We would have liked to give 0 points. We were confirmed twice that we were taking the dog with us when we booked (online and by phone the day before). We arrived from Ahlbeck. Employees couldn't think of anything other than to offer that the dog wait outside...

In November you have the hotel almost to yourself, if you like it, you'll get your money's worth. I thought St. Nicholas' surprise in the morning was nice, a nice gesture. Free entry to the Hotel Baltic thermal baths is actually a good thing. Anyone who would like to “swim” should accept the offer. If you want wellness, you are much better off in the in-house spa.

We have had bad experiences several times with the service and unfortunately also with the food (price performance is not right!). We are understanding guests, but the employees should be able to understand you linguistically and vice versa. We wanted to eat duck on Christmas Eve and reserve a table, but we were not understood, so it was not possible to choose a table. Well, without the desired space, you can't have everything. Not a problem per se. Our reservation was written down on a separate piece of paper (that seemed strange to us). When we wanted to cancel our reservation for Christmas Eve today (we found something else), we were told that there was no reservation at all. How can something like that be, honestly? It's not a problem if employees don't speak perfect German, but you should be able to understand them fundamentally in order to make a reservation. It was the last attempt for us. A tip at Vineta is to check your reservation again

positive: - Location - the wonderful fireworks display on December 31st. - small gift for the New Year negative: - ice cold heater that took hours to warm up - Poor language skills of the staff, they often didn't understand what you wanted - Poor quality of the buffet dinner on the first evening (only frozen hot dishes) - Poor organization of the New Year's Eve buffet (it felt like hours were waiting for drinks, food was only replenished very slowly and there were very long waiting times) - "Thermal" pool much too cold - Room facilities outdated and very rudimentary - Price/performance ratio is absolutely not right

Pretty unfriendly saleswomen. My fried fish sandwich didn't taste good, and my companions weren't impressed with their crepes either. All in all, pretty unloving, we wouldn't eat anything there anymore. And: Cash only, card payments are not possible.

A great service/food from the Nautilus team! We came to this wonderful, cozy restaurant with 10 people. We were served friendly and quickly. The food was great. Keep it up. It's a pleasure to be a guest here.
