Top location right on the beach. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right. The room was very small and partly very shabby. There was also no small refrigerator. There is definitely a need for renovation here. Especially in the bathroom. The food was ok, but rather run-of-the-mill for a sports hotel. I would have expected more freshness. Since the buffet was quite cramped overall, we had great difficulty getting anything at all.

The hotel is located directly on the beach and offers a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. If you want to enjoy the sound of the waves as you fall asleep or in the early morning, a room facing the lake is a great option. Breakfast is plentiful with a large and varied selection. Fresh warm rolls are simply a pleasure. You'll have to wait a bit for the elevator, but if you're on vacation you shouldn't let that stress you out.

A really nice hotel, friendly staff Always a smile on your lips, little tip everything above the third floor (lake side) has a beautiful view of the sea. The Bernstein Therme is definitely worth a visit. The hotel is worth every penny.

As always, staying at Baltic is a pleasure. We are guests for the 5th time now and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Rooms are clean, bottle of water is free every day. Service is friendly. Food tastes good and is plentiful. Everything you need and more is there for both breakfast and dinner. Of course, you can always find something to criticize if you look. We're not even looking, we're just enjoying our time here in the Baltic. After all, you only have vacation once a year :-) We can't fully understand some people's reviews. The demands or ideas of individuals do not seem to be compatible with the circumstances in the Baltic. We personally think it's a shame. Because our personal favorite is the Baltic Hotel in Zinnowitz. If you are looking for a hotel close to the beach with a theme, childcare, good, rich food and friendly service, the Baltic in Zinnowitz is the right place for you. The only thing that really surprised us is how tips are handled in the house. Since each department has its own tip cash register, envy and greed arise among the departments. I was personally very disturbed by the statement made by an employee: "We all have separate cash registers because otherwise the management would pocket the tips."

The hotel is close to the beach. Rooms are well maintained, you should definitely make sure to include the safe and refrigerator (minibar) in the package when booking. I took it for granted. It was really bad that it was missing. At temperatures of 30 degrees, I would have liked to have my drinks cooled. Not being able to put my money in a room safe also left me feeling uneasy. If you want to visit the restaurant on site, you should order in advance. Otherwise you can go again. The room service was great. The ladies always changed my bathrobe or towels when I asked. They were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, I experienced something different at the reception on the day of arrival. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and left nothing to be desired. My special thanks go to the kitchen staff. Some prices here in Zinnowitz are beyond good and bad. That's why I won't come here again. Even if you say OK, it's vacation, I'll treat myself to something, but what is expected of vacationers here is bordering on cheeky. That's my opinion, everyone can make up their own mind.

Booked half board. Only the breakfast was okay. The bathroom was too small for 2 people. Mattress were read through. But the place was great.

First of all, super friendly staff, many thanks to the team! The location is great, the room with bathroom was super clean. There was a bottle of water in the room every day and, in addition to the obligatory towels, there were also bathrobes. We even had the best pillows in our bed that we have ever had in a hotel. The breakfast buffet is large and sufficient, not only with a variety of dishes but also with cold and warm drinks. Likewise dinner. The parking lot that belongs to the hotel is reasonable for the price. Unfortunately you can tell in some places that the hotel is getting older. When you opened the window frame to ventilate it, you could see that it was already pale due to the type of surface of the outside wall of the hotel. There were four elevators, two of which went to the top and two to the fifth floor. However, the programming was so old that we had to wait more than ten minutes on more than one occasion. However, the main reason for our statement is the lack of ventilation in the room. We don't expect air conditioning in Germany. But ventilation for the room would be good. The only option for this was the two windows. Here, on warm days, fresh air and a bit of cooling comes only in the evening and night hours when it is not humid. This is very uncomfortable if you are in the room for a long time during the day. Regarding the location, you can briefly say that behind the hotel there is a small strip of trees, after which you can directly see the beach and the Baltic Sea. Less than a minute's walk from the exit to the beach. At the entrance to the hotel there is a small area for cleaning your feet from the sand. There is also a table tennis table and a table football table there. The thermal baths with sea water are beautifully laid out and you can enter via a hotel corridor. The path is a little winding, but it's ok. There was also free water to drink with fresh lemon. We can't say anything about the sauna. If the opportunity arises, we'll come back again.

This was our second time here on a short vacation. All in all quite okay. The house is old, but well maintained. Of course the location and view are great if you have the right room. The elevator to get to the upper floors is in urgent need of renovation. The food (buffet) is okay for a short vacation. For a longer stay, more variety would be good.

Thank you for the lovely holiday in your house. We, my 5 year old son and I, were guests in your house for a week. What we particularly liked was the great view of the Baltic Sea and the pier directly from our room, the short walk to the beach with lots of beach chairs. On bad days we made extensive use of the Bernsteintherme, which is easy and easy to access via a bathrobe corridor directly in the basement of the hotel. We had booked half board and were able to eat our fill of the rich breakfast and evening buffet, which changed daily. There was nothing to complain about about the food for this price and for this quantity, which had to be provided for almost all hotel guests. Luckily we managed to get a parking space right in front of the hotel, but the distances to the other parking spaces aren't really a problem. The cocktails in the bar were very tasty and the evening music from the brasserie was more relaxing than annoying listening to it through the hotel window. However, there are a few unpleasant little things worth mentioning: Some parents let their children run around the buffet and thus pose a danger to other guests, the constantly sticky floor at the children's juice machine and some messy tables left behind - the staff can't do anything about it , but unfortunately you can see their displeasure. A friendly smile would have been nice at times, plus the large proportion of staff from all sorts of countries who understand or speak little or no German. That was sometimes a bit annoying, especially when you wanted something or asked for something. A missing wristband for the thermal chip with the announcement from the sexy receptionist with the pouting lips that everyone was taken and I had to make sure I didn't lose it - otherwise 15 euros would be due - was more arrogant than binding. But we would love to come back next year.

Perfect location, great indoor swimming pool and thermal bath with sea water. Rooms on floor 8 city side very warm due to sunlight in summer (suites). Evening menu is good, but stays the same for months. Beach chairs can be rented at the hotel. Parking fee 15€/night. Bicycle garage and battery charging cabinet available. E-bike batteries may not be charged in the room. Great breakfast. Overall impression and cleanliness very good.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed when we arrived in the evening, as the reception staff were unfortunately not that friendly. Sea view was a joke (forest). No coffee and the entire property is getting quite old! And this giant block doesn't fit into Zinnowitz's beautiful picture at all. Totally overpriced for 2 nights €750 (your own fault) but not justified at all. You were no longer allowed to use the parking lot or wellness area after checking out. So won't come back and don't recommend it.

The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. WiFi was not available on ours. A refrigerator would be great. Rooms are very small, but enough to accommodate everything. The bathroom is large, but there is definitely a lack of storage space. There is also a step between the hallway and the bathroom, where a noticeable marking would make sense. Food was sufficient, if you go here hungry it's your own fault. The biggest drawback is that there is not enough space to dry bathrobes, hotel towels, beach towels and swimwear. An attempt was made to curb the problem somewhat with a small electric wall heater in the bathroom, but with three people in the room it is not possible to dry everything.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited. Definitely something for water lovers. But in summer you should make sure that you get a room with a sea view (north side) so that it doesn't get too hot.

Absolutely amazing hotel for this budget. It is a top mid-range hotel. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet is very good and sufficient. The people who vacation here are diverse and very pleasant. There is an information sheet (morning post) every morning with offers, excursion tips and weather forecast. There is a bottle of mineral water in the room every day. A short walk takes you to the in-house thermal baths. The beach promenade can be reached in 5 minutes. We just can't say anything bad and will definitely come back here. A small refrigerator would be nice in the room, but that's no problem either. Thank God you can open the windows completely! This means that even on warm sunny days there is a pleasant coolness in the evenings Air in. And with two adults in one room, it works quite well with the children too😉.

The hotel is well suited for a family holiday with small children. The beach is directly behind the hotel on the promenade. There are several playgrounds nearby. For a romantic couple's vacation, I would prefer other hotels on the beach promenade. Food: Breakfast with a large selection and good quality. Dinner also has a large selection, but the quality is sometimes better and sometimes rather average. Sometimes some dishes are no longer available after 7 p.m. A proper pepper mill is missing. Rooms: there is no air conditioning, solutions refrigerator and the mattresses are saggy. Unfortunately, the mattresses were not exchanged even after three speeches. Otherwise the rooms were ok. TUI Kids Club: friendly and good child care. Thermal and swimming pool: everything clean and in good condition. However, some of the tile edges in the pool are a bit sharp-edged and pose a risk of injury. The design of the outdoor area could be better. The facades of the three surrounding buildings are not beautiful. I never saw any staff in the area of ​​the thermal bath on several visits. Service: friendly, attentive and tries to fulfill wishes. This especially applies to the staff at Edward's Bar! There was also live music there every evening. At the reception there are several daily newspapers and the Bild. Parking: a bit expensive at €15 per day. After a few days there is at least a discount. It's a shame that some guests have really bad parking and take up two parking spaces. Elevators: the label indicating which elevators serve floors each week is completely irrelevant. Everyone drives to all floors.

It's a beautiful hotel inside. Lots of options for things to do and, best of all, just a 2-minute walk from the beach.

The Baltic, formerly "Red October", is in a well-kept condition with an exceptionally good location on the Baltic Sea. The room and the entire hotel are in good condition. The focus here is on family beach holidays with children. The thermal baths and pool are also very clean and are included in the price for hotel guests. I found the parking fee of €15 per day a bit excessive. The public parking spaces in Zinnowitz “only” charge €8 per day. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and attractively presented, and there is still room for improvement in the taste of the food. The service staff always tried to make the guests happy.

Yes, a large modern box but a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. For us, view is more important than view. If you want a thatched roof hut, rent one. For the 3 weeks of summer vacation, we prefer the top beach location, the large swimming area, childcare, gym and spa as well as hotel service. Holiday apartments under thatch tend to be in the low season.

WiFi doesn't reach into our room. It would be nice if there was not only a cardio room but also a weight room. Otherwise the hotel is really nice.

It's very sad to see how, for a lot of money, you get a small, noisy room whose bathroom probably still has the original East German furnishings for over 30 years. Unfortunately, the in-house restaurant is also not recommended, it looks better than it is. There is no need to praise the breakfast buffet, it should be standard. This standard is actually met. Of course, you can't get great coffee with 400 other guests at the same time. Otherwise, it's terrible to hear live music every evening with the window open, and while we're on the subject of windows, if you want to throw yourself out of the window, you can do it very easily because you can open it completely, which is very negligent for such a big one Building. Luckily, our children never opened the window on their own, even though that wouldn't have been a problem for children. So, if you like a touristy experience, would like to hug people with large stomachs, or would like to get to know all kinds of dog breeds, this is the right place for you. The hotel is very cheap and in this context the food is plentiful but in parts it is mass instead of class which could be due to the low price. You can definitely get full and it's certainly not a completely objective assessment and some complaining at a high level. Family: Regarding the assessment as a TUI Kids Hotel, Anne Puetzner's review is very accurate. Good: I would like to positively highlight the hard-working service staff in the restaurant and house keeping area. Everyone here has been very friendly and pleasant during our two stays so far. I think it's certainly not easy to get good employees, especially in these times. Bath: Basically, you have to be prepared to be exposed to cigarette smoke when leaving and entering the hotel. Depending on the direction of the wind, it tends to drift noticeably into the rooms when the windows are open or tilted (even up to the upper floors). Miscellaneous: There is also a parking fee of 10 euros per day and a tourist tax (per person).

We stayed at the Hotel Baltic at the beginning of August 2021 - we were very satisfied. We have only stayed in smaller hotels so far and this year we decided on the Baltic. The hotel is the largest in the area and stands out straight away, but it also offers the most beautiful view. We had a room with a sea and forest view. That was very nice and enjoyable. As guests of the house, we had free entry to the saltwater thermal baths with outdoor pools and areas and the fun pool. We used the thermal baths every day and there was also a bar there for our afternoon snack. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Just like the other areas of the hotel. Which isn't a point deducted because it's my personal preference - I don't like carpet, neither in the room nor in the hallways. But that's my problem - The carpets were vacuumed every day. Due to the current "Corona rules" we had to wear a mask in the aisles and at the buffet - but that wasn't a bad thing. The buffet had plenty of choice, both at breakfast and at dinner We had everything from meat, fish, vegetarian and children's menus. What made it a bit uncomfortable for us personally was the high volume in the large dining room. Since there were hardly any objects that could be swallowed, such as plants or similar things, in the hall, we couldn't stay there any longer. On a small, more environmentally friendly note, we loved that there were cards with the menus on them every day - but, there are such big walls - why not put up boards there and write the menus there? It's a shame to print so much paper every day and then throw it away again. The pub in the hotel was good, the drinks were well mixed and the prices were the same as all the other restaurants and bars nearby. The service was always friendly and courteous - as was the entire staff in the hotel. All the employees were very nice. I think some people forget that there are only people standing there and that they react to their own appearance. If you are friendly, they will be friendly too. We arrived home from our lovely vacation yesterday. I had previously read about the hotel here on Google, what were the experiences of people who had already been there. After reading a few reviews here, I had serious thoughts about whether we would even like it. We usually stay in a hotel on Rügen for many years. This year we should go to Usedom. Now after our vacation I have to say that the doubts were unfounded. We were welcomed very warmly and everything was patiently explained to us, where everything was. We had booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms. It was so beautiful... Big, bright and clean... With a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. 🌊 Many reviews criticized the food. 🤨 We can't complain at all. There was always enough there and I think there was something for everyone. There was something different every day and the non plus ultra was simply the drinks with dinner. Everyone can drink as many soft drinks as they want. The carafe of wine was enough for us at sunset. There is one thing I have to complain about a little, partly the service in the dining room. It wasn't like that every day, but on a few occasions yes. It was also a shame that there were a lot of people there for breakfast and part of the dining room was cordoned off. The barrier was moved forward at the end of the week so there was even less space available. Since there were 5 of us at the end of the week, we had little chance of getting a place. The hotel doesn't look that good from the outside, but it does look good from the inside. The rooms look very comfortably furnished. Breakfast and dinner were always very tasty and varied. The hotel is very centrally located just 5 minutes from the beach and it is not far from the beach promenade. A huge thank you to the staff, they were always very friendly. We would definitely like to come back and can only recommend this hotel 👍.

It's a concrete box with no balconies. Huge breakfast room. Huge corridors. Not inviting. We just looked at the hotel. This is out of the question for us for a vacation.

We had a very nice weekend in Zinnowitz. The room was great and the service was great. Nothing was left to be desired for breakfast. We would like to come again

Very nice location but unfortunately with half board (at the second meal time from 7 p.m. only leftovers, some cold and meat hard). Dinner turned out very bad because years ago everything was great. Room was small and clean at the beginning after the second day, not so much anymore and from the bathroom there is a tripping hazard about 10cm high. Be absolutely careful. We will most likely not come back as nothing came from the hotel management after complaints, what a shame. The price-performance ratio is no longer right

As always, great, the room was cleaned properly, we were able to get in earlier than planned. The hotel itself was great as always, great offers for the kids and a nice evening program for the adults (bar, music). Now to the food, the buffet was again very rich, whether in the evening or in the morning. Even the different dishes, fish, meat, various salads, in the morning also sausage and cheese platters, as well as 3 different types of eggs, bacon, sausages or muesli and 4-6 sweet spreads. The baked goods were constantly refilled, even in the evening. They even went to the trouble of freshly preparing special food (all saltless) for my wife. MY BIGGEST THANKS TO THE CHEFS FOR THIS. All in all, this kitchen is highly recommended. Good to find. Hotel has a very good location. Was there with my girlfriend. check in It's not clear why you have a self-service check-in if you still have to get the spa card and the chip for the thermal baths from reception. Finally, when we arrived at reception, we were given the missing items mentioned above. The gentleman with his difficult to understand German then complained to us why we didn't use the on-site parking lot, but the cheaper one around the corner for 8 euros (24 hours). We also didn't understand the description of the route to breakfast. The crowning achievement was that we didn't get the chip for the thermal bath straight away, but had to traipse there again. Room Size is sufficient. It was around 23 degrees outside and the room facing the street (south side) got very hot. Fans and air conditioning are not on site. The bathroom was okay. hotel I can confirm the reviews from other reviews. The signage in the hotel is very poor. We only knew the way to breakfast because people were coming towards us. The way to the room wasn't really signposted either, we didn't know exactly which elevator to use. The breakfast itself was very good. Bernstein Thermal Therme Nicely designed thermal baths, but that's about it. Lockers are available, but can only be used with 2 euro pieces. When we entered the thermal baths, we found it a bit fresh. You noticed this even more when you got out of the water. Temperature indoor and outdoor pool was ok. To what extent something like this can be called a thermal bath is beyond my knowledge. Could have been warmer. The swimming pool hall with children's area, located in another room, took a bit of walking and mediocre signage to find. The changing area was very slippery, so much so that we almost got skinned in the women's or men's area. Children's pool was really very fresh. Regarding the changing room downstairs in the thermal bath, I can confirm that the women's area smelled very unpleasant. Conclusion: Price performance is not right here at all. Overpriced rooms with overpriced Bernstein Therme bathroom. There are better places with fair prices.

The hotel has certainly seen better days. Unfortunately, it's over. 15 euros per day for parking is not okay. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit either.

Old atmosphere, renovated rooms, but very cold and carelessly furnished (clinic feeling). We had a room with a sea view. It was just loud because of the adjacent outdoor pool, which is accessible from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.... Between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. the pool also roars non-stop, you can't hear the sea at all :-( 15€/night for the parking lot directly at the hotel is a rip-off! TIP: In the small parking lot on the corner of Dünenstrasse (10 meters further on the other side of the street from the hotel) parking for 24 hours only costs €8! Dinner was terrible, everything was overcooked, it was hardly refilled, canteen atmosphere. The whole hotel seems old, cold, dark, anonymous and loveless. Not acceptable for 300€/night. We won't be coming back.

I am currently here for the second time with my parents (83 and 89) as well as my daughter and grandchildren. Great location, rooms on the land side very quiet, clean and absolutely sufficient, friendly staff, 1 bottle of water per room per day (that's not usual), thermal baths and seawater swimming pool great, extra price for the excellent beach sauna is reasonable, half board tastes good and there's a bit of everything (by the way, we had a table reserved right at the beginning👍), parking fee at 15€/day is a bit high... all in all highly recommended and just the right thing for my elderly parents👍🥰

It was our 49th wedding anniversary and we thought, let's go to Zinnowitz again, said it, did it, after a little walk we came to the Hotel Baltic, we've been there several times before, but what we experienced this time , is just embarrassing and a reflection of this society. How can I put an apprentice alone in a bar, I have no idea, she couldn't even serve Berliner Weisse with a shot, it's a miracle she managed to make the coffee, but a machine makes it, so all she has to do is press the button press, it took a very long time until you were even noticed and served. I don't want to badmouth the hotel, but with untrained and incompetent staff you can also damage the reputation of a hotel.

Children run wild in the thermal bath, even though there is a non-swimmer area with a slide. There is a nice, large bike garage for bicycles, which can usually be opened with your room keycard. Big disadvantage: after 11.30 p.m. it is locked and you no longer have access. Where do the wheels go then??? If you put it down in the entrance area, you get a very nice (really nice :)) reference to the bicycle garage. If necessary, it should be reconsidered and another solution found. Recommended for a short vacation.

Great hotel, with great offers in-house. It's great that the thermal baths can be reached via a "bathrobe corridor". A small welcome greeting was waiting for our dog. For my birthday I was given a bucket with a bottle of champagne and a greeting card in front of my door. Excellent service. The breakfast is really varied and sufficient. The staff at the reception are hard-working and all very friendly. A clear recommendation from us!

We were able to spend a few wonderful days in your hotel. A big compliment and thank you to everyone who keeps this great concept running. Everything was just right to unwind 😉 The Bernstein Therme is of course also very, very beautiful. We would like to come again!!!!

Great hotel for a break on the Baltic Sea

It's the little things for which I only give 3 stars. Welcome champagne without glasses, no minibar. There are only 2 coffee machines in the breakfast room, waiting time about 30 minutes!!! Tripping hazard in the bathroom. Incorrect opening times for the pool given. Thermal bath too expensive, a bit too cold (the little things). We were on the 5th floor. Windows can be opened completely, danger to small children!!

So I have to say we really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but everything inside is tip-top. The staff is very nice. Our room was great for our long weekend. Entry to the Bernsteintherme and breakfast was included. What we didn't like so much was that there was nothing on offer in the evening, although it said everywhere that there was live music and that there was no drinking in the thermal baths (coffee, etc.). But it's also the low season. The breakfast buffet was extensive and varied. Our conclusion is great value for money.

April 10, 2024: Compared to last year, the quality of the food has become worse...no filter coffee, only machine coffee, which many people don't like. No variety of rolls....only 2 types!!!! Yoghurt should only be served in the original cup...do not switch to glasses!! Dinner too salty and no big selection! Rooms have no safe, no mini fridge, no hooks for bathrobes and swimsuits. Parking too expensive. Hotel portals will get this rating.

Breakfast goes, room goes (dog room) Standard breakfast at least with milk alternatives. Otherwise warmed up stuff, no more than ok. Out of season the package with thermal bath is scam. The website advertises that the seawater pool is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and then you find yourself in front of locked doors in the morning. The notice says from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The same with the cardio area: Should be open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. In fact it was only until 6:00 p.m. The welcome letter even says the wrong times. It's stupid when you do something during the day and can't use the package you booked. Parking €15 per day! However, there is a parking space at the nearby football field with a mobile phone ticket for €8 per day. Can be easily extended every 24 hours. Plus: The dog was greeted very nicely with little attention, but it also costs €25 per night.

The only thing missing is a small refrigerator compartment.

Good standard, nice staff, lovely childcare, enough choice of food and delicious. Both swimming pools are fun and clean. We really liked the massages and the prices were fair. As a minus, I have to mention the 15€ fees for daily use of the parking lot and the minimally equipped sports room. It's probably not worth investing in the sports room because it's hardly ever used. We would come again as a family.

There is still a bit of room for improvement at breakfast, but the water temperature in the thermal bath is very good. You could also easily change to the public amber bath. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and clean. Half board is plentiful and has something for every taste.

The hotel is in a very good location and with the thermal baths accessible directly from the hotel, there is of course something for bad weather. The only point of criticism when checking in was the reception. The staff at the reception were not unfriendly but not friendly either, so I would have liked more information. Such as: where is the dining room or how do I get from the hotel to the thermal baths! Otherwise the staff is very friendly!

Unfortunately we were very negatively surprised. At this price there urgently needs to be a different quality of service. Employees in a bad mood. One of the rudest and most incompetent bar managers. There was no desire to stay there. If you offer self-check-in, then everything should be there. You still have to get sauna tickets at reception and stand in line. Nobody tells you where the dining room is in this spacious hotel. Everyone sends you to another employee to get towels for the sauna. We didn't have any information stands manned. Everything is very anonymous and cold. Unfortunately it's not well thought out. The food is at canteen level. Zinnowitz is beautiful, the hotel is a joke! Book something else.

The hotel is well located. Beach access from the hotel a few steps. We weren't guests, we just had something to drink. Unfortunately it took forever for the waiter to come to us. The hotel is huge with over 600 guests, so it's very noisy because there are lots of children. For someone who wants peace and quiet, it is better to book further into Zinnowitz. Many beautiful guesthouses, hotels and holiday apartments. Otherwise great for families. Normal prices at the bar adjusted to the sea.

The only positive thing to mention is the location. I think the parking fee of €15 per night is completely overpriced. Sauna is charged extra. In the swimming pool there is only bockwurst with bread or cake, unbelievable. Because our children got hungry, we had to leave the swimming pool. The sink in the room is unreasonable, you get wet feet when washing your hands (mini sink) There was no bread at breakfast on several days; when I asked, I was told that there was no bread. The tables were only cleared upon request. We sat at a table that hadn't been cleared for 15 minutes and had to ask the service staff to clear it so we could have breakfast. With these room prices it's completely incomprehensible what's going on there. I have no idea what has happened there in the last two years since our last stay but we weren't very happy this time and won't be coming back.

A very nice hotel, the location is great, right on the fine sandy beach. We had a sea view room on the 6th floor. Highly recommended. Only at breakfast was there a shortage of free seats.

We have booked a week. The location is optimal. We can even see some sea and beach from the room. Unfortunately, the accommodation does not have a refrigerator and there are no hooks for hanging up jackets. There is no normal seating, just very deep armchairs that are unusable. The request for a simple chair was not fulfilled for us :-( They don't want any changes in the room... Very sad. My husband has a hard time getting up. For this room price we could expect small concessions. The food is good, rich. The service staff is super nice. You could make small, simple changes here and there that would make staying at the Baltic Hotel more attractive. But at least the sun is shining 🌞 Thanks!

Der einzige Abzug bei den Sternen macht der Preis,sonst ist nichts zu beanstanden.Alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend,tolles Frühstück,mein Highlight war die Strandsauna mit Ostsee Zugang und die Ayurvedische Ganzkörper Massage mit warmem Öl.Ich war jeden Tag im Spa und Thermalbad und bin auch nach nur 3 Nächten sehr entspannt aus dem Urlaub zurück.

Es war eine schöne Woche, noch vor den Ferien. Super Strandnähe. Die Zimmer waren sauber das Personal freundlich.

Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Wir sind gerade hier und es ist einfach mega. Erholung pur. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer ist sauber. Sei es bei der Anreise und wenn es jeden Tag als Bleiberzimmer gereinigt wird. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer unbeschreiblich schön !!! Das Essen wirklich sehr lecker. Wir haben am Abend beide Buffets probiert und ich kann sagen wir haben es nicht bereut. Die Massagen sind wirklich pure Entspannung und der Wellnessbereich lädt zum erholen und runterfahren ein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Lieben Dank an das ganze Team vom Baltic Hotel.

Wer mit Mittelklasse in bester Lage zufrieden ist, liegt hier genau richtig. Wer nichts erwartet wird nicht enttäuscht. Erinnert anhand der Promibilder in der Bar doch sehr an Kaderschmiede der DDR. Uns würde an zwei Abenden erklärt es sei nicht möglich einen Tisch zu reservieren um zusammen zu sitzen. Seltsamer Weise ist heute Abend die Bar komplett reserviert für die Groupies des Hausmusikers. Andere" normale Gäste " müssen sehen wie Sie einen Platz bekommen. Ist ein absolutes No Go. Allerdings ist der Musiker absolut Hörenswert. Ein Muss zum Abschluss des Urlaubstages. Die völlig überzogen Parkplatzpreise wurden schon des öfteren erwähnt. Grenzwertig ist auch der Preis für die Saunanutzung. Sollte in einem Wellness Hotel inkludiert sein, vor allem wenn einige Bereiche nicht nutzbar sind wegen Renovierung. Auch sind im Vergleich zum übrigen Zinnowitz die Getränke- und Essenspreise doch sehr hoch angesetzt. Das Handwaschbecken im WC neben der Bar ist verschimmelt. Auch nach Hinweis wurde er nicht entfernt

Die Pancakes zum Frühstück sind sensationell (sagt mein Sohn) und am besten und lustigsten sind die Pub-Abende mit Live-Musik Ende Januar. Großes Kino! Wer da nicht gute Laune bekommt, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen. Danke an die Musiker Siggi, Keith, Magnus 😍 und Susanne! Danke an Lukas und Team von der Bar!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hote Baltic in Zinnowitz. Zwei wunderbare Abende in der Hotelbar mit Musik von Siggi Björns und seinen Freunden. Lukas und sein Team in der Bar waren unschlagbar. Ein einfach unvergessliches Wochenende!

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön. Die Nutzung des Thermalbads war trotz Bauarbeiten teilweise möglich. Wir hatten Halbpension. Die Buffets waren sehr üppig und lecker. Leider waren wir außerhalb der Saison (Kinderferien) und konnten somit den Kinderklub nicht nutzen. Wir haben aber Spiele ausgeliehen und die Bar genutzt. Kleines Manko war jedoch der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel ,der trotz Hotelbuchung 15€ pro Tag gekostet hat. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Der Stand ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt.

Wir sind zufrieden und kommen gerne auch zum dritten Mal wieder. Hotel zum Wohlfühlen.

Wir haben zum wiederholten Mal mit der ganze Familie knapp eine Woche im Baltic Hotel verbracht. Das war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, ein neues Jahr kann nicht besser beginnen. Schöne, saubere Zimmer, tolles Essen und sehr nette Bedienung. Alles auf bekannten hohem Niveau, danke!

Super Lage....gutes Hotel. Sind im Januar für ein Wochenende hergekommen. Man merkt das es die Ruhezeit ist und einiges fehlt. Wartung bei dem Sole Bad, reduzierte Kids Angebote etc. .Wir waren mal Oktober hier und es gefiel uns das letzte mal mehr. Was gut ist ist die Ruhe in den Off Monaten. Wer so etwas an der Ostsee sucht wird hier nicht enttäuscht. Ja das Hotel ist nicht taufrisch und das merkt man an manchen Stellen schon. Aber es ist solide und Preis Leistung paßt vor allem in der Nebensaison. Klar bekommt man für den selben Preis in Polen was modernes. Finde aber das Usdeom für Kinder auf der deutschen Seite viel zu bieten hat.

Wir haben ein Wochenende im Baltic verbracht .. Zimmer war super .. Frühstück sehr gut und Abend Live Musik in der Bar .. sehr nettes Personal .. einen Stern Abzug für die Reception .. da muss man nachbessern.. wir kommen gerne wieder

Um zu parken , muss man sich erstmal einchecken- danach wieder runterlaufen, und dann wieder hoch … Zimmer waren ok , leider hatte ich keine seid auf dem Zimmer und musste 45 min warten bis man mir welches brachte. Essen im Restaurant sowie Service war sehr freundlich und es hat geschmeckt ! Beim Auschecken gab es eine einzige Person an der Rezeption, weswegen man lange warten musste. Für Änderungen hatte man keine Zeit , weil andere ja auch warten . Alles in einem kein besonders Erlebnis

Sind als 4-köpfige Familie dort Stammkunden. Wir hatten zum ersten Mal über Silvester das Hotel gebucht. Wie immer ein schöner Aufenthalt, wobei die Preise für einen Parkplatz meiner Meinung nach auch entschieden zu hoch sind (15Epro Tag). Die Organisation für die Silvesterfeier war nicht so gut (langes Anstehen am Fest-/EssensaalI), dementsprechend stürmten alle Gäste zu gleichen Zeit das Büffet, mit Kindern etwas schwierig. Nächstes Mal kommen wir dann entsprechend später zur Feier. Schönes Büffet, alle Tage, Saal schön geschmückt, auch die Tischzuordnung war super, so musste nicht lange nach einen freien eingedeckten Tisch gesucht werden. Wir verbrachten den restlichen Silvesterabend in der Bar mit Livemusik (jeden Tag fast gleich, aber gut) Die dauerte bis 23:45Uhr, Band verabschiedete sich unklar bis zum nächsten Jahr, danach war es wie in einem Loch, keine Musik , keine Ansage... wir und auch andere Gäste fanden diese Situation unmöglich. Wir sind dann zurück zum Festsaal gegangen, wo wenigstens der Countdown bis Mitternacht, organisiert der dortigen Band, lief. Lage ist ja schon beschrieben worden, einfach TOP, Personal auch nett und bemüht. Tolle Überraschung war ein täglicher Getränkegutschein in Höhe von 50€, da konnte man die Parkplatzkosten verschmerzen. Therme für Hotelgäste im Preis inklusive, Sauna nutzen wir nicht, aber Schwimmbad mit Rutsche ist leider immer noch zu kalt

An sich tolles Hotel welches ich noch aus einer anderen Zeit kenne. Bin etwas hin und her gerissen über das Baltic. Ganz toll ist natürlich der direkte Zugang zur Bernsteintherme. Hier ist aber auch Verbesserungspotential. Die 2 Saunakabinen der Finnischen Sauna sind mit max 5 Personen voll. Das ist viel zu wenig für die Hotelgröße. Es werden keine Aufgüsse gemacht. Es sind Kaltwasserduschen oder auch einfach ein Zugangsdrehkreuz defekt. Handtücher könnten immer nur bei der Aufsicht am Meerwasserpool abgeholt werden. D.h. man muss jedesmal quer durch die Therme. In der Strandsauna sind ebenfalls die Saunakabinen viel zu klein. Die Ruheräume erreicht man nur über eine lange Treppe. Viele ältere Gäste habe das nicht mehr hoch geschafft und sind dann einfach im Bereich der Fussbecken sitzen geblieben. Dadurch waren diese Plätze dann natürlich besetzt. Fitness/Spinning Raum verdient den Namen nicht. 2 Radtrainer, ein Laufband, 2 Rudermaschinen, 2 Zugtürme und ein weiteres Gerät, welches ich nicht kenne. Auch hier dem Anspruch an ein Sport- und Freizeithotel nicht genügend. Außerdem viel zu warm im Trainingsraum. Kann man wohl nicht kälter einstellen. Keine Klima... Der Rest vom Hotel ist scheinbar alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Habe auch das Gefühl, das nicht wirklich im Touristen/Kundeninteresse gehandelt wird. Trotz bestätigter Email, das ich so hoch wie möglich und soweit weg vom Fahrstuhl wie möglich ein Zimmer möchte, hatten wir zuerst natürlich ein Zimmer genau gegenüber vom Fahrstuhl. Erst auf nachhaken an der Rezeption und vorlegen der E-Mail, das meine Wünsche berücksichtigt werden, konnten wir wenigstens auf der 5. Etage (gibt 2 weitere) umziehen. Frühstück ist aber absolut Top. Ob man das Hotel jetzt aber weiterempfehlen sollte, weiß ich nicht. Schade um den Ruf vom Baltic, welcher sicher noch aus der "Roter Oktober" Zeit stammt. Aus dieser grossen Geschichte könnte man heute mehr Kapital schlagen. Aber auch hier sehe ich meine Meinung in Sachen Tourismus bestätigt... Warum sich um jeden einzelnen Tourist bemühen. Morgen kommt ein neuer hierher...

Zum wiederholten Mal haben wir einen Urlaub im Baltic Hotel verbracht. Wie immer haben wir uns phantastisch erholt. Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer im 6. Stock gewählt, und der Ausblick auf die Ostsee war einfach grandios. Uns gefällt es immer wieder im Baltic Hotel - das Personal ist überaus freundlich, das Frühstück lecker und vielfältig - schön sind jetzt die Kaffeeautomaten an welchen man sich selbst mit Kaffee versorgen kann. Wir lieben auch die Therme und das Schwimmbad, gerade auch weil es dort NICHT so extrem überheizt ist wie in anderen Schwimmbädern. Einziger Knackpunkt sind leider die vielen Gäste mit Kindern welche das Thermalbecken für Tauchübungen oder Wasserballspiele zweckentfremden obwohl es in der großen Schwimmhalle soviel Spiel- und Tobemöglichkeiten gibt. Erholen kann man sich hier jedenfalls perfekt, und obwohl das Hotel sehr groß ist besitzt es eine gemütliche und wohnliche Atmosphäre. Und die Lage ist natürlich sensationell - zur Tür hinaus und man steht an der Ostsee, oder man spaziert durch den Wald nach Karlshagen, oder in die andere Richtung nach Zinnowitz . Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Schön wäre allerdings noch wenn es auf einem der Hotelparkplätze 1 bis 2 Ladestationen für Elektroautos gäbe - ich denke der Bedarf wäre da, wir waren diesmal nicht die einzigen Gäste mit E Auto😉

Rundum zufrieden. Nur das Wasser und die Luft im Schwimmbad könnten etwas wärmer sein.

Schönes großes Hotel. Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht die ganze Anlage sauber zu halten. Service ist TOP. Das Fühstück und die Küche sehr lecker. Hotel eigene Parkplätze etwas überteuert. Sollten für Gäste meiner Meinung nach kostenlos sein. Fußweg zum Strand keine 3 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt es auch. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr begeehrt bei den Senioren. Ein absolutes Minus sind die Hundehaufen um das Hotel drumherum. Auf dem Parkplatz und auf dem Weg zum Strand waren lauter Hundehaufen. Wurde sogar früh am Morgen direkt vor meinem Zimmer angebellt. Aus dem Grund werde ich wohl kein weiteres mal in diesem Hotel einchecken. Mein Lob und die positive Bewertung gilt nur für die Mitarbeiter. Lieben Gruß

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Essen gut, Personal nett, kulturelle Betreuung sehr gut, Thermalbad auch gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder vorbei. Familie Quilitzsch aus Bad Saarow.
