Veal liver was just OK, but buried under too many onions, the seafood risotto was probably frozen, not a fresh mussel!

So we ordered food today and did everything really wrong. It's a shame we were so happy. No food was right in the order.

Smoked sausage and bratwurst are excellent, I only know them better in Thuringia. The curry sauce is also really good. Fair prices at the same time.

We would have liked to give 0 points. We were confirmed twice that we were taking the dog with us when we booked (online and by phone the day before). We arrived from Ahlbeck. Employees couldn't think of anything other than to offer that the dog wait outside...

We booked rooms with a lake view via the website. When we arrived the rooms were not booked for us. A receptionist who spoke poor German handed us a list of hotel guests to search for our name. Not possible, data protection is unknown there. Unfortunately our name couldn't be found! Then the supervisor in charge came, was extremely unfriendly and explained that the mistake was ours. How do you treat guests in a 4-star hotel? After a long wait without an apology, a replacement room was provided for us. We cannot recommend the hotel, max. 2 stars, we are used to a different standard in 4 star hotels and will not come back.

The food looks like it was prepared in a commercial kitchen and cooked on site. It's not worth the money.

The location is great and the view from the 6th and 7th floors is great. The room is ok, but the bathroom is too small. When you sit on the toilet you have to be careful not to burn yourself on the heater. The restaurant exudes the charm of 35 years ago and the breakfast selection is geared towards masses and is more reminiscent of packaged food from the supermarket. The thermal baths are ok.

Price yes / performance NO! If you're looking for dead bratwurst, bad fries and frozen fish meatballs of the worst quality - you've come to the right place!!! With friendly staff, absolutely not recommended!

Me as a foreigner, have a special excitement visiting super local restaurants like this one. Together with friends, we visited it next day after New Year. Without booked table, we got seated immediately. 5pm place was empty but till 7pm, there were no free tables. Waiter was super friendly and was able to communicate in English. Food was simple but tasty. Happy I selected specifically this place for our only dinner during short stay at Zinnowitz
