Traumkuh Nordwestzentrum in Frankfurt am Main

Wir kommen gerne regelmäßig essen, bisher war alles immer super. 👍🏻

Erstmal Alhamdulillah. Ich bin dankbar dafür, überhaupt etwas zu essen zu haben. Ich gehöre nicht zu den Menschen, die sich übers Essen beschweren. Deshalb fällt es mir auch nicht leicht, eine schlechte Bewertung zu schreiben. Mir geht es hier nicht um den Geschmack, sondern um die Frechheit, wie das Essen zubereitet und an den Kunden herausgegeben wurde. Ich hatte einen Burger mit doppeltem Patty. Der Burger ist komplett auseinandergefallen. Die Unterseite des Buns war so durchnässt und voller Öl, dass man ihn überhaupt nicht vernünftig halten konnte. Jedes Mal, wenn ich den Burger angefasst habe, ist der Boden noch weiter in sich zusammengefallen. Das war tatsächlich das erste Mal in meinem Leben, dass ich einen Burger mit Messer und Gabel essen musste. So etwas sollte bei einem Burgerladen wirklich nicht passieren. Die Pommes waren leider genauso enttäuschend. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass sie weder richtig ausgebacken noch frisch zubereitet worden sind. Sie waren so voller Öl, dass sie beim Hochheben sogar noch getropft haben. Das hatte mit knusprigen Pommes leider nichts zu tun. Ich möchte fair bleiben, denn TraumKuh an sich kann ich empfehlen. Allerdings gilt das für mich ganz klar nicht für die Filiale im NordWestZentrum. Wer die Möglichkeit hat, sollte lieber zur Filiale auf der Berger Straße fahren. Dort ist die Qualität und die Zubereitung der Speisen meiner Erfahrung nach um Welten besser. Zwischen den beiden Filialen liegen für mich riesige Qualitätsunterschiede. Ich hoffe, dass die Filiale im NordWestZentrum an der Qualität arbeitet, denn so sollte kein Essen den Gästen serviert werden. Abschließend möchte ich noch betonen, dass sich meine Kritik ausschließlich auf die Zubereitung des Essens bezieht. Der Service war freundlich, die Mitarbeiter waren nett und der Laden war sauber. In diesen Punkten gab es überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Leider konnte die Zubereitung des Essens mit dem ansonsten positiven Gesamteindruck nicht mithalten.

Bester Burger, den ich jemals gegessen habe, die Trüffelmayonnaise zu den Süßkartoffelpommes war sehr lecker und das Ambiente ist einzigartig. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Der Hamburger war riesig und das Rindfleisch köstlich. Bisher kannte ich nur Kettenrestaurants mit Tiefkühl-Patties, bei denen man nicht weiß, was drin ist. Deshalb war ich von der Qualität und der Menge des Rindfleischs positiv überrascht. Es gab sowohl Kartoffel- als auch Süßkartoffelpommes, und die Süßkartoffelpommes haben mir besonders gut geschmeckt. Die Süßkartoffeln waren frisch. Zusammen mit einem Getränk kostete das 20 €. Die Bedienung war höflich und hilfsbereit, als ich Fragen zur Speisekarte hatte. Der Preis ist angemessen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wer einen richtig guten Hamburger essen möchte, sollte unbedingt hierher gehen.

Tolles Essen, aber unfreundlicher Service und überteuert Das Restaurant punktet mit einem tollen Ambiente und leckerem Essen. Das war es aber leider auch schon. Der Service war sehr unfreundlich und sichtlich genervt , so fühlt man sich als Gast nicht willkommen. Das Menü muss man sich selbst zusammenstellen, was die Rechnung schnell in die Höhe treibt. Wenn man dann selbst für ein bisschen Soße zu den Pommes extra zahlen muss, läuft etwas schief. Bei so hohen Preisen erwarte ich schlichtweg freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schade!

Vor etwa einer Woche waren wir bei Traumkuh essen und ich wollte meine Bewertung noch nachholen. Ich hatte den „M. Bison Sein Vater Burger“ mit Pommes. Beides hat sehr gut geschmeckt und die Preise finde ich absolut fair. Die Qualität des Essens hat mich überzeugt. Besonders positiv ist mir der Service aufgefallen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut gelaunt. Man hat sich Zeit für uns genommen, sich mit uns unterhalten und man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man merkt, dass hier auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Auch die Einrichtung und die Atmosphäre haben uns sehr gefallen. Man kann dort entspannt essen und sich wohlfühlen, egal ob alleine, mit Freunden oder mit der Familie. Mit einem Mitarbeiter hatten wir noch einen lustigen Scherz. Nachdem ich den „Vater Burger“ gegessen hatte, wurde mir für den nächsten Besuch ein persönlicher „Opa Burger“ versprochen. Daran werde ich ihn beim nächsten Mal erinnern. My order from Lieferando on March 25th was delivered quickly. The driver was very friendly. We ordered: 1x Cheeseburger, which was good; 2x M. Bison's Father Burgers, which we really enjoyed; 1x Chicken Burger, which was unfortunately plain. Lieferando's website shows a picture of a breaded chicken burger, which they could have mentioned. 1x Homemade sweet potato fries, which were okay; 1x Poutine Juarez 261 (spicy), which was alright. The food could have been warmer, and the burger buns could have been toasted on the inside. Otherwise, we enjoyed the food.

We usually enjoy eating here and have always been satisfied with the service at the Bornheim branch. Unfortunately, our last visit didn't go quite as planned, which initially disappointed us. The situation couldn't be resolved on the spot, which we found regrettable. We are all the more pleased, therefore, that the owner contacted us personally afterward, apologized, and refunded us the full amount. This response was very professional and customer-oriented – we truly appreciate it. We will gladly return and hope that next time it will be as good as usual.

It was delicious and I really liked the atmosphere. They had lots of vegan patties, I especially liked the carrot patty. I wasn't a huge fan of the fries though, they were a bit soggy. But it was still good :)

The Burger here are way above average. There is a large variety and you can even customize your burger by adding or leaving ingredients. Choice between housemate fries and sweet potato fries. Very nice staff as well, always kind and service oriented. The name of the restaurant (dream cow) is somewhat misleading, but the burger is made from cow, and to eat there is a dream. So, after all it fits. I mostly pick the veggie version, which is as tasty.

Traumkuh used to be a must-visit in the Nordwestzentrum shopping center, but the prices have risen so much that I now have to skip it occasionally. This applies to all the restaurants, though. They definitely have the best burger in the Nordwestzentrum.
