McDonald's in Oberhausen-Rheinhausen

Unfortunately, something is missing from every second order. Unfortunately, I only checked at home yesterday and noticed that a burger (for almost €6) was missing; it wasn't my first time there.... Otherwise, in terms of food and atmosphere, it's a perfectly normal Mägges.

Burger is cold, drinks were forgotten, staff doesn't speak German

Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. Ordered a Friends Meal with a burger and chicken nuggets plus an extra burger via the app. Picked it up at the McDrive. Unfortunately, I only realized at home that the nuggets were missing. Yes, I know you should check right away to make sure everything's in there, but you should really just assume the order is complete. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened there.

Very clean, the items are fresh and not lying around forever, friendly staff

Unfortunately, my visit this time was very disappointing. As a vegetarian, I hardly felt welcome – the McPlant was strangely missing, and the vegetarian wraps consisted almost exclusively of tasteless salad and two or three vegan nuggets. Charging €11 for a meal is hard to understand. I was also disappointed with the drinks selection: A chai latte, which is standard in many other branches and would be absolutely perfect, especially in October, was not available here. At the McCafé, the employee also seemed overwhelmed, repeatedly asking the same question about my order and still not fully understanding it. The "White Choc" I ordered ended up cold – and we were especially looking forward to a warm, cozy drink in the chilly weather. It's also almost impossible to sit outside and relax due to a veritable plague of wasps. Overall, a very unsatisfying experience. I will never visit this branch again.

Chicken burger's new "recipe" is the worst. How can you disfigure a burger to save money on the breading is sad......

Unfortunately, I was disappointed once again. Ordering from a McDrive is child's play, unless you unpack it and check it thoroughly on site. The photo shows the new Philly Cheesy Stack. As you can see, there's even less meat in it than the original.

A disaster!! The lady at the counter barely spoke a word of German. Said the number 20 times, always just a "huh?" Given... handed her the phone with the number on it, she simply charged an additional €16 for stuff that wasn't listed. Again, they only explained to her what was listed. The manager came and had to fix it. The food arrived. AND OF COURSE THE FRIES ARE MISSING!! Incredibly ignorant staff there.

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired; tables are dirty and toilets stick to the floor when you walk in. Unfriendly staff. They barely speak German, and if you ask, you get rude answers. Some burgers look like they've been used before when you open the lid. The same is true in Kronau. Maybe the manager should visit there more often and check things out. The reviews here speak for themselves!

The food is cold. The fries taste like they're deep frozen. They put half of Antarctica in the drinks. There were much, much better times when the food was really good. So, the MCG is really dropping dramatically.

So, I often go to McDonald's, but what's been happening lately is really bothering me. Everything is delicious and clean, but it can't be that when I order a CHICKEN Big Mac I get a BEEF Big Mac, or that I get a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger, or that the packaging isn't closed properly, so the contents fall out when I lift it out. Wait a few seconds or take another look, please, thank you.

My brother and I were really hungry after a long car ride, so we decided to grab something from McDonald's. The food arrived quickly, and the cashier was very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Best, very tasty food.

Unfortunately the most incompetent branch in the area. A few days ago I redeemed the app points for an apple turnover and ordered a menu with a chip holder. Neither an apple bag nor the chip holder were included. In McDrive, all cars are always asked to park in the small parking bay on the right, so that the cars at the back can no longer drive through. After 15 minutes, I was the last of the 6 cars to get my food, even though I ordered first. “Those in the kitchen are sleeping a bit.” And then I just put in the wrong wrap. So my “veggie” mozzarella wrap had chicken in it :D Luckily I'm not a vegetarian, but that's really an imposition and shouldn't happen. This branch will be largely avoided from now on

Average McDonald's with some flaws 🍔 Pros: ✔️ Fast and friendly service. ✔️ The food was fresh and well prepared. ✔️ Clean environment and enough seating. 🍟 Cons: ➖ Sometimes waiting times are slightly longer, especially during peak times. ➖ The ordering stations could be cleaner. ➖ The parking situation is not ideal 📌 Conclusion: A McDonald's that does its job well but still has room for improvement. There's nothing great, but no major flaws either. A solid fast food stop for a quick meal in between. My personal opinion – of course yours may be different! 😊

The worst Mäcces in the entire area. The latest scam: you have to wait forever when ordering at McDrive, even though there's nothing going on, and then you have to wait again on the right hand side of the bus stop. To top it off you get soggy, cold fries and burgers that are also lukewarm. Why do other branches do this better? Think about it. In any case, we were there for the first and last time this year.

Finally a really good McDonalds experience again! Food well prepared, very nice staff, very clean toilets. Some McD franchisees could learn a lesson from this. Keep it up!

So honestly, close your shop or hire sensible staff. I ate at your place today with an MC Smart menu. First of all, the mayo fries taste dry, of course just as bad as with mayo and my bruger, I'm sorry but that's not edible What's going on here is really slow. I've been avoiding writing anything here for a long time and I've probably given you 30 chances to do something better. So please just close this McDonald's so we can all eat in peace

No rating for the ambience because I wasn't there. Today at MC Drive was the second time that there were only 8 pieces in the 9 chicken box. If I hadn't been back on the construction site, I would have complained straight away. People !! Please, it's not that difficult to count to 9

Unfortunately, I didn't receive the entire order in the drivethrough again. I usually check at the delivery window whether all the items I ordered were packed and in 3 out of 5 cases I found that something was missing. The missing items were then delivered immediately. Today, however, I didn't have the time to check the order on site. When I got home I discovered that a third of the goods I ordered were missing. Having worked as a temporary worker at McDonalds for years while I was studying, I know how stressful the job can be, but I was there today when there was hardly any public traffic (7:45 p.m.). I therefore find it extremely negligent to forget ordered items. This has never happened to me so often in other branches, which is why I would advise against visiting this branch and would rather recommend driving to Hockenheim. I've never had any problems there, at least not in the last 10 years.

Unfortunately the frozen yoghurt machine didn't work again. And every time I'm there and there's only 1 car in front of me, I say please wait a moment, then stand there on Mc Drive and wait 3-4 minutes until you can order. I know it differently. It's not cool!

It is very clean and well maintained there, not just the interior. The tables will be wiped down promptly. The food was prepared quickly so the heat was perfect. The friendly and helpful staff particularly stands out. This is not something to be taken for granted these days. I always enjoy going there🤩

Very nice new McDonald branch with lots of space inside and out. Ordering via the app works smoothly. At McCafe, someone is immediately there when you stand at the counter. The team pays close attention to cleanliness and customer requests. I like to plan the branch as a stopover on bike tours. A tip: The bike stand is too narrow for mountain bike tires. You also cannot secure a bike in this stand.

Nice MC with hardworking and clean staff. Tables were wiped down in a timely manner, which is unfortunately no longer a given. We were satisfied, burger could have been hotter, but that's what the fries were. It's always different every day anyway, depending on how you handle it. Good station management 👍

The quality of the food always meets the expected McDonald's standard. The service is quick and efficient, although this is not the case at all McDonald's branches. Therefore, this is a positive aspect. However, it has been noticed that some guests play their music loudly on their cell phones without the service staff intervening. It would be desirable if the ambience were made pleasant for all guests.

I am extremely disappointed. The one time nuggets were ordered and they weren't packaged, but I can get over that. But today I ordered a chocolate milkshake with chocolate sauce and got coffee cream instead. Mind you, I don't tolerate coffee well, so this is a huge mess. Unfortunately it's too far away to complain just about a stupid milkshake. It's a shame that the anticipation has now turned into anger. Due to the overall situation, the ambience and food only received one star.

Please check your order when you receive it. Lately we have had 3 missing products in a row on every order.

A quick lunch before our 3 hour drive home. The food tastes good. Sure, there is a healthier way too. Service is ok. The food is brought to the table. The atmosphere is typical McDonald's. Definitely authentic. We always enjoy eating at McDonalds.

I got there 8 minutes before the end and they said there was nothing more. We don't do anything anymore. Actually, I'm not that kind of person... That comes shortly before the end, but today that's just how it was. And as far as I know, you have to serve someone as long as they order within opening hours?

McFlurry um ca. 50% weniger Inhalt!!! Frechheit!!!! Ergänzung 30.12: Bei den letzten beiden Bestellungen hat jeweils eine Portion Pommes gefehlt und die Portionen werden IMMER KLEINER BEI ERHÖHTEM PREIS! Das Essen ist ständig lauwarm. Wenn man nicht mal die richtige Bestellungen erhält brauche ich da auch nicht mehr hinfahren sry. Ein Döner für 9€ wäre besser gewesen... man lernt aus den Fehlern... Nie wieder!

Wir haben dort gestern das erste mal im McDrive bestellt und mussten zuhause feststellen, dass das Fleisch komplett Roh und dadurch selbst mit größtem Hunger nicht genießbar war. Nach einem Anruf wurden uns zwei Menüs umsonst als Entschädigung geboten, was ich auch in Ordnung fand. Als ich in meinen Royal TS am nächsten Tag gebissen habe, fiel mir auf , dass die Tomaten vergessen wurden. Schade, dass im diesen McDonalds leider nur sehr ungenau und anscheinend unkonzentriert gearbeitet wird.
