly: 1. terrible service 2. poor food 3.too many people (but it was Saturday) 4.not enough space for so many people (5.) a man at the food counter where you get your burgers is EXTREMELY unfriendly

This place is an absolute disgrace, you wait forever for your food, no one tells you when you eat in the restaurant that you have to take a table display with you. After we waited 15 minutes for our food, it was cold, no one called out the number, the staff was great unfriendly and listless, that's why I prefer zero stars. And what's more, it's really the dirtiest shop I've ever seen, it should be closed, I was defensive there the last time 🙈

Fries were like noodles, the wrap fell apart. Toilets are dirty, only cold water, for requiring 50 cents deposit.. Service is unfriendly except for one waitress.

Very nice. You can have something nice to eat and drink very late after the club. Lots of eye contact, very pleasant.

You have to pay for the toilet, but I haven't seen such a dirty toilet in a long time. I then asked the staff when the toilet would be cleaned. This wasn't taken seriously. When asked if a supervisor was there, he was skillfully ignored. If a health department came by, the store would be closed!

The order was ready quickly, the food was of normal quality - everything met the expectations from McDonald's. However, one of the downsides: there are a lot of people, which creates some discomfort, and it was noticeably dirty in the hall. I would like more attention to cleaning and general order. Overall, good for a quick snack.

I ordered 20 nuggets and 2 large fries with 5 sauces. Not a single one of the 5 sauces was included.

I've now received normal nuggets instead of plant-based nuggets three times in a row... I was very happy for a long time, but the development is sad. From now on I guess I'll have to play the Ultra Alman and look straight into the bag and check if you're doing your job right.

Disgustingly charging 25 cents for the toilet. And all the toilets were endlessly dirty. There was an OB on the floor and there was blood on the toilet seat. UNREASONABLE!!!

No other MC upsets my stomach as often as the one in PEP, they should be checked better. You can tell that the shop has been taken over, it feels more like a Viennese family snack bar. I don't say that to talk people down, but because apparently this group sells spoiled food or doesn't really pay attention to hygiene.

I recently went to McDonald's and unfortunately I have to say that my visit there was anything but satisfactory. As soon as I entered the restaurant I noticed that the organization at the checkout was chaotic. The staff didn't serve customers in the order they arrived, but seemed to pull people over at random. There was no clear line, which of course led to a lot of frustration in a full restaurant. When I finally placed my order, it took longer than usual to be ready. To my annoyance, my order ended up being given to someone else. When I noticed this and mentioned it to the staff, I was simply answered snidely: "Tough luck." No apology, no attempt to resolve the situation - just a disrespectful and completely unprofessional response. I understand that a busy fast food restaurant can be hectic, but a certain level of politeness and organization should still be a given. This experience significantly clouded my impression of this McDonald's location. It would be desirable for staff to be better trained, both in dealing with customers and in organizing ordering processes

Worst Mcdonalds i have eaten taste wise

We were there at lunchtime today and wanted to go back to MC Donald after 5 years. My husband had a Royal Bacon Burger menu and I ordered the MC Rib menu. Mine was really good nice and warm. My husband didn't let the cheese melt and it looked unloving, then the amazing thing happened: there was a long, light hair in the salad or burger. He went there, complained, no apology, nothing got a new one, it also looked very unfinished. What did we then say to ourselves would be enough for the next 5 years...better do it yourself or go to a real burger shop

If you order a breakfast menu, have the coffee made first... the rest is otherwise ice cold... the staff are spoken to and... it doesn't seem to matter... it's a shame then it's better to have a good butter pretzel... the stars are going up .... service has improved by 100%, keep it up

Unfortunately, I have had very bad experiences with the employees on almost every visit over the years, which is why I ultimately decided not to visit this McDonald's anymore. I also have the impression that the owner is extremely stingy. You don't get the typical McDonald's experience that made McDonald's successful here. Not recommendable.

Unfortunately one of the worse McDonald's in Munich. Always really busy and overcrowded, it's not always clean and a lot of people just come here without eating/ordering, but to rest after pep shopping. Lots and lots of children and generally very loud. Food is ok as usual at McDonald’s.

After today's trip with the children, I was unfortunately totally disappointed, no matter when you order the food, whether for delivery or on site, something is always missing, whether it's a toy at happy meal or even a citizen. There was only half a slice of cheese on my Fishmac, the iced tea was lukewarm?! The store was completely stuffy and not air conditioned at all. But the worst thing is the employee at the counter who shouts the issue numbers loudly throughout the store. Why? They are also displayed on the board. Eating there was therefore really unpleasant and not just because of the audience.

I wandered in here today for a breakfast duo. Coffee is okay but the Franzbrötchen is not complete, a whole third is missing. Next time I'll buy it from the bakery and just a coffee here. It's definitely cheaper and of better quality.

This is the most disgusting McDonald's I've seen in my entire life. The food was terrible, no taste. The place is super dirty, bugs wandering around and can get into the food, food on the floor and never cleaned, pay toilets and disgusting. There are other more interesting restaurants in the shopping center and the five guys just opposite (even if the five guys is not particularly clean either but better). If I could I would put -1 as a rating.

You can order right at the entrance using an “ordering machine” or directly at the counter. If you have coupons you can save a lot. We decided to order from the machine with table service. However, our number was shouted very loudly and we were informed that there was no table service and that we should get our "stuff" ourselves... even though there wasn't much going on at quarter to 12 at night and half of the employees were busting their feet standing in their stomachs while they played around on their cell phones!! In addition, one of the burgers was cold (yes cold, not even lukewarm). After my complaint, I got a new burger from a very nice employee. I'm actually used to better service and better quality of goods from MCDONALD'S... here it was rather mediocre 🤷🏻‍♀️

The food is just McDonald's food and crin star food. Sometimes things are forgotten but the employees always apologize for the 3 stars The ambience is right on the pep and the homeless take advantage of this by going into the Fiale and scrounging for money or deposit bottles. It's annoying even if most of them aren't responsible for the homelessness, but you want to eat in peace otherwise it's an ordinary McDonald's

Your typical McDonald's outlet, seems to be short-stafffed as tables are sticky often. Shirkflation hitting hard and half the time the ice-cream machine is not necessarily broken, but not the full selection is available b/c some items like chocolate icecream or frozen yoghurt are not available. McD is definitely on a downward trend. Pass!

The employees are really rude to the customers when you have a question, I've ordered from them several times and what's more, most of the things I ordered were forgotten. You really notice that you are unwanted

We were served beef patties on a McPlant. The McPlant Nuggets were rock hard. They were probably in the heat bridge for too long and were then briefly thrown into the deep fryer. I will definitely never eat here again. Simply disgusting!

In spite of the very large crowd, we received the ordered food quickly and completely. The staff members are very helpful. Our order only fit on several trays, and they immediately (of their own accord) came to our aid and brought it to our table. The cleanliness is not immaculate, but it is not to be expected with this much traffic.

You should be able to deduct stars for the ambience. A bunch of teenagers who can't behave take up three tables to sit there, eat sunflower seeds, dirty everything with sunflower seed shells and be loud. They push each other against other customers. They are loud and as a paying customer you have to eat standing up. The staff doesn't give a damn. Some of the children smoke e-cigarettes. In the interior. Is okay. The brats can't behave, but why isn't the staff doing anything? I do not understand that. I'm definitely not setting foot in there anymore. This branch is just anti-social.

When you walk through this branch it doesn't just smell like a deep fryer. Bad lighting, dirty tables not really inviting.🤢

This place is nearly full even in the late night. But their food preparation is quite fast, so you do not have to wait too much. However the personal ise very unfriendly.

Kein hallo, kein tschüss kriegt man seht unhöflich als würden sie gezwungen dort zu Arbeiten. Heute 18.12.23 ich hatte ein heissen caffe in Hand es wurde bei den Sitz Möglichkeiten eine Absperrung gemacht und die Dame mit der bunten gesichtsmaske war sehr unhöflich ich habe sie höflich gefragt wie ich über die Absperrung kommen weil meine Sachen schon am Platz liegen sie sagt ich soll mich nicht so anstellen und mit meinen hassen caffe einfach selbst die Absperrung anmachen soll geht garnicht war öfters dort das ist nicht das erste mal schade komm nicht mehr!

Это просто жесть, прошлый раз были с подружкой оказалось, что ей дали чизбургер без сыра и без огурцов?!!! , просто булочка и котлета внутри - это как? , она пошла спросить , что это? прям за столик прибежал администратор и сообщил, что это у них так и должно быть, типа такое меню..... А пару дней назад, были чизбургер был уже как положено, но все равно мне меню перепутали и ей, заказали по одному чизбургер и чикенбургер и ей и мне. В итоге у меня 2 чизбургера, и у нее 2 чизбургера, прикольно.

Ich kann hier nur meine Erfahrung als Kunde, der immer Essen mitnimmt. Selber habe ich dort nie zum dort Essen bestellt. Ambiente: Dort gibt es immer viel los und hier muss man sich schon auf das lange Warten einstellen. Bestellung: Hier funktionieren 5 von den 6 Selbstbestellungsmaschinen gut ESSEN: Der Cheeseburger hier ist es genau so wie in allen Filialen. Das einzige gute ist es, dass es zu viel Pommes wegen vielen Kunde vorbereite wird, dass du immer frische Pommes hat. Empfelung? Von meiner Seite ich hatte nicht viele schlechte Erfahrungen hier. McDonald in einem Einkaufzentrum. Sollte einer keine Lust auf Mäci haben, hat genügend andere Auswahl, da sich hier generell die Gastronomie abspielt.

Top McDonalds. Kurze Wartezeit, immer frisch.

Mitarbeiter völlig überfordert. Überall Müll auf den Tischen und dem Boden. Tische schmutzig. Essen lauwarm bzw kalt. Bei den Preisen, die man nun auch bei McDonalds bezahlt bezahlt, erwarte ich nun definitiv mehr.

Visited this place again today. I was surprised by the girls and women who bring orders to the table. (Lovely, kind, smiling 🥰🥰🥰), a wonderful group of guys worked this afternoon. The atmosphere is 100%, the staff is 100%. Thank you, you lifted my spirits

Immer voll, Mitarbeiter ignorieren die Menschen ( Kassierer ausgenommen ), essen nicht immer frisch

Habe da mein Essen bestellt, es kam 1. kalt an, das Burgerbrötchen lag in der Box jedoch nicht auf dem Fleisch sondern an der Seite.. 2. Getränk wurde garnicht mitgegeben und die Soßen wurden auch komplett vergessen. Dafür aber 4 Gläser bekommen, was ich aber mit denen anfangen soll ist mir ein Geheimnis wenn ich kein Trinken für das Geld bekomme.
