Great hotel, best beach location, very clean, the friendliness of the staff is particularly noteworthy, even under the greatest stress they remain professional. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary there, and in the morning there was a beautifully set table ready for us. The surprise was big. Since we go to the Baltic Sea very often, we can only say that this hotel is great and highly recommended.

Booked a maisonette facing the sea with breakfast. Everything was great. Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness of the staff. What's really annoying is the volume when concerts take place in the beach shelter until late at night. We experienced the wine festival. Loud long and wrong is probably the most accurate answer. But the hotel can't do anything about that.

We called spontaneously and asked if there was still a room for a week, first the lady said it looked bad and then suddenly yes when we got there the first impression of the room was bad from the first day we had spiders in every corner once there were no towels and the worst bed linen changed and no new ones put down and the room was the worst in terms of view once and never again small beach castle!!!!

Only the price was 4-star, the service: nice people, I read that they are interns from Asia, ok, but how come there is no one on shift who manages them and there is not a single person who knows even the basic words of English, Besides, they didn't know German either, I don't think it's their fault, because in the e-mail I was guaranteed parking and a place for bicycles, the latter being within the hotel, but after dropping off my suitcases they told me to leave the hotel and go somewhere at the end of the street to some disgusting place. threshing floor... 4 stars is probably a joke? did anyone respond to the email and confirm the reservation?! - the next 4**** joke is the lack of air conditioning (32oC outside!!) and in the evening you can't open the window or sit on the balcony overlooking the sea (beautiful view) because there is a bandshell in front of it and... I know that there's no accounting for taste, but I thought I knew a little about music, but it couldn't be called music, extremely poor sound system, terrible covers and 'talents' of questionable quality, maybe people had a good time there while drinking beer, but I I just chose a hotel with a "no children" mark, i.e. a 14+ reservation, because I value peace and quiet and when I come to such a beautiful place and especially choose a room with a sea view, it's just to enjoy it... and don't listen to the roaring into the microphone - the next 4**** joke is the lack of a bar - i.e. there is a bar, there is even a price list, glasses and wine glasses - but why? the bar is empty! ...if it were April Fool's Day, I would understand... recently, in 3-4 star hotels, it was common for me to have bars full to the brim, including snacks, plus everything needed to make coffee or tea (even different flavors)... empty bar? it's an embarrassment - next 4**** joke... I burned my hair!!! it is impossible to describe the amount of hair that came out... the standard of the dryer was the worst possible (small plastic combo), such as those found in cheap hostels or roadside motels, and in addition, the dryer was clearly burnt out because there was only very hot air or nothing... that it was already too much!!! - in addition, the ceiling in the bedroom is falling off, a disgusting plastic sitting room in the attic (!) like in a motel, with some stains and of course the shower cabin, in which everything is yellowed, as if not washed, should have been replaced a long time ago - don't let anyone be fooled by the so-called 'dinner included' - this high price included dinner, but it wasn't like breakfast, which was OK (buffet, large selection) - dinner was only a choice of 3 courses (plus dessert) and no water or tea, o I won't mention coffee; the food looked really unappetizing - if I'm a vegetarian, I had no choice, only one dish was meatless, and once I got white rice with some terrible gray sauce, and another time I got spaghetti, which was pasta with olive oil... it looked just like it tasted, and it didn't taste good at all, it had nothing to do with those attractive photos in the hotel advertisement the general association is that it's a post-socialist hotel renovated in the 1990s, but it's a world away from 4 stars

A socialist hotel pretending to be something more. Poor staff who don't know any languages ​​- it's impossible to communicate without an autotranslator, and Asian German-English is at a basic level. In addition to the 4-star prices, there is mold and a wood heat gun instead of a hair dryer in the bathroom, a falling ceiling, stained furniture and disgusting dinners. And if you come to a concert in a shell in front of the pier, closing the windows won't help. NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!! In a 4 star hotel?! Seriously?! I won't even mention the threshing floor/parking lot - despite reservations, there are no places in front of the hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Great location right on the promenade and the beach. Room, bright and cozy with a south-facing balcony. Everything is clean and well maintained, the hotel and the surrounding area.

The staff was very lovely. They accommodated my need for gluten free bread / meals, too. Location is top, 5 minute walk to main beach, good food.

We were in Zinnowitz for a weekend and had booked a double room, we got a free upgrade to a maisonette room :) the hotel has recently become an adult hotel from +14, but that didn't bother us. The dinner and breakfast, which we had booked, were great. What you had to get used to was that something to drink wasn't actively offered with dinner but you had to explicitly order it yourself. But it also had the advantage of saving money, even if this wasn't necessarily desired ;) The fruit plate in the morning also took some getting used to, some you could eat, others you wouldn't. But all in all everything else was great, the staff was always friendly, although there were slight language barriers. We would have liked to visit the hotel again on New Year's Eve, unfortunately there was no way to book for less than 5 days during this period. As already written, we were thrilled with a few small exceptions and are happy to recommend the hotel

We had booked for 1 week with breakfast and unfortunately only got a room on the south side because we had only booked 3 weeks in advance. I would recommend a room on the lake side to everyone in midsummer. We weren't aware that this 2000 hotel doesn't have air conditioning. The rooms heat up extremely and we had 28 degrees in the room at times. In addition, we only had a small corner room. These rooms adjoin the laundry rooms or the stairwell and are certainly less than 22 square meters in size. Certainly sufficient for a weekend trip, but very cramped if you stay for a week, especially since you have slightly larger suitcases and have problems stowing them. But the room facilities were ok. A parking space directly at the hotel was no longer available, so we had to move to an unpaved space about 250 m away. We were still billed for this at the same price (7.50 per day)! The head receptionist pointed out to us that you could book half board individually for 10 euros per person per day. We then arranged an appointment for an evening to try it out. The service staff knew nothing about it that evening and said it wouldn't exist. Well, there are other options locally and you are more flexible in terms of time. But the biggest shame was that they wanted to charge us half board for 6 days on the day of departure. That doesn't work at all. Here you should protect yourself and get a receipt so that such inconsistencies do not happen. The good side of the hotel is of course the top location. The breakfast was also very good, especially the specially prepared egg dishes. We also liked the small wellness area. However, the price-performance ratio is not consistent. You can't just rest on the good location, but after 25 years you should think about possible renovations (air conditioning, furniture). The communication and language skills of the service staff should also be improved. Conclusion: Due to the location, I can recommend the hotel, but I wouldn't come back again.

We had a south-facing double room on the 2nd floor in the Hotel 'Kleine Strandburg' and were very happy with it. We felt comfortable in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright. The restaurant can accommodate many guests, so there are no waiting times for breakfast or dinner. The half-board food was very good every evening and the selection was varied; we would choose it again at any time. At breakfast there were several types of bread to choose from, all of which tasted good, and there was also a very good, varied selection. The staff at the reception and in the catering area were always attentive and friendly. We would be happy to book the hotel again for our next stay.

We have been to the “Little Beach Castle” several times. It is an all-round perfect hotel. This time we redeemed a voucher from the hotel that we still had from Corona times. The hotel extended the voucher again upon request and we were also able to redeem it in the restaurant. We received excellent service and the food was fantastic. Many thanks to the hotel team. Very nicely located hotel, with very good cuisine and very nice rooms. The rooms are relatively large. There is even an adjustable speaker in the bathroom! Everything is clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very extensive. Egg dishes are freshly prepared. At dinner you could choose from 5 main courses. Starters and desserts were available from the buffet. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that it took quite a long time to refill. But that's complaining at a high level! In any case, we would love to come back!

This is difficult because the staff doesn't show up. Staff generally rather inattentive at breakfast, including when clearing up and setting up. On the first day there was no table prepared for two. At some point we looked for unused dishes from two tables ourselves. Despite all understanding of the personnel situation in the catering industry, it seemed very disorganized. The wellness area is advertised on the website. When you arrive you will find out that it is only accessible from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. That may be sufficient in summer. In March it's not really guest-oriented. Free entry to the pool at Hotel Baltic isn't really an alternative. The sauna in the bathroom is tiny and the relaxation area is rather uncomfortable. The sauna area in the Baltic doesn't open until 1 p.m. and the thermal bath costs extra.

The stay was very pleasant. However, the room description was a bit confusing. Because instead of a bathtub there was only a shower in the room. There was no balcony furniture either, although there was a nice balcony in the room. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The location is of course perfect. We had really good food in the restaurant in the evening, creative cuisine, delicious. However, the waiter was a disaster. Unfriendly, unmotivated, I would almost say, damaging to business. Someone like that shouldn't work in service. The breakfast buffet was great, something for everyone. The massage we booked was carried out very carelessly and without prior communication about what we actually wanted. I also used the sauna area. The aroma sauna smelled of nothing, like a toilet in front of the showers and musty in the steam sauna. But the Finnish sauna was great. Nevertheless, it was a very nice short break, which is probably more due to the location than the hotel.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but very clean and big enough, the location is excellent, as we had a room with a balcony and a sea view. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the spa area as we didn't use it. Parking right in front of the door. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, but there is a negative point because the buffet was not very lovingly prepared, the cold cuts were only standard and very disorganized on the first morning. The cold cuts weren't replenished, so we had to run several times to get toppings on our rolls; the scrambled eggs were still runny in places and very salty. I would certainly recommend the hotel, but booking only without breakfast.

Magdalena carried out the booked massages (hot stone) competently and superbly - special thanks for the friendly advice. Overall, everyone was very friendly and a plus point for the parking space in front of the house! Can only recommend this hotel.

Besuch im Winter - nichts los hier. Ok. Sehr aufgeschlossenes, größtenteils vietnamesisches Personal. Trotzdem: die Atmosphäre trist. Keine gute Stimmung. Das Hotel verzichtet auf Frühstücksbuffet. Ok. Doch man bekommt nicht einfach "Frühstück", sondern soll die Wünsche Wurstscheibengenau der Kellnerin mitteilen. Hmm. Das Prozedere ist mühsam und unlecker. Fast keine Belegung - aber Blick zur Seeseite nur gegen Aufpreis auf die stattlichen 120 € / p.P. Augen roll.... Fazit: es gibt viele Möglichkeiten auf Usedom, das hier ist nicht die beste.

Zimmer sind gut erhalten, Check in bei Frau D. war perfekt, Zimmer sehr sauber und die Frühstücks Crew auch top. Negativ: das Abendessen war ein Reinfall, einfallslos und einfach günstig hergestellt (weil inklusive?) Service von Herrn A.A. War katastrophal - ignorant, nicht aufmerksam - so jemand sollte nicht in der Dienstleistung arbeiten. Er scheint auch ein Problem mit Package Buchungen wie secret escapes zu haben. Massage bei einem Herren war leider auch nur unterdurchschnittlich- keine vorantragen nach Beschwerden, kein erklären der Massage und dadurch auch keine Verbesserung oder Entspannung danach. Dann zahl ich lieber mehr und habe auch was davon…

Sehr gutes Restaurant und angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut und war hochwertig zubereitet.
