I was booked as a DJ for an anniversary at the Radisson Blu Rostock in May 2025. Even as a service provider, I was treated just as warmly and courteously as every single guest. The arrangements in advance and the communication regarding the program and process also ran smoothly and in an exemplary manner. I would like to say a big thank you to Andrea Jesse and her team, who not only gave me a wonderful evening, but also the hosts and guests. I look forward to seeing you again. Finally, I can only recommend that you put the Radisson Blu on your shortlist for celebrations of all kinds.

Food is okay, quite typical for a German-Italian restaurant. Location is very nice, furnishings could use some updating. Due to the location, prices are sometimes quite high for what is on offer.

An exceptional restaurant with an absolute recommendation character. Reservations should be made as the number of places hardly offers a spontaneous possibility. The food was incredibly tasty (we took the boss's recommendation, which wasn't on the menu) and we were thoroughly impressed! The interaction with customers is very warm, you almost feel like you are with friends! Compliments to the entire team! On our next trip to Karlshagen, a visit to the Waldschlösschen is at the top of our list.

Restaurant Alter Pasewalker Bierkeller, located in the Hotel Villa Knobelsdorff: chic ambiance, albeit a bit warm. Good food at fair prices, and friendly, attentive service.

A great hotel, the staff is great, the furnishings are perfectly planned with a lot of love and in detail. It is now also a retreat for the locals for cozy evenings

Small and nice - we were very satisfied with the service, cuisine, wine list...it's worth a visit.

I'm happy to give this 5 stars because both the vegan lunch (you order the food at the counter) and the dinner (vegan) were very tasty. The location is great and when the weather is nice you can sit outside very comfortably.
