Wie immer gut, Qualität seit über 30 Jahren konstant. Nachtrag 2026: Kann ich nicht mehr empfehlen - hat sehr stark nachgelassen, nur noch enttäuschend! Höhepunkt war vor ein.paar Monaten, als wir Essen bestellt haben. Ich habe meine Bestellung telefonisch aufgegeben und auf meine Frage, wie lange es dauert, bekam ich die Gegenfrage wie schnell ich da sein könnte. Das Essen war aufgewärmt, Pizza furztrocken, Salat matschig, der stand schon länger. So wie es aussah, eine nicht abgeholte Bestellung, die dann für uns verwendet wurde. Das geht gar nicht!!!! Außerdem habe ich mich schon immer gefragt, warum man als italienisches Restaurant matschige Standard-KROKETTEN zu seinen Gerichten anbietet - vielleicht, weil es schnell geht und billig ( aber nur für den Betreiber) ist??????

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal dort und sind sehr begeistert. 🙂🙂 Wir hatten Vorspeise, Hauptspeise & Nachspeise und es war einfach nur köstlich. 😋🙂🇮🇹 Es gibt ausgefallene Pizzasorten die sehr empflenswert sind. Preis-Leistung ist auch top. Der Weg aus dem Oberharz hat sich zu 💯 Prozent gelohnt und wir kommen gerne wieder. Beste Grüße aus dem Oberharz

Wir haben vor einem Monat geheiratet und für die Feier nach unserer standesamtlichen Trauung hätten wir uns keinen besseren Ort aussuchen können. Wir haben im kleinen Familienkreis außerhalb der regulären Öffnungszeiten gefeiert und alles hat von Anfang bis Ende perfekt gepasst. Das Vorgespräch war bereits nett und unkompliziert und bei der Menüauswahl wurden unsere Wünsche mit den Empfehlungen von Nino super umgesetzt. So ist ein richtig tolles Menü entstanden, das bei allen Gästen sehr gut angekommen ist. Der Service war herzlich, aufmerksam und freundlich und wir haben uns die ganze Zeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den schönen Nachmittag.

Ich schreibe sehr selten Bewertungen und hinterlasse normalerweise keine Kommentare, aber die heutige Situation hat mich wirklich bis zu Tränen gebracht, sodass ich es nicht mehr für mich behalten konnte. Wir waren heute voller Vorfreude im Restaurant La Fattoria in Bad Gandersheim, nachdem wir viele positive Bewertungen über das gute Essen gelesen hatten. Trotzdem hatten wir schon zuvor nicht zum ersten Mal negative Kommentare über das Personal gehört, entschieden uns aber dennoch, hinzufahren und das Essen zu genießen. Leider wurden wir am Ende nicht einmal an einen Tisch gesetzt. Als wir ankamen, gab es auf der Terrasse viele freie Tische. Wir sind freundlich hineingegangen, haben gegrüßt und wollten uns an einen freien Tisch setzen. An einem großen Tisch saß ein Mann mit einer Gesellschaft. Dieser Mann sagte zweimal „Hallo“, aber nicht freundlich, sondern eher in einem Ton, der bedeutete: „Was machen Sie hier?“ oder „Warum kommen Sie ohne Erlaubnis herein?“. Mein Begleiter hat höflich gegrüßt und erklärt, dass wir zum ersten Mal hier sind und gerne zu Mittag essen würden. Daraufhin wurde uns mit dem Finger in Richtung Ausgang gezeigt und gesagt, wir sollen draußen warten. Der Ton war dabei keineswegs höflich – es fühlte sich eher so an, als würden wir hinausgeworfen werden. Wir waren schockiert über diese Behandlung. Noch nie zuvor habe ich mich in einem Restaurant so unerwünscht, unwohl und gedemütigt gefühlt. Besonders verletzend war es, dass andere Gäste die Situation mitbekommen haben. Ehrlich gesagt war das so unangenehm und schmerzhaft, dass es mich bis zu Tränen gebracht hat. Später haben wir erfahren, dass dieser Mann der Besitzer des Lokals war. Umso trauriger ist es, wenn Gäste schon an der Tür das Gefühl bekommen, nicht willkommen zu sein. Auch wenn es ein Missverständnis gewesen sein sollte, rechtfertigt das in keiner Weise einen respektlosen Umgang mit Menschen. Freundlichkeit und Respekt sollten selbstverständlich sein – besonders gegenüber Gästen, die einfach nur einen schönen Tag verbringen und gut essen wollten.

Dies war unser erster und gleichzeitig letzter Besuch. Wir kamen gegen 13 Uhr an. Das Restaurant hatte bereits geöffnet. Wir hatten Lust auf italienische Küche und entschieden uns für das Restaurant La Fattoria in Gehrenrode 6, 37581 Bad Gandersheim-Gehrenrode. Als wir ankamen, wollten wir uns zunächst das Restaurant anschauen. Es war nicht besonders voll. Wir gingen an ein paar Tischen auf der Terrasse vorbei, als plötzlich ein Mann anfing, uns laut „Hallo“ zuzurufen. Ich drehte mich um, begrüßte ihn und ging weiter. Allerdings rief er immer lauter, und da wurde mir klar, dass es kein freundliches „Hallo“ war. Sein Ton war sehr unfreundlich. Er fragte: „Was wollen Sie?“ Ich antwortete, dass wir zum ersten Mal hier seien und gerne etwas bestellen möchten. Daraufhin kamen nur Gesten und die Aufforderung, um die Ecke zu warten. Nach diesem Umgang haben wir beschlossen, nicht zu bleiben, und das Restaurant wieder verlassen. Der Inhaber des Lokals sollte aufhören, seine Gäste wie Hunde zu behandeln: mit dem Finger auf sie zu zeigen und quer durch das Restaurant zu rufen, was sie zu tun haben. Ein solches Verhalten ist äußerst respektlos und schafft eine unangenehme Atmosphäre.

Wir hatten einen schönen Besuch im La Fattoria. Das absolute Highlight war die Vorspeise – das Carpaccio mit frischem Brot war einfach mega lecker! Auch der Hauptgang, eine überbackene Pasta mit Erbsen, hat uns gut geschmeckt (4 von 5 Sternen). Der Service war durchweg top: Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch die sanitären Anlagen waren sauber und ordentlich, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt zum Tisch: Dieser war leider bei unserer Ankunft noch recht schmutzig. Zwar kam sofort ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, um ihn zu reinigen, allerdings waren danach immer noch ein paar Flecken von der Tomatensoße zu sehen. Hier könnte beim Abwischen noch etwas gründlicher gearbeitet werden. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden. Das Restaurant ist durch den vorhandenen Spielplatz besonders für Familien absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Besonders die freundliche Atmosphäre, Nino und der aufmerksame Service haben unseren Besuch perfekt gemacht. Die Portionen sind großzügig und die Qualität der Zutaten schmeckt man sofort. Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant mit gemütlichem Ambiente – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Der beste Italiener, den ich je besucht habe. Es gibt immer eine Sonderkarte mit saisonalen seltenen Köstlichkeiten. Der Chef - sympathisch, seinen Gästen nah, hat stets Zeit für einen netten Plausch, sofern es die Situation zulässt. Es gibt keine Hektik, auch in stressigen Situationen nicht. Das Personal wird gut geführt. Das gesamte Personal arbeitet als Team zusammen. Dieses Restaurant ist immer eine Reise dorthin nebst Besuch wert. Danke an das gesamte Team für den guten Service & das tolle Essen.

Man muss dem Koch einfach Danke für dass gute Essen sagen. Die Spargelcreme Suppe war mit gutem Abstand die beste die ich bis jetzt essen durfte. Absolut Daumen hoch. Die Penne Arrabbiata spielt auch im oberen Bereich mit. Top Restaurant, kann ich nur empfehlen. 👍

Mein Essen kam schnell und war gut temperiert. Ich hatte eine Vorspeise mit gehälftete Cocktailtomaten mit Blattsalate und Burrata. Dazu eine köstliche Balsamiko Creme. Als Hauptspeise eine Pizza Frutti de Mare mit köstlichen Teig. Ich habe lange nicht mehr so gut italienisch gegessen. 👍 Bedienung war freundlich und höflich. Auch absolut Kinderfreundlich, drinnen gibt eine Spielecke und draußen ein schöner Spielplatz. Wir kommen immer gern wieder. Alle waren zufrieden.

Nach Umbau durchweg empfehlenswert. Unbedingt reservieren da dieses Restaurant sehr beliebt ist.

Update.. Heute am 31.12. Waren Wir zu 4 zum Silvesterabend dort, tolles Menü, einzigartiger Geschmack, dein Personal, so wunderbar aufmerksam.. Jeder der 6 Gänge waren wunderbar, Geschmackvoll und mit können und liebe gekocht..Dafür gibt's natürlich 5 🌟 ... Guten Rutsch. Wir wollten tatsächlich 11 Jahre lang hierher zum Essen kommen, da uns Freunde und Bekannte das Lokal als hervorragend empfohlen hatten. Heute im Urlaub nun endlich geschafft.. Essen war perfekt, nichts aber auch gar nichts zu beanstanden. Es wurden vom Chef Sondergerichte empfohlen...Getränke wurden schnell gebracht...Und unser Essen von der klaren Brühe mit Tortellini, über die Schale Salat bis hin zu den Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten...wirklich super. Wir warten bestimmt nicht nochmal 11 Jahre..Ein Italiener ganz nach unserem Geschmack....fantastisch

We just ate there and had to share our experience... a truly long-established Italian restaurant in the middle of nowhere. The place was packed, but we still managed to get a small table. Despite the initial rush, we were able to order quickly and received our order just as promptly, in excellent quality (and quantity). This restaurant has structure and quality. My extra request for olives on the Napolitana was fulfilled with 15 or 16 extra. I usually don't even find half that many. A sincere and urgent recommendation. TIP: Reserve a table! Verdict: Worth it.

I enjoyed my first antipasti here in 1984. We've been coming back ever since! The food is always delicious, and the service is very friendly and professional.

We happened upon this place by chance. They also had various daily specials that had been recommended to us verbally. So we ordered two pizzas: one pumpkin cream pizza with Parma ham, Parmesan cheese, and pumpkin seeds, and one with tomato, mozzarella, mushrooms, and arugula. Both were delicious. But the pumpkin cream pizza was a veritable explosion of flavors. The sweetness of the pumpkin and the saltiness of the ham were amazing! And the tiramisu for dessert was also delicious! We'd love to come back.

The ambiance is pleasant, the food is mostly passable, but the now rather arrogant manner of the chef, combined with the significantly increased prices, topped off by the sale of tap water as "Aqua die Gehrenrode" for around €10 per liter, is no longer to our taste. We can't judge whether this is a sustainable business model. However, we prefer not to be treated like supplicants as guests and would rather spend our money at restaurants where we are treated in a friendly, courteous, and equal manner. Moreover, the competition offers (more) reasonable value for money with the same quality and equally pleasant ambiance. It's a shame – especially as long-time guests – but we will refrain from further visits for the time being.

Actually, everything was fine. I had onion soup as a starter, and unfortunately, it was sour. But the pizza, pasta, and other dishes were all very tasty, and the desserts were good too.

We've been enjoying the restaurant's delicacies for a while now and have now tried out a tiny house. Very nice... Beautiful location, very clean, very bright and comfortably furnished, and a generous and delicious breakfast. Dear Sarah and Nino, thank you again for the wonderful time with you.

We went out to dinner with friends, and as always, it was excellent. Afterwards, my wife and I spent the night in the tiny house. It was a lovely atmosphere, with great beds and a view of nature. We really enjoyed it.

Italian cuisine?? The name and the menu promise Italy in Lower Saxony. The antipasti were excellent, but croquettes and frozen vegetables as a side dish to the veal liver (where was the sage hiding??)—how German is that? Hence two stars deducted...

We spontaneously entered the restaurant and politely asked if there was a table available (without a reservation). Instead of a friendly reply, a visibly annoyed man—the boss, as it later turned out—wordlessly directed us to the beer tent seating without a roof. No "hello," no smile—nothing. After we sat down, he came over with a grumpy face and handed us the menus. As he was taking our order, his phone rang—and he answered it in the middle of a conversation with us. That alone would be rude enough, but he proceeded to rudely harass the guests on the phone and then loudly complained in front of us about "annoying customers" who "just don't seem to understand." A complete no-go. The food arrived surprisingly quickly and tasted okay. But we'd barely taken two bites when it started to rain. While we tried to save our things, he just looked over at us with a bored expression and made no attempt to help. We then simply carried our things to a nearby covered table ourselves. Instead of offering help, he simply shouted rudely, "There's no room, you have to go in." We explained that we were only trying to save our things, but he continued to harass us instead of simply lending a hand. No sign of hospitality or service orientation. On the positive side: The other service staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager clearly bosses them around and treats them disrespectfully – this was observed several times. In conclusion: The manager is simply unfriendly, arrogant, and completely out of place in the restaurant industry. If this restaurant were located in an area with real competition, it probably wouldn't have customers for much longer. We definitely won't be coming back.

Unlike the takeout a few days earlier, we enjoyed a delicious meal and drinks on the terrace. Spacious terrace, nice field with play equipment for children.

Last Saturday we spent a night in a Tiny House at this location — and it was fantastic! The accommodation is surprisingly luxurious and comfortably furnished. The bed was wonderful, and with the warm weather the air conditioning was a real relief. Everything looked spick and span and immediately felt like a little bit of a holiday. The owner is incredibly friendly and the contact regarding the booking went smoothly and pleasantly. What makes this stay extra special is the associated Italian restaurant. We sat on the cozy terrace there on Saturday evening and enjoyed a delicious dinner. Really top quality, both in terms of food and atmosphere. The only downside? That we only booked one night! But luckily that gives us a good excuse to come back again. In short: highly recommended for anyone looking for a special overnight stay with a culinary bonus.

Wir waren zu Gast in den entzückenden und liebevoll eingerichteten Chalets und haben abends in der Frattoria sehr gut gegessen. Die Gastgeber Sarah, Nino, Georgio und Annabel hätten uns nicht freundlicher bewirten können. Es war rundum schön und wir sind erholt und voller positiver Eindrücke heim gefahren.

We used the relatively new tiny houses. We really enjoyed it. Surrounded by nature, in a high-quality house with super luxurious beds for a super deep sleep. The owner is an extremely nice and accommodating person. It's a great place to just switch off for a while while working and unwind. We will definitely come back. Nice little place, feels like the middle of nowhere. The outdoor terrace is very nicely designed. Pizza 😋, the dough was just a bit too oily for me. Pasta was good, the noodles a little too soft, the sauce delicious. Great, they serve homemade bread. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar would have been a good addition. The staff is friendly and on the ball. Orders are taken promptly and processed quickly. Thanks to friendly inquiries, we were always well looked after. A place to relax and feel good. Thanks for a wonderful evening with friends. 4+ from me. See you again soon :-)

We are very impressed by the food, the ambiance, this beautiful area, and also by the service. When I lived in the area, I went there often, and after moving, I'm back for a long time: the best pizza ever! (Now I know what I've been missing all these years 😉) The quality of the meat is top-notch. We're happy to drive the 45-minute drive.

We were visiting Bad Gandersheim and I was more than surprised. At the very friendly suggestion of the waitress, we decided to order from the daily menu, and both me and my wife were thrilled. We also came spontaneously with a newborn child, but it was no problem getting a table on a Sunday.

The food went like that, but I wasn't impressed, I didn't really like it that much in general.

The restaurant has a nice location, which is particularly suitable for eating outside. The service staff seemed partly not inexperienced, but very friendly. The food left me ambivalent. The starter with carpaccio was very tasty, but also tended to be a bit more expensive. The main course was a Pizza Diavolo, which tasted good. Unfortunately, it was also a bit too oily and onions and peppers seemed carelessly thrown on top. All in all, a nice place to visit.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, tolle Pasta, nicht nur die Standard Gerichte, fluffiger Teig bei der Pizza und Top Salat vorneweg. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

Prime time Saturday evening, very well attended & TOP service: very friendly, courteous & attentive. Food served very attractively & tasted very good!

Had dinner there today with family and friends and were very satisfied. Unfortunately there are few parking spaces so it wasn't easy to find a parking space on the street. Despite the full house, the service was professional and very friendly. After a while, the owner took the orders personally and calmly. And I always mean that in a positive way! The drinks were served quickly and the food took a while to arrive. This is because the food is freshly prepared and, in my opinion, there wasn't enough staff. Problems were resolved immediately, friendly and quickly. (One pizza was very burnt on the edge) The visitors and we were happy to accept the slightly longer waiting time. Delivery service is not offered, but you can order by phone to pick up. The food can be eaten inside or outside, in the beer garden. Inside it is rustic but comfortably furnished. You can also have meals in the beer garden on bad days because a roof can be extended. The dishes were very tasty and rich. The prices are in the higher segment but were acceptable for the quality. The sanitary facilities were very clean, despite the large number of visitors. For the children there is a playground on site with many options. Dogs are welcome. Opposite, on the other side of the street, are small bungalows offered by the owner of the restaurant. I don't know the costs per night and facility. Our group found the stay very pleasant and I can highly recommend the resteraunt. We thank you for the pleasant stay and the very friendly and courteous service.

We came across La Fattoria by chance as we were passing through home from a trip to the Harz Mountains and we absolutely loved it. At first we wondered whether we were in the right place in the village. However, we were not disappointed. We were kindly offered a table, even though the restaurant was already very busy. Despite the many guests, service was quick. The food tasted excellent! From the pizza to the homemade ravioli. Our service was extremely friendly. There is a large play area for children. This makes the visit relaxing for young and old. The toilets were very clean and modern, especially the former, which you don't come across that often these days. Nice changing option available! The view of the greenery and the quiet location are very nice!

Today we were here for the first time and although the restaurant is almost 60km away from where we live and was not easy to find, we will remember this stay for a long time and we will definitely repeat it and recommend it to others. We were welcomed by the very nice boss (who was incredibly nice when we made the reservation by phone days in advance) and immediately recommended additional dishes. Class 1. Our ordered dishes arrived very quickly, despite the house being very full. 2nd grade. The pizzas we ordered were incredibly tasty, had great toppings and the dough was fantastic. Class 3. Since we didn't have that much time, we got the bill very quickly and the very nice employee even had time for a little, pleasant chat. Class 4. The atmosphere is modern, everything is very clean and there is a great outdoor area, which we really enjoyed. Overall, it's just wonderful to be here. You are and feel really welcome. Class 5. Prices are more than reasonable for this quality of food and absolutely justified. Class 6. The guild isn't exactly my taste, but everyone is different and never worth deducting points. We ate at La Fattoria quite often. Food is good and plentiful. I've had better bruschetta, so I don't order it there anymore. Pizza was burnt on the edge a few times, but was exchanged without any problems. The service is friendly. Unfortunately, you miss a little bargain on the house at the end, which I'm used to in every other restaurant.

When the weather is good, you can sit comfortably in the covered outdoor area. The staff is friendly, uncomplicated and attentive to the guests. We found prices to be reasonable. The meat dishes (grilled veal steak) were very good! thin and unfortunately tough... The bruschetta with hot mushy tomatoes 🍅... A pity.. But at least the dessert was delicious. Maybe. will we stop by again by bike...??

The pizza is OK, although nothing special. Service was also OK considering it was very busy. And the ambience is fine too. Simply a solid pizzaria.
