We would have liked to give 0 points. We were confirmed twice that we were taking the dog with us when we booked (online and by phone the day before). We arrived from Ahlbeck. Employees couldn't think of anything other than to offer that the dog wait outside...

In November you have the hotel almost to yourself, if you like it, you'll get your money's worth. I thought St. Nicholas' surprise in the morning was nice, a nice gesture. Free entry to the Hotel Baltic thermal baths is actually a good thing. Anyone who would like to “swim” should accept the offer. If you want wellness, you are much better off in the in-house spa.

Apparently families with strollers are not welcome at all and we are put in the farthest corner, right by the front door, where our baby is supposed to catch a cold in the draft. We felt comfortable here for a weekend in December. Particularly worth mentioning is the great, friendly staff, the proximity to the Baltic Sea, a 25m seawater pool with a pleasant atmosphere, 4 saunas, a warm outdoor pool, and a really good breakfast with various hot and cold dishes, which are always replenished. Bathrobes at no extra charge! The bathrooms are sober white and the rooms are good, the lighting is pleasant and can also be indirect, the windows can be opened completely. We say thank you.

Food is okay. Price adjusted to the location. Staff really tried hard and friendly… always felt like they were there. Unfortunately, a person is not really friendly.
