Delicious food and very friendly staff. The portions are generous. It's clean and one of the best Syrian restaurants in Dresden.

Simply amazing, and the friendliness is unbeatable. We immediately felt at home, and hospitality is truly lived here. There's a good selection of homemade Syrian dishes. The prices are good, but unfortunately, there's only a few seats inside and outside. We'll definitely be back.

Actually, I'm too lazy to write reviews. I only write these if something is really very good or very bad. So in this case I just have to write a review! The food at Papa's House is exceptionally delicious, I have often ordered from Ocakbasi across the street but have never eaten at Papa's House. I actually missed something here: I ordered the grill mix plate to take away, and I have to say: I haven't eaten something this good in a long time! Price performance is top! The only downside is that it's just way too much 😉 5 out of 5 stars from me! Absolute recommendation: just try it out!

There were three of us there today. We found it really tasty, both the savory and the sweet dishes. There is also free tea for all customers. The staff is very friendly and attentive. While we were waiting, we each got a piece of falafel (also very tasty). Really recommended if you want to take a snack with you on the go :)

The food is incredibly tasty and at very fair prices! The vegetarian and vegan selection is also very good. While we waited, we were given one of the homemade falafels to try for free and there was free black tea with the meal. In general everyone was very nice and polite. Ambiance is small but nice and clean!

Nothing can be said against the food, it's really very tasty. The waiting time, however, is sometimes terrible. 30 minutes or more for a sandwich. So take enough time with you.

I don't know if they had a bad day or didn't shop. But when I order the most expensive dish on the menu and don't even get full, I feel a little ripped off. I ordered a plate of food and got a cut up sandwich and maybe ten strips of fries. I asked him if he was serious about ten euros and he replied that there was chicken and cheese inside. Among the kebab shops that machine-cut prefabricated lumps of meat, it's hard to look for a place like this. Who cares about quality and authenticity. Here you won't get the ordered dish within 3 minutes, because it is prepared carefully and baked after ordering! Everything is made from fresh ingredients, which you can clearly see and feel. The pub is not aimed at the mass market, but at local customers, whose presence always lets you know it's a place where quality comes first. So if you are a tourist, it is worth moving a little away from the center for something tasty.

The staff was very friendly, but the food was unfortunately subpar. Fallafel cannot be called a fried something without spices. The hummus was also just oily, but without any flavor. By far the worst we've ever heard of as oriental cuisine. Then it's better to cook yourself...
