The pizza was very good, and the pasta was also delicious, but the portions could have been larger. Overall, a very good meal.

We went for a walk in the evening and it was already after 8 p.m., we still wanted an ice cream and were immediately served in a super friendly and courteous manner, great service and the ice cream was delicious too!!!

We ordered takeout. The service was very friendly. The food was delicious. Even the spaghetti Bolognese was delicious. It was the best Bolognese I've ever had at an Italian restaurant.

We had very good pizzas and ice cream for dessert – we especially recommend the strawberry ice cream! The service was very friendly and the decor was cozy, prices were reasonable, and it's close to the beach – highly recommended!

Beautiful restaurant, excellent friendly service, and the food exceeded expectations in terms of taste. It was plenty. Couldn't decide between crème brûlée or tiremasu for dessert, so I ordered both and would definitely recommend them both.

We ate here twice during our vacation on Usedom and were thrilled. Everything from the food to the service was wonderful. The pizza is incredibly delicious, but the other dishes are also top-notch. The service is exceptional. If we ever vacation here again, this restaurant will definitely be one we remember.

The most authentic Italian restaurant in Zinnowitz! Everything was top-notch in terms of craftsmanship. Here, you get a taste of Bella Italia on a pizza. Also particularly worthy of praise is the vitello tonato – super-tender and garnished with capers. The service is friendly and prompt. Advance reservations are recommended. There's no parking on Dünenstraße in front of the restaurant, but there's plenty on the parallel street behind it. We didn't try the pasta dishes; we'll try them on our next vacation. I'm happy to have found a good Italian restaurant that doesn't offer tourists a one-size-fits-all approach.

Due to the bad weather, we had to wait a while for our reserved table. We were then given a table that wasn't actually available. The waiters were very attentive. The food was delicious.

The restaurant is nicely decorated inside, and there are plenty of outdoor seating areas facing the sea (not toward the street). We visited several times during our vacation and tried both the pizza and the pasta, and were absolutely thrilled. The restaurant was always busy despite the off-season, so a table reservation is recommended.

You're seated outside when there are plenty of free tables, and it's awkward to use the informal "du" form of address with adults. The food was mediocre.

The pizza was okay, nothing special, but relatively expensive. Definitely skip the capers, as they were waaaaaaar too salty. The atmosphere was more like a train station concourse; we weren't asked if we'd like dessert or a coffee...no card payments...

The food was good to very good. However, during the payment process, card payments were declined with rather implausible statements, even though this was not apparent beforehand. Unfortunately, they haven't yet arrived in the 21st century.

Last night, three of us came to the restaurant completely spontaneously. We should have reserved a table, but the waiter was super nice, and we got a table straight away anyway. The waiters are all very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious, and whatever we didn't finish was packed up without any fuss. Unfortunately, they ran out of tiramisu (which is supposed to be delicious). We opted for creme brulee, and it did not disappoint. Very lovingly prepared. I'm still in Zinnowitz for a few more days, and I'll definitely go again.

Food is okay, quite typical for a German-Italian restaurant. Location is very nice, furnishings could use some updating. Due to the location, prices are sometimes quite high for what is on offer.

We were in Zinnowitz for 4 days and ate there every evening after liking it so much on the first day. From the food, service to the ambience, every evening was lovely. We ate pasta, salad and fillet and the starters were also delicious. Also try the yoghurt ice cream on the promenade - it's the best! While we were lying on the beach, we got hungry and spontaneously wanted to get a pizza and a salad from Pizzeria da Rico. I was served in a flash, after a short time our pizza was ready and we had a lovely evening on the beach with a delicious pizza from Rico. Thank you, we will definitely come back... 😀

Beautiful rooms, many with a view of the Baltic Sea. Well-filled, thin pizza in Italian style. Definitely worth it! Update 2025: Pizza still great. Thin, delicately crispy, not hard. Tiramisu very creamy with soft sponge cake. Very nice service.

That was a blast! The food was great (tagliatelle with salmon or mushrooms, veal liver), the service staff was very friendly and always had a charming smile on their faces. The tiramisu is to die for; Even if you think it doesn't fit anymore - it's always possible. In high season, a reservation is certainly highly advisable. I don't know why we haven't eaten there all these years...we've missed something!

Today we had dinner at "da Rico" with seven people. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a very friendly smile from the innkeeper. The atmosphere is absolutely cozy. The starter soup: garlic soup... Absolutely awesome!!! I have never tasted such delicious garlic soup. As a main course, a rump steak with onions and rosemary potatoes... Also absolutely amazing!!! For dessert I immediately ordered the garlic soup again... :) The children had spaghetti bolognese and lasagne, both of them were thrilled (rarely experienced). Of course I also had to taste them, both were very tasty too. The service was always absolutely friendly and absolutely professional. It's really clear here that this restaurant isn't just run as a job, but out of a calling. I can really recommend this restaurant!!! Please reserve in advance!!! Keep it up, we'll definitely be back on our next vacation. Top class!!!!!

First of all: Everything we had was absolutely excellent. Pizza, bruchetta, and also carpaccio. I would particularly like to highlight the grilled beef fillet. To all meat lovers and friends of special enjoyment: TREAT YOURSELF! I myself am a passionate griller and meat connoisseur and pride myself on being able to accurately assess meat quality, crust and roasting aromas, cooking point and the appropriate spices. And here I was served a steak that was second to none and that I couldn't have prepared better myself. An excellent crust, excellent roasted aromas, a selected puristic seasoning, perfect beef aroma, and it really melted in your mouth. It was so delicious that I didn't even take a photo of the cut while I was eating. I'll do that on my next visit. The pizzeria is a little quieter on a side street. You will be warmly welcomed and seated straight away. The dishes we ordered were ready within a short time and were very tasty! Since the beef fillet took a little longer (grill plate was full) we got a salad on the house! Great service, delicious pizza, highly recommended!!!

Pizza and pasta were great, as was the service. There is a small deduction because it was a little cool in the dining room and card payment was not possible.

This is our second time coming here (Feb '24/Oct '24). Both times were very good. Fast, friendly service, good food and reasonable prices. In Zinnowitz many restaurants are overpriced and Rico is a very good alternative to eat well at a reasonable price.

We called and ordered food to take away...it took 20 minutes. When we arrived the restaurant was very full but the food was already ready. The service was very friendly and the food was also very tasty. It won't be the last visit.

As already described by others... Great service. Fast and friendly (not fake). A table for 8 people was arranged within 2 minutes. Food excellent. Every now and then the unobtrusive inquiry whether everything is okay. We liked it very much. Until next time, Ciao.

Great pasta and penne, I can recommend it without exception. Unfortunately, pizza dough was still soft in the middle. Service was great during the week. They were overwhelmed at the WE, but ran like world champions. Thanks for that. Ambiance is appealing and views of the sea! We'll be back. See you next year. Keep it up.

We didn't reserve a table, but the service was very nice and assigned us a suitable table. Fast service regarding drinks and food. Salad was very tasty, great value for money, I wouldn't have expected it for Zinnowitz. Gladly again.

We were very satisfied with the food. The pizza is a great size, the price was reasonable and tasteful. Unfortunately, the pasta dish was small and too expensive. Slowly too mild. It's great that you're welcome with a dog. The staff is very courteous, considerate and friendly.

We were there today and didn't have a reservation. As with many other guests, the service staff tried to get us a table. Our order was taken quickly and so were the drinks. The meal took time. This is something you are happy to accept when it is freshly prepared. Unfortunately we had to assume that the reason was something else. The cheese on the lasagna had burned off and a new one was put on top. So it was retouched. The spaghetti, which was supposed to taste like seafood, was prepared with so much garlic that you could hardly taste it. What a shame! We reported this to the service staff. The insight was moderate, there was no escape. So the chance for us is 50/50 that you can eat well there.

Delicious food only the Vitello Tonato was not what we are used to from Italians. The sauce was a bit artificial in taste. Good, friendly service. Sitting on the terrace and in the restaurant is very nice.

I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner and my order was taken quickly and even though the restaurant was almost full, I got my pizza and drink within about 15 minutes. Hats off to you for that! It tasted very good too! In my opinion, special praise goes to the waiters because they are very committed to providing good service to the customers. My wife and I were just at "da Rico". We ordered Pizza Tonno and Spagetti Carbonara, a Budweiser and a Spezi. Although the restaurant was busy, we hardly had to wait until the drinks and food were on the table. Since it was a little cooler this evening than yesterday, blankets were brought for each guest to "wrap up." My wife was very happy about that. The dishes were very tasty and so big that you felt full. The waitresses were all very friendly and accommodating. We can highly recommend “da Rico”. I'm going to try bruschetta one day, as a snack between meals. The only thing that was unfortunately not possible was paying by card, but it was advertised at the entrance. Otherwise everything is fine. As announced, I took bruschetta out of the house today as a snack. The portions and the “hammer” were super tasty, I would “sweeten” the short waiting time with an espresso. More service is not possible. See you soon and all the best.
