DILL Vegan Gastronomie in Augsburg

Von außen echt unscheinbar, aber absolut top von innen. Gut Bürgerliches, kleines Restaurant, mit superlieberBedienungbund kuscheligem, kleinen "Biergarten". Es schmeckte alles außerordentlich gut, von der Vorspeise, bis über das Pilzragout und dem nachfolgenden Nachtisch (Kaiserschmarrn) war jedes einzelne Essen ein absolutes Gedicht. Wer also mal in Augsburg gut (bürgerlich) essen gehen möchte, ab ins Dill🥰 Absolute Empfehlung!

Das erste Mal da und wir werden wiederkommen. Sind extra dafür eine Stunde hergefahren und es war köstlich! Erwartungen absolut übertroffen!! Mein Mann hats auch geliebt!

Das beste vegane Restaurant, das ich je besucht habe. Das Essen ist durchweg köstlich. Besonders die Käspatzen ist sehr lecker. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Kann man- muss man aber nicht. Eine tolle Alternative vegan zu essen. Preislich Recht teuer. Geschmack bleibt halt einfach Geschmacksache... Servicekraft war sehr bemüht ... Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir uns erlaubten zu fragen wie das Schnitzel bzw Gyros schmeckt ( das hatten wir in veganer Herstellung noch nie gegessen).. sie daraufhin sehr bemüht freundlich sagte,dass sie nichts esse was auch in Fleisch Option gibt... Wenn nicht eine Feier gewesen wäre, wären paar gegangen.

Ich war zu 100 % zufrieden! Das Essen war sooo lecker, dass ich mich jetzt schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch freue. Jedes Gericht war unglaublich kreativ, perfekt abgestimmt und einfach ein Genuss. Man merkt, mit wie viel Leidenschaft hier gekocht wird. Auch Menschen, die sich nicht vegan ernähren, werden hier begeistert sein. Es ist wirklich unfassbar, was das Team aus pflanzlichen Zutaten zaubert. Absolute Empfehlung – für mich eines der besten Restaurant-Erlebnisse seit Langem. Ich komme definitiv wieder! 🌱❤️🍽️

Unglaublich gut! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -Leckeres Essen -Freundlicher und kompetenter Service -Schönes Wirtshausambiente, sowie angenehmer Außenbereich Auf den Wunsch meine Limonade weniger süß zu erhalten, wurde mir extra zu meiner Limonade ein Glas mit Tee gegeben falls ich mehr in mein Glas wollte. Wirklich sehr guter Service! Ich komme gerne wieder und probiere die weiteren Gerichte. Wir waren zu 4 da und haben uns durchprobiert. Jedes Gericht würde ich das nächste Mal bestellen. 5 Sterne verdient.

Unser Essen war absolut köstlich. Kaum zu glauben, dass das Schnitzel kein Fleisch war. Alle in unserer Gruppe, Veganer wie Nicht-Veganer, waren zufrieden.

Superlecker! Veganes bayrisches Wirtshaus-Essen! Es gibt z.B. Braten, Rouladen mit Blaukraut und Knödel, Schnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat! Und das alles vegan. Preislich eher im höheren Segment, aber das Essen ist es wert. Gemütliche Wirtshaus-Atmosphäre. Top!

Habe selten in meinem Leben so lecker gegessen War nach mehreren Gerichten leider satt Tolle Atmosphäre, kleiner, aber schöner Innenhof

Wir waren heute im Dill essen. Der Innenbereich ist wie eine alte Gaststätte gehalten, aber sehr gepflegt und liebevoll dekoriert. Die beiden Servicekräfte waren freundlich, kompetent und aufmerksam. Zwischen unseren Gängen mussten wir kaum warten. Die Blumenkohlwings waren sehr lecker und hatten eine gute Größe zum Teilen. Ich hab das Schnitzel Wiener Art probiert und war sehr begeistert. Die Panade ist knusprig und würzig. Der Salat ist frisch, lecker und leicht. Mein Freund hatte das Pilzragout und war auch als Nichtveganer sehr zufrieden. Der Kaiserschmarn war der heimliche Star. Die Portion war aber sehr mächtig, daher habe ich die Hälfte mitgenommen. Mein Tipp ist auch der Ingwer-Holunder-Spritz! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder! Dankeschön!

Eine urige Inneneinrichtung trifft auf moderne vegane Küche - für das bayerische Wirthausgefühl ganz ohne Tierleid! Auch mit "fleischfressendem" Hundi wird man hier ganz nett empfangen und erhält einen Tisch mit Extraplatz!

Eines meiner absoluten Lieblingsrestaurants in Augsburg! Man sitzt hier so nett & die Bedienungen sind immer super freundlich. Das Essen ist jedes mal ein Hit, hier ist veganes Essrn eine echte Freude. Egal ob Germknödel, Backfisch oder Ente, mich macht hier alles glücklich!

Schönes Lokal, gemütliche Atmosphäre und leckeres Essen. Die hausgemachten Limonaden sind sehr lecker und zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne nochmal her ☺️

Restaurant ist nicht so groß aber nett und gemütlich, das Essen ist sehr lecker als alternative zu Fleisch ist hervorragend deswegen ist empfehlenswert, Nachtisch war auch sehr gut. Und natürlich Bedienung auch sehr gut und nett.

Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant in Augsburg!

Wir waren an einem Samstag Abend zu viert hier und hatten vorher reserviert. Die Tische sind immer in time Slots reserviert also z.B. von 18.30 bis 20.30. Die Gerichte sind typisch Deutsche Küche in vegan. Wir hatten Käsespätzle, Wiener Schnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat und Rouladen aus Tempeh. Alles wird im Restaurant eigenhändig zubereitet und war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war etwas träge und wir mussten relativ lange warten um zu bestellen. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Bin eigentlich kein veganer. Meine Frau wollte dort hin. Hab schon hin und wieder Mal vegane Sachen gegessen, hat mich bisher nix überzeugt. Aber hier war ich überrascht wie gut es dennoch schmeckt. Würde wieder hier her gehen zum Essen! 👍🏼

Leider nicht überzeugt :/ Ich habe viel Gutes über dieses Restaurant gehört und hatte hohe Erwartungen an das Essen. Bestellt wurden die Blumenkohl Wings, die Ente und die Rouladen mit Rotkraut und Knödeln. Die Wings waren leider nicht kross, wie man es erwartet hätte und das Rotkraut war kalt. Die Rouladen waren lecker, die vegane Ente bekommt man deutlich besser beim veganen Asiaten. Obwohl das Essen nicht überzeugt hat, war das Ambiente jedoch super schön und die Bedienung sehr freundlich :) Deutsche Hausmannskost in vegan ist eine tolle Idee, jedoch ist das Restaurant den Hype meines Erachtens nicht wert.

Ich wurde von nicht-veganen Freunden hierher mitgenommen, die total begeistert waren! Und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Schade, dass ich nicht alles von der Karte probieren konnte, aber das Schnitzel war der Hammer! Richtig gemütliche Atmosphäre, absolut empfehlenswert!

Toll! Super lecker. War nach einem misslungenem Besuch im Rübenrot skeptisch ein weiteres veganes Restaurant zu besuchen, aber das hier hat mich überzeugt. So spannend kann vegane Küche sein! I eat meat and have nothing against vegan cuisine. However, pretty much all the dishes are "meat." The crispy duck doesn't taste bad, but it has absolutely nothing to do with real duck. The portion—the most expensive dish on the menu—was too small, smaller than, for example, the schnitzel. As a man weighing 75 kg, I definitely didn't get full! I'm glad I tried it, but next time I'll go back to a regular restaurant. The waitstaff were friendly, but the drinks took too long.

A charmingly old-fashioned restaurant in a picturesque old town alley. The menu is extensive, with many dishes bearing non-vegan names like "Duck." The food not only looks delicious, it tastes fantastic. It was my first time at a vegan restaurant, and I was completely won over. I won't be returning.

Small restaurant with a very pleasant, quiet atmosphere. Service was very friendly and competent. The food (even for non-vegans) was very, very tasty. The only downside was the Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle), which really wasn't what one would expect from Käsespätzle.

We ate at Dill yesterday and were really pleasantly surprised. For starters, we had the vegan wings and the vegan chicken tenders. Both were absolutely delicious. The chicken tenders, in particular, were a real highlight. For my main course, I had the crispy duck with red cabbage and potato dumplings. Super juicy, perfectly seasoned, and simply delicious. My boyfriend had the soy schnitzel with fries and was also very happy with it. A really good and tasty vegan alternative. To finish, we shared the Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake), and it was absolutely perfect—fluffy, sweet, and crunchy. The service was very friendly and relaxed without being intrusive. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back.

I'm not vegan myself, but the food was absolutely fantastic. I had tortellini with porcini mushroom sauce and vanilla ice cream. I highly recommend Dill. (Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant is rather small.)

Wonderful vegan food and sweet atmosphere, lovely staff as well. They were able to accommodate us, even though we didn't have a reservation. We sat a few minutes at the bar before a table opened up and we moved there. The starter (cauliflower served in the style of buffalo wings!) was super tasty, so was the salad. My son very much enjoyed the children's menu: vegan schnitzel with Pommes! Everything was also very well-priced. Being able to eat vegan food without sitting in a trendy, stylish, and sterile atmosphere, but rather like our grandparents in a rustic inn, is the epitome of coziness for me 🫶 A fantastic menu without animal suffering...a dream! In my entire life (60 years), I've never eaten such a delicious Kaiserschmarrn!!! Thanks to the kitchen for the incredibly tasty food. Friendly service and reasonable prices. We've eaten much worse many times, but rarely much better. That's why...we'll be back!

We came all the way from Heilbronn to Augsburg just to visit this restaurant. After 12 years of being vegan, it's simply wonderful to be able to order everything on the menu with a clear conscience! The "Chicken Tender" and "Mozzarella Sticks" were so authentic that I would have sent them back in an omnivorous restaurant, assuming they contained animal products. Absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, the Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) didn't quite live up to my expectations. The duck and potato dumpling were fantastic! The red cabbage had a bit too much "Christmas spice" for my taste. The Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake) was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much! We were given a special spot in the corner for our dog, and water was brought to us immediately without us even having to ask. I'm so sad I don't have such a great restaurant closer to home.

Fantastic vegan food! We make the pilgrimage here at least twice a year. Unfortunately, there's only one gluten-free dish on the menu, but they often have weekly specials with something for everyone. The coffee is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and attentive.

For me, DILL is the best culinary destination in Augsburg, especially because it elevates vegan cuisine to such a high level. The ambiance is unique: small, elegant, and perfectly captures the rustic, cozy atmosphere of a traditional tavern – only completely vegan. This concept is brilliant and instantly makes you feel at home. The cuisine is outstanding and creative. My absolute favorite is the "crispy duck" made from seitan with dumplings. While it's a bit pricey, it offers a truly unique taste experience. The vegan Kaiserschmarrn is also a highlight every time and the perfect ending to the meal. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is served surprisingly quickly. Important note: DILL is extremely popular and usually fully booked, so I strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. Anyone in Augsburg looking for exceptional, creative, and superbly prepared vegan dishes in a unique setting should definitely visit this restaurant! This place sets the standard.

We were visiting Augsburg and spontaneously dropped in without a reservation. The service was super friendly and made every effort to find us a table, which worked out. The food was truly delicious. We had a non-vegan friend with us who was also rather skeptical. But he also really enjoyed it and even said he'll probably come here more often from now on. Very friendly staff, unfortunately only average food: Fresh salad (main course) was completely drowned in vinegar dressing, vegan topping was however very good, ambience: was rather dark and old-fashioned, partly broken, queuing in the only ladies' restroom was necessary

Super delicious "duck" with dark beer sauce, apple red cabbage, and dumplings. The chocolate mousse was also a dream. Very friendly and quick service, quaint interior. There's also a small beer garden.

I'm vegan myself and was eager to try the restaurant, especially since I hear so many good things about it and the reviews are almost universally excellent. The ambiance and service were truly great, and the potato dumplings and cabbage were also delicious. Unfortunately, the main courses (vegan duck and vegan steak) were disappointing: rather blandly seasoned, not as crispy as advertised, and simply not what I'd hoped for from good vegan alternatives, which we found truly unfortunate.

A definite recommendation! The duck was so delicious! I thought I'd never get to try it because I only eat halal meat, and you never get that in German restaurants. 10/10 experience

Here provides Very nice vegetarian Beryern style of refine dishes. Very mindful to find out that the ingredients of every cuisine has been listed. Prices are fare, and friendly staffs, but the location is distance from town center. But Straßen Bahn is rather handy to get over here. „Fisher Tor“ is the name of station. We ordered Schnitzel and Tortellini with mix green salads, the dressing for both dishes are delicious. But I don’t eat pungent vegetables so consequently I had a hard choice to make. Whatsoever we have to agree the savory treat for our lunch.

We were there yesterday and generally enjoyed our meal. The staff are really friendly, and the vegan brewery vibe is really cool. We need restaurants that combine traditional, homey cuisine with meat-free cooking. I would like to point out a few minor criticisms of the food: - €30 for a fried appetizer plate is a lot of money. Either add a little extra flair with grilled vegetables or something similar, or lower the price a bit. - The red cabbage was very sweet and over-seasoned. Thank you for the food.
