Restaurant Blaue Lagune Vineta in Zinnowitz

We have had bad experiences several times with the service and unfortunately also with the food (price performance is not right!). We are understanding guests, but the employees should be able to understand you linguistically and vice versa. We wanted to eat duck on Christmas Eve and reserve a table, but we were not understood, so it was not possible to choose a table. Well, without the desired space, you can't have everything. Not a problem per se. Our reservation was written down on a separate piece of paper (that seemed strange to us). When we wanted to cancel our reservation for Christmas Eve today (we found something else), we were told that there was no reservation at all. How can something like that be, honestly? It's not a problem if employees don't speak perfect German, but you should be able to understand them fundamentally in order to make a reservation. It was the last attempt for us. A tip at Vineta is to check your reservation again

Value for money is slightly overwrought. Nice service makes an effort. A small piece of plum cake for 5.50 is really way over the top. Winter punch is very ok for that. Fish soup is a real joke: carrot and celery strips in a cream sauce with square pieces of pollock is unworthy of Usedom. So overall rather disappointed.

We were there today at lunchtime, We had to wait a long time until we were even asked what we wanted, had to wait about 30 minutes for the ice cream we ordered (with a child) and then had to wait a long time until we were finally allowed to pay. The table next to us had ordered warm food and would have to wait forever... I'm on vacation and I'm not in a hurry to wait 30 minutes for an ice cream???? Honest? The restaurant wasn't even well attended...

We stopped here for lunch today, the restaurant is right on the promenade. Super friendly welcome, a great selection and it tasted really good too. You can definitely get good food here at fair prices, thank you very much.

Very tasty food. Very friendly staff. We're trying it out on vacation, so unfortunately I won't be visiting this place again, but I can highly recommend it!!! Especially the salad with sea buckthorn dressing was great!!!!

Very good food, very friendly service, pleasant atmosphere. Note: There is very little à la cart selection, but it is not necessary as there is also a buffet and it is primarily aimed at hotel visitors. So you should be clear in advance what you want to eat and see if it is available! (NO negative CRITICISM!!)

I wanted to eat today with my wife around 5 p.m. and there was no staff there to see. After 2 minutes, a female person came out of the next room. We greeted her in a friendly way. She didn't pay any attention to us and went back into the next room, so we walked backwards out. This restaurant probably needs something so unfriendly no guests in January is just decoration. Cheeky shouldn't open it if you don't feel like it☹️

We had dinner in the lagoon today...unfortunately the food wasn't something you would eat there again...the cucumber salad and the schnitzel were good...the fried potatoes were almost cold...the burgers were almost a joke for the price. .the mixed salad without dressing and the fries were almost cold and limp..but the staff was very nice..all in all..it wasn't recommended today..it's a shame

Unfortunately we were very disappointed today for Boxing Day. We reserved a table in the blue lagoon some time ago. At that time we could have been informed that there would be no à la carte food that day. But this was not done. Today we were there for dinner and when we sat at the table we were faced with a fait accompli. There is only buffet, the price is 27 euros per person. For the price, at least we thought, you can expect a good buffet. It was actually limited to 2 dishes, which was fish and duck. The duck was so dry, you would have thought it was from the day before, the rosemary potatoes unfortunately didn't taste any better, and unfortunately we can't say anything different about the dessert. Red cabbage and vegetables were good. Overall, we are so disappointed and expected significantly better quality for this price. And finally, the fact that you are not allowed to pay with cash, especially since cash is legal tender in Germany, is quite astonishing.

We were here today and ate our fill of duck. It was very delicious. But unfortunately there was only one portion of red cabbage and dumplings. There was also no option to order or pay for these separately.

We had breakfast and dinner (also buffet). Very tasty and freshly prepared. We're talking about the schnitzel and cod fillet a la carte. At the buffet there was chicken leg, fresh fish and plenty of side dishes. The buffet changes daily. At breakfast there was everything your heart could desire, from sweet to savory, from healthy to unhealthy. Recommended.

Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, nette Bedienung und tolles Essen. Buffet als auch ala Carte sind wärmstens zu empfehlen. Weiter so!!!

Restaurant sehr sauber und hochwertig, Essen und Auswahl gut,geht aber besser.Speisekarte recht übersichtlich und preislich ok.Lage an der Promenade ist gut.Da geht noch etwas mehr!

Beste Lage, immer gut besucht. Kuchen schmeckt prima und das Pizzabrot ist zu empfehlen. 👌👌 lekker. Aufmerksame Mitarbeiter.

Zander mit Bratkartoffeln und Gurkensalat war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Gastraum, wie ein Wintergarten, groß, sauber und dem Thema entsprechend. Aber für meinen Geschmack zu hellhörig.

Es wird hier das Essen nur als Buffett angeboten. Ist zu einem nicht so mein "Ding".Aber auch die Qualität die hier dann abgeliefert wird, entspricht dem eines " Schnellrestaurant ".Sicherlich wird man satt , aber lecker geht anders.

Super Hotel.Ein Wochenende verbracht , mit tollem Service und total leckerem Essen. Egal ob Frühstück, Kaffee oder Abendbrot. Tolles Personal, Die Zeit war viel zu kurz, aber wunderschön. Besonderen Dank an Georg , mach weiter so tolle Arbeit. Die Gäste werden dankbar sein.

Waren zum Frühstück hier. Essen war okay. Service ließ viele Wünsche offen.

Wir haben das Fischbuffet genossen - total lecker! Grosse Auswahl (auch an Beilagen) und es gab auch für "Nicht-Fischliebhaber" etwas... Salate und Desserts ebenfalls echt lecker... sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr tolles Ambiente, freundliche, aufmerksame Mitarbeiter und natürlich ein tolles schmackhaftes Angebot. Sehr Kinderfreundlich... wir kommen wieder!

Ich war Hotelgast und kann nur das Frühstücksbuffet beurteilen. Es gab alles was ich auch erwartet hatte. Brot, Marmelade, Butter, Wurst, Käse, 2 Sorten Rührei, weichgekochte Eier, Obst, Müsli, Saft, Wasser, Kakao, Kaffee und noch anderes. Für ein 4* Hotel gehört sich das auch so. Aussenbereich mit Sonnenschutz. Das Abendbuffet kostet z. Z. 26,50€ Das war mir etwas zu teuer. Was im Nachhinein Quatsch war, da die umliegenden Restaurants auch teuer sind und man am Buffet eine größere Auswahl hat. Nächste mal dann.

Wir waren zum Fischbuffet- Essen es war sehr lecker , sehr appetitlich angerichtet und das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich. Der Abend war top!!

Toller Service, lecker Waffeln und ein echt starke Kaffee...was will man mehr? 😁😁
