Nefeli-taverne weine feinkost in Berlin

Absolutely exceptional Greek cuisine, not the usual dishes, deliciously cooked, careful wine selection beyond Naussaa and Demestica. The only Greek restaurant I know that offers authentic dishes from the corner around Thessaloniki. Unfortunately, the Nefeli has probably closed, or hopefully not forever?

Great food, fair prices, nice people

A small cozy restaurant serving a small menu on greek cuisine. The prices are competitive but portions for mains are not very filling. We were served complimentary bread (we felt it could have been softer) and olives. The MOUSSAKA has a lot of aubergine and lesser meat but it tasted really good , loved the presentation too. The PORK SOUVLAKI came with two medium cooked pork skewers , some roasted vegetables and half of pita bread and tzatziki. We got some extra pita. I had better and fresher pita bread in other Greek restaurants in germany , so it was not impressive here , resembling more like heated ready to eat . The desert was soaked walnut cake KARIDOPITA with some overtly sweet and cold custard frosting . While it was a large portion , the frosting was not completely complimenting the cake well.

Most delicious moussaka, freshly-made and it had the perfect hot temperature, plus was served with a delicious big green salad on the side. I was adviced a tasty cold white house wine by Thenasis. Thank you for the friendly service, nice talks, a cosy evening and good vibe. A hidden gem. I would definately come back!

WONDERFUL restaurant. Extremely friendly service, quick, and just perfect. The food was amazing, and so was the wine and the desert, and just everything about it, even the music! A hidden gem in the neighbourhood! Would recommend anyone to come here, and will definitely come back soon.

What a wonderful find in this Kietz / neighborhood! Almost sophisticated high end Greek food in the coziest, familiar setting. Highly authentic recipes, high quality ingredients and freshly prepared. Friendly service, from the Greek owners themselves. The Greek wine pairing was also great! I keep coming back to this place and it keeps delighting me.

Repeat offender... I was there again with friends for a very nice evening... the restaurant is very small - please make a reservation urgently so as not to be disappointed - but it has a nice atmosphere. You can watch the chef at work... the service is very friendly and the quality of the wine and food is great, beautifully presented and so completely different to the classic Greek with gyros or something drowned in Metaxa sauce... a small but fine menu and a really fine Greek cuisine... let yourself be surprised... it has been very good every time...

I happened to be at "Nefeli" and honestly, I was very pleased with the level of service and of course the food. Authentic Greek cuisine with fresh ingredients and lots of love produce a similar result. If you are open to new experiences, this is the place to be.

Dear people, friends of Greek cuisine, we have all eaten a moussaka. But: NONE is like the one you see here, at 'Neféli' in Suarezstr. - at least as far as Berlin Charlottenburg is concerned. 49 - served... no! much more than that: how a work of art is masterfully presented! Don't miss it! In any case, I don't have to go to Greece to experience this pleasure...

We were there for the first time and we were thrilled! Greek classics cooked/interpreted in a traditional and modern way. Visibly fresh products are processed in the open kitchen. The presentation and service were also perfect. The final greeting from the kitchen - this time a piece of Rivani (semolina) cake - tasted excellent. The dining room is small, with a maximum of 22 seats, which could intimidate claustrophobics, but it promotes service and the shared enjoyment of great food. Cheers!

O locație minunata, atmosfera de familie, un loc atât de cald și primitor.. ca nu-ți mai dorești sa pleci. Revin cu mare drag de fiecare data cand am ocazia . Dacă sunteți în căutarea unui restaurant unde mancarea sa fie extraordinar de buna, acesta este cea mai buna alegere. Recomand cu toată inima acest restaurant, dacă ajungeți în Berlin, nu ratati aceasta locație, va asigur ca este alegerea perfecta!

Its first time i visited that much good greek restaurant outside of Greece. Super friendly staff and food was great. Try moussaka better than my mother's!!

Επισκεφτήκαμε το εστιατόριο, σε πρόσφατο ταξίδι μας, το περιβάλλον πολυ όμορφο, οι τιμές προσιτές και το φαγητό εξαιρετικό, ενθουσιαστηκαμε. Αφού φάγαμε και σε άλλο εστιατόριο της περιοχής όπου απογοητευτήκαμε, ξανά πήγαμε στο Nefeli και φάγαμε και παλι εξαιρετικά. Το συστήνω τόσο για τους κατοίκους της πόλης, όσο και για τους τουρίστες.

I loved their wine especially this one from Peloponnese. Also I liked the vegetarian options.
