A wonderful evening where everything just worked out. We felt very comfortable from the very first moment. The host works with a pleasant calm, attentive and present without ever seeming intrusive. The food was so wonderful from the first course to the last, aromatic, finely balanced, and full of flavor. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

The Rauchfang in Bad Orb is worth a visit. This wonderful little restaurant offers 8 to 12 guests the opportunity to enjoy an exceptional dinner in the evening. Reservations are essential! The chef cooks at the level of a 2-Michelin-star chef, and his wife serves. A wonderful atmosphere. We've been there twice and are so impressed that we've already booked a third visit. Fine dining at the highest level without seeming the least bit pretentious. Two people have found their passion here, and if you're worth it, you'll enjoy almost four hours of delicacies from the kitchen.

I was only in Zella-Mehlis temporarily, and I haven't eaten so well and so deliciously in a very long time. The cordon bleu with salad and fries was exquisite. I'm really looking forward to returning to this restaurant. Highly recommended!

We celebrated our wedding in a very small group at Karim's place at Tinaja and love spending time there. He's a fantastic cook and host. My husband never orders anything other than the octopus.
Karim has four or five dishes on the menu. The delicious appetizer platter and the aioli are so good that we usually take some of the sumptuous main course home with us.
Currently, he's closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, so you'll have to reach him on one of the other days from around 11 a.m. and reserve one of the five tables.
