Everything with pancakes, sweet, sour, hearty, savory. I had the special offer, adapted to the season with potatoes, pumpkin and mushrooms... super tasty and so much that I could hardly manage. Very tasty and definitely recommended. Since I sat outside, I can't say much about the ambience in the house... but everything seemed harmonious.

Bedienung: ach... Viel zu schnell. Un-interessiert. Pfannkuchen: nicht gut gebacken, und dazu: halb kalt. Also: nein.

My husband loves this restaurant. He is really excited about the sweet pancakes. We were here 3 years ago. Everything stayed the same. Quality, taste and also the size of the portions. Great idea to open a restaurant with pancakes. And I think it's going very well. Always well attended. Quality simply prevails. We'll come a few more times.

We are a bit conflicted about this restaurant. We ate there twice in three days. The first time everything was great. But today we were a bit disappointed with the staff. First of all, we couldn't get a seat in the restaurant and we had to sit outside. A few minutes later, another couple came who hadn't made a reservation and were immediately given a place in the restaurant... After I politely thanked the waiter, there was suddenly room for us in the restaurant. Okay, so be it. Of course the waiters talked about it and all you heard was “stupid”... The food was great again, there is absolutely nothing to criticize. But the highlight was paying. Most likely my wife didn't tip enough. The gentleman with glasses slammed the EC device on the table, collected the money and left in a huff. Without a goodbye, it's nice that you visited us, etc. The hospitality leaves a lot to be desired when the mood of the staff depends on the tip. Maybe the restaurants on the Baltic Sea don't need it or the staff is overwhelmed, you don't know.

Delicious food with lots of choice. We really enjoyed it and the portions were more than enough, we even had to have some wrapped up. Service totally friendly and deeply relaxed. Toilet could be one more. Gladly again

We were here for the first time today. Delicious variants with egg tarts, they also tasted good, but the service (black hair pulled straight back) is rudeness personified.

Good cuisine - very tasty and enough on the plate, unfortunately the service is a bit lacking. However, this is because there are only two restaurants in Dierhagen Strand and the pancake house is very busy. Pre-order advisable.

Service, well, you feel like you're being handled, but it's a tourist town and of course all customers come at peak times. Interior uncomfortable due to mix of noises, counters, poor sound insulation, plus the fact that 80% of the tables are walked past to the toilet. From guests inside and outside. Recommended if you specifically want to eat pancakes

On our second vacation in Dierhagen we finally made it to the pancake house. And it was very tasty. We had savory and sweet and both are highly recommended. Of course not together, because one portion really fills you up!!!! We'll be back on our next vacation!

Top! We drove 45 minutes for it and we don't regret it. Good food and the portions are big enough. It was busy, as soon as a table became available it was taken by new guests. So reservations are recommended!

We were there today as a family. Waited 3 minutes because there was no table available for so many. But of course, as great as the pancake house is. The food is delicious and came very quickly.

The food is plentiful and very tasty, the price is great, you don't have to wait long for the food, the staff is very nice... unfortunately there are only 4 stars because you only have an hour... (my companion needs longer due to illness, that's why unfortunately it is impossible to achieve this)

After a long bike ride and with a big appetite, we stopped at the Pfannkuchenhaus Dierhagen. It was pretty full but we were able to get a small table for two. The dishes on the menu all sounded very tempting and had original names. After we were spoiled for choice and finally decided, we were not disappointed shortly afterwards. We were served two amazingly large pancakes made with a lot of love. They really tasted excellent and we had to manage our portions. The price was also ok. We were completely satisfied and will definitely come back on our next vacation!

Was super delicious. Something for every taste. I tested the “Frenchman”. I never thought it would taste so good (considering the topping) and I'd love it again. And particularly important for us: dogs welcome. I didn't look around inside, outside there was a "normal", nice beer garden within easy reach of the beach.

The food is really very good, the service is friendly, the portions are very large - but you have to know that the fun is limited in time, as you only have an hour from arrival to departure to read the menu, order drinks and food, and eat , and to pay. Then the successors may be at the door or in the restaurant a few minutes “before their time” and jostle a little. It is served quite quickly. Eating comfortably and deliciously, entertaining and enjoying everything is possible, but you have to stick to the time frame. The restaurant is always full, so you should make a reservation.

Were there today and had reserved. When asked if there was anything free outside because it was still over 20 degrees, the answer was a blunt no... Inside it felt like 40 degrees, my wife is more of a frostbite and immediately said that it was unbearable! When we asked if we could open the window we were told "but only briefly"... When we asked if we had already chosen something to drink, we replied that we hadn't looked yet and they just said "all clear" and the service went away again , we couldn't even pronounce it correctly... So customer service is something else... Then they left again... Oh well, while we were sitting inside, two empty tables outside were immediately occupied again by spontaneous guests...

Both visits completely convinced us. Our personal recommendation: the Mexican (very spicy, slightly spicy) and the Norwegian (lots of smoked salmon with egg and a delicious mustard vinaigrette) The staff was admirably cheerful, relaxed and yet quick.

Ate delicious pancakes. Hearty variant. Portions are very large, so suitable for very hungry people. The idea is good and I think the names of the dishes are funny. I had a French with chicken and Camembert. Was very tasty. Prices are ok.

It's best to reserve in advance. Very busy. Staff friendly. Extra offer for children. Unfortunately, no children's cutlery comes automatically with the order. We didn't ask if you wanted something. Food came very quickly, delicious and hot. Good selection even if you don't like pancakes.

Every time we are in the area a visit here is a must. And every time it is simply delicious. But you should make a reservation as it is always busy in season.

My husband and I were just in the pancake house and this time we can both only say "thank you" to the extremely friendly service and to the kitchen, which conjures up incredibly delicious food. That's exactly why we come back every year on our vacation. Simply great!!! Update August 2024: Our Baltic Sea vacation is only perfect if we eat out at the pancake house at least twice. And we really feel right at home every time, the staff is absolutely friendly and quick (and so is the boss, who is also a great role model for his employees) and the food is always incredibly delicious! Many thanks once again to the entire team at the Pfannkuchenhaus! We'll definitely be back on our next summer vacation! ☺️

Unfortunately, coming from Berlin, we arrived 30 minutes early and had to wait outside even though there were some empty tables in the garden. Could they have offered us that long??? Unfortunately, there was no response to my telephone request as to whether the table could be prepared because it was a 60th birthday. A pity....

As always, a direct hit. There is nothing to complain about here. This has been going on for over 10 years. We're already looking forward to next year.

The food is very tasty, but we had to order and eat everything within an hour (according to the staff). We didn't have time for a starter and a dessert. We had to wait half an hour for the main course. We drank the little “short” while paying. The staff was really nice. They can't help the "one hour" rule. Maybe the time should be extended a little.

Everything is fine and super fast. Even without a reservation, we didn't have to wait long for a seat. Staff very nice.

2023: The Pfannkuchenhaus is a great restaurant with outdoor seating. Beautifully rustic furnished. Very nice service, who also loves children. The food is first class and the portions are so big that you'll be full. The prices are quite good for what you get. Edit 2024: The food and atmosphere are still just as nice but unfortunately we experienced a very unfriendly waitress this year. She was annoyed that you couldn't make a decision immediately within 5 minutes, given such a large selection of food. Then she was very hectic and wanted to clear away the guests even though they had still eaten. After dinner we wanted to order dessert and not jump up straight away. Nothing came of it because she wanted to sweep the guests out again after 10 minutes because other guests were already queuing and that was too stupid for us. In addition, she somehow insisted on a drink money, but with such service, where I'm not at all satisfied, there's nothing. Otherwise, I like to be generous with tips, but when it comes to behavior like that, no. Food and atmosphere: grade 1+ Operation: Note 5-

Very tasty pancakes, good selection and lovingly prepared food. Reasonably priced and the portion is really filling. Unfortunately there are no direct parking spaces, but you can definitely find them in the surrounding area. The service could have been a little more attentive that day, but still okay.

Today we had dinner at the pancake house. Food was good as we expected. There are definitely a few things that could be improved. Our table was dirty even though it was reserved. A pancake dish is also enough for a really hungry meal. The staff seemed a bit moody or annoyed to me at first. But things improved a lot after 10 minutes. Great idea with the pancakes, a little too expensive for my taste.

The Pfannkuchenhaus Dierhagen is really a wonderful place! Located close to the beach and the atmosphere is simply cozy. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. We were just there and, like last year, wanted to eat the delicious pancakes to match coffee time. We waited at the entrance because the sign said we would be seated. There were several free tables on the terrace (under umbrellas), which is also an option when it's drizzling. We and other potential guests were immediately turned away because there would only be free seats after 5 p.m. and the terrace would close for inexplicable reasons. Could have ordered to take away. After we had already paid for parking we were allowed to leave. It's a shame because there were free places. This will also scare away your customers.

We definitely didn't choose the best dish in the kitchen. Our choice was schnitzel with fried potatoes. Well, tastes are different - the house specialties are pancakes with sweet and savory fillings! which we will choose over the schnitzel next time.

A restaurant with no customer loyalty. If you come with a child (5 years old) at around 5:15 p.m. you will not be served before 8 p.m. The outside area is completely empty. Really not a soul. Well, whoever doesn't need it.
