We were here for the first time yesterday and will definitely be back. The welcome was incredibly warm, everyone was super friendly, the atmosphere was great, the food was fresh and delicious, and the portions were generous. Everything was perfect! 😊👌✌️

We were in this restaurant today, huge portions and low prices, very tasty and very friendly staff, very quickly brought our order even though it was large. We were very pleased, especially my husband, who remembered his childhood in Kalamata.

I recommend not going too late, otherwise you'll be left hungry. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly.

We've been coming here for years, you could even say we're regulars, and we're very happy with everything! The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food is always delicious. The portions are very generous, so we often ask for some leftovers to take home.

The side salad, which is almost standard with the main course at every Greek restaurant, was the best we've ever had. The seating on the terrace gave our visit a real taverna vibe. We'd love to come back!

We had to find an alternative because our regular restaurant was closed for vacation. My mother, who always eats the same thing, was very impressed. It was very cozy outside and welcoming.

There were a few minor misunderstandings in the service, but these were made up for by friendly and attentive communication. The food was delicious and the children were happy.

Ordered from this restaurant for the first time today, and I've rarely been so disappointed and upset. The medallions, if you can call them that, were lying in the sauce without any side dish, which is a real disgrace. So, actually, it wouldn't get a star. Not once, not again.

The food is very tasty, but unfortunately, with many dishes, you have to order the tzatziki for an extra charge. I wish there was just a small dollop included, or that the tzatziki was cheaper.

The Athen Restaurant is highly recommended: the seasoning is exquisite, the portions are large and the dishes are super well presented. The prices are excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and they always have Greek music playing. The waiters are super friendly and especially with the children. They try to fulfill their wishes as much as they can. The only thing it lacks is parking, but in general in Berlin this issue is difficult. The ouzo is served and offered before the meal at no additional price. They accept credit cards. Keep it up!

We've tried a total of five Greek restaurants in the area over the past few years, and Athens is the best in terms of taste. Unfortunately, negative reviews often lack reference values, such as the number of guests at the time of the experience and the number of service staff available. That's a real shame in our times. In this restaurant, we, of course, notice when the evening is extremely stressful for the staff, yet everyone is friendly and accommodating.

Nice atmosphere. The food is ok, but nothing more. The service is ok. The bill was frightening, mistakes do happen but overcharging for one main meal with 2 people and a fairly empty locker... All I can say is always check your bills. It was then corrected upon request.

Favorite and therefore regular Greek. Here you can get bread freshly baked by the chef and the best ouzo. For all guests who may have to wait a little longer: There is a lack of staff in all areas of our company and sometimes that's just how it is here. We are never disappointed and always end up in a Greek coma afterwards because of the portion sizes. Don't have it delivered, just go out the door.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited over two hours for our main course, which was just a small portion of meat and salad. The appetizer was also underwhelming in size. Our waitress, a young woman, seemed unfamiliar with the menu and couldn't provide any helpful explanations about the dishes. The only positive aspect of our visit was the owner or manager, who was very polite and attentive. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

We were back today & wanted to try it again. Unfortunately, our dish was very oversalted, which we reported after we were asked if everything was good when we cleared the plates. When we commented that both meals were very salty, the young woman looked at us, turned around and left without a word!???? Why do you treat guests like this when they pay a high price for the food???

You are greeted with an ouzo and home-baked bread, which has put me in a positive mood. Before my main course, Gemista, there was a crisp, fresh salad. The main course was freshly prepared and very tasty. I was completely satisfied and will come again. Thanks.

First I have to say that the waiter/owner was super nice. I found the food to be average, the portions aren't particularly large, but it's okay, the tzatziki was sparkling - something I'm not familiar with. I was definitely very hungry + was there with the get2 card and was full too. I wouldn't make a detour for this restaurant

Delicious food. We had the Samos Platter. One waiter was very friendly, the other was okay. Unfortunately, construction will take place opposite in April 2024 and there is a lot of dust in the beer garden in front of the restaurant.

We were in Athens for the third time today around lunchtime. It tasted extremely good again and the service was pleasant, friendly and committed. We had the cold starter platter for one person and the roast lamb in its own cooking juices. The roast lamb with the jus was amazing, an absolute dream, the baked potatoes with it were brilliant.

Long waiting times. Menu sequence not followed. No salad brought. Wish not implemented. Complete chaos on Good Friday. That was probably it. What a shame.

Really a very tasty restaurant. The waiters and service are super friendly and respond to every request. Prices are already in the higher segment. 18 euros for a gyro dish is pretty decent. Now for the negative: There were really very few gyros on my plate, more onion than meat. That was different a while ago, when the portion was actually more generous. For the price you can really expect more. Therefore only 3 stars.

Reserved online, but then it's only 1.5 hours. Then not even tzatziki to eat, which is part of it for me (so order it separately) and then no more interest from the service. Do you have to wait forever for someone to notice you so you can order something to drink. In the same way, you wait for the bill because no one takes you anymore observed. So there are better ones.

The consistently positive reviews made us curious and we were not disappointed 😃 We were warmly welcomed, the food is very tasty and very reasonably priced. The only negative point is that after we got the card, we waited a little longer until we could order something, but that was probably due to the high number of visitors in the restaurant. We will come again 😃

Lovely place, I'd call it German style greek food, which was delicious, good portions and arrived quickly. The service was attentive but not distracting and the place always quite accommodating to a small child being part of our party. There are no baby change facilities in the bathrooms.
