Everything great. Have nothing to complain about. Despite the store being completely full, really nice and confident staff. The timely reordering of drinks also worked wonderfully. My Brauhaus Spezial cutlet was great, for my taste! I can only recommend the store. We sat outside in the corner of the tent and after two hours it got a bit cold, but we're happy to accept that in December...

Personal request the day before - with the information that in the off-season no table reservation is necessary for 2 people. Today on site the waitress tried her best to ignore us. When it was no longer possible to avoid noticing us (there was now another couple standing in the door besides us), we were told that there were no more tables available. At that point, a maximum (!!) of a quarter of the seats were occupied. Even if you take possible reservations into account, it is extremely unlikely that the still plentiful spaces were completely planned (hardly any tourists in town). It's a shame, we regularly vacation here, but we probably won't visit this restaurant again.

The brewery is modern and comfortably furnished. The colors of the interior harmonize very well with each other. Cleanliness is very important in the guest room as well as in the toilets. The staff is extremely friendly, warm and very attentive. He also takes the time to have a chat with the customers. The dishes are very tasty and prepared with love. The outdoor area is very well warmed in winter and is comfortable to sit there. The beer specialties are amazing, anyone who loves beer will get their money's worth here! There is something for every taste. Once you've visited here, you can hardly wait for your next visit!! Simply highly recommended

Apple strudel was just sweet and flabby. Greetings from the microwave. The ice cream was also reduced in taste. Coffee machine broken, so only pure coffee is possible. ??? Positive: At least the place was heated...

The short-term reservation worked well; after an email request, we were called back immediately. The food came very quickly, the salmon was cooked to perfection. And the service was attentive and pleasantly reserved. We'll be happy to come back, thank you very much.

We had dinner there. Took the burger and the shutters. Both tasted excellent. The ambience also gets a clear A! The service and waitresses were extremely friendly and accommodating! Absolutely clear recommendation!

The ambience wasn't great. You sit on sweaty fur blankets that are already relatively worn out and smell unpleasant. The waitress takes a long time to take an order and takes forever to bring the order. And then not everything is right. You can't complain about the taste but the prices are completely exorbitant. We paid just under €70 for 3 apple strudel, 3 sea buckthorn juices and a goulash soup. Completely excessive. The apple strudel pieces were relatively small for the money. We will definitely go somewhere else next time

We were traveling through with the camper (November 13th) and were looking for a restaurant. The brewery was one that was still open in the off-season. So get in there... Ambiance in the entrance area is typical of a brewery, otherwise a bit more classy, ​​maybe a bit cool... Service was very nice, despite not having ordered a table (I would say it was mandatory) we still got a place (5:15 p.m., later everything was full with orders). What kind of beer do you drink in the brewery? All? No, you can order a tasting so you can test them all = brilliant. Accompanied by a starter of matjes tartare on rösti... The food was super tasty and the main courses were advertised as normal - we would say very good portions, we were really full - and I had one to sit after the tasting and two more pilsners :-) Clear recommendation from us, unfortunately not for those on a tight budget...

The atmosphere was really nice and cozy. The service staff were also very accommodating. We ordered Hamburger Schnitzel to eat, which was also very tasty, but the Schnitzel was a bit small for us. We always order a second fried egg because one is usually not enough, but there was actually only room for one fried egg on the schnitzel. We then put the second one on top of the fried potatoes. But the taste was really good. We'll be happy to come back and see the new pier in the dark when it's beautifully lit.

The tomato sauce was very tasty, my husband's food was also very good. Unfortunately, the fries were not salted. Unfortunately the goulash wasn't my thing because the beer made it very bitter, but the meat in the goulash was very well cooked.

Curious because beer is brewed here, we headed to the restaurant. Unfortunately we only got a place outside. Due to the temperature we were offered blankets. Great. The service was quick and friendly. Also great. The food wasn't really that great. In one of our dishes the fried potatoes were of commercial kitchen standard. For the other, far too much cheese and cream. The portions are generous, almost too much. Just not balanced. The food lay heavy for a long time. When it came to beer, the IPA was the favorite, the Pilsner took a lot of getting used to. I expected more from beer in general. Tastes are fundamentally different. Please note!!!

We were quickly shown to a free table outside even though we hadn't made a reservation. It's very comfortable and warm to sit there in October. The very tasty beer came quickly. The 500g cutlet with the delicious sauce, tasty beans and mashed potatoes were almost impossible to manage. We would love to come back next time we visit Prerow!

The place was packed. But here the waitress found a really comfortable place for us. Service was very quick, careful, and straight to the point. Drinks came promptly and our appetizers also came fairly quickly. The goat cheese and the matjes were very well prepared, tasted delicious and were also something to look at. Thank you!

Hello everyone, unfortunately my meal today forces me to make this recipe. I had the Brauhaus Spezial, the dish that I eat very often. Today my gaze turned to the tear-soaked plate with disappointment at the sight of my dish today. The sauce was like a soup that was otherwise intense and almost creamy. The beans with bacon were also sometimes more and the onions...they were also braised and not half raw...my comment was that the entire dish was taken away and supposedly prepared "newly". Unfortunately my meat was only turned over (you can tell by the bone) and the sauce was unfortunately still lukewarm/cold just like the potato pancakes. The food and service are great as always, but the chef doesn't feel like it anymore...it's a shame. The dish was advertised like that and then this... some of our other dishes were also lukewarm or thin. We'll go somewhere else to eat first.

We can't understand the good reviews for the food at all. Today we were at the brewery for the third time in 2 years. Actually because of the beer and the central location. Every time we were extremely disappointed with the food. All convenience products on the plate. Ready-made schnitzel, knuckle, ribs, fried potatoes, all ready-made products. It's really a disgrace to sell a ready-made schnitzel with ready-made fried potatoes for 22.30 euros. I had the "fried pike perch", which wasn't fried on the skin at all. Everything didn't taste good, just like the other times. Guys, there is definitely no cooking in this store, just heating. We definitely won't eat here again, only the beer tastes quite good. The waiter somehow never knew what we wanted from him, due to a lack of knowledge of German, but we'll have to get used to that 😉 Think about whether you want to spend your hard-earned money on ready-made food on vacation. Such a meal is now common practice in the Baltic Sea strongholds, unfortunately!

The atmosphere is quite nice, but nothing special. We were warmly welcomed and, since we had reserved, escorted to our table (inside). In my opinion, the menu is very narrow and overpriced for a brewery. Only a main course, black beer pot (goulash soup), and a fish dish (matjesfilets) under 20 €, so I would like to see a lot more choice in the segment up to 20 €, especially in this area. There are many well-known and good restaurants in Prerow that offer exactly that and serve comparable dishes at a much lower price. That's a shame, we also love eating in breweries at home. The chop I ate tasted very good but was very dry on the inside. My wife had the zander fillet, which also tasted very good, but unfortunately had a few bones. Due to this (price/quality) we can unfortunately only give the food 2 stars. I can't imagine that we will eat here again under these circumstances. Very unfortunate.

Excellent food!!! 500 gram cutlet, fried then braised, absolutely buttery and delicious. My prawns with local vegetables and thyme potatoes, simply awesome!! Own brewery beer, the dark was very tasty. You could park next door at Edeka, free for 2 hours. So all in all highly recommended!!!!!

We were there for dinner yesterday. The waiter didn't want to or couldn't turn on a patio heater in the anteroom. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to sit by the existing heaters. There were tables of four, there were only two of us. Ordered rump steak medium, unfortunately it was well done. Short discussion with the waiter, he wanted to persuade me that it looked "medium". I then showed him a photo and handed him the plate and asked him to correct it. The replacement arrived promptly, unevenly fried and cold and raw in the middle. There was another attempt to explain to us that this was now correct. The chef doesn't seem to be able to cook steaks, side dishes were OK. No recommend.

We sat there yesterday and had the pork knuckle and the cutlet (500g). Both dishes were very good. Beforehand we had the set of 4 beer tastings to get an impression of the architecture. The service is very good and the manager of the house is lucky to have such service staff. It was a very nice late afternoon

You can have excellent food here, But be careful, the portions are not for wimps, but they are absolutely delicious 😋, regardless of whether it is a starter, main course or dessert. We from Koblenz 2 people and Niederwiesa 2 people with an additional huge dog received a warm welcome and were given a quiet table in the outdoor area, despite the “full brewery”. The food, service and ambience are definitely worth 5 stars (which are rarely given). We visited the restaurant because it is very hyped by everyone. Personally, we weren't convinced by the food. It looked delicious but unfortunately had no taste. The service is great, very attentive and guest-oriented. We were with our little son who was already a bit tired. The service staff recognized this immediately and prioritized his food - it came within 10 minutes even though all the tables were occupied. Unfortunately, you rarely experience that anymore - it's great!!!!!

- Outrageous tourist processing - The service at the “reception” was rude and unfriendly. For me, the “restaurant” no longer has the style of a restaurant. You are simply checked in and everyone is keen to allocate the seats often enough and as quickly as possible in the evening. After the unfriendly "reception" we left and looked at it from further away for a while. Just a shame.

On the occasion of my birthday while on vacation, I reserved a table and was even surprised with extra table decorations and the service staff personally congratulated me. The service is really excellent, the employees are super nice and you can tell how structured the work is in the restaurant. It is also important that everyone at the table gets their drinks and food at the same time. The food is top class. You can tell that everything is freshly prepared here. The schnitzel is tender, the salmon is delicious and the burger is a culinary delight. Many thanks to the employees at the Darßer Brauhaus. My birthday with you was a complete success and we would love to come back.

Nice staff and good service. But the food - Hamburger Schnitzel - wasn't a brilliant performance. Very greasy and hard, hardly any taste. Same problem with the fried potatoes - many of them were more than al dente, hardly any bacon or onion and if they were already black. Luckily, you can't go wrong with fried eggs. The best part of the meal was the salad. The rest is unfortunately very tasteless and no longer worth the price at just over €20.

There were two of us, early afternoon on a weekday. There wasn't much going on, maybe 15-20 percent of the tables were occupied. The waitress didn't allow us to sit at a table of our choice, only a single table for two in the far corner without a breath of air would have been possible, which was out of the question for us. At all other 4-person tables, only 4 people are allowed to eat and it could be that they are all suddenly needed. We had the choice of taking the table or leaving. We then decided to leave. I have never experienced anything like this before and I can only hope that the young waitress (probably a student) will be instructed in dealing with guests in the future. That's not how you treat guests... 😕

The 11th of us visited this facility for a birthday. The food tasted good and arrived at our table in a reasonable and pleasant time. We tried the starters, the tomato soup and also the knuckle, we were happy with everything and every last bit of the bone was sucked off. The beer was tasty and the price was satisfactory. We also enjoyed the non-alcoholic drinks. But here it comes: we paid €14 for 2 carafes of water, what an unbelievable cheek. In addition, when you look at the interior design, you feel more like you are in a practice and not a restaurant. Our tip: remove all the green tones!

Everything was super tasty. Ribs were a bit dry and one of them was very streaky. You can add more dressing to the salad. Burger was standard. Otherwise, outstanding service and lovely atmosphere. We'd love to come back.

On our way through the Darßer Fischland, spontaneously due to the rain, we stopped at the local Prerow restaurant “Darßer Brauhaus”. Despite the hectic hustle and bustle and the large crowds, we were at least immediately offered a table outside and when, after the drinks had been served, a table on the hazy street became available, they were there to help us when we asked to change to that one and helped us to stay there too. A plus point at this point can be attributed to the blankets provided by the service. As far as the food goes, it was pretty average. Quite tasty, nicely prepared, but nothing special and, despite inflation, not quite do justice to the rather high price. Although the portions were eaten, for one or two pubescents in a growth spurt, they could also have been a little larger and the repertoire of dishes could have been broader. Finally, all that remains to evaluate is the atmosphere, which we only received from the outside and corresponded to the average standard. The only pleasant features were the comfortably padded benches and style elements true to the brewery. All in all, the establishment promises a pleasant, satisfying dining experience, which, however, could not do justice to an evening nightcap for people who are more familiar with the area and in this sense is not recommended for special occasions. It should also be noted that both the side dish labeled “market vegetables” and the “potato wedges” corresponded to a high degree to the quality of the frozen food department of the local supermarket rather than to the suggested standard. GaLiGrü and needs-oriented and satisfying food, wherever my foreign readers end up :)

Unfortunately my pork knuckle was dry. Was hoping for a discount or should have asked for one. My partner ate ribs and complained that the salad dressing was now floating on the ribs. Unfortunately this salad was out of the bag...

Great service. No reservation and a table was still made available at peak time. Small, nice menu, great children's meals and super tasty beer. Even the possibility of tasting them all in 0.1 size.
