I got food poisoning. When I went back a few days later and told them I was met with anger! I think the city should shut them down!

We visited late at night. The chairs at the tables were stacked up. You could only sit at the high tables. Our order arrived super fast. Everything was great.

Very friendly, I didn't have to order at the terminal.

As I have done for ages, I planned to have dinner with you before going to the cinema next door. As in previous months, I ordered a large latte and a salad. (The ice cream was for my colleague.) When the waitress handed us the tray, I immediately noticed that instead of a large glass latte, I had only received a small paper cup. I complained about this immediately. When the waitress returned with the large latte in a glass, I unfortunately had to return the salad as well, since its color made it look unfresh. The side of the packaging also indicated that the salad was from the previous day. Shortly afterward, I received a new salad. I opened it and was quite surprised. It was the same salad, only the tomatoes had been moved to a different location. The label on the front and the date stamp on the opening had both been removed. While I was waiting for my third salad, my colleague had already finished the ice cream. During the wait, I noticed that the latte didn't have the three typical colors you usually get when it comes out of the machine. It was already mixed… strange. But thanks for that service, because there wasn't even a spoon. Now for the third salad attempt. I opened the packaging and immediately noticed that the salad was brown in many places. I closed the box again, got up, put the tray away, and left. I have to admit that this was the most unpleasant experience I've had at McDonald's in over 30 years. I was deliberately misled and given food from the previous day several times. I was also very surprised that the latte was already mixed. The only positive thing about the evening was the young waitress, who always tried to make me happy. She apologized every time and was clearly embarrassed. ... Currently, due to construction work, the MC Drive is not accessible.

It's basically a regular McDonald's that's been nicely renovated. My problem is that it's absolutely outrageous that the food you pay for is constantly getting smaller and less appealing (compared to other McDonald's locations). Products bought with reward points are made even smaller than they already are. My McFlurry was only half full, and the bottom was covered in sauce, meaning even less ice cream.

My husband and I visited this McDonald’s late at night, and even though it was very busy, everything was spotless. The tables were very clean and had fresh flowers, and the Halloween decorations were beautiful. The food was tasty, and the service was fast. Special thanks to the bearded man in a white and black striped shirt — he was incredibly attentive, hardworking, and polite. He truly made our visit pleasant and memorable! What a good guy🌟🌟🌟

The food was fine, you know what to expect. The table wasn't clean, but since we had to bring in a highchair, we had no other option. After dinner, we wanted to change the baby's diaper. Unfortunately, that's difficult here because there's no changing table.

Past 3 or 4 times I've ordered the mcrispy cheese and bacon (mcrispy with cheese sauce and bacon) they have given me the basic mcrispy it's a special menu option it's new you would think they would be able to make it correctly.

The changing room was closed, and they said it wasn't working! I couldn't change my baby like that! They also gave me the wrong muffin. Of course, I didn't notice it right away when I ordered takeout! I don't recommend this McDonald's.

Unfortunately, I have to change my review! Today the service was slow and seemingly overwhelmed, the Coke was watery, the food was only lukewarm, and there was almost no salt on the fries! It was much better before the renovations!

I come to this McDonald's all the time because the service and quality is normally great! The new design was a welcoming surprise. However, I just arrived home and found a bite already taken out of my food!! This was extremely upsetting and I don't know what else to say other than please look through your order before leaving and be safe out there.

From what I've read in the reviews, I'm probably not the only one experiencing this: Something is constantly missing from menus, or even entire menus, and every time you have to check with the staff to make sure everything is there. I've been to a few McDonald's restaurants, but nowhere has it happened as often as here.

I have no idea who remodeled this restaurant. In short: simply terrible. Much less space than before. The layout is a disaster. We'll be going to Kaiserslautern more often in the future.

Ordered to eat in, double cheese burger meal with fries, coke zero, and a Oreo caramel mcflurry. Drink came not even full, burger was a complete mess when unwrapped ketchup everywhere and mcflurry was already melted....... The renovated seating makes no sense at all either there's less places to sit now by far than how it was before.

I was at McDonald's yesterday: there were hardly any parking spaces because the restaurant was being renovated, there were two construction waste containers there, and two delivery vans... Few seats due to the renovations - the chicken nuggets didn't taste good this time. Maybe the grease had been used so often - even for desserts... The wrong sauce was brought to the table, and I had to exchange it... McSundae ice cream was only available in "plain" - without sauce... The food at McDonald's yesterday wasn't so satisfactory.

Always double check your orders before leaving. They always mess up either not giving me what I ordered and paid for or like yesterday giving me regular cheeseburgers when I paid for 4 double cheeseburgers. Its not that hard to get it right. Its very upseting and not okay. This happens all the time to me here at this location.

You want to order conveniently from Lieferando and are in the middle of the ordering process and suddenly it is canceled because “no order accepted”.

Update at the beginning of September: First, they close the store without notice for renovations. The parking lot is no longer cordoned off, and the renovation banner has been taken down. So, they've just taken a shit on their own doorstep with this action. --- After more than six years, I'm revising my review for the better. The service and friendliness of the employees have improved considerably. However, you often still have to be lucky with the completeness and accuracy of your order. Unfortunately, McDonald's in Germany has become very expensive over the past few years, considering the quantity and quality.

These people wake up, get a job, and don’t want to work. They just say, ‘Oh, that’s sold out. Oh, that’s sold out too.’ If you don’t want to make coffee, then just get another job. I placed an order on the screen, and magically, they did have coffee.

We ordered online. At first, it said 25 minutes. Then, after 25 minutes, it suddenly said 45 minutes online. After two hours, I called and asked where our order was. I was told it had already been delivered. After I told them nothing had arrived, they just said I would call the driver. When the order finally arrived, everything was cold, a drink was missing, and all the burgers were practically leaking and had the wrong toppings. I called again to say that nothing was wrong. No apology, nothing. This behavior is absolutely disgusting. However, I must say that the driver was very friendly.

I like the PC order. I wasn't in Landstube/Rammstein. McDonald's was clean, OK. One was. Well, the service hardly spoke German. The order had to be brought in. Not everything was good, just wrong.

Terrible!!! Ordering in German was almost impossible because they didn't understand the German language! Then we got the wrong burger and the wrong drink, and when we complained, an older lady rudely yelled at us... TERRIBLE! Hardly anyone speaks English there, and even less German.

Basically, something is always missing. Be it the sauces that are packaged incorrectly or not at all, but more often also burgers or fries that are missing.

Exceptionally friendly shift manager...attentive staff, tidy impression, very friendly to dogs, allowed in the restaurant...at least this shift was by far one of the best at McDonald's. We'll be back.

We actually go there often, but today we had to wait forever for the food, even though it wasn't busy at all, and then we got really cold food. The nuggets were ice cold and probably still raw. Extremely unfriendly! I've just ordered and checked the bag before leaving. A cheeseburger was missing, as well as mayonnaise. We politely said that something was missing. At first we were ignored and then we argued that nothing was missing and that everything was included. Then I honestly had to say to myself, "then just give her a burger." What a disgrace. Then my friend wanted extra bacon on her burger and we had to listen to her bad mood over the microphone. The fries are without seasoning. That's what happens when you hire incompetent people who can't speak proper German. I would have liked to have thrown them out myself, I can even do better.

I order from macdonalds landsthul on a weekly basis. I have ordered online today again and the delivery took 1 hour and 15 minutes. I only live 5 minutes from landsthul. I called them to ask where the order is the lady didn’t even apologise for the delay and said if you wish you can cancel the order now. Yeah, wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to cancel my order? They quick to take the money and give awful service. The lady said they are super busy with orders and I explained that I will not order again and she didn’t care. Also I explained when the food arrives it’s cold again she didn’t say anything about this. Customer service is poor and the price of 36 euros for two burgers, two drinks and two cheese cakes makes me laugh. I always spend money on food but you want quality food, great customer service and deliver in good time. 0 out of 5 again.

Even the McCafé and the order counter are staffed. They're mopping, cleaning, and smiling. Despite the rain, the entire store, including the restroom, is spotless. And comfortably decorated. Rarely, such a comfortable atmosphere! The order is quick, the food is fresh. Two sauces are missing, but they're promptly refilled. The kids take a little longer; we don't rush them, because we feel comfortable.

Very unfriendly and rude! An impossibility, I ordered an apple spritzer, an apple turnover and a McFlurry at 9:37 p.m. After 15 minutes I went to ask what was taking so long. They said just a moment. Unfortunately I have to change the rating to negative... this evening I bought a crisby chicken menu for my junior in the drive-in for on the way home because that's what he wanted... fries were only lukewarm and very oversalted. This branch is the worst McDonald shop I have seen. I specifically took out mustard from my order and went in to warn them that my daughter has allergy to it so they should watch out. I still got mustard in my order. I ordered a hamburger and took out pickles from my order because I don’t like it and was surprised to get cheese in my hamburger and still got pickles. This is not the first, second or third time this is happening, last time it happened I drove back to speak with a manager. Unfortunately I was heading down to Ktown last night and was already on the highway when I say the rubbish they gave me as food so I couldn’t head back. I will document my order and my food when next I go there and if I get a wrong order, I will sue the hell out of them as advised by my daughter’s doctor when she had a reaction after mistaking eating the mustard before I checked last time. They are playing with people’s life and they just don’t care… worst still was that a manager was standing close when I came in to warn them about the allergy order so if you can’t supervise what theworkers are serving then it means, you are not doing your job. Today we were in the drive-thru at McDonald's in Ramstein around 6 p.m. Unfortunately I have to give one star that I can write the recession, deservedly well in the negative range. 1.We got the wrong food 2. wrong drinks 3. We didn't even have a receipt in the bag to drive back to prove what was missing or wrong. 4. For what I got, I clearly have 15 euros too much. Tip from my side: CHECK ALL YOUR ORDERS IMMEDIATELY, INCLUDING DRINKS!!! You miss the food and feel cheated.

Never before have I visited such a clean and well-kept Mägges, even real flowers on the tables.

So this is really the last store, out of 5 times drive in, 4 times something is missing from the order. If your people are too stupid to work at the drive-in switch, then allow it.

Hello, this is the first time I can say McDonald's deserves praise. The food was delivered very quickly after ordering. I ordered a McSmart menu with double cheeseburgers, fries and a Coca-Cola without ice and was pleasantly surprised that everything was served very hot. But best of all, the French fries weren't over-salted like in almost every McDonald's in Germany. When I write this I mean it because I travel a lot all over Germany. I can really recommend this McDonald's in Ramstein-Miesenbach if you like McDonald's. Of course I also hope that it wasn't a coincidence, my tip to the staff is to always stay tuned as they were very friendly and helpful. Hot food that is not overly salty is the be-all and end-all for the guest.

Update: System catering concept missed.... Saturday evening..... I would like two Happy Meals..... We don't have them at the moment..... The store just doesn't get any better... You have to be extremely careful that you receive everything you ordered in the drive-in and complain immediately. Calls later don't help, no one answers. If you go straight there and complain that entire parts of your order were forgotten, you will be dismissed as a fraud. Every order would be checked carefully. The last order was missing a full menu with nuggets, drink and sauces. The very last shop. At home you can then put the children off... It's best to avoid them and look for an alternative branch.

The McDonald's is good, but Landstuhl could use something bigger. The location is just too good, right next to the highway, next to the cinema and in the middle of the industrial area.

We then used table service. The food didn't arrive until 15 minutes after we ordered and the warm drinks 5 minutes later. Some of the food was already cold. But the staff exchanged it without any decency. The taste wasn't that great either. The wrap was very dry. As if he had been lying there for a long time.
