The restaurant was half full, but we still waited 45 minutes for a burger and a roulade that was way too small. The roulade, mashed potatoes and plate were just lukewarm, the burger was so raw that we had to give it back... Service inattentive and disinterested, no request for further drinks...

Reservation recommended! Our reserved table was available on time. Service was super nice and quick. The food tasted delicious and was completely sufficient for us. The menu doesn't seem to be the same all year round. Additionally, there was 1 recommendation from the house that wasn't on the menu. We would come back here immediately on our next vacation. 👍🏼

We were travelling through the area and found this restaurant on Google. It had good reviews, and we were in the mood for pizza. We were warmly welcomed by the waiter, Paulo. 🍕🇮🇹 We ordered a Margherita pizza and a Salami pizza. Unfortunately, the pizzas were very disappointing. The Margherita was just a crust with chewy cheese from the grill. The Salami pizza wasn’t much better. There was barely any tomato sauce. It wasn’t the kind of Italian pizza you would expect. 👎🏼 When we mentioned this, the chef came out of the kitchen to tell us that there was nothing wrong and that the pizza was just fine. He reacted defensively and told us we never had to come back. It’s a shame he wasn’t open to feedback or improvement. However, the waiter Paulo remained very polite, and we even received an Amaretto drink. If the pizzas were to improve, we would definitely come back because it is a nice place. (If the chefs is ok with it 😅😆)

A visit to the wheelhouse is always a highlight. Always recommended. I decided on the highest score and rightly so. Everything was great from A to Z!!!!

We came from Berlin and were given an extremely warm welcome by the very, very nice staff. The food was a feast for the eyes and, like the drinks, was excellent! Straight away 5 stars!

The ambience of the inn is right. The kitchen couldn't keep up with the high price level. The duck breast and roulade were boring, the taste was as expected in a tavern. The main courses were all in the upper €20 range. Even in Kühlungsborn and Wismar we got a nicer ambience and higher quality food in this price range. The winter garden with its cold light is reminiscent of a campsite, the front area corresponds to the announced inn

Good home cooking. I can only recommend it.
