Nice little place, feels like the middle of nowhere. The outdoor terrace is very nicely designed. Pizza 😋, the dough was just a bit too oily for me. Pasta was good, the noodles a little too soft, the sauce delicious. Great, they serve homemade bread. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar would have been a good addition. The staff is friendly and on the ball. Orders are taken promptly and processed quickly. Thanks to friendly inquiries, we were always well looked after. A place to relax and feel good. Thanks for a wonderful evening with friends. 4+ from me. See you again soon :-)

We are very impressed by the food, the ambiance, this beautiful area, and also by the service. When I lived in the area, I went there often, and after moving, I'm back for a long time: the best pizza ever! (Now I know what I've been missing all these years 😉) The quality of the meat is top-notch. We're happy to drive the 45-minute drive.

We were visiting Bad Gandersheim and I was more than surprised. At the very friendly suggestion of the waitress, we decided to order from the daily menu, and both me and my wife were thrilled. We also came spontaneously with a newborn child, but it was no problem getting a table on a Sunday.

The food went like that, but I wasn't impressed, I didn't really like it that much in general.

The restaurant has a nice location, which is particularly suitable for eating outside. The service staff seemed partly not inexperienced, but very friendly. The food left me ambivalent. The starter with carpaccio was very tasty, but also tended to be a bit more expensive. The main course was a Pizza Diavolo, which tasted good. Unfortunately, it was also a bit too oily and onions and peppers seemed carelessly thrown on top. All in all, a nice place to visit.

Wunderschön gelegen ist dieses tolle Restaurant. Eine große Terrasse mit angrenzender Spielwiese für Kinder ist für Familien echt klasse! Der Service ist super freundlich und schnell. Had dinner there today with family and friends and were very satisfied. Unfortunately there are few parking spaces so it wasn't easy to find a parking space on the street. Despite the full house, the service was professional and very friendly. After a while, the owner took the orders personally and calmly. And I always mean that in a positive way! The drinks were served quickly and the food took a while to arrive. This is because the food is freshly prepared and, in my opinion, there wasn't enough staff. Problems were resolved immediately, friendly and quickly. (One pizza was very burnt on the edge) The visitors and we were happy to accept the slightly longer waiting time. Delivery service is not offered, but you can order by phone to pick up. The food can be eaten inside or outside, in the beer garden. Inside it is rustic but comfortably furnished. You can also have meals in the beer garden on bad days because a roof can be extended. The dishes were very tasty and rich. The prices are in the higher segment but were acceptable for the quality. The sanitary facilities were very clean, despite the large number of visitors. For the children there is a playground on site with many options. Dogs are welcome. Opposite, on the other side of the street, are small bungalows offered by the owner of the restaurant. I don't know the costs per night and facility. Our group found the stay very pleasant and I can highly recommend the resteraunt. We thank you for the pleasant stay and the very friendly and courteous service.

We came across La Fattoria by chance as we were passing through home from a trip to the Harz Mountains and we absolutely loved it. At first we wondered whether we were in the right place in the village. However, we were not disappointed. We were kindly offered a table, even though the restaurant was already very busy. Despite the many guests, service was quick. The food tasted excellent! From the pizza to the homemade ravioli. Our service was extremely friendly. There is a large play area for children. This makes the visit relaxing for young and old. The toilets were very clean and modern, especially the former, which you don't come across that often these days. Nice changing option available! The view of the greenery and the quiet location are very nice!

Today we were here for the first time and although the restaurant is almost 60km away from where we live and was not easy to find, we will remember this stay for a long time and we will definitely repeat it and recommend it to others. We were welcomed by the very nice boss (who was incredibly nice when we made the reservation by phone days in advance) and immediately recommended additional dishes. Class 1. Our ordered dishes arrived very quickly, despite the house being very full. 2nd grade. The pizzas we ordered were incredibly tasty, had great toppings and the dough was fantastic. Class 3. Since we didn't have that much time, we got the bill very quickly and the very nice employee even had time for a little, pleasant chat. Class 4. The atmosphere is modern, everything is very clean and there is a great outdoor area, which we really enjoyed. Overall, it's just wonderful to be here. You are and feel really welcome. Class 5. Prices are more than reasonable for this quality of food and absolutely justified. Class 6. The guild isn't exactly my taste, but everyone is different and never worth deducting points. We ate at La Fattoria quite often. Food is good and plentiful. I've had better bruschetta, so I don't order it there anymore. Pizza was burnt on the edge a few times, but was exchanged without any problems. The service is friendly. Unfortunately, you miss a little bargain on the house at the end, which I'm used to in every other restaurant.

When the weather is good, you can sit comfortably in the covered outdoor area. The staff is friendly, uncomplicated and attentive to the guests. We found prices to be reasonable. The meat dishes (grilled veal steak) were very good! thin and unfortunately tough... The bruschetta with hot mushy tomatoes 🍅... A pity.. But at least the dessert was delicious. Maybe. will we stop by again by bike...??

We've actually wanted to come here to eat for 11 years because friends and acquaintances recommended the place to us as excellent. Today we finally made it on vacation... Food was perfect, nothing to complain about at all. The boss recommended special dishes...Drinks were brought quickly...And our food, from the clear broth with tortellini, to the bowl of salad, to the spaghetti with seafood...really great. We definitely won't wait another 11 years...An Italian to our liking...fantastic

Best Italian food and atmosphere around (100k+ radius) . Family owned and operated. Menu has all classics from pasta, pizza and mains (secondi) with great choices of meat, seafood and vegetarian variations. As well as always offering daily specials and extensive antipasti choices. Well versed 40+ years of service. Drink menus is very extensive, as well as creative. Location is semi hidden with freshly renovated indoor seating as well as offering a massive terrace for outdoor seating during summer months (German weather permitting)!

After we last ate there in 2018, we were looking forward to dining there again. The outdoor area under the awning is large and the chairs were comfortable to sit on even if you weighed a few kilos more. The young waitresses were friendly and helpful. The pizza has become around 5 euros more expensive since 2018, but that's ok in my opinion. I ordered spaghetti carbonara because it was extremely tasty 10 years ago and I can't make a real carbonara myself. A pizza bread was also ordered. On the menu I already saw that it was a carbonara with cream, which for me is not a carbonara because in my opinion it only contains parmesan, egg and spices. First came the pizza bread with olive oil and herbs. Apparently the cook barely touched the pizza with the oil, there was a small spot in the middle, nothing else. The herbs barely had any flavor, I suspect the time in the oven was too long for them so the oils they contained were all burnt. However, the pizza bread dough was nice and airy. Then came the spaghetti that looked like I was making cream sauce at home. They also tasted just like home. So yes, they tasted good, but I couldn't taste or see any difference to the pasta with cream sauce, which is also on the menu. If you don't feel like making a real carbonara, then you shouldn't put it on the menu. There wasn't parmesan at the beginning, but when I asked the waitress I got parmesan. It took a long time to arrive, so it seems to me that it's not common for parmesan to be served with pasta. The ice cream for dessert was very tasty, but the tiramisu was less so. When it was pointed out that the amaretto was missing from the tiramisu, the answer was that tiramisu and not amaretto had been ordered. I know that it's hard for some people to deal with criticism, but that was the point at which I realized that I wouldn't be eating there again anytime soon. By the way, we were there at 5 p.m. and at that time only three tables were partially occupied. Later there were more guests or more people, but by the time the food was ordered the stress in the kitchen was probably still limited. It's a shame that this restaurant has taken so much away from the many good memories I have from my childhood.

La Fattoria is an institution when it comes to good food. I can highly recommend La Fattoria as a family, but also as a place for celebrations. As a pastor in the area, I have accompanied numerous celebrations there, but personally I also enjoy eating there with my family and my church youth. The food is a poem and there is a good selection for all generations. The owners are very friendly and make everything possible, even if you are traveling with a larger group, the food is prepared quickly and well. This Italian restaurant is known for its good pizzas but also for its fine dining. 5 Stars

Keine veganen Gerichte Schade Aber der Service und was Personal war super

Wir sind ganz spontan hier gelandet auf dem Rückweg aus Gandersheim. Liegt ein wenig abseits und gut versteckt, aber die Suche lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Trotz rappelvoller Hütte hatten die noch einen Platz für uns und waren trotz mächtig viel Arbeit noch total tiefenentspannt und verdammt nett. Essen war absolut genial, auch was so auf den Nachbartischen landete sa klasse aus. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!😋

Wir waren gestern dort und waren mit dem Service und der Location sehr zufrieden. Die Pizza war geschmacklich auch sehr gut, nur ich habe noch bei keinem Italiener so eine kleine Pizza bekommen. Da ist definitiv Luft nach oben… Das war ehrlich gesagt etwas traurig.

Wie so oft haben wir in der La Fattoria bestes Essen bekommen. Der Salat des Hauses ist sehr lecker und eine recht große Portion. Dazu gibt es Brot, das im Hause selbst gebacken wird. Das zweite Essen war ein Rindersteak, Art Pizzaiola. Auch das war auf den Punkt und sehr lecker. Das Team, das uns bediente, war sehr freundlich, und machte einen hervorragenden Job. Wir freuen uns jedes mal auf einen Besuch in der La Fattoria. Gute Freunde , die uns aus Ostfriesland besuchten, wollten ebenfalls in die La Fattoria mit uns gehen. Auch denen gefällt es dort ausgezeichnet.

Auf unserer Radtour von Lamspringe nach Bad Gandersheim besuchten wir dieses ital. Lokal. Wir waren von der Gastfreundschft, den Speisen und dem Service begeistert. Die Pizzen können mit jeder Pizza in Italien mithalten; sie waren hier sogar besser. Die Preise waren angemessen. Vielen Dank für diesen gelungenen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder!!

Die 25 km aus Hildesheim kommen wir gern hier her, weil hier alles stimmt. Die Pizzen waren gestern wieder sehr gut. Der kommunikative Chef erfüllt auch Sonderwünsche. Der Wein und der AperolSpritz sehr lecker und das Tiramisu köstlich. Es herrscht eine heitere und freundliche Atmosphäre. Alle Servicekräfte wirken natürlich nett und den Gästen zugewandt. Durch die neue, elektrisch ausfahrende Markise kann man am Abend auch wenn es frisch wird länger verweilen, zumal die auch noch unterseitig beleuchtet ist.

Haben hier exzellent gegessen mit viel Platz im Aussenbereich.

Es war sehr voll, reservieren ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, für mich hätte die Tomatensuppe etwas mehr Salz vertragen können. Aber das kann man ja nach würzen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und aufmerksam, auch wenn es sehr voll war.

Die Pizzen sind für den Preis wirklich sehr klein, Teig ist super lecker - Pizza etwas fettig. Das Tiramisu ist ein Traum!

Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Dieses ital. Restaurant ist ist aus meiner Sicht (und ich bin gelernter Koch und hatte selber 11 Jahre ein ital. Restaurant), eines der besten in der Region. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, die Bedienung, das Essen und die Atmosphäre stimmen, im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Italienern in unserer Region. Ich habe lange nach so einem ital. Restaurant gesucht.

Derartiges sollte man bei der "Größe" Gehrenrodes eigentlich nicht vermuten. Leckere Pizza und Pasta, etc.. In den Sommermonaten sitzt man sehr angenehm auf der großen Terrasse vor dem Restaurant. Jedesmal sehr gut besucht (eventuell reservieren scheint sinnvoll). Von den Autokennzeichen her zu urteilen, ist dies auch kein Geheimtipp mehr... ...denn Qualität, Geschmack, Service und Preis stimmen und haben sich wohl herumgesprochen. Immer wieder gerne.
