The food was what would be expected. It seems the current trend at fast food restaurants is that they advertise a toy or prize and are sold out of it most of the time. Honestly, the appeal of a kids meal is the toy, not a book 🤷🏾‍♂️

If you're not even able to repair the card reader, perhaps you should put up a sign with this information in front of the drive-thru, so people don't waste 20 minutes standing in the lane for nothing 👎

I went to the drive-thru today, even though it was completely empty and there was no wait at all. Ordering went smoothly at first – but then chaos ensued at the counter: Drinks were simply thrust into my hand. The bags were repacked multiple times, passed from one employee to the next. Suddenly, three cars pulled up behind me while I was stuck at the counter for 15 minutes. When I finally had everything and wanted to eat right there in the parking lot, the next disappointment awaited: The food was lukewarm. The churros (for almost €8!) were extremely greasy and tasted strongly of old frying oil – absolutely inedible. I ordered double the amount of churros, but there was only one packet of sugar and cinnamon. Overall, a very disappointing experience – both in terms of the service and the quality of the food.

The food was prepared quite quickly, but it was only lukewarm. As before, I had digestive problems early the following morning, which I don't usually experience. This has now happened to me twice, so I will avoid this fast-food restaurant from now on.

The food is well prepared and the staff is very friendly; I enjoy eating there.

I've had it differently before; the fries and burger weren't really hot, we had four meals and the fries weren't hot.

It's a real shame. We ate there a few days ago for €81, and what can I say? The food was lukewarm, which I find a disgrace for that price. The cleanliness, well, leaves a lot to be desired. I've always enjoyed going there, but I can't recommend it anymore.

Sunday evening seemed like the perfect time to grab something to eat here. It was busy, but pleasant and quiet. The food was ready quickly, and the plant-based alternatives were really great.

I went there with my family/husband, son, and parents to have something to eat, as we still had a long drive ahead of us. We were very pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. After a quick request for assistance at the terminals, we were helped immediately. The food was good, and our overall impression of the store was excellent. We will definitely be back. P.S.: It's nice when my somewhat cheeky son is treated with a polite and smiling attitude...

The burgers were cold and the tables were sticky. The restrooms were also very dirty. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Completely overwhelmed, overloaded, and chaotic. Of the six ordering terminals, three are broken, half the store is full of people waiting, even more people are queuing up in front of the few functioning terminals, and the staff seem distracted and confused. I thought things would get better once the McDonald's reopened, but it remains as bad as it has been the past few weeks.

Well, if production isn't done correctly, that's really stupid. Why is there a function for ordering drinks without ice cubes if they can't get that right, then chocolate milk shake? If no one is there, you can't go and get vanilla and mix it with the not-so-flavorful chocolate sauce. It doesn't taste the same and loses quality. There was nothing going on, and my burger was cold, not even the cheese was melted. Well, I won't be going there for a long time. And the tables were cluttered and really grumpy.

Are you still treated like a fool just for asking a completely normal question? The terminal wasn't working, and I asked if you couldn't pay by card anywhere else in the store because there was a sign at the front. All they said was, "Read it." I found that incredibly rude for a completely normal question in that context.

Unfortunately, there was a rather cheeky employee behind the service counter who constantly shouted loudly at her employees about how stupid and incompetent they were. When I complained about my order, they reacted quite unfriendlyly and told me to just take the tomato down, but this is not possible due to an allergy. 3 stars because the food is actually good and the service is bad!

A burger was missing from my order, and not for the first time. Some of the fries were still raw and not fried through.

Used to be One of the better burger king locations. However my most recent visit proved that the quality and size of the sandwich and burger has decreased.

If you want to eat an American-style burger, go there. There's more inside, more on top, it's simply delicious. It's probably due to the proximity to the American airport. That's how all Burger King restaurants should operate.

We were at the drive-thru, and we asked for the menu five times. In the end, they still didn't have it.

The food was OK, but the surroundings were not so great, the restaurant was full and the staff were overwhelmed, there was rubbish everywhere and the tables were not cleaned properly.

The restaurant and drive-thru were very crowded. Outside at the entrance, you get carbon monoxide poisoning, as almost all the cars are waiting with their engines running. I'd be interested to know how the building's ventilation works, especially for the employees who work there. This detail should be reviewed by the employer's liability insurance association. Orders cannot be placed at the cash register. Only at the terminal. However, the terminal was partially defective, and a payment receipt could not be created. I needed it for the travel expense report. When I pointed this out to the shift manager, all he got in response was a stupid comment. Unfortunately, for me, this place is finished...

The food was incredibly similar to those BKs in the US. My wife really enjoyed her impossible burger.

Hard to beat when it comes to unfriendliness

The Burger King is right on the highway. Parking is free for 3 hours. Food was freshly prepared and quick. Everything's fine. Staff very friendly.

Exceptionally nice staff. I think there was a father-son team behind the counter, both of whom were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They wanted to help me carry the trays and asked if we wanted the ice cream now or later. Unfortunately there are no play areas for children and the men's toilet was underground.

On December 28, 24, around the afternoon, we had a very positive experience at the drive-in. The service employee was particularly friendly and helpful in the ordering process. In addition, the chili cheese fries were very well sauced and overall a very nice portion compared to many other branches. Big praise to the team who work so bravely and friendly between the days!

Wanted to order, but no one was responsible. Instead of on the counter, there is a notice on the side of the wall that orders are not accepted at the counter. Orders must be made there electronically. Staff saw me, but no one pointed it out to me!

I am obsessed with the wings at Burger King. They are spicy and crispy! They do make your order take a long time but worth it! This is a great BK. They will announce order numbers in English which is very helpful. They have free wifi, free parking, clean restrooms, and order screens! I prefer using the order screens because you can very easily customize your meal without a language barrier.

Good, fresh, delicious burgers 🍔, the price is still reasonable, the friendliness of the staff still has room for improvement, otherwise the atmosphere is clean and simple.

Standard BK service was super super super slow, don’t know if was just a rush hour thing, under staffed thing, new employees thing, but there was like 15 orders in waiting and took about 10 minutes before the orders started rolling. All the orders came out as ordered and the food was warm. The fries were kind of cold for how many orders were rolling out. The new peppercorn sandwich was tasty and king select burger was good. Not sure what Burger King is thinking on the nacho cheese burger with nacho cheese and chips. I’ll go again for sure.

Hello I was just at Burger King with my girlfriend. Normally we always go in Neustadt or Kaiserslautern, Kaiserslautern is right around the corner. But in Kaiserslautern I have never received what I ordered. And it was similar in Neustadt, always without ice, even though the drink was ordered with ice, or onions, even though ordered without, it was an absolute disaster and the burgers are always gone as if you had just sat on them. But the burger we ate today we had two wobbers without onions once with extra cheese and and and and and and the burger was better than a burger at Kullman's and also better than the burgers that I made myself last week so that was it really good. Our order was the 623 who was the preparer which was really first class. I'm not used to that from a Burger King. You can also pass it on to the other branches. The fries were also very good but the burger really blew me away. Because of the bad points the ambience I would really like it if there was a 50s style Burger King that's why I gave zero points for the ambience that is an absolute disaster if I visit an American culinary restaurant I also want to have an American feeling. 😂

Things always go quickly here, even though it is always full. Located at the rest stop but also at the great D'Woppern with extra jalapenos. The service is always friendly and helpful.

Must have top priority over profit margin...✌️ Addendum 10/15/24: Was there again today around 12:30 p.m. This time the tables were found very clean 👍 But men's toilet is catastrophic. You should replace the air hand dryer with paper because it makes no sense to let your wet hands splash on the floor and walls. Very unhygienic! This should be remedied immediately. Furthermore, a hand disinfection dispenser is missing. I can't say what it looks like in the women's area.

I don't think that's great and it's very anti-social. We ordered at 11:37 p.m. and we weren't allowed to eat inside. We just weren't served on time and others who came after us were simply brought forward and weren't allowed to eat and we had to go out where we came earlier

I come to this Burger King regularly and have always been satisfied until lunchtime yesterday. I ate, among other things, the 2 Woppers on offer, which were unfortunately "pasted" with three times the amount of ketchup and mayonnaise. Rolls were totally soggy from it. Had to throw it away completely, inedible. Maybe a new employee. The rest was fine, as always here.

It takes a really long time for the order to be ready even though there are hardly any people there. Everyone is waiting and wondering why it's taking so long. In the meantime, half orders are getting cold on the counter while waiting to be replenished. I would skip this one if you have the choice.

Burger significantly better than at McDonalds. Last time I got burgers there that looked like they were warmed up by sitting on them. Here at Burger King they weren't culinary masterpieces either, but as expected. Decent burgers that also looked like burgers. Fries are ok too, but my wife makes them much better!!

Great, very clean and delicious food

The food was good, you know what it tastes like. What bothered me was a couple with a large dog waiting in the counter area for their food. I don't know how strange dogs react when there are small children there. And I write that very kindly.

Today marks the 6th time they have forgotten a family members food in value of more than 12 euros Always check your food, as we are to stupid to remember to do the job of the employees.

It’s been years since I’ve been at a Burger King. Apparently I had forgotten the deception. The burgers on the menu to be good size tasty with several condiments, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. the burger I received, however, was tiny compared to the picture and completely hidden by the bun,,unflavorful, with a few condiments and shameful. Also ordered fries with cheese. The first came out cold with the fake cheese squirted on top. I took it back and it was replaced with some warmer fries, still not hot, but still the cheese goop squirted on top. It’s the last time I’ll eat at a Burger King.
