DILL Vegan Gastronomie in Augsburg

We had a really nice evening at Dill today. The vegan dishes are very tasty and we were served by the super polite and very nice Sarah.

It was absolutely great, very, very tasty. There were three of us there. We had the chickpea protein gyro twice with tzatziki, salad and sweet potato fries. And my sister had the vegan beef soulas with red cabbage, sauce and dumplings. And as a starter we had fried cauliflower with barbecue dip and mozzarella sticks and chili cheese nuggets. Of course everything was vegan and it was simply incredibly delicious. I have never had a vegan cheese product that was as delicious as the one at Dill Restaurant. It was absolutely delicious. The gyros made from chickpea protein was also very tasty. It was really delicious and tasted spicy like gyro meat. It was just incredibly good. It was such a great, delicious meal and we were all stuffed. To drink we had iced tea, cyclists and an Aperol Spritz. And the iced tea was super delicious. You could simply taste the ingredients and generally see that it was really fresh. Freshly made salad was crunchy and it was so tasty that tzatziki was included, too. The gyro was also delicious. It really had been a celebration. Very delicious food. And the waitresses were very sweet mice. So very, very lovely staff too. And kudos to the chef.

We've been there for lunch several times (+ dog) and really loved it! The service was friendly, attentive and we felt very comfortable! For starters we had the spicy cauliflower wings, then for the main course we had vegan duck and wild mushroom ragout and to finish off the yeast dumplings with vanilla sauce. Everything was perfect in terms of consistency and taste, especially the yeast dumpling was just fantastic. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio is right and we will definitely come back again and again! 😊

Cozy little restaurant. The food was tasty, although a bit expensive. What I have to complain about, however, is that they almost only offer dishes that are based on meat dishes and they work a lot with convention products. That really bothered me. I would like to see more vegan dishes without ready-made patti and sliced ​​meat and be offered in a more imaginative way!

A very cozy place, we had a great time! Rustic like an old inn, with food like in a Bavarian restaurant - only vegan. We are not vegans at all (not even vegetarians) and everything tasted great. Everything was also very nicely prepared. The prices are fair and the staff is so nice and kind! Absolute recommendation! Don't forget to reserve. We'll be back!!!

Excellent food and very friendly staff - everyone was completely satisfied - the selection is large and the vegan dishes are really very good - thank you very much for this little pearl - the restaurant is quite cute with few seats (30-40 people, I estimate), that but it's not bad at all. Almost full and well attended even on a Wednesday evening, and the delivery services also come regularly to pick up and deliver dishes.

Absolut hervorragendes Essen, super Atmosphäre, tolle Mitarbeitende - sehr zu empfehlen! Essen war schnell da Portionen sehr sättigend und alle Komponenten waren sehr fein aufeinander abgestimmt. Komme auf alle Fälle wieder!

We had a wonderful, colorful vegan feast here about 1.5 months ago. Many classic and hearty omnivorous dishes are offered in vegan form. It's really fun to try things out and discover. We especially found the starters exciting. We had the vegetable feta, cauliflower chilly"cheese"sticks. The main courses were really delicious, but still a bit bland in taste. Still a heartfelt recommendation!!!! The delicious homemade lemonade is amazing! We also had the mouse chocolate, which was simply great! Atmosphere and service are top.

I was there for the first time. Atmosphere cozy and clean, invites you to linger. The service was quick and friendly. And the food?! A dream!!! Really, really tasty. I dare say that even non-vegans would like it. The portions were absolutely ok and the price was reasonable (it's not cheaper anywhere else...) I'll be happy to come back!

Searched for vegan restaurants on a short trip to Augsburg and found them here. Not a big restaurant but all the more cozy. Very nice waitresses and good service. Not to mention the excellent food. No matter whether feta cream, roulade, duck with skin or yeast dumplings with plum jam filling. Incredibly delicious and above all: vegan! Clear recommendation if you are in the area!

Were surprised at how delicious vegan food can be prepared,

I ordered through Lieferando and the restaurant was so nice that they gave me a chocolate mousse without asking and only because Lieferando had no drivers available and so I had to wait over 90 minutes for my food. I didn't expect such a nice gesture! Other restaurants could follow this example. In addition, the rest of the food we ordered was really delicious!!!

We were very lucky to have Dill catering our wedding. So we were able to realize our big wish for an excellent vegan meal! From appetizers to dessert, everything tasted wonderful! All of our guests really enjoyed the food! I highly recommend dill! The food was definitely a highlight of our wedding! We also ate in the restaurant and here nothing was left to be desired! Very tasty vegan home cooking, felt like there was no waiting time :)

We were a group of 10 and were unfortunately very negatively surprised after it has very good reviews. With two exceptions, none of us enjoyed it. The entire menu seems almost forced to focus on substitute products. Instead of, for example, replacing something with vegetables or generally using vegan foods, there is almost only substitute cheese and meat, the main thing on the menu is schnitzel, cheese spaetzle, burgers and the like. For us, it's a concept that isn't entirely comprehensible, only those Porcini mushroom pasta was well received. Service so-so, no welcome at all. We're definitely not coming back.

Visiting this place was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the quality of the food was top-notch. If you find yourself in Augsburg, this spot is a must-try!

Very friendly service and the food was also very tasty. Great selection of vegan “meat”, even for non-vegans. You wouldn't think that the Kässpatzle are vegan. We had a lovely time here. You can also sit outside in a courtyard.

The small restaurant stands out for its large selection of Bavarian, vegan dishes. The picture shows the delicious wild mushroom ragout, but there is still some room for improvement when it comes to the taste of the sauce. On the other hand, the refreshing cranberry-lemon lemonade is highly recommended! The service and the ambience also invite you to come back.

Food from the region, purely plant-based!! Unfortunately, this is far too rare to find. But the dishes at Dill are absolutely delicious. Whether potato salad, red cabbage, dumplings, mushrooms or crispy steak. Everything fresh and delicious. Finally, vegan Kaiserschmarrn and we were completely happy!!!!

The restaurant has a very pleasant, rustic atmosphere. The service was very nice. I'm actually neither vegetarian nor vegan, anyone can come here! It was all very tasty. Of course not exactly the same as a Wiener Schnitzel but you shouldn't expect that. One has to discover the dishes more as a new invention/variant of the dish. The tortellini in truffle cream were also very tasty. We'll definitely come back.

Very tasty (best potato salad, the tofu in the potato salad tastes like bacon) and very nice service. We had the mushroom pan with napkin dumplings and the soy schnitzel with the aforementioned potato salad. The starter was the Spicey Cauliflower.

The super nice employees invited us straight for a drink because of the long waiting time 🥺 All of our dishes tasted 10/10! We recommend the duck and the Kaiserschmarrn 🥰 our favorites. The prices are more than justified and fair for such delicious food. We are in love and will stop by as often as we can!

Great food, the only downside was that my mushroom ragout was a bit too salty. But the service was super friendly and we had no problems getting a table. Parking is a bit difficult. So we drove to a nearby parking garage.

The food was fantastic, the spicy broccoli wings were excellent, as were the gyros and the roulades! Everything was very tasty, the portions were large enough, a nice, cozy Bavarian atmosphere and attentive staff! A home-style inn, and vegan - we were thrilled! We were impressed by both the main courses (schnitzel and mushroom ragout) and the Kaiserschmarrn. Plus the cozy atmosphere and friendly service. It's rare to find a restaurant like this with sophisticated plant-based dishes that appears so calm and down-to-earth.
