A very good place to rest, toilets and showers. Be careful, but Bundeswehrers pee next to cars (they wear German Military uniforms with a smile, maybe they think they'll see what real men have). After that, there's silence and peace. However, being there personally and experiencing the arguments for decisions that need to be made in certain matters, I understand what modern Germany is like.

You always have to check your order. Almost every time something was missing. Very often food is not warm... One day I ordered ice cream... but what I got was just a milkshake in an ice cream packaging... The ice cream was completely melted.

The food was good, but with a burger you could see that the salad was definitely old. Cleanliness in this branch has never been good and not this time either. The men's toilet was closed and the disabled toilet was not clean. Whoever designed the guest room - please don't do that again. Racism in a different way! As a German you are treated like dirt here! And when it comes to take-away orders, at least one ordered product is now missing. Today it was a cheeseburger and two accompanying sauces. I now assume that the frequency of “forgotten” products is due to intentional fraud! But the staff can't even say an apology. Hello I was just at Burger King with my girlfriend. Normally we always go in Neustadt or Kaiserslautern, Kaiserslautern is right around the corner. But in Kaiserslautern I have never received what I ordered. And it was similar in Neustadt, always without ice, even though the drink was ordered with ice, or onions, even though ordered without, it was an absolute disaster and the burgers are always gone as if you had just sat on them. But the burger we ate today we had two wobbers without onions once with extra cheese and and and and and and the burger was better than a burger at Kullman's and also better than the burgers that I made myself last week so that was it really good. Our order was the 623 who was the preparer which was really first class. I'm not used to that from a Burger King. You can also pass it on to the other branches. The fries were also very good but the burger really blew me away. Because of the bad points the ambience I would really like it if there was a 50s style Burger King that's why I gave zero points for the ambience that is an absolute disaster if I visit an American culinary restaurant I also want to have an American feeling. 😂

So you're treated as a customer in the worst possible way. You won't be listened to until you get louder, you'll answer sloppily and people tend to forget things. When it comes to prices, it's better not to talk like that and be with the customers. No wonder some people freak out. It's not really clean there either

One of the worst Burger King's I've ever been to. Incompetence is pretty big here with a simple order of 3 parts (burger/shake and mac and cheese) making 2 mistakes. Then of course go to the checkout pretty quickly and complain. THE 2nd time you complain, the customer is taken for a fool. Burger almost ice cold and not tasty. There's no way I'm going back here.
