Dat Schnitzelhus in Dierhagen

We were totally satisfied with the food. Ate there 2 evenings. Whether it was fish, zander, various schnitzel, fried potatoes, baked potatoes or fries, it was all delicious. The staff was super nice, we can only recommend Dat Schnitzelhus.

We were there today for the first time and the last time. Fried potatoes were swimming in oil, mushy, without any seasoning or flavor. The schnitzels were all the same size and didn't really taste good. The spiced meat tasted like it came from a can. I asked the waitress if everything was homemade, and of course she said yes. But I think they are all finished products. We didn't like it at all. I've eaten much better in other restaurants and in some snack bars too. Not recommended.

The Schnitzelhaus is worth all 5 stars. Great service and really delicious food. From schnitzel to salad. Just great.

Friendly service, food is delicious. The only important thing is that time slots have to be booked so that you can even get a table on the weekend evening. If you know that, no problem. If you come spontaneously, it will be rather disappointing.

Schnitzel in all variations. Mine was called French Kiss, with Camembert and cranberries on top... totally delicious. You should also make a reservation in mid-September, as the crowds are quite heavy

We've eaten here many times, but our last visit was really disappointing. The staff stood at the counter chatting loudly, showed no interest in the guests and, to top it off, the food was cold. Too bad!

The atmosphere was rustic. The food was great and more than sufficient. There were about 15 of us, almost everyone had something different. Still, the food came pretty much at the same time! The toilets were clean.

We can highly recommend the restaurant, unlike Boddenblick, which is not possible

Pleasant clean atmosphere. Nice waiters and food came to the table quickly. Schnitzels were really good. But slightly higher prices for the fact that it's only pork and not the largest portions. But would go again.

We came across this restaurant by chance when it was 30 degrees. Luckily, it was super delicious. Great service, the girls were very nice, careful and quick. We would have liked to have taken the cook with us. From the salad to the schnitzel, everything was delicious. We'd love to come back. The menu makes you smile, very creative.

I've had to go there once on vacation for years. Unfortunately, the portions have shrunk a lot over time, which is a shame. It's delicious, the people are nice, but there's more.

Discovered by chance and totally surprised. Very nice restaurant, nice and friendly service. The food is super delicious! Price performance is absolutely fair. We can only speak for ourselves and would be happy to come back when we are nearby. A huge compliment to the team and the owners 👍.

Arrived around 6:30 p.m. and the place was full. We were kindly told that we would have to be patient, but we accepted that. After about 45 minutes a table became available for us. The staff was very nice and competent. Although the meal took a while (which was again nicely pointed out), it tasted very good and was served attractively. Fair prices for good food and a fun menu. The design of the store is also impressive. They refrain from occupying every free square meter with tables, although given the huge rush they would certainly be filled. Instead, you have a moderate area and number of tables and guests who in return receive successful service. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience that makes you happy to give a good rating and a clear recommendation.

Small but very fine selection of schnitzels, some fish, a few starters and desserts. Very friendly staff, food tastes really good, portions quite large. Delicious in-house spirits to round things off - highly recommended. You definitely have to make a reservation. Very nice atmosphere.

Wir waren zu viert im Schnitzelhus. Eigendleich wollten wir schon am Vortag dort essen, hatten aber nur noch für den Folgeltag einen Tisch bekommen. Sehr gutes Essen und nettes aufmerksames Personal. Rechtzeitig reservieren ist ist ratsam.

We tested the restaurant again after years (after a disappointment). The service was attentive and immediately pointed out waiting times. But it happened faster than expected. The food was very good, the homemade fries still had a bit of a bite. The price was reasonable and there was a long queue, unfortunately some neighboring restaurants are closed. If a table became free, it was filled again, even shortly before the kitchen closed. All in all a nice evening.

It's mass processing. The food is ok. But the service is bad. Leftovers from previous guests under the table and on the table. It's a shame, we expected more.

The schnitzels weren't bad, but given the quantities needed, they weren't great either. It was the same with the side dishes (fried potatoes and salad, already a bit brown). There was no way it was Caesar's salad. The long waiting time of 45 minutes (because no table was reserved) wasn't really worth it! But otherwise it's ok.

We went to the Schnitzelhus twice during our vacation and it was just great every time! Very nice service staff, super tasty schnitzel and great atmosphere. Dogs are welcome, but it is advisable to reserve in advance, which is possible without any problems.

On May 24th, 2024, the two of us had a very tasty meal there. There was schnitzel gratinated and one with asparagus. There was nothing to complain about in terms of food or service - a little more shade outside would be nice, so a nice deduction of a star for the ambience, otherwise full marks. With drinks we came to a moderate €55. Compared to the other restaurants, it's almost a bargain. If we vacation up there again, this will definitely be a favorite!

It's a very bad team, bad service from the shop owners, if I'm not mistaken her name is Kira, disrespectful to customers and a very suspicious appearance, bare hands with scars, I think she is mentally ill.
