There were 11 of us guests and everyone was thrilled. Price, performance, atmosphere, service - everything was right. The food was not only a visual treat, but especially on the palate. Thank you for that. Update a year later: Only one fact has changed - now there were 16 of us and more guests. Completely full... That says it all! Many thanks to the entire team and keep it up.

Delicious food, very friendly and fast service, and good value for money. The ambiance could be improved; at the moment, it's more like a snack bar.

If you're on vacation on the Baltic Sea, then you'll definitely want fish for dinner. If that's the case, the MS Libelle is the right place for you, and you'll be completely satisfied. My personal recommendation is the fish platter (3 different fish fillets); it couldn't be better. The MS Libelle in Zinnowitz is an absolute must for gourmets. Excellent value for money and service.

Very tasty and very nice service.

There were no visitors because I was standing outside and no one was a guest in the store. The waitress came out and asked me, I said I was still waiting for someone, then I was yelled at for not putting my handbag on the table. Unprofessional and arrogant. For me there is no store where I would bring my money.

Smoked sausage and bratwurst are excellent, I only know them better in Thuringia. The curry sauce is also really good. Fair prices at the same time.

We would have liked to give 0 points. We were confirmed twice that we were taking the dog with us when we booked (online and by phone the day before). We arrived from Ahlbeck. Employees couldn't think of anything other than to offer that the dog wait outside...

Despite not having a reservation, we received a friendly welcome and were seated within the time limit (but it was absolutely enough to be full and satisfied at the end. Absolutely brilliant buffet with lots of variations so that everyone can find their own menu and be full.

We booked rooms with a lake view via the website. When we arrived the rooms were not booked for us. A receptionist who spoke poor German handed us a list of hotel guests to search for our name. Not possible, data protection is unknown there. Unfortunately our name couldn't be found! Then the supervisor in charge came, was extremely unfriendly and explained that the mistake was ours. How do you treat guests in a 4-star hotel? After a long wait without an apology, a replacement room was provided for us. We cannot recommend the hotel, max. 2 stars, we are used to a different standard in 4 star hotels and will not come back.
