Gjinis Pizza Bad Gandersheim in Bad Gandersheim

Dear readers, I tried Gjini's Pizza in Bad Gandersheim at its opening and found the quality to be very good. Today, in 2025, I had to try it again, and after the first bite, it was clear that time hadn't affected the quality at all. On the contrary, it's really good. The toppings on the two pizzas I tried were fresh and had a good bite. Not dry or too thin. The dough was really good; even the crust wasn't dry. Of course, a pizza from a stone oven is always delicious, but this one, baked over an open fire in a stone oven, is a real winner. What I like best is that this pizza is actually really filling, unlike the competition whose pizzas come on a conveyor belt and are as thin as toilet paper. The staff, and I assume the owner himself, are a very well-coordinated team, friendly and not overly pushy like a typical tactic to sell more—you know what I mean. Questions are also answered politely and clearly. The ambiance gets full marks from me because, although the shop is small, I find it very clean and well-organized, even though it had been open for a while. Some might say it's a shame there aren't any seats to eat in. Yes, there's only one table with two chairs, but this allows the concept to focus entirely on its offerings without having to worry about service. That would only compromise the quality, which I think is fantastic. If, like me, you ordered via their app—yes, they have an app where you can order and even pay—you can see how long you'll have to wait. Today was even a public holiday, and the guys were extremely busy, so naturally, things take time. Therefore, I have a request for everyone: If you have to wait a little longer, please be patient; the food is really good. I always have time when I eat or shop elsewhere because, after all, I haven't dug my last grave yet. So, four words: Go, order, eat, be happy. Thanks for reading this. Have a nice day.

We had two pizzas delivered: a gyro and a chili cheese. Unfortunately, the crusts on both pizzas were burnt. Otherwise, the chili cheese was okay, but the gyro pizza was unfortunately not good. After a bit of looking at it, we identified the supposed gyro as a kind of cooked ham. Absolutely unacceptable, and this should have been pointed out when ordering. It said it was a kind of gyro, but we weren't expecting cooked ham. The hollandaise sauce was baked into the pizza and was therefore barely noticeable on the pizza. It's a shame that a customer is offered something like this.

We ordered for pickup, so I can't really comment on the delivery service or the ambiance. What I can say, however, is that €9 for a tiny salad is really excessive; the salad was half a bowl of soup. The other people's pizzas were extremely sparsely topped, and there were practically no sauces. Since I'd seen so many good reviews, I was very surprised that our food was so disappointing. Since the salad wasn't enough, my mother shared it with me, and I don't know if it was the salad (egg or chicken) or the pizza, but I've been flat on my back for about an hour after eating, with stomach cramps and nausea. It's a shame; it's out as an option for us in the future.

Super delicious food! Fresh and prepared properly. Fresh dough, delicious sauce, and more. Simply superb. I'll be back again and again.

I can't judge the shop/ambiance or anything like that myself, because we order by phone and my partner picks up the pizzas. However, he always emphasizes how friendly they are. The pizzas taste incredible; I could eat them every day.

An absolute joke. Never experienced anything like it. Ordered and paid through the website. After a long wait, they told me they were on vacation. A disgrace, not recommended.

It's the best delivery service in Bad Gandersheim, so high quality, cleanly made, fresh, the pizzas are even made in a wood-fired oven, so the edges are really puffy and not charred. You can also pre-order everything online with extras if you want. The salads are very fresh and not from yesterday, but there are a lot of onions on top, although they are thin... thank goodness... Yes, they slice everything with a slicer, so it's immediately appetizing and pleasant to eat. You can pay in various ways and with a cigarette card when the food is picked up at your front door... amazing, yes, between €30-35 for a single sandwich with pizza, or baked pasta with salad, for the freshness and quality, and then on top of that, the fact that it's hot... you're definitely happy to pay that, because you don't order every day, so it should be good and tasty, when the kitchen staff put in so much effort. So folks, today is March 24, 2025. Please, I recommend this restaurant to you because you can also eat inside if you want. I only order from there from now on, and if I want Asian food, I'll order this version. Oh, and the ice cream parlor at the playground has moved further forward, and it's the best ice cream in Bad Gandersheim. I hope I was able to recommend something good to you. The base was crispy, the sauce was spicy and the topping was simply perfect. But it's not just the pizza that's a highlight - I also tried the salads and pasta, and they're just fantastic too. Everything is prepared with a lot of love and you can taste it in every bite.😬 Everything is really right here: taste, quality and service. Absolutely recommended! I'll definitely be back!👍

Pizza was great. Not suitable for sitting. A strong removal of the smells would be nice.

All I can say is that it was perfect. It was, without a lie, the best pizza in the area High quality food. You're happy to pay a euro more for that. So much in the area has gradually disappeared that the quality was just terrible. Thank you for the great food.

Der Service an sich gut und die Lieferung kam auch pünktlich. Jedoch kam die eine Pizza (in klein bestellt),als große Pizza an…Extra Knoblauch war auch bestellt und auf der Pizza war davon rein garnichts zu sehen/schmecken…sonst war die Pizza ganz lecker… Die zweite Pizza (Gyros) war nicht sehr appetitlich, da das Gyros Fleisch irgendwie garkein Gyros Fleisch war….kaum gewürzt und sah ziemlich merkwürdig aus und schmeckte auch so…nach dem zweiten Stück wurde aufgehört… Bisher war es hier immer ganz gut aber diesmal wurde das Ziel völlig verfehlt…

Heute zum zweiten mal bestellt und abgeholt, super Preis Leistung. Die Pizzen sind Top und die Jungs vor Ort sehr nett.

Leckere Pizza. Hat uns um halb 10 abends noch eine leckere Pizza gemacht. Einfaches Ambiente, der Eingangsbereich wirkte nicht so einladend. Aber ich war ja zum Essen und nicht für eine Gebäudebesichtigung hier.

Sehr leckere Pizza aus dem Steinofen. Hatten gestern die Pizza Scampi und die Broccoli.

Ich habe gesehen, dass sie vor einigen Wochen neu aufgemacht hat und sah wie mehr und mehr Leute da waren, als ich vorbei gefahren bin. Ich bin heute mit meinem Sohn zum ersten Mal endlich dorthin gekommen. Unsere Erwartungen waren hoch. Diese Erwartungungen waren vollständig erfüllt. Tolle Pizzen. Toller und sympatischer Geschäftsführer. Danke. Es wird ein nächstes Mal geben.

Wer in Bad Gandersheim eine leckere Pizza sucht ist hier genau richtig. Tolles, junges Team und super leckeres Essen. So muss es sein.

Super pizza immer wieder gerne komme

Sehr leckere und gut belegte Pizza aus dem Steinofen. Der Familie hat es sehr gut geschmeckt, wir hatten verschieden Pizzen. Beim Abholen vor Ort hat der Rand beim Schneiden richtig geknackt. (Nach dem Transport war er nicht mehr so knackig, aber das lag an der Fahrt.)

Mit Abstand die beste Pizza im Umkreis. Nur empfehlenswert!! 👍🏼🤗

Von Anfang bis Ende war alles einfach perfekt. Das Ambiente der Pizzeria ist gemütlich und einladend. Sobald man den Laden betritt, wird man von einem freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal begrüßt, das einem sofort das Gefühl gibt, willkommen zu sein. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt super entspannt und verdient 5-Sterne. Nun zum wichtigsten Teil: dem Essen. Die Pizza hier ist einfach sensationell. Jeder Bissen ist ein Genuss und man merkt sofort, dass hier nur hochwertige Zutaten verwendet werden.
