We were very satisfied with the food. The pizza is a great size, the price was reasonable and tasteful. Unfortunately, the pasta dish was small and too expensive. Slowly too mild. It's great that you're welcome with a dog. The staff is very courteous, considerate and friendly.

We'd love to come back. The service was very friendly and attentive. The pizza is a dream from the stone oven, the salad is fresh, the tiramisu is delicious and the espresso is on point small, strong, black with perfect crema. We wish the team all the best! 🌺

It's quite pleasant to spend some time here and have something to eat or drink.

We were there today and didn't have a reservation. As with many other guests, the service staff tried to get us a table. Our order was taken quickly and so were the drinks. The meal took time. This is something you are happy to accept when it is freshly prepared. Unfortunately we had to assume that the reason was something else. The cheese on the lasagna had burned off and a new one was put on top. So it was retouched. The spaghetti, which was supposed to taste like seafood, was prepared with so much garlic that you could hardly taste it. What a shame! We reported this to the service staff. The insight was moderate, there was no escape. So the chance for us is 50/50 that you can eat well there.

It was fine. Get a table outside without a reservation. Ate fish. Vegetables were not offered with many dishes, but were not on the menu either.

Delicious food only the Vitello Tonato was not what we are used to from Italians. The sauce was a bit artificial in taste. Good, friendly service. Sitting on the terrace and in the restaurant is very nice.

I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner and my order was taken quickly and even though the restaurant was almost full, I got my pizza and drink within about 15 minutes. Hats off to you for that! It tasted very good too! In my opinion, special praise goes to the waiters because they are very committed to providing good service to the customers. Price/performance is great! Thank you very much for that and keep it up! :)

My wife and I were just at "da Rico". We ordered Pizza Tonno and Spagetti Carbonara, a Budweiser and a Spezi. Although the restaurant was busy, we hardly had to wait until the drinks and food were on the table. Since it was a little cooler this evening than yesterday, blankets were brought for each guest to "wrap up." My wife was very happy about that. The dishes were very tasty and so big that you felt full. The waitresses were all very friendly and accommodating. We can highly recommend “da Rico”. I'm going to try bruschetta one day, as a snack between meals. The only thing that was unfortunately not possible was paying by card, but it was advertised at the entrance. Otherwise everything is fine. As announced, I took bruschetta out of the house today as a snack. The portions and the “hammer” were super tasty, I would “sweeten” the short waiting time with an espresso. More service is not possible. See you soon and all the best.

Very quick reservation possible, loving service and excellent food with a very good price-performance ratio, whether risotto, pasta dishes, pizza or dessert with wonderful homemade tiramisu.

We had Pizza da Rico (vegetarian) and Pizza Bella Vista, both highly recommended. The service is pretty quick, even when there are a lot of guests; Prices are also okay here.

There are a few Italians in Zinnowitz but none that provide nearly as good food and service as this one. Were here 3 times in 10 days of vacation. Keep it up

Very tasty food, friendly and courteous service, cozy atmosphere with a sea view.

We went there as a group for dinner (Monday). As a starter I had the house antipasti, which was okay, but could have used a little more pizzazz for my taste (olives, salami, ham, rocket, feta cheese, zucchini). For the main course I can recommend the Bella Vista pizza, it was excellent. Unfortunately, we were basically asked to leave when the store closed at 10 p.m.

We ate here on vacation. The food (especially the pizza) was phenomenal. Really great. Service was a bit hectic. Since there was a lot going on, there were a lot of people out and about entertaining guests. Unfortunately, in our case the operation was not entirely reliable. We ordered drinks again with our meal and they just didn't come. Every time we asked, they just said they were coming soon. A guest shouldn't have to ask 3-4 times.

Dear da Rico team, thank you very much for the wonderful evening that the three of us were able to experience with you! Reservation, ambience, staff, quality of food, all very good! We ordered pasta, lasagna and Scaloppa Gorgonzola. Everything was delicious, very nice, courteous staff, a nice location! We'll definitely be back! Finally, a tip to those who are deducting stars because of the lack of card payment. That's a matter for the local network provider, and the restaurant can't do anything about it! Just take some money with you when you go out to eat. It works perfectly!

My pizza frutti di mare pizza was limp and hardly any toppings. For €16 I definitely expect more. No recommendation.

Service and ambience really great. Despite the full house, we were served quickly and also got drinks and food quickly. But the food is mediocre at best and too expensive for what you get in terms of taste and quality. The portions are relatively small and the ingredients are inferior. The pasta was not good and definitely low quality. The olive oil doesn't taste like anything and doesn't seem to have been really good either. This is not noticeable if it is just added a little, but the olive oil is particularly important when preparing the aglio e olio. The pizza dough is perfectly fine, but the tomato sauce is not well seasoned and the cheese used has no place on a pizza. You definitely shouldn't skimp on the most important ingredients in an Italian restaurant! All in all the establishment is more of a tourist trap than an Italian restaurant. Although it has a nice location and great service, the food isn't that great. P. S.: Cream has no place in a carbonara.

We reserved a table for 6 p.m. He was ready straight away. Drinks and food didn't take long to arrive. Every dish was super tasty and filling. Waiters all very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back. Prices are also absolutely reasonable and justified... The view of the Baltic Sea is of course perfect.

We came to Rico with the intention Grabbing some pizzas to go. The staff was extremely friendly And the restaurant is not only pretty, but also spacious. We were not allowed in the hallway or garden Instead, wait comfortably at one of the tables. After about 15 minutes the waiter brought it The pizza that is worth seeing! The Gorgonzola pizza was a delight And the mozzarella is also a must-try. To conclude in one sentence: We are very satisfied with Rico!

Restaurant is located directly on the beach promenade. The furnishings are rather “old-fashioned”. If that's what you want, okay. Then the furniture (chairs) should be stable. Price performance is adjusted to the season. Service is OK.

Very good atmosphere here. We were a little late, so about 5 minutes after the kitchen closed. Even though we had our meals prepared, I'm very happy that we went this way, because everything was to my preferences. I highly recommend.

Why we didn't come here straight away... The food and service were very good, the boss later told us that everything took a little longer that day because a chef was unavailable. You didn't notice at all, so everyone there did a really brilliant job. Reservation makes sense in high season.

Given the top location, a little above the price level: 3 x beers, a small starter with 2 x pasta dishes for almost €60 - but a visit is worth it! Even if it is not original Italian cuisine, as the imprint suggests.

This year we couldn't get past this great restaurant either. One pizza to go with a taste guarantee from the head waiter and then another pasta on the terrace. Both super tasty 😋. Stay as you are. This makes eating fun. We are looking forward to next year 😄😄 The location is great, from the terrace you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The service is friendly and attentive. The young waiter soon fell asleep. But the other one darted back and forth. But both were very friendly. The bruschetta was perfetto. Pizza tonno excellent. We ate so well and can definitely recommend Rico. Thanks to the glazing on the terrace, it's great to sit outside, even in cooler weather. Prices performance class.

Finally a real and extremely good Italian in Zinnowitz. Service, ambience, service great. The food, including the pizza, was simply great. Price-performance ratio is right and matches the view on the promenade. Gladly again. Recommended.

We are currently on vacation in Usedom. After a lovely day of excursions, we wanted to end the day with a delicious meal. By chance we found the beautiful Italian restaurant da Rico in Zinnowitz. Not only is the location beautiful, but also the restaurant itself. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The two men from the service even spoke in whispers so as not to disturb us, which we found very polite, even though it didn't bother us. The food was also very, very tasty. All in all, we can only recommend this restaurant. Really great! Oh well, :)

Good pizzeria, nice service. The prices on the pizza cards shown here are a thing of the past. Pizza Mista costs not just €10 but €15.

It is definitely advisable to make a reservation, especially on weekends. The service is incredibly friendly, almost family-like. You feel in great hands, which doesn't mean intrusiveness. Just great. The food tastes great and is simply fresh. It feels like you're in Italy itself (as far as the food is concerned). Both the pizzas and the pasta are delicious. The dessert was equally great. Hospitality is very important. If you're in the area, I'd be happy to come back.

That's called being hospitable when you come to the door. We immediately felt warmly welcome. The place by the window with a view of the Baltic Sea was wonderful. The service was very quick and friendly. Questions were answered politely. The pizza was very good, like in Italy. Soooo delicious and without the usual Mediterranean spices that you spend the whole evening digesting, pizza is great. I had grilled beef fillet with red wine potatoes. A poem. Buttery soft, fried to perfection and with a crispy crust. Excellent. The lemon spritz as a drink with mint was totally refreshing. The prices, Baltic Sea. But it's totally fine for the whole thing. Thanks to the whole team.

Today we have suckling pig with "pleasant" spicy gravy and rosemary potatoes (18.90 €) and Pizza Bella Vista (15.90 €) eaten. My pizza tasted very good, only the parmesan cheese was missing.....the suckling pig had 4 half potatoes, which of course was far too few for a meal without a side dish.. ...but we were too stupid accept. The service was very friendly/very good, and of course no card payment was possible at the moment...

Very nice staff, No long waiting times and a beautiful location, by the sea. The pizzas were super tasty, the children's pizza even had rabbit ears 😊 unfortunately there was a pretty long hair in my pasta which took away my appetite.

Nice restaurant with friendly and courteous staff. If you want a window seat with a view of the water, you should probably reserve in advance. We were there spontaneously and were placed at the back. Although it was a windowless room, it was still pleasantly designed and what was a coincidence, but great, was the peace and space. With a big dog who is happy to lie somewhere for an hour without people constantly walking past, it was brilliant. So tip for dog people: forego the view and ask for a place at the back if your dog would also be happy about a short break. The food was great, the carbonara was typically Germanized with cream, but still tasty and the beef fillet was super tender. The price-performance ratio is definitely right here. If we come to Zinnowitz again, we now know where we will stop again.

A very nice Italian. The Funghi pizza was very tasty and so were the fries for the children. The turkey breast fillets alone were a little overcooked and dry. Therefore not full marks. A little more thought could be given to children (e.g. an extra children's card to color in, etc.).

I ate here with my girlfriend. We really had a blast because it was our last evening in Zinnowitz. We had the garlic soup and beef carpaccio as a starter, lamb fillet with potatoes and balsamic red wine sauce and beef fillet with gorgonzola sauce in the main course and for dessert there was homemade tiramisu and crème brulee. A real treat from start to finish. The service was great and everyone was very friendly! Definitely coming back on summer vacation!

Preface: This restaurant is not a tourist trap like many other restaurants in Zinnowitz. I claim that almost all of the restaurants directly on the beach road simply cater to tourists who want to eat something quick and don't really look at the rating. We ourselves observed how a waiter at an Italian restaurant transferred the bread from the previous guest into a new basket and placed it on another table for new guests. Many bad reviews of restaurants on Strandstrasse support my theory. We had ordered a table for 3 on a Saturday and were immediately kindly informed that unfortunately no card payment was possible today. Situation on site: The restaurant was well filled when we arrived at 6 p.m., 30 minutes later almost all tables were occupied. Pizza: standard stone oven pizza, good proportions between Gorgonzola and remaining ingredients. I would order again. Penne with Gorgonzola: also a good amount of Gorgonzola, with a bowl of Parmesan and bread. Chicken breast with Gorgonzola and rice: Juicy chicken, not the juiciest we've ever had but still good. Gorgonzola sauce was good again, rice also went well with it. Crème brûlée: crisp caramelized topping, ratios between the topping and the crème layer were very well done. The fine, creamy taste leaves no doubt that the crème brûlée is homemade. Tiramisu: unfortunately no alcohol, or we didn't taste it (maybe for people who don't like alcohol). Otherwise, it's definitely homemade and you have to eat it when you're here. The cream was freshly whipped, the sponge cake was also homemade and there was real cocoa on top. The highlight was that the crane plate on which the tiramisu came was pre-chilled because of the cream, how crazy is that. Service: Very attentive staff, no one standing around, always asked in a friendly manner several times if everything was okay. Negative: only small things, the third meal was brought about 1 minute after the other two. The chicken salad could have been brought in advance. We would have liked Italian music, although there was something playing in the background but it was hardly noticeable. There are four stars because the food was good, but not so good that it "knocked our socks off" in good German. Nevertheless, I would say that it is the best Italian restaurant in Zinnowitz. Prices: Pizza €13.90 Chicken breast €22.90 Penne €13.50 Crème brûlée €6.90 Tiramisu €6.50
