Very friendly host, delicious fried fish, very relaxed, highly recommended. We pre-ordered so there was no wait. Everything was great.

We followed the positive online reviews and didn't regret it. We had to wait a while to get into the restaurant, but the food was delicious.

We've never eaten such a delicious pike-perch fillet! All the ingredients were truly delicious, especially the homemade mustard dip. Add to that a tasty Rostocker Zwickel (a kind of sausage), what more could you want? You'd want great service, too—and we had it! Thank you for that, we'd love to come back!

The advance praise from friends was high, but unfortunately, it wasn't lived up to. The reservation (made three days in advance by phone) wasn't known, so a group of five had to share a table with other guests. The food was okay, but unfortunately, nothing more. The ambiance wasn't particularly inviting for me personally, but that's a matter of personal taste. Especially given the mix of service and quality, this was unfortunately a one-time visit in my opinion.

Too expensive for the atmosphere. The fish was okay, the fried potatoes were dry.

Today we found what is probably the best fish fry far and wide in the north. From the cucumber salad to the fried potatoes (potato salad) to the super-tasty and plentiful fish. A real insider tip. You have to look for something like that today. The food was worth every cent. We'll be back soon. It's not far from Rostock. Keep up the good work. 👍👍👍

Highly recommended if you only want to eat fish. We had fried fish, zander fillet, and cod fillet, each with fried potatoes and cucumber salad. Each dish was delicious, freshly prepared, and served promptly by the friendly staff.

We had potato pancakes with herring, sour cream, and cranberries. I highly recommend it! It's simply delicious!

We had the galley plate. Unfortunately, the herring had been in the pan too long, so the bones wouldn't separate from the fish. We also apparently arrived during rush hour and had already waited 45 minutes for our food. When we politely asked, the answer was, "It takes as long as it takes." What a pity...

We stayed in the accommodation next door for 2 weeks. Everything was great and the food here was really good and so was the service👍

A small, fine restaurant. The staff is incredibly attentive. The menu offers only a few dishes, but they are perfectly adequate. There wasn't a single empty seat that evening, and we were lucky to get two more...that speaks volumes about the quality. The fried fish was excellent! Although it's right on the street, there's still enough peace and quiet to enjoy your meal. I'd be happy to come back.

Very nice restaurant and fantastic welcome. We were the only non-German customers and Mark who runs the restaurant spoke good English and helped us in every way. Lots of food and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

They offer a small selection of appetizers and fish dishes. However, this is perfectly adequate, as everything was truly delicious. Our two dogs were even allowed to sit on the terrace without any problems. We received friendly and prompt service. The visit was well worth it. P.S. The cucumber salad is a poem 😋.

There were two of us there and we were glad we got a seat under the heated outdoor area. The smell of cooking in the restaurant was a bit unpleasant. The food and service were excellent, though. The only downside: the small but excellent menu unfortunately doesn't include any appetizers. All in all: definitely recommended.

I had the pleasure of eating at this seafood restaurant recently, and I have only positive things to say! The fried fish was simply amazing – beautifully crispy, perfectly seasoned and incredibly fresh. Every bite was a treat! I would particularly like to highlight the staff. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made the visit even more pleasant. You immediately felt welcome and well looked after. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also very welcoming and cozy. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for delicious fish. I'll definitely come back!

We spontaneously decided to visit this restaurant on Friday evening. However, we had no other choice because here in Prerow almost all restaurants and snack bars close at 5 p.m. Incomprehensible and a real shame, but we had a great experience in the fish fry kitchen. We had a great meal... fried fish with fried potatoes and herring with cranberries on potato pancakes. Superbly prepared and spectacularly tasty. The bill at the end made our evening perfect. We can definitely recommend this restaurant. Five stars for it

If you really want to eat fish without any frills, this is the place for you. It is advisable to make a reservation as it is incredibly busy. The service is very nice and tries to make everything possible. But when full, then full.

We ended up here by chance. We had an excellent meal with six people. Fresh, tasty fish with great service and very tasty wine and beer. Always a pleasure.

The tastiest fish in town! It's not without reason that it's always well attended. Fried potatoes even taste great if you take the food with you to the campsite and are there in the dunes... Homemade tartar sauce, fresh fish, cooked to perfection and still juicy. Just great! Here, eating is a must for us on vacation.

We 4 people had dinner here on September 5th, 2024 with a table reservation. We wanted to spend a nice holiday evening, unfortunately we couldn't do that. We were only able to finish the meal and then order something to drink, not possible because the landlord simply ordered it without you the bill is such that you get thrown out. Something like that is completely impossible. No, we won't thank you again
