MS - Libelle in Zinnowitz

The service was very attentive. The terrace offered a view of the Baltic Sea. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio wasn't right. The fish platter was just bites. A shame.

We stumbled upon this place spontaneously while looking for a restaurant we liked for dinner. We were lucky that there was a table available. The servers were prompt, friendly, and unobtrusive. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and more than adequate in size. A truly wonderful find for us, far from pizza and Greek restaurants.

Good service, a relaxed atmosphere with a sea view, and good food. The non-alcoholic elderflower spritz was also excellent! We'd love to come back.

The food offers a wide selection of fish dishes, as well as meat and pasta dishes. The portions are sometimes generous. The prices are moderate. The service is extremely friendly and charming, and even at full capacity, the staff knows how to create a pleasant atmosphere with their friendly and humorous manner. A very good and honest restaurant.

We spent a wonderful evening at the Libelle during our short vacation. The food was excellent and was only surpassed by the very friendly service (recommendation: fish aspic). The fact that we had two very nice women at our table who grew up in Zinnowitz made it a very enjoyable evening. This made us realize that the Pinot Gris also tasted very good. A very cozy restaurant right on the promenade with a view of the sea. Even without a reservation, the owners do their best to accommodate your needs. The food is truly excellent, the portions are more than adequate, and any food intolerances are taken very seriously and accommodated with alternatives. Special requests are accommodated wherever possible. We've been there several times and have always been very satisfied.

We can recommend the MS Libelle with a clear conscience. It's in a quiet location, directly surrounded by dunes, with some overlooking the sea. It's stylishly furnished, with a great and balanced menu and very attentive, friendly staff. The dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients, are cooked to perfection and lovingly presented, and the portion sizes are perfectly adequate. Reservations are recommended for larger groups and during the prime season. We'd be happy to return. PS: Special praise for the kitchen. What these guys and girls do in that small kitchen is truly outstanding.

My husband, I, and our Bernese Mountain Dog were at the Libelle last night to celebrate the end of my birthday and our wedding anniversary. At first, we were ignored because of the dog, who sat very sweetly under the table; no one saw or heard him. After the waitress came and asked what we wanted to drink, we decided on a bottle of wine. Then my husband asked if we could pay with Visa. We were told no, and it's also written outside. My husband then said he was going to get some money. The waitress left me sitting there in the dry for a whopping 25 minutes and ignored me. When my husband returned, I was furious and just wanted to leave. When I asked the waitress outside about it, she first said she was sorry, she didn't have time, and then said she had waited for my husband! That's no way to treat guests! A maritime restaurant with a long tradition. Formerly an original ship, today it's a small, beautiful restaurant in the style of a ship. With small tables inside and a terrace all around, including a sea view. Very friendly and approachable staff. The menu was very appealing, with both fish and meat. The food was served quickly, and the plates were beautifully presented. The value for money is absolutely acceptable, as long as the portion sizes don't get any smaller.

A small cozy restaurant. The interior was occupied, so we sat outside with the dogs. The service arrived within a very short time. A water bowl was provided for the dogs without being asked. We didn't have to wait long for our order either. We were surprised at how quickly it went and the two fish dishes were really delicious. We will definitely come back here the next time we visit Usedom.

Wir saßen gemütlich drinnen mit maritimer Atmosphäre. Sehr freundlicher Service. Da es immer gut besucht ist solltet ihr vorher reservieren.

If you're on holiday on the Baltic Sea, then 100% fish for dinner. If you feel the same way, the MS Libelle is the right place and you will be 100% picked up. My personal recommendation is the fish platter (3 different fish fillets), it couldn't be better. MS Libelle in Zinnowitz is an absolute “must” for gourmets. Price/performance and service very good.

We spontaneously went to the Libelle today and were lucky to find a spot straight away. We had a hard time deciding. Great selection of fish and meat dishes. But the mustard-crusted redfish and pollack in the egg shell were delicious. Our desserts were the highlight. Chocolate cakes with hot cherries and warm apple strudel. Very delicious!

Very fresh and tasty - the matjes is awesome! If possible, you should make a reservation 3-4 days in advance, we didn't do that, but we were allowed to spontaneously wait for a free space (the sandpit in the garden also makes the waiting time easier for the little ones) :)

We had dinner in the “MS-Libelle” from October 2024 to October 20, 2024 A visit to the "MS-Libelle" is always a must on my vacation. I used to always go there with my son...for 4 years. Each time we ate dinner at LIBELLE every night. Always very tasty 😋. Unfortunately, my son died of cancer in January 2024. He really loved the food, service and ambience. So this year in October I came to Zinnowitz with my husband and we had dinner in the "MS-Libelle". My husband was thrilled with the delicious food, great ambience and great service.
