Vacation on Usedom. Zinnowitz. No desire to cook in the holiday home today. So we wanted to have a kebab as a family. According to Google, this is the best kebab place in the area. So we went there. Parking right in front of the door. Plenty to choose from. We went to Chassis Döner. We didn't regret the visit. The best kebab place in years. And we eat kebabs often. If you want delicious food and want to meet the great staff, this is the place. You get what you want here. Authentic manager and staff. Unfortunately, I can only give it five stars. They deserve six. Unfortunately, we live nine hours away. Otherwise, we would come more often. 5-star food 5-star taste and price 5-star contact. Thank you

The doner kebab and dürüm tasted delicious, but they were both very small and had very little meat. We're used to something different from our regular shop back home.

Top-notch taste, top-notch price. The only thing I have to complain about is that the XL is just as big and has as many ingredients as the regular kebab. I don't think that's okay, hence the 3 stars.

The food and service were wonderful. We had originally ordered a takeaway kebab to eat in the car, but then we went back with the kebab to tell the owner how good it was. You don't do that for everyone. The staff were also very friendly and happy to answer questions. The atmosphere is very nice when the weather is nice, especially for a good group of 6-7 people. The location is very central, but on a city center roundabout with a few cars, although you hardly notice them. All in all, we would definitely go back; we haven't had such a good kebab in a long time.

I have to say that I am more than satisfied with the kebab; it tastes really good, the flatbread is crispy, and the meat and side dishes are fresh. At first I was very skeptical, but I haven't eaten a kebab as delicious as the one on July 22, 2025, in ages. We will now make it our regular place when we come back on holiday next year. The two employees were also quick to serve; it only took a maximum of five minutes to prepare three kebabs, and my children said they were really nice, so three of us are giving it five stars.

We're vacationing here on the Baltic Sea in Zinnowitz again this year and thought we'd try a doner kebab box from Manni's Döner for €7.00. I'll start from the beginning: The fries were freshly prepared. I can't say if that's always the case, but they were at least discount fries from next door. The floury taste of the fries wasn't really my thing! The meat had a quite spicy flavor, which is how it should be. Apart from the garlic sauce, you could really get a slice of some of them; it was so hearty and delicious! We shortened the wait with a pleasant conversation, which made you realize you're not just a customer trying to sell something! I can only recommend this place.

We were hungry vacationers and have to admit that the doner tasted better than what we get in our area. The meat was really tender, the salad was fresh, and the sauces were very creamy. The fries were also perfectly seasoned and not too soft. We took everything back to our accommodation, and it was still hot. The staff was very friendly. We drove to Zinnowitz this evening based on a recommendation from the Greifswald area to test the store. And we weren't disappointed. I immediately found a parking space and took a few steps. You were warmly welcomed. We decided on burgers and were surprised. The burgers were well topped and very tasty 👍. Price-performance great. Overall, highly recommended. We just say see you next time. 😉

For several years we have been going on vacation to the island of Usedom and Zinnowitz. In Manni’s Döner we have found our regular kebab. Something for everyone, value for money is great. Food is always fresh and prepared by friendly staff. We enjoy being here and are always greeted in a friendly manner, and requests are addressed in the best possible way. As my daughter said - if there were 10 stars to give, she would give 12. I think that says it all 😉 see you next time.

I visited Mannis Döner because of the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, the kebab didn't convince me personally. The meat was prepared in a kebab style, i.e. minced meat, and was more burnt than crispy. The sauces – garlic, spicy and herbs – were missing some spice or a special kick. The typical fresh taste that I usually know wasn't really there either. Although the salad and the other ingredients looked fresh, perhaps a hint of lemon would have rounded the whole thing off. The ambience was fine – typical for a kebab shop. I would like to highlight the seller positively: He was friendly and communication went smoothly. Overall, the kebab was okay for a quick hunger, but unfortunately not something that would make me come back again. Maybe I was just unlucky that day, because the many good reviews speak for themselves. Hopefully my review can serve as constructive feedback so future guests can have an even better experience.

Two people standing in front of one person, ordering four kebabs from one (really helpful) person behind the counter, means a 25-minute wait. I'm not sorry, it's too long. The (unfortunately) normal size of the XL kebab and the thoroughly average taste mentioned above don't help with the rating. Soft cheese (i.e., cow's milk, feta-style) instead of real feta is also a shame; it tastes different, because it doesn't have any flavor, so it's simpler, but it's cheaper. Therefore, the price/performance ratio is completely unmatched. But as is the case everywhere these days: prices go up, quality and/or quantity go down. It's a shame, but it's symptomatic now.

If you're on vacation on Usedom, you should definitely get a kebab at Manni's in Zinnowitz. The kebab was filled with fresh ingredients and various sauces as well as plenty of meat. The flatbread was baked very crispy and had a very good taste thanks to the sesame seeds. The interaction of all components made the kebab perfect. I haven't eaten such a good kebab in a long time. The price-performance ratio for this kebab is absolutely excellent. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I can only warmly recommend Manni's Döner.

A MUST to go there in Zinnowitz if you're hungry for a kebab or cheeseburger. The fries are simply delicious and the service is so friendly that you can even crack a joke.

Food was ok, nothing special, why the kebab shop has 4.8 stars is a mystery to me. Large plate of kebab, absolutely not big, I couldn't get enough of it. Far too little meat and 12 euros was too expensive, probably only the kebab is XXL. Unfortunately I won't be coming back like this. But at least the fries were tasty.

Today we went to Zinnowitz for a kebab. We ended up here because of the positive recessions. What can I say? Great price and taste. The kebab for €6.50 is completely ok. The herb sauce is really delicious. There are 2 tables inside for eating, but everyone who picks up the food stands next to them. I think there is 1 table outside for eating. It's already very tight. Best to take with you. I felt sorry for poor Drops behind the counter because he was alone and there was a line forming at 6:30 p.m. But he was confident and worked through everything one after the other.
