Really great ice cream parlor/café, lots of ice cream flavors to choose from and there's also plenty of cake on offer. You can also order pizza and other things. Price-performance ratio is completely ok 👍🏿👍🏿 friendly staff and make an effort. You can have drinks and food outside and inside. The interior is very stylishly furnished, a real eye-catcher 👍🏿👍🏿 I can only recommend it 😉

Best time in the morning, a table outside was occupied, nobody inside in the summer weather except two waiters who were hidden behind the counter, ok, then things should actually go quickly, we thought. Wrong thought, and this is the third time. The first two times we were served late and listlessly. The third time, after waiting, we asked if there was self-service here and were told that it would be our problem if we waited and someone would come straight away. We left after another 5 minutes. One might assume that this place doesn't rely on customers. Absolutely no recommendation.

Service is tried hard, here you are asked twice if you are a guest to get to the toilet. Spare light in the toilet, suddenly it becomes pitch black...

I am shocked by the behavior of the boss in this company. She treats guests in a completely unacceptable manner by making racist and discriminatory comments. It's shameful that something like this still happens in this day and age. As a guest you don't feel welcome here, but rather degraded because of your origins or appearance. This behavior reflects extremely poorly on the company and I can only strongly advise against being a guest here. Not even worthy of one star.

ordered an ice cream and just wanted to change tables because the children were in the sun. When we tried to touch the table, the staff suddenly became aggressive and a fight almost broke out. The table was aggressively pushed back, almost trapping our child's fingers. Instead of mediation or a reasonable conversation, the entire family business came out and was almost ready to fight. We then left the restaurant and walked away. Very shameful for a restaurant on a beach.

Unbearable service Apparently, like me, GELATONI reports bad reviews after a few years so that they can be deleted if you don't respond. I can't explain the overall rating any other way. I had called GELATONI for 2 pizzas. When I arrived there after the agreed time, nothing was prepared. The waiter told me he would take care of it right away. I waited and had to watch as he continued to stand behind the counter and then sometimes chatted with the other staff. Apparently he didn't do anything to bring me my order. After > 30 minutes I still got it. The pizzas lay in the boxes with burnt bases, oversalted and dripping with grease. After several vacations in Zinnowitz, GELATONI was the most unpleasant restaurant for me.

Ordered pizza on site, waited 10 minutes and received super hot pizza. Very tasty pizza (my recommendation: Pizza Bismarck). 🍕 Keep it up

Ice cream is great, but not exactly cheap.

We actually just wanted to have two coffees but the service staff didn't think it was necessary to serve us. After 20 minutes we left again.

Everyone enjoyed the pizzas (4). We ordered them on site and took them with us. The waitress was very friendly and immediately asked if we wanted to take away or if we wanted to eat there and immediately passed us on to someone. It didn't take long either. Unfortunately, no card payment was possible, which is a must in today's times. Apparently it was because the boss wasn't there and you couldn't unlock the card payment device. We'll definitely be back.

I can only recommend Gelatoni. Tried the Baileys cup. The ice cream scoops were very creamy and large. The employees are very nice and are happy to answer any questions. The price is perfectly fine. We'd love to come back.

The food was really tasty. Had a hot dog pizza. Bruschetta was also delicious. The service was really quick. We hadn't even finished the starter when the main course arrived. At the end we had some ice cream on hand, which was also really tasty (Snickers), But €2 for a ball is already expensive.

This was the worst service I have experienced in years!!!! You should avoid this ice cream parlor if you want to have a good time.

Absurdly unfriendly treatment of customers, who are extremely insulting when they have problems, even over the phone and by text message. Should actually be shown for something like that. Never experienced anything like this in my life and will never go here and discourage anyone from ordering food here.

There is delicious pizza and ice cream and we enjoyed eating there on vacation.

We ordered food to pick up and looked at the map online beforehand, called and after 10 minutes we were able to pick it up. According to the menu, the calzone was made with mozzarella and ham, but unfortunately it was made with mushrooms, which were all on one half! The pizza was only topped after it was cut, the dough was burnt and totally dry, hardly any cheese, dry and uncut ham. What's more, all the toppings were cold and therefore never in the oven, and the cheese wasn't even melted. The tomatoes and arugula were fresh, but that was it. Afterwards we discovered that the price on the card did not match the price paid, according to the card it was €28 and we had to pay €32. Never again!

Well, the order was ready within 10 minutes, that's all the good stuff. I ordered to be picked up, had to speak to 3 different employees, each referred me to the next one. On the 4th I got the two pizzas. Took it with me and unpacked it on the beach (idiotically). Lo and behold, my friend's situation was completely different and she doesn't eat. It was the right one for me, but it was completely burnt black on the bottom and was apparently cut and only then covered? So the topping always breaks up, with each new piece there are rocket and ham at the bottom and have to be sorted somewhere by hand. There were about 8 (!!!!) individual strips of grated cheese that didn't even melt. In addition, the ham was incredibly dry and hard, you could hardly chew it. At 32 euros for 2 small pizzas this is absolutely unbelievable. Won't go here again and won't recommend it to anyone.

I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Today I went to this restaurant for lunch with my family, which was met with rude and impolite behavior from a male waiter. Unfortunately, his behavior was anything but polite.

It's annoying when you order something and when it's served you realize that something wrong was prepared. Nevertheless, you try to find a solution, but the waiter, who thinks he is the boss of Gelatoni, tries to claim that you said it wrong and he entered everything correctly. That's annoying and really disrespectful. Therefore totally dissatisfied. recommendation for staff; be nicer, because a good mood always has a better effect. A sentence like 'I'm sorry' brings a lot of beautiful things with it.

It's right on the tourist street. We found it very pleasant to sit outside in the rainy weather. The food (pizza) was very, very tasty. Recommendation would be No. 51 and 53. Service was very friendly. Can be recommended without hesitation.

Today we got ice cream with our 2 children. When our little son showed me the ice cream he would like at the window of the counter, the young ice cream seller pointed out to us not to touch the window with your fingers. We didn't have any problem with it at all. I immediately wiped off the fingerprint left behind with my sleeve. While the nice ice cream seller was preparing the ice cream, we were asked by the very unfriendly colleague whether we had not understood her colleague that the children should not touch the window. 1. Our children leaned with their arm (jacket on) against the window. Which meant that no fingerprints were left. 2. Can you say that in a nicer tone and 3. Could you just take a damp cloth and clean the window afterwards? I would be interested to know if my colleague would also say that to older people. But what was an absolute blast. I was then indirectly accused of not raising my children properly if I let them get away with grabbing windows like that. Your 3 children wouldn't do something like that. For this reason I wouldn't leave my money there a second time. My children didn't even like the ice cream afterwards because they thought they had made the mistake of their life. So please only go to the store if your children are properly behaved or have gloves on. A little tip to the operator. Training for employees. "How do I treat customers in a friendly manner?" And hang a sign on the counter: "Please do not touch the window!"

We were there exactly twice and were treated very unfriendly each time. The first time my son asked me if we could sit on the chairs outside (the terrace was empty) to eat ice cream. The lady at the counter immediately asked in a very unfriendly manner whether we wanted to take the ice cream with us or eat it here. I said kindly: please take it with you. The only thing I got was the unfriendly note that when I ate there the ball was no longer €1.50 but €1.70. Outside, I put the children on the bike rack next to the empty terrace and waited. Suddenly the lady came out and felt like she had to lecture me again, that she didn't mean it unkindly (she probably noticed herself), but if we want, we can sit on the chairs. When I politely declined, we moved on. The second time we sat on the terrace and were served by a friendly gentleman. When it came to payment, the second drama followed. We (2 adults and 4 children) wanted to pay for the ice cream sundaes we consumed. First she brought us the two bills and then asked us how we wanted to pay. When we said that we wanted to pay by card, we were told: only from 30 euros. What luck, both bills totaled exactly that amount. My friend went in with the lady and thought she would now pay them together... no, both bills were deducted from the card separately. The lady in question then also said she had to tell us that next time we should be in a better mood and perhaps show her more understanding since she is busy now, as the terrace is now full of visitors. Even if I come back sometime, I will never go there again.

Wir haben uns heute mit unseren 2 Kindern ein Eis geholt. Als unser kleiner Sohn mir an der Scheibe vom Tresen, das Eis zeigt was er gerne möchte, wurden wir von dem jungen Eisverkäufer darauf hingewiesen,doch bitte nicht mit den Fingern an die Scheibe zu greifen. Haben wir auch gar kein Problem damit gehabt. Den hinterlassenen Fingerabdruck wischte ich sofort mit meinem Ärmel wieder ab. Während der nette Eisverkäufer das Eis fertig machte, wurden wir von der sehr unfreundlich Kollegin angesprochen ob wir Ihren Kollegin denn nicht verstanden hätten,dass die Kindern nicht an die Scheibe greifen sollen. 1. Lehnten unsere Kinder mit dem Arm (Jacke an) an der Scheibe. Wodurch keinerlei Fingerabdrücke entstanden. 2. Kann man das in einem netteren Ton sagen und 3. Könnte man doch danach einfach ein feuchtes Tuch nehmen und die Scheibe reinigen. Mich würde es interessieren ob die Kollegin das auch zu älteren Menschen sagen würde. Was aber der absolute Hammer war. Mir wurde dann noch indirekt unterstellt, dass ich meine Kinder nicht richtig erzogen hätte wenn ich denen sowas durchgehen lasse, an Scheiben zu greifen. Ihre 3 Kinder würden sowas nicht tun. Aus diesem Grund würde ich mein Geld kein 2. Mal dort lassen. Meinen Kindern hat das Eis danach noch nicht mal mehr geschmeckt, da sie dachten sie hätten den Fehler ihres Lebens gemacht. Also bitte geht nur in den Laden wenn Eure Kinder ordentlich erzogen sind oder Handschuhe an haben. Kleiner Tipp an den Betreiber. Eine Schulung der Mitarbeiter. "Wie gehe ich freundlich mit den Kunden um!" Und ein Schild an den Tresen hängen." Die Scheibe bitte nicht berühren!"

I've been here several times and unfortunately the ice cream doesn't taste great. Milk ice cream is the better option. Unfortunately, the sea buckthorn ice cream tastes completely chemical and more like Haribo Smurf than even remotely like sea buckthorn and even a few days later the dragon fruit ice cream didn't taste much different. Too bad, not what I expected. Otherwise the price is reasonable, you never have to wait long and the employees are nice.

The service was very nice. I got the pistachio sundae and a chocolate ball instead of vanilla - that was the best ice cream sundae in a long time 🥰 highly recommended for pistachio lovers 👍🏻 We shared the portion for lunch and it was totally enough.

Not recommended, very unfriendly service. Entered the restaurant at 6:35 p.m. and the first question was: "To eat here or to take away?" We were irritated; guests were eating pizza and ice cream outside on the terrace. After saying a friendly good evening as a guest, we asked if we could eat pizza outside on the terrace with the children. In response we received an unfriendly look at the clock and the statement that it was over at 7 p.m. We wished us a nice evening after work and went to a restaurant on the beach promenade that was full of real Italian hospitality.

We can fully recommend this location. The service is very attentive and friendly. Haven't had a better pizza yet. We live in the Hamburg area and have a very large selection of pizzerias. However, Gelatoni is unbeatable. We are already looking forward to next year.

For us, this was the best pizza we ate in Zinnowitz! The service is also very friendly and customer-oriented. We would like to come again.

Went here for ice cream in the restaurant and were not disappointed. The ice cream sundaes are offered at a moderate price and can be configured yourself, the whipped cream is also real and not from a spray can. The restaurant offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, the staff is friendly and courteous. There is only a deduction for the relatively long wait for the ice cream, even though there was very little going on and card payments are only possible here from 30 euros.

Wir waren im November dort essen. Ich habe eine sehr leckere Salami Pizza gegessen und eine Cola getrunken. Geschmacklich war es sehr lecker. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das einzige was ich hier eventuell als etwas unangenehm empfand war das es relativ kalt war. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Chef hat kein Respekt anderen Leuten gegenüber u bei Frauen rutscht ihn gerne mal die Hand aus. Dabei ist egal ob man seid Jahren Stammkunde ist oder nicht. Vor der Schule mit Kleinkind im Auto war ihm auch egal. Wir werden dieses Restaurant alle meiden..!

Sehr unfreundlich und pampig! Wir haben es wohl nicht nötig? Es war nichts los. Kein Gast im Restaurant. Ich wollte 6 Pizzas zum mitnehmen bestellen. Der Chef fuhr mich nur pampig an: ich solle mich woanders hinstellen. Nicht am Kopf des Tresens!

Pizza war lecker und gut belegt. Auf extra wünsche wie Räuberteller wurde eingegangen. Kinderstuhl war sauber und wurde uns vom Kellner gebracht. Als wir fertig mit Essen waren , gabs noch 2 lollys für unsere Kinder . Einfach Nette und gute Bedienung .

Super Pizza. Die "Diavola" ist wirklich teuflisch scharf. Aber super lecker. Und auch das Eis schmeckt sehr gut.

Wenn wir einen Urlaub in Zinnowitz verbringen, ist es Tradition, einmal das Eiscafé Gela-Toni aufzusuchen. Ich habe mich schon lange auf meinen Maxi-King Eisbecher gefreut, den ich immer wähle. Das Eis war lecker wie ich es hier kenne, aber auch hier ist die Shrinkflation nicht stehen geblieben. Früher hatte ich immer 4 Maxi-King-Stücke auf meinem Eisbecher. Jetzt waren es nur noch 2. Wie gesagt, das Eis ist hier weiterhin empfehlenswert. Sehr lecker und es gibt eine große Auswahl verschiedener Eisbecher. Gelatoni bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten innen und außen. Im Außenbereich ist es leider etwas laut, da eine Straße direkt dran vorbei führt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir wurden relativ schnell bedient, obwohl zu unserem Zeitpunkt das Café gut besucht war. Für unsere drei Eisbecher und drei Latte Macchiatos haben wir knapp 40 € bezahlt, was schon ordentlich ist im Gegensatz zu früher. Das bezahlt man aber mittlerweile fast überall.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Pizza und Eisbecher waren lecker, die Preise absolut in Ordnung. Unser (großer) Hund war willkommen.

Das Gelatoni bietet Kaffe und Eis Spezialitäten, tollen Kuchen und sogar eine Pizzakarte habe ich hier gefunden. Ein schöner Ort zum verweilen. Freundliche Bedienung, riesige Eisbecher und einen schönen Cappuccino genossen. So sollten Ferien sein.
