The McDonald's is good, but Landstuhl could use something bigger. The location is just too good, right next to the highway, next to the cinema and in the middle of the industrial area.

We were here for breakfast. Ordering via the terminals was quick and easy. Unfortunately not everything from breakfast was available. The price is no longer as cheap as it used to be. We then used table service. The food didn't arrive until 15 minutes after we ordered and the warm drinks 5 minutes later. Some of the food was already cold. But the staff exchanged it without any decency. The taste wasn't that great either. The wrap was very dry. As if he had been lying there for a long time. Overall, not a McDonald's where I would go again.

It's just unbelievable, every second order something is missing. You pay for something and when you get home you realize that things are missing again. If you're just too stupid to remember 5 products to pack, you should put the piece of paper next to you and check them off one by one like in the basic bowl. These days the products are no longer cheap and getting only half of what you paid for is simply not possible.

I eat here at least once a week. They've certainly improved their service. The food is prepared quickly. The restaurant is usually clean. This is definitely one of the better McDonalds in Germany.

I was eating at McDonald's in Romania last night and as they say, the first impression is important and I really liked the McDonald's in Bulevardul Liviu Rebreanu, Timișoara 300210, Romania. The staff are friendly, not like your mother here is insulted because you want to complain and the employees work quickly and nothing is missing from the order like at this McDonald's

The food wasn't the greatest but they were pretty quick and efficient. There was a long line of people but it moved quicker than ai expected for the amount of orders that were ahead of mine. The selection was a lot better than I thought also. They added quite a bit to the menu since I last visited a McDonald's. The management as well as the rest of the staff seem to be pretty good at keeping the place moving and cleaned. I just wish they focused more on the flavor of the food versus just the quantity. Overall, it is one of the few places I recommend if you just need some real fast food.

Dear Mc’s team in Ramstein. Things are constantly missing, be it drinks or side dishes. The employees no longer speak German and don't understand a word. You always have to check whether you really have everything. I ask you to improve this otherwise I won't get anything there anymore.

Food is mostly good today, epilepsy and burgers were cold, which makes me very angry. I spend almost 6 euros on an ice latte and get water with milk, the employee said that's nothing new, let alone another shot of coffee sad when you spend so much money on it end of song I left the milk water on the counter!!! First time visiting a German McDonald’s for breakfast and it was great. Would definitely recommend this location. Was surprised that there were no hash brown or breakfast potatoes available but I know different countries do breakfast differently. The cappuccino more than made up for it.

My original review was not posted because it violated the google policy. If the person that reviewed this "review" understood that in American English, the term "damn good" was the same as saying "Excellent". In other words, it was an excellent cappuccino. This McDonalds exists in an area with over 56,000 American military, civilian and contractors. Hey McDonalds, get to know your customer. Surprisingly they do a damn good cappuccino! I know right, did I expect it, well maybe. They do have a $$$$ espresso machine.

Big tasty has always been my favorite going up in Brazil, so coming here and seeing they had it made me happy. Except that they add bacon to it, and I don’t like it. So I always specifically say ‘NO BACON PLEASE!’ Twice just to confirm and every time without fail there’s always bacon in my burger. I don’t know if they just don’t care, don’t understand or their customer service is non existent. Anyway other than that the food is pretty great.

We were there with 3 adults. I paid 36.80 euros. The burgers were all delicious, everything that was ordered was right and everyone was full. For this price it's absolutely ok.

Food was what you would expect from McDonald's. However, with a wait of almost 30 minutes and then the wrong dressing and wrong sauces, the salad was served in a normal burger box.

Shortly before midnight you will be politely thrown out. And you are no longer allowed to take away food (for your partner) after midnight. You have to get in the car and drive through the drive in. One can also exaggerate. Otherwise completely satisfied. When the boss is there, it's much more relaxed, even after midnight.

Grumpy shift manager complained to her colleagues about trivial things. Caustic person, has no place in service. Excessive friendliness to customers. It's all just Shiw. New breakfast offering quite okay.

So if you’re use to eating at McDonald‘s in America this is so much better! The store and bathroom is clean. The food is really good! Not to mention they have a bakery/coffee counter. Oh and their ice cream machine works! If you’re American you’ll know what I mean.😉

So when it comes to cheeseburgers and hamburgers and chicken burgers, you can often ask for the check times because if the burger sits at the warm station for a long time, you can taste it and the onions weren't on top of the ketchup on the hamburger but under the burger patti, but then you can't taste it eat anyway and then get a stomach ache just by looking at how dry and not fresh the food often is. Well located right on the highway

Quite ok for a little hunger in between meals. We were shopping in Landstuhl when we got hungry and went to McDonald's. We had well prepared burgers to go. The staff was standard friendly without much effort. The price-performance ratio goes like this, the BicMac as a menu becomes smaller and more expensive over the years. For a little hunger in between, we recommend the Mc.

The ramstein location morning weekend crew are they worst. Very rude, always seemed flustered and stressed out. Always mess up my order and don't seem to care once they realize it. In their defense they could be understaffed.

Macces like who lives and breathes. Fast service. Warm food. Clean toilets. Right next to the highway. Enough parking spaces.

Fast Food, a complete rip-off. I ordered a Cheeseburger and Cold Brew Caramel Latte. It took them 25 minutes to delivery a cold, lopsided burger and a cup of watery ice to where I sat. 5 years ago, McDonald's was not this pitiful. Idk what happened, but they need to realize that they serve us and not the other way around. They need to stop being pathetic.

Honestly, it's just terrible. First the fries are forgotten and then you get half raw ones packed up. In addition, it is now standard practice that you have to check your order. During the time we waited for our food, 4 people came back because they were missing something. This simply shouldn't happen like that.

There are enough parking spaces, burgers and fries too, at least my order was brought to my table quickly. Clean in the restaurant and outside too. Toilets also very clean.

The order screens now work really well. Very fast response time. Just like the credit card machines on the order screens. Since the top privacy cover was removed, they have been working perfectly and very quickly. And last but not least: they have finally introduced table delivery. Therefore very well improved.

Burger werden immer kleiner. Preise immer höher. Pommes waren kalt. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Schrecklicher Service und essen war auch nicht frisch! Siehe Foto, Burger ohne Tomaten bestellt. Was kommt? Burger mit Tomaten, aber ohne Sauce und ohne die Unterseite des Buns! Als ich mich beschwert hatte, kam vom Mitarbeiter keine Antwort. Kein sorry, nix! Traurig, aber laut Aushängeschild suchen sie ja nach einem Schichtleiter 😂 viel Glück!

2 mal war ich bei besagten MC. Das erste mal im Drive in wo mir Zuhause aufgefallen ist das 3 Burger fehlen. Nachdem ich mich Online beschwert habe bekam ich 3 billige Wertcoupons im Wert von je 2€ zugesandt. Heute nochmal eine Chance gegeben und drin für zum mitnehmen bestellt: Ein falscher Burger, fehlendes Spielzeug fürs Kind und eine fehlende Pommes. Da hier also gerne gewerbsmäßiger Betrug herrscht (sorry, aber so kommt es mir vor denn sowas kann mal passieren aber nicht ständig!) war ich hier das letzte mal. Wer sich dem trotzdem aussetzen möchte: PRÜFT DIREKT EURE BESTELLUNG!

Essen geht immer recht schnell aber meist alle Tische dreckig oder es wird etwas bei dir Bestellung vergessen ..

Typischer Mac Donalds ,seit der Umstellung auf die Selbstbestell Terminals ist der Service in allen Filialen echt grottig. Das war früher besser. Wenigstens ist das Ambiente in dieser Filiale sehr gut gelungen.

Das Essen entspricht der Bestellmöglichkeiten ( Kasse oder Terminal zur Selbstauswahl mit der Möglichkeit mit Karte oder Bar an der Kasse zu zahlen). Beim Service gebe ich nur 2 Sterne und bin zwiegespalten, der Grund: Der Mitarbeiter, der das Essen an unseren Tisch brachte, lächelte Freundlich und trotz kleinerer Sprachbarrieren blieb er freundlich und geduldig. ( Es handelte sich um die Bitte, uns eine Tüte zu bringen, damit wir die für unseren Sohn bestellten Burger mitnehmen könnten) Was mich dann doch geärgert hatte, war die Tatsache, daß eben dieser Mitarbeiter von seiner Vorgesetzten laut schreiend zurechtgewiesen wurde!... Schreien zeugt ja schon von Unfähigkeit im Punkto Personalführung und dann noch so laut zu Brüllen, dass es jeder im Restaurant hören kann, da fällt mir nicht mehr viel zu ein. "...Wenn die ne Tüte wollen, sollen Sie gefälligst zum Mitnehmen bestellen und nicht zum hier essen!..." War der deutlich zu hörende Ausruf der Dame, die anscheinend mit einer Führungsposition überfordert ist. Was soll man als Kunde da noch dazu sagen...?
