I really appreciate the cleanliness and well-maintained dining room. It's a great feeling to enjoy a meal where the tables are always clean and the floors spotless. Their commitment to cleanliness is obvious, and that means a lot to me.

The burgers themselves taste pretty good. However, one of the employees was really unfriendly, as if he didn't care about customers at all. He seemed to be the supervisor. He really annoyed us just because we wanted truffle mayo. But his excuse was that he had cleared it away and couldn't give it to us, but he did it in a low-brow way.

A few weeks ago the two of us visited the dream cow with a voucher via the “Neotaste” app. Unfortunately, our visit this time was extremely disappointing - and it wasn't because of the food, but because of the service. After I mentioned that we wanted to redeem a voucher, the mood suddenly changed. The employee behind the counter immediately seemed annoyed and unhelpful. An unpleasant atmosphere arose in which guests did not feel welcome - just because they were using a voucher. Ultimately, it shouldn't make any difference to the staff how they are paid. The lowest point was reached when one of the waitresses took my cell phone out of my hand without warning to give Neotaste a five-star review for the restaurant - even though we had neither eaten nor paid. Behavior that I find invasive and disrespectful. I was so surprised at that moment that I didn't say anything back - annoying, because behavior like that shouldn't be tolerated in silence. Fortunately, a rating can be adjusted afterwards. I have always been satisfied with the taste, but this kind of behavior in the service area is unacceptable. Perhaps it would make sense to train employees more intensively before using them directly to deal with guests. Unfortunately this was the last visit for me. What a shame!

About my visit: The burger was super tasty. The fries could have been a bit crispier. My recommendation: sweet potato fries. The employee was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a receipt for entertainment, hence the star deduction. Still delicious all around and recommended.

It's incomprehensible why this place has any positive reviews at all. Look at these potatoes. What is that supposed to be? I ordered fried potatoes with Camembert. I was very hungry so I ate a bit of it, but I hope I don't poison myself. The burger is nothing special. The price is overpriced. Absolutely nothing is served with the burger - no sauce, no potatoes, no salad - just a burger for 13.50 euros. The tables are very dirty, the air inside is almost unbearable, there is self-service and tips are still expected - for what? I can't recommend this place.

Staff friendly. The burger is quite thin. Mayo/ketchup for the fries must be purchased separately. There is not one variety. What really bothers me: the store makes a dingy impression. Sticking to tables, leftover food under the tables, bottle caps, etc. Addendum: my review should be deleted at the beginning of 2025 due to defamation. I then proved that I was a customer there on that day. I experienced it that way. A bad way to improve your reviews in this way. Everyone can form their own opinion.

Hi dream cow team, We ate at your place on March 10th around 3 p.m., there were 6 people behind the counter and no one in the store. We ordered a burger meal without onions and the waitress offered us a homemade lemonade, which we confirmed. After the meal was ready, I asked for the lemonade and was told I should help myself to the fridge. Then I asked for the homemade lemonade that was offered and, sorry, forgot the answer. Okay, it can happen. Unfortunately there were onions on the burger, so we brought that up and the answer was: “sorry forgot”. Okay, that can happen too. Then just scrape off the onions and put the lettuce or tomatoes on top again. Unfortunately, I have an allergy to raw onions and today I have small itchy spots on my hand again, whether this is related remains to be seen. Mistakes can happen, but then you should correct them correctly and not half-heartedly, especially if you have paid over 18 euros and it is clear that there are 4 people in the service/kitchen. Those who were under zero stress at the time and were fooling around, which is part of it and that's okay, but when it comes to the job, care and concentration should be the order of the day again! We definitely won't be able to find our way to the dream cow in our immediate surroundings, even though the taste was always good. All the best anyway!

How should I say, I'm actually thrilled with the food. We each had a burger menu with homemade iced tea. Altogether that would have cost me €44.70. When I wanted to pay with my card, I saw €47.14 on the display. Unwanted €2.44 for tip. I still paid because I just didn't want to hold up the people behind me. It was relatively full. Nevertheless, after paying, I said to the waitress that it was crazy to automatically book €2.44 for a tip. I didn't even get a reaction to that. I'm also generally wondering what I should tip for here. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a transponder that vibrates as soon as the food is ready. You still get the food yourself. So where is the service? My conclusion: the food is really very good, and in my opinion the ambience is also very benevolent. This situation with tips, however, annoys me a little. It becomes my personal reason not to come back again.

Nice atmosphere, nice order taking, but no delivery service. Food very tasty but not for the slim line of jalapeños, very spicy but also good. It's best to order the burger with the jalapenos on the side. French fries and sweet potato fries were very tasty. Sourcream is super delicious and truffle mayonaise too.

Burger restaurant. Cheeseburger was good, fries were tasty and enough on the plate. Ambiance is Asian and looks more like a sushi restaurant. But I think that's how it should be :) The restaurants in the center are also open on Sundays. However, we only walked past it because it still looked dark from the outside. If in doubt, look again.

Quite apart from the fact that bad reviews here have been accused of defamation after years, the quality has decreased significantly in recent years, while the prices have risen outrageously! And no, that has nothing to do with inflation. The prices have also increased there, but not as much as here (I own a restaurant myself). The friendliness of the employees also needs improvement. However, the ambience is positive, at least when it has been cleaned. Of course this isn't necessarily easy with many guests, but given the prices it would actually be expected.
