Mc Donalds Ratzeburg simply cannot pack the order. Every time they forget something, no matter when you order, something is always forgotten!!!

Half of the order cold and old.... Was just back and got the wrong one...

Overall impression is not very clean, there seems to be enough staff, there are still leftover packaging on many tables. The women's toilet only looks half cleaned. The sink doesn't drain well, the hand dryer doesn't work. The wrap that was ordered was rather cold, only one side seemed warmed up and stuck to the paper. Probably not exactly freshly prepared.

You always have to check your order. Almost every time something was missing. Very often food is not warm... One day I ordered ice cream... but what I got was just a milkshake in an ice cream packaging... The ice cream was completely melted.

Plenty of parking as well as a playground. Very spacious both indoors and on the terrace.

No room for interpretation. In Ratzeburg the cup is always half empty, never half full. You order a Mc Flurry without any ingredients and they eat it so hard. Location is simply exploited here.

Were there shortly before midnight on Saturday. In contrast to the stated opening times, there were 1-2 inconspicuous pieces of paper saying that "the lobby", whatever that is supposed to be in mcces, closes at midnight. At midnight a violent fight broke out between employees and well-fueled guests. Under the threat of police and with a lot of shouting, the McDonalds staff was ultimately able to defend the lobby. In the "take mecces off" campaign I actually won a chicken burger, which I couldn't redeem thanks to the closed lobby - so I just deducted it myself again.

I am very surprised at how clean and well maintained this branch is. The staff is extremely friendly and also well dressed. 👌👍

The yoghurt ice cream at McDonald's in Ratzeburg tastes so sour that you could throw it away and you're already paying €1.49 for it. I'll never get that again, I think it was bad

But if it happens 4-5 times that one or two parts are not included in the order, then you can almost speak of a scam. Yes, you could check, but that's not my job. Absolute catastrophe of the sheds… After lying around for ages, burgers are just reheated and then sold to the customer. The staff doesn't understand German and doesn't know what you want, so the food is wrong. Highly recommended for a horror date from Tinder.

Hello everyone, I was just at the drive in and, among other things, ordered a happy meal. When I got home, everything was in tip top condition, I gave it to my sensitive friend as a gift because she had just thought a lot through. She was very happy at first and then cried because there was no toy Inside I felt sorry for the children who might have had the same thing happen to them and I asked myself how can you forget something like that??? I mean why else would anyone order a happy meal? Addition: the "happy" meal looks very sad

Great new pizza pockets. With a small order but two mistakes, I find it sad. The pizza pockets are delicious. A nice addition to the range. The corners were not completely cleaned. Overall, a great branch.

The service is very friendly, the food is typical McDonald's (although in my opinion that was better), the ambience is nightmare. The play area for the kids is absolutely run down. My kids used to really have fun there. And they really aren't demanding. But everything is broken. The two of them were really sad.

The employees are mostly friendly. Unfortunately, sometimes a little not prudent when it comes to customer space. One shift manager is unfriendly, questions his employees and underestimates the competence of his employees (this makes them insecure and then mistakes happen). Customers are also questioned if something is missing. Employees are yelled at and the customer room hears everything. This person is impossible! The toilets are a disaster!!! Well, it's just Mecces, so the food is mostly as usual. Often dishes are not available. The very popular ice cream machine is very noticeable here. It tends to break sometimes. Otherwise very friendly and competent staff.

I've been here several times now and can't say anything negative. But was never there, only drive-thru.

Habe ich vor lange Zeit schon bemängelt und es hat sich nichts geändert. Burger immer fast kalt. Auch Beschwerden werden nicht ernst genommen. Nach der reklamation gibt es erneut kalte Burger. Jeder sollte kalte Burger reklamieren so lange bis es endlich mal heiße Burger gibt. Mann muss diesem Filialleiter so lange Nerven bis darauf geachtet wird ordnungsgemäß zu arbeiten.

Echter Saftladen nach einem McFlurry die ganze Nacht, Durchfall, sein Urgroßvater werde nie wieder Da essen gehen.

Leckeres Essen, nur ein richtiges McCafe wäre toll

Ein normaler McDonald's ohne McCafe. Gut gelegen an der B208 / B207. Leider im DriveIn sehr langsam. Wenn man drinnen isst, gehts jedoch sehr fix und bisher war immer alles korrekt und frisch.

Waren am Freitag dort, beim Happy Meal wurde falsche Sauce eingepackt und das Spielzeug vergessen, beim Burger war das Brötchen komplett weich. Waren nicht wirklich begeistert, viel Lieder erst auf dem Weg nach Hause auf .

Burger war kalt, Pommes lauwarm, nächstes Mal reklamier ich das...

Bei meiner Drive-In-Bestellung wurde der Big-Tasty-Burger vergessen. Das hab ich natürlich erst zu Hause gemerkt. Geld weg - Hunger da. Und das nach der langen Wartezeit. Sehr ärgerlich!! Schon wieder. Mit Stress können die Mitarbeiter da leider nicht umgehen.

Haben hier heute eine Kleinigkeit gegessen, obwohl es sehr voll war, wurde unser bestelltes Essen schnell serviert

Essen war kalt und die Apfel Tasche schmeckte nach Muskat anstatt die leichte Zimt Note war ungenießbar sorry es gab nicht mal ne Entschuldigung

Tische dreckig, über eine halbe Stunde aufs Essen gewartet und Haupteingang wurde einfach geschlossen, sodass niemand mehr rein kam und auch nicht raus, bzw. Nur durch den Nebeneingang (das geht garnicht!!!)

Das Essen war nebensächlich, hat geschmeckt wie immer. Aber der Kletterturm war das Highlight des Tages.....

20 Minuten warten für 2 Shakes, welche man vorher schon per App bestellt hat ist irgendwie nicht toll.

Waren da um Eis und Getränke zu kaufen. Ist schon gut teuer und man kann das nicht zu oft machen. Toiletten waren sehr sauber.

Unser Stamm McDonalds. Trotzdem muss man gerade im McDrive immer kontrollieren. Ansonsten nettes Personal und gutes Ambiente.

Essen is ja klar Hauptsache es schmeckt so ist das halt bei McDonald’s es wird aber sehr oft was vergessen was mich ziemlich aufregt oder ich stand letztens 30 minuten und hab auf ein Cheeseburger gewartet was meiner meinung nach viel zu lang dauert für soein kleines teil

Haben gestern viel über den Terminal bestellt. Rund 75,-€ haben wir ausgegeben, dementsprechend waren es viele Burger, Pommes und Getränke. Wir haben vor Ort unsere Bestellung gecheckt und festgestellt, das 3 Burger fehlten. Haben das moniert und die fehlenden Burger nachträglich bekommen....soweit so gut. Als wir Zuhause angekommen sind und angefangen unsere Menüs auszupacken, entdeckten wir das nächste Ärgernis. Bei einem "Big Mac Bacon TS" fehlte in der oberen Hälfte komplett alles, siehe Fotos. Das Essen war echt teuer und ich erwarte, das ich das was ich bestellt habe, auch bekomme. Sowas passiert nicht zum ersten Mal, sondern leider so gut wie immer, wenn ich so viel bestelle, obwohl es auch schon bei kleineren Bestellungen passiert.

Irgend was ist immer. Wenn man 4 mal Happy Meal bestellt, sollten dann nicht nur 3 ausgegeben werden.

Wird langsam besser. Bestellung ist jetzt öfter mal komplett.

Eigentlich immer ganz okay. Parkplatz ist allerdings sehr klein und manchmal extrem voll.

MC Donalds ist im allgemeinen nicht mehr das was es mal war. Vegane oder vegetarische Gerichte sehr wenig und keinerlei Möglichkeit den veganen Burger bei dem Brötchen zu variieren, also ohne Sesam ist nicht möglich 😐 Und diesmal haben die Pommes so stark nach Fisch geschmeckt das selbst die Kinder ihre Pommes nicht aufgegessen haben. Vom Essen her diesmal leider ein Reinfall

Bei einem Preis von 10€ für ein MC Menü könnte man schon richtig Essen gehen!! Der Burger war zudem im quatschweich!!

Seit langem Mal wieder ein MC Donalds der den Namen "Fast Food Restaurant" verdient. Waren auf dem Weg in den Urlaub dort. Die Burger würden frisch gemacht. Obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war mussten wir nicht lange warten.

An sich einer schöner McDonalds. Der sauberer sein könnte. Das Personal wirkt öfters durcheinander. Keiner weiß was der andere gerade macht . Es gibt dort kaum noch Milchshakes oder chicken wings.

Typischer McDonalds. Allerdings muss man Zeit mitbringen, hier dauert es immer lange, egal ob viel oder wenig los ist. Weitere Haken: man muss JEDE Drive-Bestellung auf Vollständigkeit kontrollieren. Es fehlt häufiger Mal etwas
