McDonald’s in Ramstein-Miesenbach

Were you here at this McDonald's today? I don't know if it just opened or was just renovated? In any case, it was very clean, very tidy. Service, top notch? Whenever I pass through here on my tours, I'll definitely continue to take my breaks here. Restrooms, great. Not like, over 50 cents or even 1 euro somewhere else? It's still free here. Keep up the good work, I'll be back.

Update at the beginning of September: First, they close the store without notice for renovations. You pay via app on the go, and when you get there, you suddenly find yourself in front of closed doors. Then, at some point, a tiny banner hangs up with the reopening date. I drove there that day, excited, but when I got there, I was told the lobby was closed. So, I ordered via the app for McDrive in the parking lot. After a while, I was informed that McDrive was closed due to a system error. Lieferando drivers can deliver, though!? Meanwhile, you can see loose cables dangling around and repairmen working, yet the McDonald's app says it's open. The parking lot is no longer cordoned off, and the renovation banner has been taken down. So, they've just taken a shit on their own doorstep with this action. --- After more than six years, I'm revising my review for the better. The service and friendliness of the employees have improved considerably. However, you often still have to be lucky with the completeness and accuracy of your order. Unfortunately, McDonald's in Germany has become very expensive over the past few years, considering the quantity and quality.

The restaurant is completely closed now, and that's bad enough. But it's even worse on weekends, because kids want something tasty and parents finally have time. Instead of joy, there's just a closed door. This means you're losing customers and trust.

These people wake up, get a job, and don’t want to work. They just say, ‘Oh, that’s sold out. Oh, that’s sold out too.’ If you don’t want to make coffee, then just get another job. I placed an order on the screen, and magically, they did have coffee.

"Drive-through only." I understand that renovations are underway, but then I'll have to allocate staff accordingly to serve "drive-through only." Disaster!

We ordered online. At first, it said 25 minutes. Then, after 25 minutes, it suddenly said 45 minutes online. After two hours, I called and asked where our order was. I was told it had already been delivered. After I told them nothing had arrived, they just said I would call the driver. When the order finally arrived, everything was cold, a drink was missing, and all the burgers were practically leaking and had the wrong toppings. I called again to say that nothing was wrong. No apology, nothing. This behavior is absolutely disgusting. However, I must say that the driver was very friendly.

I like the PC order. I wasn't in Landstube/Rammstein. McDonald's was clean, OK. One was. Well, the service hardly spoke German. The order had to be brought in. Not everything was good, just wrong.

Terrible!!! Ordering in German was almost impossible because they didn't understand the German language! Then we got the wrong burger and the wrong drink, and when we complained, an older lady rudely yelled at us... TERRIBLE! Hardly anyone speaks English there, and even less German.

Basically, something is always missing. Be it the sauces that are packaged incorrectly or not at all, but more often also burgers or fries that are missing.

There are fresh flowers and real tea lights on the tables. Our daughter received a gift: a sticker sheet, a coloring page, pens, and chocolate drops. And we were brought a quarter of a burger to try. Crazy world.

Went through the drive through for ice cream, very fast service.

We ordered two coffees and a hamburgers, and despite the long queue, the service was impressively fast. The staff worked efficiently, and the food was decent. The only downside was that the order status screens weren’t working, which caused a bit of confusion.

Exceptionally friendly shift manager...attentive staff, tidy impression, very friendly to dogs, allowed in the restaurant...at least this shift was by far one of the best at McDonald's. We'll be back.

We actually go there often, but today we had to wait forever for the food, even though it wasn't busy at all, and then we got really cold food. The nuggets were ice cold and probably still raw. I brought them up immediately and got new ones along with fries. That's why I gave it 3 stars because the staff were accommodating. But there's often something missing; many don't speak German... And the food is often cold.

Well, I gotta say that I'm not a big fan of the kiosk; especially when I intend to pay cash. Any wells, I did enjoy the espresso. Also, everything was clean and seemed to be well kept. - ... well there was an uncovered drain in the middle of the bathroom . ⚠️🤸Hopefully no one gets injured

Extremely unfriendly! I've just ordered and checked the bag before leaving. A cheeseburger was missing, as well as mayonnaise. We politely said that something was missing. At first we were ignored and then we argued that nothing was missing and that everything was included. Then I honestly had to say to myself, "then just give her a burger." What a disgrace. Then my friend wanted extra bacon on her burger and we had to listen to her bad mood over the microphone. The fries are without seasoning. That's what happens when you hire incompetent people who can't speak proper German. I would have liked to have thrown them out myself, I can even do better.

The glass was cracked, but my drink was still served in it. Actually, an absolute no-go! It's dangerous! The coffee drinks were worse than in KL. Service (apart from the broken glass) AMAZING!

I order from macdonalds landsthul on a weekly basis. I have ordered online today again and the delivery took 1 hour and 15 minutes. I only live 5 minutes from landsthul. I called them to ask where the order is the lady didn’t even apologise for the delay and said if you wish you can cancel the order now. Yeah, wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to cancel my order? They quick to take the money and give awful service. The lady said they are super busy with orders and I explained that I will not order again and she didn’t care. Also I explained when the food arrives it’s cold again she didn’t say anything about this. Customer service is poor and the price of 36 euros for two burgers, two drinks and two cheese cakes makes me laugh. I always spend money on food but you want quality food, great customer service and deliver in good time. 0 out of 5 again.

A summer thunderstorm is raging, and we run from the packed parking lot into the building. Inside, we're greeted by the crew. Many employees are on site. Many friendly employees. Even the McCafé and the order counter are staffed. They're mopping, cleaning, and smiling. Despite the rain, the entire store, including the restroom, is spotless. And comfortably decorated. Rarely, such a comfortable atmosphere! The order is quick, the food is fresh. Two sauces are missing, but they're promptly refilled. The kids take a little longer; we don't rush them, because we feel comfortable.

Very unfriendly and rude! An impossibility, I ordered an apple spritzer, an apple turnover and a McFlurry at 9:37 p.m. After 15 minutes I went to ask what was taking so long. They said just a moment. After half an hour I asked what was going on and was told that McFlurry was liquid at the moment and I should be patient or I should take the liquid McFlurry with me. Of course I didn't want that. Then I said I would take my apple spritzer and my apple turnover, but I wanted my money back for the McFlurry. It's unbelievable how you can react like that when a customer has been waiting for over half an hour. That's not how you treat customers. I'm really at a loss for words...

Unfortunately I have to change the rating to negative... this evening I bought a crisby chicken menu for my junior in the drive-in for on the way home because that's what he wanted... fries were only lukewarm and very oversalted. Citizens were also put together very carelessly.. it wasn't exactly met with enthusiasm by the junior... so in Homburg Citizen King had to sort it out so that my son was still lucky enough to have a citizen... but I have to mention something positive - the lady on the intercom/cash was extremely nice Landstuhl...

Every time we come the fries are soggy and not seasoned. Everything else is fine and the staff is great.

Was rather busy, so tried to use the app. One of the staff, I assume manager can and helped also with suggestions. Was very kind and even came tomfind us with our food. Best service I have ever had at McDonald's

Night manager was mad cause I asked for my receipt at the drive thru because I was “holding up the line”. It was 2 am and there was 1 car behind me.

This branch is the worst McDonald shop I have seen. I specifically took out mustard from my order and went in to warn them that my daughter has allergy to it so they should watch out. I still got mustard in my order. I ordered a hamburger and took out pickles from my order because I don’t like it and was surprised to get cheese in my hamburger and still got pickles. This is not the first, second or third time this is happening, last time it happened I drove back to speak with a manager. Unfortunately I was heading down to Ktown last night and was already on the highway when I say the rubbish they gave me as food so I couldn’t head back. I will document my order and my food when next I go there and if I get a wrong order, I will sue the hell out of them as advised by my daughter’s doctor when she had a reaction after mistaking eating the mustard before I checked last time. They are playing with people’s life and they just don’t care… worst still was that a manager was standing close when I came in to warn them about the allergy order so if you can’t supervise what theworkers are serving then it means, you are not doing your job. Today we were in the drive-thru at McDonald's in Ramstein around 6 p.m. Unfortunately I have to give one star that I can write the recession, deservedly well in the negative range. 1.We got the wrong food 2. wrong drinks 3. We didn't even have a receipt in the bag to drive back to prove what was missing or wrong. 4. For what I got, I clearly have 15 euros too much. Tip from my side: CHECK ALL YOUR ORDERS IMMEDIATELY, INCLUDING DRINKS!!! You miss the food and feel cheated.

So this is really the last store, out of 5 times drive in, 4 times something is missing from the order. If your people are too stupid to work at the drive-in switch, then allow it.

Very fast. Really clean. Also the toilets. The atmosphere can almost be described as cozy. One of the best of the best branches in the chain.

Hello, this is the first time I can say McDonald's deserves praise. The food was delivered very quickly after ordering. I ordered a McSmart menu with double cheeseburgers, fries and a Coca-Cola without ice and was pleasantly surprised that everything was served very hot. But best of all, the French fries weren't over-salted like in almost every McDonald's in Germany. When I write this I mean it because I travel a lot all over Germany. I can really recommend this McDonald's in Ramstein-Miesenbach if you like McDonald's. Of course I also hope that it wasn't a coincidence, my tip to the staff is to always stay tuned as they were very friendly and helpful. Hot food that is not overly salty is the be-all and end-all for the guest.

Update: System catering concept missed.... Saturday evening..... I would like two Happy Meals..... We don't have them at the moment..... The store just doesn't get any better... You have to be extremely careful that you receive everything you ordered in the drive-in and complain immediately. Calls later don't help, no one answers. If you go straight there and complain that entire parts of your order were forgotten, you will be dismissed as a fraud. Every order would be checked carefully. The last order was missing a full menu with nuggets, drink and sauces. The very last shop. At home you can then put the children off... It's best to avoid them and look for an alternative branch.

The McDonald's is good, but Landstuhl could use something bigger. The location is just too good, right next to the highway, next to the cinema and in the middle of the industrial area.

We were here for breakfast. Ordering via the terminals was quick and easy. Unfortunately not everything from breakfast was available. The price is no longer as cheap as it used to be. We then used table service. The food didn't arrive until 15 minutes after we ordered and the warm drinks 5 minutes later. Some of the food was already cold. But the staff exchanged it without any decency. The taste wasn't that great either. The wrap was very dry. As if he had been lying there for a long time. It's just unbelievable, every second order something is missing. You pay for something and when you get home you realize that things are missing again. If you're just too stupid to remember 5 products to pack, you should put the piece of paper next to you and check them off one by one like in the basic bowl. I eat here at least once a week. They've certainly improved their service. The food is prepared quickly. The restaurant is usually clean. This is definitely one of the better McDonalds in Germany.

I was eating at McDonald's in Romania last night and as they say, the first impression is important and I really liked the McDonald's in Bulevardul Liviu Rebreanu, Timișoara 300210, Romania. The staff are friendly, not like your mother here is insulted because you want to complain and the employees work quickly and nothing is missing from the order like at this McDonald's

The food wasn't the greatest but they were pretty quick and efficient. There was a long line of people but it moved quicker than ai expected for the amount of orders that were ahead of mine. The selection was a lot better than I thought also. They added quite a bit to the menu since I last visited a McDonald's. The management as well as the rest of the staff seem to be pretty good at keeping the place moving and cleaned. I just wish they focused more on the flavor of the food versus just the quantity. Overall, it is one of the few places I recommend if you just need some real fast food.

Food is mostly good today, epilepsy and burgers were cold, which makes me very angry. First time visiting a German McDonald’s for breakfast and it was great. Would definitely recommend this location. Was surprised that there were no hash brown or breakfast potatoes available but I know different countries do breakfast differently. The cappuccino more than made up for it.
