Burger King in Ramstein: Ein durchaus zufriedenstellendes Erlebnis. Das Restaurant war relativ sauber, das Personal freundlich und die Burger entsprachen den Erwartungen an einen Burger King. Kurz gesagt: weder eine positive Überraschung noch eine Enttäuschung. Ein kleiner Pluspunkt: Parken ist drei Stunden lang kostenlos. Diese Information war jedoch nur auf Deutsch ausgeschildert, sodass wir Google Translate zur Bestätigung nutzen mussten. Englische Schilder wären sehr hilfreich, insbesondere angesichts der vielen amerikanischen Gäste, die das Restaurant aufgrund der Nähe zum US-Militärstützpunkt regelmäßig besuchen.

Eine Katastrophe! Angestellte mit schmutzigen Hemden, die sich an den Haaren kratzen und einem Essen in den Mund stopfen – einfach nur ekelhaft! Deshalb hat mein Kind sich hier eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zugezogen und musste sich übergeben. Meiden Sie diesen Burger King unbedingt!

ACHTUNG,ACHTUNG !!!!!.Dieser Burger King ist der einzige in ganz Europa, in dem Busfahrer kein Geld bekommen, obwohl man mit 50 Fahrgästen angehalten hat. Eine kleine Angestellte mit lockigen Haaren und eine blonde Frau an der Kasse waren sehr unhöflich und unverschämt. Es lohnt sich nicht, dort anzuhalten, denn es gibt nicht einen einzigen Kaffee – und der ist auch noch wertlos.

Typischer BK. Kann nur die Plantbased Produkte bewerten: Diese sind immer frisch und heiß. Sehr gut.

Das Restaurant scheint Computerprobleme zu haben... Die Bestellungen von den Automaten erreichten die Küche nicht – die Gäste mussten ihre Quittungen abgeben, damit das Essen zubereitet wurde...

Drive in Service war ok( daher zwei Punkte) essen war kalt obwohl wir ca 5min warten mussten Für mich definitiv das erste und letzte Mal dort…..

Eine der saubersten BurgerKing Filialen in denen ich je gegessen habe. Wir waren gestern dort essen und schon bei der Bestellung hat der nette Junge Mann ein wenig Spaß mit meinem Jungen gemacht. Mein Sohn (7) möchte jetzt nur noch dort hin, leider für uns etwas weit zu fahren.

Der Chickenburger und der normale Burger waren super und die Bedienung sehr hilfsbereit. Mein Deutsch ist noch nicht so gut, deshalb hatte ich etwas Schwierigkeiten, die aufgerufene Nummer zu verstehen, aber das war mein Fehler. Ich freue mich, dass es Bildschirme gibt, mit denen ich auf Englisch bestellen kann – sehr praktisch. :)

Die werden mit ihrer Vergesslichkeit immer schlimmer. Jetzt fangen die schon an ein ganzes Menü zu vergessen und wenn man am Drive in weg ist am Schalter, hat man Pech. Nur weil man seine Sachen auf dem Parkplatz kontrolliert. Oder man bekommt Burger ohne Soße und Fleisch. Langsam lässt die Verlässlichkeit im Burger King nach.

Sauber, schnell, freundlich. Alle amerikanischen Burger-King-Franchisenehmer sollten hier eine Woche lang arbeiten müssen. Es ist möglich, Amerika!

Hab zwei Chili Cheeseburger to Go geholt waren ungenießbar. Konnte die nicht essen haben geschmeckt als lägen die schon zwei Wochen im Aufwärmer.

Mal wieder Burger King, aber auch eher das letzte Mal zumindest in diesem Jahr. Kleiner Burger King, aber trotzdem keine Wartezeit am Samstag Abend. Essen war lecker, aber für 2 Menüs und dazu einmal Chicken Nuggets haben wir fast 30 Euro gezahlt. Das ist es nicht wert

Wenn man am Drive in seine Bestellung nicht komplett kontrolliert wird man gerne mal beschissen und hat was anderes wie bestellt. Mehr bezahlt wie erhalten. Am besten jede Verpackung genau kontrollieren.

am auto schalter gestern um 20,30 bestellt,mußte ihm 3 mal meine bestellung die sehr einfach war wiederholen bis er sie verstanden hatte!am ausgabeschalter super unfreundlich ,hat mir die pommes falsch herum in die tüte gemacht so daß alle pommes versträut im bäutel waren,hat währendesse wo ich mein geld gerichtet habe zum bezahlen mit den fingerspitzen auf den eisenrahmen laut getippt um mich zu ärgern,streß war keiner hinter mir war niemand! sehr respecktloses verhalten dem kunden gegenüber!

Ich möchte mich spezifisch über eine Mitarbeiterin beschweren. Die ältere kräftige Dame mit den pinken Haare. Sie war super unmenschlich gegenüber ihre Kollegin (die Dame mit dem Kopftuch). Die Frau mit den pinken Haaren,hat die Kollegin vor allen Kunden , wie eine irre angeschrieben. Ich bin der Meinung, dass man ein Mensch nicht so behandeln darf. Die angeschriene Kollegin war super professionell und ist sehr sachlich und menschlich geblieben und ihre Arbeit weiter gemacht. Alle bis auf diese Frau sind sehr professionell und sachlich geblieben. Und als Gast sowas zu sehen,ist nichts schönes. Eigentlich möchte ich mein Geld nicht in einem Geschäft lassen,wo die Mitarbeiter unmenschlich behandelt werden. Mein 10 jähriger Sohn,meinte sogar, Mama sowas darf nicht sein. Aber sonst war alles gut ,das Essen und Sauberkeit. LG

Gestern hatten wir das erste Mal nach Jahren wieder mal Lust auf nen Whopper. Also fuhr der beste Ehemann von allen durchs BK-Drive in und holte 2 Whopper, 1 x Orion Rings mit Sour Creme, 1 Cheeseburger und 2 Erdbeer-Shakes Daheim angekommen, bis voll Vorfreude in meinen Whopper.... Bah, was war das denn? Das Ding schmeckte nach chemischer Holzkohe, Brötchen labbrig, Patty furztrocken und dünn, Zwiebeln scharf-beißender Chemiegeschmack. Das war nur noch ein ekligen Abbild meines einst so geliebten Whoppers. Mir war von diesem Burger des Grauens die nächsten 24 Stunden schlecht Das war's für uns mit Burger King für alle Zeiten.

Es ist Burger King – sauber, schnell und lecker.

Sie verstehen das Problem nicht: Mehr als 45 Minuten auf das Essen in einem Schnellrestaurant zu warten, ist übertrieben.

Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung. Das Essen war gut und die Wartezeit kurz.

Super, wir haben dort Speisekarten entdeckt, die es bei uns in Frankreich nicht gibt 👌

The food and drinks at Burger King are familiar, and I enjoy them from time to time. What I didn't like was that the restaurant was quite cold, and the smell in the men's restroom was very unpleasant. I don't want to say any more about it.

During the week you may experience rude staff as when they are under pressure they can't handle the heat. So they speak unprofessional not keeping carm no eye contact just rude.

The place is fast and clean. Also, because the air circulation is good, no frying or other food smells accumulate inside.

The food was what would be expected. It seems the current trend at fast food restaurants is that they advertise a toy or prize and are sold out of it most of the time. Honestly, the appeal of a kids meal is the toy, not a book 🤷🏾‍♂️

If you're not even able to repair the card reader, perhaps you should put up a sign with this information in front of the drive-thru, so people don't waste 20 minutes standing in the lane for nothing 👎

I went to the drive-thru today, even though it was completely empty and there was no wait at all. Ordering went smoothly at first – but then chaos ensued at the counter: Drinks were simply thrust into my hand. The bags were repacked multiple times, passed from one employee to the next. Suddenly, three cars pulled up behind me while I was stuck at the counter for 15 minutes. When I finally had everything and wanted to eat right there in the parking lot, the next disappointment awaited: The food was lukewarm. The churros (for almost €8!) were extremely greasy and tasted strongly of old frying oil – absolutely inedible. I ordered double the amount of churros, but there was only one packet of sugar and cinnamon. Overall, a very disappointing experience – both in terms of the service and the quality of the food.

The food was prepared quite quickly, but it was only lukewarm. As before, I had digestive problems early the following morning, which I don't usually experience. This has now happened to me twice, so I will avoid this fast-food restaurant from now on.

It's a real shame. We ate there a few days ago for €81, and what can I say? The food was lukewarm, which I find a disgrace for that price. The cleanliness, well, leaves a lot to be desired. I've always enjoyed going there, but I can't recommend it anymore.

Sunday evening seemed like the perfect time to grab something to eat here. It was busy, but pleasant and quiet. The food was ready quickly, and the plant-based alternatives were really great.

I went there with my family/husband, son, and parents to have something to eat, as we still had a long drive ahead of us. We were very pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. After a quick request for assistance at the terminals, we were helped immediately. The food was good, and our overall impression of the store was excellent. We will definitely be back. P.S.: It's nice when my somewhat cheeky son is treated with a polite and smiling attitude...

The burgers were cold and the tables were sticky. The restrooms were also very dirty. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Completely overwhelmed, overloaded, and chaotic. Of the six ordering terminals, three are broken, half the store is full of people waiting, even more people are queuing up in front of the few functioning terminals, and the staff seem distracted and confused. I thought things would get better once the McDonald's reopened, but it remains as bad as it has been the past few weeks.

Well, if production isn't done correctly, that's really stupid. Why is there a function for ordering drinks without ice cubes if they can't get that right, then chocolate milk shake? If no one is there, you can't go and get vanilla and mix it with the not-so-flavorful chocolate sauce. It doesn't taste the same and loses quality. There was nothing going on, and my burger was cold, not even the cheese was melted. Well, I won't be going there for a long time. And the tables were cluttered and really grumpy.

Are you still treated like a fool just for asking a completely normal question? The terminal wasn't working, and I asked if you couldn't pay by card anywhere else in the store because there was a sign at the front. All they said was, "Read it." I found that incredibly rude for a completely normal question in that context.

Brother of these citizens tasted like math homework.

No, the cheeseburger was a complete disaster.

Unfortunately, there was a rather cheeky employee behind the service counter who constantly shouted loudly at her employees about how stupid and incompetent they were. When I complained about my order, they reacted quite unfriendlyly and told me to just take the tomato down, but this is not possible due to an allergy. 3 stars because the food is actually good and the service is bad!

A burger was missing from my order, and not for the first time. Some of the fries were still raw and not fried through.

Used to be One of the better burger king locations. However my most recent visit proved that the quality and size of the sandwich and burger has decreased.

If you want to eat an American-style burger, go there. There's more inside, more on top, it's simply delicious. It's probably due to the proximity to the American airport. That's how all Burger King restaurants should operate.

We were at the drive-thru, and we asked for the menu five times. In the end, they still didn't have it.

The restaurant and drive-thru were very crowded. Outside at the entrance, you get carbon monoxide poisoning, as almost all the cars are waiting with their engines running. I'd be interested to know how the building's ventilation works, especially for the employees who work there. This detail should be reviewed by the employer's liability insurance association. Orders cannot be placed at the cash register. Only at the terminal. However, the terminal was partially defective, and a payment receipt could not be created. I needed it for the travel expense report. When I pointed this out to the shift manager, all he got in response was a stupid comment. Unfortunately, for me, this place is finished...

The food was incredibly similar to those BKs in the US. My wife really enjoyed her impossible burger.

Hard to beat when it comes to unfriendliness

The Burger King is right on the highway. Parking is free for 3 hours. Food was freshly prepared and quick. Everything's fine. Staff very friendly.

Exceptionally nice staff. I think there was a father-son team behind the counter, both of whom were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They wanted to help me carry the trays and asked if we wanted the ice cream now or later. Unfortunately there are no play areas for children and the men's toilet was underground.

On December 28, 24, around the afternoon, we had a very positive experience at the drive-in. The service employee was particularly friendly and helpful in the ordering process. Wanted to order, but no one was responsible. Instead of on the counter, there is a notice on the side of the wall that orders are not accepted at the counter. Orders must be made there electronically. Staff saw me, but no one pointed it out to me!

I am obsessed with the wings at Burger King. They are spicy and crispy! They do make your order take a long time but worth it! This is a great BK. They will announce order numbers in English which is very helpful. They have free wifi, free parking, clean restrooms, and order screens! I prefer using the order screens because you can very easily customize your meal without a language barrier.

Standard BK service was super super super slow, don’t know if was just a rush hour thing, under staffed thing, new employees thing, but there was like 15 orders in waiting and took about 10 minutes before the orders started rolling. All the orders came out as ordered and the food was warm. The fries were kind of cold for how many orders were rolling out. The new peppercorn sandwich was tasty and king select burger was good. Not sure what Burger King is thinking on the nacho cheese burger with nacho cheese and chips. I’ll go again for sure.
