A small but fine menu, with interesting daily specials. Very friendly staff and excellent value for money. We'd happily return...anytime. The outdoor area is covered and heated!

Nachdem wir hier jahrelang sehr gerne gegessen haben waren wir diesmal extrem enttäuscht. Der Kellner steht, gefühlt, mit der Stoppuhr neben einem, man hat genau 1,5 Stunden Zeit, dann ist der Tisch wieder vergeben. Das Kalbsschnitzel war zäh und die Pommes labbrig. SCHADE

Were there for dinner at Christmas and we were satisfied. The staff is very nice and tries to do everything possible for the well-being of the guests. If something doesn't go well, just speak up straight away, but like I said, it was great. We will come back.

Wie jedes Jahr, ein Muss.... das Pfannkuchen-Haus und wir wurden wieder nicht enttäuscht, vielleicht suchen wir uns auch immer die richtigen Speisen aus. Ossipfannkuchen....einfach nur lecker und Ei ei ei - Pfannkuchen.... süß und mit Schuss 😋

We like coming here, yes, it is a little more expensive. It's a tourist mile, here by the electricity you pay 9 euros for fish sandwiches. Given that, the prices are okay. I just think the drinks are a bit overpriced. At least the fried herrings are always delicious. The schnitzel looks delicious too. The fried potatoes are sometimes a bit too oily for me, but they taste good. The service is usually very friendly.

We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the May sunshine. Delicious fish, fantastic homemade bread, and attentive service. A definite recommendation, albeit a bit on the expensive side.

The only positive thing was the weather today when I tried to visit the Strandhus. There were plenty of free seats outside and we took a seat. A short time later, one of the plentiful service employees took a table and left. We sat for about 10 minutes without being noticed and another service employee took another table. For your information it was just before 2 p.m. and we wanted something to drink. After 15 minutes I visited the men's toilet inside and now comes the reason for this detailed description. It was disgusting. The floor was wet with urine and the washing area was dirty with disposable towels from the roll. Even the public toilets like those at the pier were cleaner. After leaving the sanitary facilities, I also noticed that there were a lot of service employees in a meeting inside the beach house. I cannot judge whether this was of official origin. After another 5 minutes of waiting outside we left. If I should now be charged for using the sanitary facilities or the review will be deleted. After this experience I will be happy to put it online again. A disappointed guest.

Review is about the restaurant: Long waiting times. Not only getting a table but also waiting for the food to arrive. The food is rather below average, even bad for the price (25-35 euros for the main course). Also that in 2025 there will be no card reader, on an island that might have an ATM 8km away... I don't know. This could all be better.

The food was really very good and the staff was really friendly. Highly recommended :)

Fantastic location. First row on the beach Parking lot (extra cost) about 600m away, but Within walking distance. Conclusion: We had very nice and relaxing days. I would book the hotel again.
