Ein kleines griechisches Restaurant, das ursprünglich eine Bar war, aber heute hervorragende, hausgemachte Küche mit viel Liebe zum Detail bietet. Der Inhaber empfängt seine Gäste herzlich und sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Ein absolutes Muss für alle Berlin-Besucher, die gut essen möchten.

Rises Delicacis ist für mich ein sehr interessanter Ort, wenn man hochwertige Speisen und besondere Delikatessen in angenehmer Atmosphäre genießen möchte. Schon beim Betreten fällt die liebevolle Präsentation der Produkte und das stilvolle, moderne Ambiente auf, das zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Auswahl an Speisen wirkt sorgfältig zusammengestellt und bietet sowohl klassische als auch ausgefallenere Optionen, sodass für unterschiedliche Geschmäcker etwas dabei ist. Besonders positiv ist mir die Qualität der Zutaten aufgefallen, die insgesamt sehr frisch und geschmackvoll wirkt. Der Service ist freundlich und bemüht, auch wenn es bei größerem Andrang gelegentlich zu etwas längeren Wartezeiten kommen kann. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist insgesamt im oberen Bereich angesiedelt, was angesichts der Qualität nachvollziehbar ist, aber nicht für jeden Anlass passt. Besonders gut gefällt mir die Kombination aus Feinkost, moderner Präsentation und einem insgesamt besonderen kulinarischen Erlebnis, das sich von gewöhnlichen Lokalen abhebt.

Gestern Abend waren wir essen und trinken. Das Lokal war total authentisch und gemütlich, das Essen köstlich und die Preise angemessen. Wir haben verschiedene Gerichte bestellt, und die Moussaka war wirklich himmlisch. Da gehe ich auf jeden Fall wieder hin.

Ich bin Griechin und kann Ihnen versichern, dass das Essen authentisch griechisch und wirklich fantastisch ist. Alles war äußerst lecker, die Weinauswahl exzellent und das hausgemachte Dessert „Karioka“ einfach himmlisch. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Portionen etwas klein und die Preise etwas hoch sind.

Sehr süßes, kleines griechisches Lokal/Bistro! Aber nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal und traditionelle griechische Küche! Portionen könnten ein klein bisschen größer sein für den Preis aber trotzdem extrem lecker ! Vor allem die Dolmadakia und die gefüllte Paprikaschoten ein Traum! Probiert die Tyrokafteri 😝 Kommen gerne nochmal! Besser als zum 0815 Griechen zu gehen!

Hervorragendes, authentisches Essen, freundlicher Service und angenehme Atmosphäre

Wir haben hier spät zu Mittag gegessen und es war fantastisch. Mein Partner und ich teilten uns mehrere Gerichte, die Oliven waren himmlisch und der Feta der beste in ganz Berlin. Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Besuch. Unbedingt den Retsina probieren!

Incredibly friendly owners! Everything was delicious, and not your typical "German-Greek-gyro-and-fries" food. We went there spontaneously and will definitely come back. You can also sit outside.

We went here for dinner and found it absolutely delicious! Two people shared a main course and two starters. The bread, dressings, sauces, and salads were truly delicious! Everything was also very fresh and perfect for a summer evening. We had a spritzer for drinks, which was also delicious. The price wasn't particularly cheap, but I thought it was completely reasonable for the quality. The owner/waiter was also very friendly!

One of my favourite places in Berlin after living here for 5 years. Family run restaurant with parents in the kitchen and son serving typical greek dishes. Comfort food & great quality ingredients. Absolutely fantastic! Nice tasty food. Simple and delicious. We got some mixed mezze (Greek salad, tzatziki, olives etc.) and soutzoukakia to share. Our 6 year old daughter had the best chocolate cake of her life. (According to herself). The service was top notch - friendly and present, without being intrusive. We will definitely go here again the next time we are in Berlin 🥰

Very nice Greek restaurant which has a good variety of of Greek food together with their great salad and their must try yogurt.

Rises Delicacies is a small restaurant serving Greek specialties. The decor was cozy, tavern style. However, I found the chairs unsuitable for sitting for long periods of time. The seat was very small, so that if you didn't sit bolt upright you basically had to sit on the edge of the chair. The food was generally good, but our moussaka was only lukewarm. Since there were very few guests in the restaurant at the time, it can be ruled out that there was a long wait in the kitchen and the waiter simply didn't manage to serve. So it probably wasn't fresh but warmed up. You can do that, but I would have expected fresh food given the prices and the ambience. The moussaka tasted good, but the portion was quite small. In principle, you can certainly spend an evening here.

Lovely atmosphere and GREAT food and wine. Really extraordinary

Sweet little Greek place with a great atmosphere! The service was extremely courteous and the traditional authentic Greek food was excellently cooked. Probably the best moussaka since my Greek mother-in-law 🤩. A small downside, the bottle of white wine from Santorini was quite “well paid” at €56.00.

Bumped into this place by luck. No reservation. It was a wonderful experience with friendly smiles, good suggestions, cosy ambience and of course yummy food:)! Ioannis took super care of us. I loved the Greek mountain tea, a must try. The meatballs are a delice. The home-made bread is fresh. They offer tap water, which is a big plus. Very warm ambiance.

One of my favorite places to eat lunch or dinner in Mitte. Unassuming little cozy restaurant with delicious Greek food and warm welcome from the hosts. It is a family-run place and you can really feel/taste it! You will not leave hungry, portions are generous. Great value for money too.

Family-like restaurant. My second time here and it didn’t disappoint. The food is as amazing as the service and you might learn some greek at the same time! Good portion, lovely wine selection and all served which a cheeky smile. The homemade bread runs the show 😍 Went with friends on a Saturday night, even when the room is full, you can still hear the lovely curated playlist and hear your conversation. Wish I knew the waiter’s name so I can give him a shoutout, he was adorable with everyone!

There is no exaggerated “chi-chi” here, but rather honest, down-to-earth and incredibly good cuisine that comes from the heart. You can tell that the whole family supports this business, and this warmth is passed on to the guests. A little tip: A reservation is highly recommended, as this restaurant is very popular with good reason. Anyone who values ​​authentic cuisine, perfect quality and a place with soul has come to the right place. Absolutely recommended!

When paying, only the amount was stated without us being given a receipt. When we asked, we were not given a receipt, but only an interim receipt. Parts of the dishes such as the bread with the salad and the fruit in the yoghurt were not served, and things that were not ordered were also served and billed for. Portions were tiny.

Wonderful little hidden spot for Greek food and Greek deli pick-ups. Meatballs, aubergine, olives and salad all were amazing. Delicious, spot on flavour. Wine selection also incredibly solid and goes well with the food. Worth a visit any time.

*update*: still Berlin’s best restaurant. We could complain for eternity how Berlin has gotten too expensive, it’s true. So why not spend the money on real food of high quality? This is indeed rare to find in Berlin at any price point, and Rises Delicacies offers it for a reasonable price, all things considered. Moussaka, tzatziki, spanakopita, natural wine, tsipouro. The food was strikingly fresh, the flavors were delicate and nuanced, the wine and spirits excellent, and tap water is free and plentiful. What more could you ask from a restaurant?? I feel so rejuvenated after eating at Rises Delicacies that I think I may have added a decade to my life. Imbibe yourself in the fountain of vitality, eat at Rises Delicacies!

The place is beautiful I ordered the Moussaka and it was absolutely perfect The decorations and lighting is simply perfect and cozy The service was friendly and professional in 4 languages available (German, English, Spanish and Greek ) for what I heard. Really recommend and will come back

Last Saturday evening we tried the restaurant spontaneously and without a reservation and the four of us got a seat. The service was quick and courteous. Not all dishes from the small but very fine menu were available, but that is completely understandable considering we arrived in PBerg 1.5 hours before closing time and a sunny and busy day. The dips recommended to us as a starter and the subsequent main courses were excellent! Combined with the pleasant, informal atmosphere in the restaurant, it was an all-round good experience. We will definitely come back soon!

🔝, excellent, a stone's throw from the Rosenthaler U-Bahn station, this small and welcoming Greek restaurant offers authentic, quality food, accompanied by excellent wine. We took few photos but everything was great, from the grilled cheese, the Musak and the chicken. I advise you to book, don't make the same mistake as us. Long live good food 🇬🇷💘.

Die übersichtliche Karte bietet einige sehr schmackhafte Vorspeisen. Als Hautgerichte werden nur 2 gekochte Speisen angeboten, also keine Fleischspeisen vom Grill. Die Portionsgröße ist übersichtlich, dafür der Preis anspruchsvoll. Die Fleischklößchen waren sehr gut zubereitet, das Huhn leider zerkocht. Das Getränkeangebot ist von hoher Qualität. Die Einrichtung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Soll griechisch-modern sein. Für uns war es ein wildes Durcheinander. Fazit: das Restaurant wird überbewertet, ich kann es nicht empfehlen

Super nice little Greek restaurant - completely different from all the other Greek restaurants in Germany that I had visited before. Here you can put aside all prejudices against food that is too fatty or too meaty - here you will be happy even as a vegetarian, the food is authentic, freshly homemade and very good, fair prices, the service is very friendly and uncomplicated, the furnishings are tasteful, not tacky, relaxed atmosphere. Good wines and homemade lemonade. At the same time, the restaurant is a delicatessen shop, so you can take a few good things in a glass with you after your meal :-) There's currently scaffolding in front of it, but you can still sit outside on the street, there's no more construction in the evenings, so it's not loud.

Buena comida en general. Tenía opciones para adaptarse a la alergia al gluten, y todos disfrutaban de su comida. El menú es un poco corto, así que esta es una buena comida auténtica para aquellos que no buscan una cadena de restaurantes griegos.

Went to the restaurant today and ate grandma's meatballs. We only had to wait a short time and the food was delicious, but in my opinion it could have been a slightly larger portion to fill us up. It's a nice shop with good service.

Be careful of the main guy. He adds €0.5 extra to each dish, charges €7 when the cost in the menu is €6.5. We realized too late we were overcharged by a few euros so make sure to double check. Same reason will mot go here again

The Grandmas Meatballs were very delicious. The service was very slow and we waited 30 minutes, but that doesn't matter, it was worth the wait.

Overall a great place to get real Greek food. I'm Greek and I can tell you that everything smelt like my mom's kitchen. Service was amazing, the waiter was very helpful with everything and really friendly. Minor complaint would be the music, which was Italian hahahah, but other than that it's a palace where you can find original traditional Greek food 10/10 would recommend

I used to come very often. Now they make the bread on extra, it’s not included in the salad anymore, you have to pay for it. The waiter (the son, not the mom that is really kind) is antipathic and not really respectful. I used to come, I won’t anymore…

Food and service is perfect. Everything was super tasty. Took my friends there and they also enjoyed the food a lot. Also there are plenty of vegetarian options. You should definitely try gemista here specifically.

The service was super nice and attentive. However, I don't know what ingredients were used for our meal, it had nothing to do with delicatessen and selected products. The noodles were overcooked and the dishes were almost inedible because they were completely over-seasoned.

What a wonderful shop. A very polite, great service. The atmosphere in the shop is cozy and cozy, perhaps a little underheated as it was quite cool. The food is next level. Personally, the portions were too small for me. In this price range it can be a little more. Nevertheless, it was the best moussaka and meatballs I have ever eaten at a Greek restaurant.
