Friendly staff. The burger is quite thin. Mayo/ketchup for the fries has to be purchased separately. One type is missing. What really bothers me: the place gives a dirty impression. The tables are sticky, there are food scraps under the tables, bottle caps, etc. Addendum: My review was supposed to be deleted in early 2025 for defamation. I then provided evidence that I was a customer there on that day. That's how I experienced it. It's bad form to improve your reviews this way. Everyone can form their own opinion.

Burger was tasty and juicy. Fries were excellent warm. Unfortunately no longer cold. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately only a vegetarian burger.

Hi dream cow team, We ate at your place on March 10th around 3 p.m., there were 6 people behind the counter and no one in the store. We ordered a burger meal without onions and the waitress offered us a homemade lemonade, which we confirmed. After the meal was ready, I asked for the lemonade and was told I should help myself to the fridge. Then I asked for the homemade lemonade that was offered and, sorry, forgot the answer. Okay, it can happen. Unfortunately there were onions on the burger, so we brought that up and the answer was: “sorry forgot”. Okay, that can happen too. Then just scrape off the onions and put the lettuce or tomatoes on top again. Unfortunately, I have an allergy to raw onions and today I have small itchy spots on my hand again, whether this is related remains to be seen. Mistakes can happen, but then you should correct them correctly and not half-heartedly, especially if you have paid over 18 euros and it is clear that there are 4 people in the service/kitchen. Those who were under zero stress at the time and were fooling around, which is part of it and that's okay, but when it comes to the job, care and concentration should be the order of the day again! We definitely won't be able to find our way to the dream cow in our immediate surroundings, even though the taste was always good. All the best anyway!

How should I say, I'm actually thrilled with the food. We each had a burger menu with homemade iced tea. Altogether that would have cost me €44.70. When I wanted to pay with my card, I saw €47.14 on the display. Unwanted €2.44 for tip. I still paid because I just didn't want to hold up the people behind me. It was relatively full. Nevertheless, after paying, I said to the waitress that it was crazy to automatically book €2.44 for a tip. I didn't even get a reaction to that. I'm also generally wondering what I should tip for here. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a transponder that vibrates as soon as the food is ready. You still get the food yourself. So where is the service? My conclusion: the food is really very good, and in my opinion the ambience is also very benevolent. This situation with tips, however, annoys me a little. It becomes my personal reason not to come back again.

Nice atmosphere, nice order taking, but no delivery service. Food very tasty but not for the slim line of jalapeños, very spicy but also good. It's best to order the burger with the jalapenos on the side. French fries and sweet potato fries were very tasty. Sourcream is super delicious and truffle mayonaise too.

Burger restaurant. Cheeseburger was good, fries were tasty and enough on the plate. Ambiance is Asian and looks more like a sushi restaurant. But I think that's how it should be :) The restaurants in the center are also open on Sundays. However, we only walked past it because it still looked dark from the outside. If in doubt, look again.

Very disappointing! Quite apart from the fact that bad reviews here have been accused of defamation after years, the quality has decreased significantly in recent years, while the prices have risen outrageously! And no, that has nothing to do with inflation. The prices have also increased there, but not as much as here (I own a restaurant myself). The friendliness of the employees also needs improvement. However, the ambience is positive, at least when it has been cleaned. Of course this isn't necessarily easy with many guests, but given the prices it would actually be expected.

The citizen was such a smack, awesome. The meat tastes like Wagyu and you can feel the love for the homemade bun. Garlic fries are a bit greasy for my taste, but the idea is great. When I'm at Nordi I always come here to eat <3 And I think the design is great, great branding.

I heard about the restaurant from friends but only visited it yesterday. This is one of those rare times when 5 stars feel like they’re not enough for my rating. The restaurant is truly excellent. Everything is beautiful – from the service to the cashier and the entire staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, smiling, and helpful. And last but certainly not least, the burgers are AMAZING. I loved it so much and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the NordWestZentrum or Frankfurt. Thank you for the top-notch experience! The picture with the lights and dicorations are wonderful.

I ordered sweet potato fry with Chili Cheese Burger. It costed 15 euro. Let's just say I have tasted much better burger with the same price. Potato fry was great but the burger was on the drier side. Sauce costed extra which I did not wanted to pay for. The staff and atmosphere is really nice but I would not come back here again.

18 euros for a menu is too much in my opinion! The taste of my cheeseburger was good, but they were very economical with the meat and that's not possible!! The burgers could also be a little bigger. I wouldn't eat there again for the price.

€13.50 for a burger is okay. I'm willing to wait 20 minutes. But an employee who clearly shows how little interest he has in his job is an absolute no-go. No please, no thank you. Popped the stuff on the counter and was done. Too bad.

It’s quite an interesting concept. The interior is decorated with fake cherry blossoms, Japanese style music, and some Chinese characters on the wall. The staff was friendly, they let us know upfront that we’d need to wait 20-30 minutes since we visited on a Saturday. I wasn’t a fan of the burger though. I prefer savory main dishes, so the very sweet mustard sauce in the cheeseburger really put me off. On the other hand, my friend liked the chilli cheese burger. The fries were really tasty, but very pricey at 4.90€, plus an extra 0.50€ for dip. The burger was around 10€. In the end, I wouldn’t recommend it overall, but I’m adding an extra star for the kind staff.

Thursday 09/19/24, 4:50 p.m I was eating here with my friends and were “served” by a young man. The fact that there was nothing going on and we waited a long time for the food and all the tables were dirty, even though there were 2 employees there, is a given. (One guest even asked for a rag). When our order came the wrong sauces were brought. It can, but doesn't have to happen. I ordered the garlic fries. The biggest mistake. The fries had more greens than garlic. They were undercooked and so greasy, as if they had been bathed in oil. Everyone at the table agreed and my friend's burger was also totally greasy. The bread was soaked in oil. When I pointed out the fries to the employee, it was clear to me: I wouldn't be eating here anymore. He neither apologized nor showed understanding. He said: "It's normal for fries to be greasy, that can't be right." I mean, these aren't hot air fryer fries...” I then told him that it's not normal for the fries to be full of water and that other restaurants also fry them and still don't come out like that. I didn't eat the fries and showed him. He just shrugged his shoulders. Great service, be more careful who you hire. Basic Human Behavior are the minimum. Nice day.

The taste is good but the price is too expensive. I don't understand how the chicken burger can be the most expensive item on the menu. Then I expected a very large chicken breast, which unfortunately it wasn't.

Unfortunately very disappointing and an extreme example of Instagram vs. Reality... Both the poutine and burger dishes were inedible. The poutine was totally soggy and runny. The gravy smelled funny in places and the fries were just a soggy pile. The burgers also didn't taste good and were strangely seasoned. Very disappointing, especially for this price and the very long waiting time… we won't be coming back

The hamburger (without drink or side dish) costs roughly 14e. I mean it’s not bad but not that special for such a price. I wish they had stuffed more vegetables inside for a more balanced taste. The place is spacious and easy to reach if you go shopping in nordwestzentrum. I ordered one hamburger with crispy chicken.

First of all, I would like to thank Tarkek. I came with my wife because we like the burgers and they are incredibly good too. Since I'm vegetarian, I took the veggie burger. I have a very bad allergy so I told Tarek that the allergy could kill me. He assured me that there was nothing in the burger but asked me for 2 minutes because he wanted to clarify something. It turned out that he was no longer sure whether the sauce contained allergens. I have to say that Tarek not only took care of the burger, but also took great care of the topic. I know from other restaurants that you only focus on one thing and then in the end I have to give the food back because I then find out that the allergens are there. (not thinking about the side salad/bread or sauce) I would like to thank the team very much!

It takes forever for the food to be ready, even though the restaurant is not very busy. The table wasn't cleaned and it felt like we were sitting on sticky cheese. Staff rather unfriendly and just trying to get everything done. You don't feel comfortable here... Burger is okay but not worth mentioning.

We ordered from Lieferando. Very tasty, but in our opinion not worth the price for the relatively small quantity. We took a menu and a burger because we thought the quantity would otherwise be too much. For just over €33 we got a burger menu and a burger. When the food arrived, we were amazed at first because the portions were so small. We actually expected more for the price. The burgers looked rather small, and the amount of fries also looked rather small. While we enjoyed every bite and the dip was delicious, it didn't fill us up as much as we thought. This will also be the reason why this was our first and last order from Traumkuh.
