Hospitality has a sudden sense of humor, I like it. The food and service as well as the prices are right, I'll be happy to come back.

Bitterly disappointed! We were traveling with two small children and we have rarely experienced anything so unfriendly towards children! We received a curt answer both when we asked if there was a spritzer, which was advertised on a board outside, and when our baby drank something from his own drinking cup! Unfortunately there is no offer for children at coffee time. So (after ordering a scoop of ice cream) we grabbed a pretzel out of our bag for our son to nibble on. We were then warned in an extremely unfriendly and annoyed manner and that it would probably not be tolerated to give the small children a small piece of pretzel to eat. However, there was no alternative on the menu :( so definitely not recommended for families with children! It's better to eat your fill on a bench beforehand :) the children have more fun there and can watch the boats in the harbor

Good service, nice service, but the frozen vegetables are absolutely unbearable, that's not possible for a dish over 20 euros. It's a shame, it could be better. I would also like to forbid any pat answers from the owner. Customer care is different.

Great restaurant, you sit above the marina with a view over the water into the sunset. Food is also very good.

We didn't have a reservation. The friendly ladies opened the next room and extended their hospitality. It was delicious and the service was good. We'll be back!

A restaurant located on the 1st floor, with a direct view over the Zempiner Achterwasser harbor. Fortunately, the harbor itself is relatively free of unpleasant smells, so the immediate neighborhood is not a problem. The food was lovingly prepared, the proportion of fish was a little limited, but very tasty.

Narrow-minded owner, we opened the parasol without permission. She threatened us that if there was any damage, we would be charged for it. She doesn't know anything about it. We also changed seats once without asking (because of the sun). All the tables in the restaurant were reserved (but they were empty). There were three of us, but we hadn't made a reservation. We've been there several times but the boss's attitude is questionable. It's a nice restaurant and if you like something hearty, this is the place for you. However, the narrow-minded type is not for us. You just don't need it anymore. In any case, it was the last time we were there. I've honestly never experienced anything like this!

We spontaneously decided to go there and got a seat. The food was good. The fried potatoes could have been seasoned a little better. The service was very nice.

Haben das Lokal in den vergangenen Jahren mehrfach besucht. Waren immer zufrieden. Gestern waren wir zum Abendessen dort und waren vom Service und dem Essen sehr enttäuscht. Freundlich, willkommen geht anders und die dicke, überwürzte Panade minderte den Geschmack der Speisen. Haben den Aufwand trotzdem mit 10 Prozent Trinkgeld honoriert. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

A very nice restaurant in a very nice location. The view is fantastic. Ending the evening there and enjoying the sunset is a nice end to the day. The food was very, very tasty 5 stars. The staff is very friendly and funny. We will be back!!!

Location with a very nice view, that's about it for the positive impressions... Price - performance with the quality of the food is simply cheeky. We cannot understand the positive reviews. “Mashed potatoes with herbs”... what was served was mixed, low-quality potato powder puree, the boiled beef was simply tasteless. The feta cheese with the herring was also of poor quality and the fried potatoes were far too fatty. As the saying goes - hunger drives you in... enjoyment is different. Our factual and honest answer when we asked whether it was tasty was acknowledged with the words that the food could have been returned. An apology would have been appropriate and the minimum reaction would have been. Kindness is different.

View and staff super friendly. There is also something for children to play with.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has decreased compared to previous visits. Greasy fried potatoes and the garnish of the dish was very bland.

Clear recommendation. Delicious food, the regional drinks are a must. We always enjoy coming here. And: friendly service!!! PS: if the service is unfriendly (as already complained about), then remember that they also have stress when the hut is full. And: whoever IS unfriendly should not expect friendliness.

My friend overheard a loud conversation at a nearby table at another location. There, galley 3 was praised for the good food. That's how we came to the conclusion that this restaurant was located at the Achterwasser harbor. One beautiful evening we tried our luck with dinner here and were amazed beyond measure. You can park a few steps away. Officially there is a fee, but nobody seems to control it. The restaurant is located at the Achterwasser harbor where the rich and famous dock with dinghies or small yachts. This is the only drawback. Down on the ground floor, next to the restaurant seating, there appears to be a shower in the building for the yachted. This increases the noise level due to unusual noises when eating. Otherwise you will find very friendly service and good food here. Very good food. We came here three times because it was so good. Of course, the main thing here is fresh fish. But also meat dishes that we didn't try but that looked appetizing at the next table. The dishes are all homemade. Whether mango sauce or remoulade with thick onions and cucumber pieces, you can taste that they are not everyday products. For around 12 - 17 euros you get a large portion of fresh food. The two of us paid around 35 - 40 euros with drinks. In the summer you can sit outside, otherwise it is very comfortably furnished on the first floor. However, you may want to pre-order. We recommend. Addendum 2024... The first time after the Plan_demic! eaten here again. Still highly recommended. Delicious and friendly chat with Kathi. The parking lot is now free.

I was in Zinnowitz with my wife in July 2022. We discovered the restaurant while cycling can only say: all thumbs up. It's popular, you should reserve a table.

Of course we had fish - it was delicious. The tomato salad I ordered with it was sensational. Even special requests are fulfilled. Friendly and competent hospitality. Thank you for the lovely evening. We will be back. :) Unfortunately not dog friendly :(

Great restaurant, super nice service. The restaurant was completely reserved and we were then offered a table in another room, which we gratefully accepted. Drinks came quickly, food was all homemade, super tasty. If I could, I would always go there. Prices are mega, we paid €55 for two meals of wine, beer, water and grog, totally okay.

We were spontaneously there today and are totally thrilled, the fish ladder, the nest stool and also the mouse nest were very tasty, we can only recommend it!

We have been traveling on the island for many years and were looking for new insider tips...tadaa...found. Nice service, delicious home-made food and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll come back when it's longer light outside and we can enjoy the view of the backwater.

Mega leckeres Essen. Sehr freundlich Bedienung. Haben noch Platz bekommen obwohl alles reserviert war oder schon besetzt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Haben in der Kombüse auf anraten unsere Gastgeber unser Abendessen eingenommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Rotbarchfilet mit Beilage haben wir uns bestellt und wir können beide nur schwärmen. Es war sehr lecker und ansprechend mit Remoulade, Krautsalat und Bratkartoffel angerichtet. Dazu gab es ein Regionales Glas Bier. Zu allem anderen kam auch noch die Lage am Hafen dazu das wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke für den schönen Abend.

Liegt direkt am Yachthafen Restaurant ist im ersten OG und man hat einen guten Blick übers Achterwasser!

Fantastisches, kleines Restaurant direkt am Yachthafen. Das essen wird alles frisch zubereitet und es schmeckt umwerfend.

Wir wollten uns eigentlich nur kurz den Hafen angucken und haben dann die „Kombüse 3“ entdeckt. Die Einrichtung ist richtig cool und das Personal sehr freundlich und fleißig. Das Essen war mega lecker 😋. Man sitzt oben und kann schön auf den Hafen schauen und sieht wie z.B. gerade ein Boot ins Wasser gelassen wird.

Bestellt hatte Hähnchenbrust mit Feta überbacken, Rahmchampions und Kartoffelspalten. Für meinen Sohn ein paar Beilagen-Nudeln, weil es keine Kinderkarte gab. Bekommen habe ich ein flachen Stück Fleisch (Evtl war die Hähnchenbrust aufgeschnitten), was noch nicht ganz durch war und nach Fisch geschmeckt hat. Ungenießbar. Nach drei Stücken habe ich aufgegeben. Oben drauf lagen vier Fetawürfel, also von überbacken keine Spur. Die Rahmchampignons waren ein Fertigprodukt und ungenießbar. Nur die Kartoffelspalten waren gut. Die musste ich mit meinem Sohn teilen, weil auch die Bandnudeln geschmacklos waren. Außerdem waren die sicherlich nicht frisch und nur aufgewärmt, zumindest haben sie so geschmeckt. Das Essen der restlichen Familie Fisch und Königsberger Klopse konnte man essen, aber richtig gut war es auch nicht. Wenigstens mussten wir die Nudeln nicht bezahlen.

Wir waren spontan zum Mittagessen an diesem hübschen Ort. Das Essen war super lecker, der Ausblick auf den kleinen Yachthafen wunderschön und die Bedienung war nett. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen das es dort eher ruhig und klein gehalten war. Wir haben in aller Ruhe, mit Blick aufs Wasser gegessen und unser Knopf hat entspannt im Kinderwagen geschlafen. Eine tolle Auszeit für Eltern, die das spontane Schläfchen vom Kind entspannt nutzen wollen. Danke für diese kleine leckere Auszeit 🌊🩵

Wir waren nach 2022 auch dieses Jahr wieder hier und sind nach wie vor begeistert. Freundliche Bedienung, tolle Gerichte, äußerst schmackhaft zubereitet und ein zauberhafter Blick über's Achterwasser. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich ok, und das Ambiente toll. Wir kommen immer gern wieder. Vergesst die Italiener im Ort Zinnowitz ( mit Ausnahme von "da Rico" an der Promenade, vor dem Fischerstrand, der ist Spitze ) und besucht die "Kombüse 3". Besser: vorher reservieren !

Wenn ich in Zinnowitz bin, kehre ich hier regelmäßig und gerne ein. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, die Bestellung wird flott aufgenommen. Es vergeht wenig Zeit, bis die Getränke und das Essen auf dem Tisch tehen. Ich aß Lachs mit Bratkartoffeln, sehr lecker ... Der Blick auf die Ostsee ist das i - Tüpfelchen :-)

Man bekommt in der Kombüse gute regionale Küche! Die Qualität war in Ordnung, aber es waren nicht alle Zutaten frisch zu bereitet! Im Verhältnis dafür zu teuer. Der Besuch lohnt sich trotzdem!

Wirklich sehr leckeres Essen, das aber auch seinen Preis hat. Generell sehr hohes Preisniveau in Zinnowitz, daher einen Stern Abzug. Fischtreppe als Spezialität des Hauses ist sehr zu empfehlen. Blick auf den Zinnowitzer Hafen am Achterwasser rundet die Sache ab.

Wir gehen nun schon das 3. Jahr in die Kombüse 3 während unseres Urlaubs. Sind jedes Mal wieder neu überrascht, über die Vielfalt der Speisen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Hier arbeitet und bedient die Chefin noch selbst. Es ist ein Muss für uns während des Urlaubs mindestens 3 Mal Essen zu gehen. Achtung Voranmeldung wäre sinnvoll. Die Feldmäuse aus Chemnitz

Sehr übersichtliche Portionsgröße, aber schmeckt. Nuggets für Kinder nicht zu empfehlen ( Gefühlt TK vom Discounter) Mobilar außen dürfte gerne mal repariert werden. Schöne Aussicht auf Boote

Fischgerichte mit interessanten Beilagenkombinationen. Das Essen ist aber gut. Freundliche Bedienung und vom Restaurant eine schöne Aussicht auf das Achterwasser.

Wir haben uns von den Bewertungen verleiten lassen und wurden leider enttäuscht. Der Fokus bei Fischgerichten sollte auf dem Fisch liegen und nicht auf den teils exotischen Beilagen, die den Fischgeschmack vollkommen überdecken. Auch bestand mein Barsch mehr aus Panade als aus Fisch. Die Preise sind okay, aber wenn es nicht schmeckt, nützt das leider auch nichts. Einziger Lichtblick war das Duvel und Leffe Bier.

Hatten Lust auf nen leckeren Milchkaffee. Auf Nachfrage, ob der ,,große" RIESIG ist,war die Antwort...ja Gut, dann eben zwei kleine....was bekamen wir????? Zwei kleine in einer normalen Kaffeetasse. Da schmeckt doch kein Milchkaffee 🤔🤔🤔 Wie RIESIG war denn der Grosse???? Ich nahm noch ein Wasser und einen Rotwein. Tja, was soll ich sagen....der Rotwein wurde wortwörtlich !!! eiskalt serviert und das Wasser war wohltemperiert. Aufs Bezahlen haben wir auch ewig gewartet, deshalb auch nur 30ct Trinkgeld

Wir waren spontan gestern 26.Juni zu viert da. Der Service war schnell freundlich und angenehm 😊 Die Speisekarte reichlich mit sehr guten regionalen Angebot! Das Essen kam sehr warm und man(n) kann gut satt werden. Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir waren nicht ganz zufrieden mit dem Essen. Leider waren die Bratkartoffeln sehr fettig und das Zanderfilet schmeckte alt und war auch fast nicht gewürzt wie die Bratkartoffeln. Schade . Personal freundlichen und der Ausblick super.
