Trihotel - Wellnesshotel am Schweizer Wald in Rostock

The rooms were nicely furnished and everything was clean. A minibar would have been nice, of course, and especially slippers to wear with the bathrobe, as they offer a wellness treatment. We loved our stay and would love to come back and try out the wellness treatments, as we unfortunately didn't get a chance to do so last time. The breakfast was very good; nothing was missing. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with the parking lot in front of the hotel, which caused some inconvenience later on.

From the outside, it looks like a spruced-up GDR building. Upon entering the hotel, you're immersed in another world and are far from everyday life. We had a magical and very clean room with a view of the forest. I've rarely slept so well in a hotel, especially since they offered two pillow sizes. I used the wellness area's swimming pool, where you can swim laps in the morning. The nightcap in the "Tribeholz" rounded off the stay perfectly. Special thanks to the friendly waiter there and, of course, to the rest of the team.

We were there on our honeymoon. We enjoy wellness, so the 1800 sq m wellness area really appealed to us. Communication at check-in was a bit difficult. We had three three-course meals during our stay. Two of the three featured fish as the main course. My wife doesn't eat fish, but she was easily able to swap it for poultry. The breakfast buffet lacked variety. Our room was clean and nicely furnished, but unfortunately, it faced the street, which is a main road. The room was so warm that it was unbearable without the window open. As a result, we were rudely awakened around 6 a.m. by the increasing traffic. The wellness area sounded promising in the description, with its 1800 sq m. Unfortunately, these are spread over three floors, some of which have very steep spiral staircases. We only used the pool occasionally. Overall, the stay was okay, but nothing more. We see no reason to choose the Trihotel again.

Something went wrong with our booking, which meant it wasn't processed on our end. But thanks to the excellent cooperation from reception, we were still able to get a room for a few nights. Thank you for that. A very clean room and a nice pool. A bus stop was nearby, so we were in Rostock in no time.

Adults-only hotel. Ideal for singles, couples, or business travelers. Rooms are simply furnished but have everything you need, including a hairdryer, refrigerator, bottled water with glasses, plenty of towels, a bathrobe, and bed linens. The LCD TV is highly recommended, but unfortunately, it doesn't support mobile phone or YouTube access. The wellness area, swimming pool, sauna, and steam rooms are very nice and inexpensive at around €10 for hotel guests. The adjacent restaurant looks good. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee, and there are also free public parking spaces 50 meters away.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the Trihotel Rostock, but there were a few things that bothered me. The room was clean, the beds were made daily, and the trash cans were emptied regularly – so the room service left a good impression. I was less impressed by the thin walls: Noises from both the bathroom and the hallway were clearly audible. On two consecutive nights, around 1:30 a.m., furniture was being moved loudly above us. Departing guests were also very loud in the hallways. When I asked at reception, I was unfortunately told that the hotel wasn't responsible for this. The spa/pool area was quite nice, not crowded despite the season. All in all, a decent, nice hotel; not recommended for sensitive sleepers due to the noise.

We stayed at the Trihotel for 10 nights. It's very conveniently located, not far from the city center and the highway. Nevertheless, the rooms facing the forest are very quiet. Our room (157) was very nice, spacious enough for a longer stay, and very stylishly furnished. The beds were excellent and very comfortable. The breakfast was very plentiful and included everything. The wellness offerings are highly recommended. A big compliment to the staff; no matter what our requests were, they made everything possible. We would be happy to come back.

We stayed at the Trihotel for three days while preparing for a wedding. The staff was very helpful (housekeeping for emergency ironing and sewing kits was fantastic! An extra room for preparing a performance was provided very kindly and free of charge). Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Some of the rooms were a bit dated, but clean. The initial phone contact could have been friendlier. We didn't have time to use the wellness area. Overall rating: recommendable and good.

It was a dream stay. Our first vacation together was simply perfect thanks to the Trihotel team! Despite a very short notice "early bird" check-in (booked just an hour before arrival), everything was prepared, from the beautifully decorated bed to the champagne in the room! The evening of our arrival, we had a "poetry dinner" with three perfectly prepared courses that simply couldn't be better, and a lovingly decorated table with a candle and a box of cards with short poems and love questions. The next morning, we enjoyed a champagne breakfast in bed, and a little later, a lovely hour for two in the stylishly decorated Cleopatra bath with milk and rose oil in the water! Plus, a few delicious grapes and (how could it be otherwise) a glass of champagne per person... We were always treated very kindly and courteously and felt almost like VIPs! Every question was always answered to our complete satisfaction, and we felt very welcome! Thank you for the wonderful stay, we look forward to the next time!

Absolutely! We've rarely encountered such politeness, friendliness, and humor! We felt so comfortable! The icing on the cake was the lovely staff who served us the world's best pizza even after 10 p.m.! Great hotel, we'll be back!!!

Here for the umpteenth time. New rooms. Great wellness area. Cleopatra bath and full-body massage highly recommended. Bus stops right outside. 4 stops to the city center. Public transport included in the price of the spa card. This was the first time I've taken the free kitchen tour. Highly recommended. I'd be happy to come back. Addendum: strange payment policies. Despite having a credit card on file, everything is debited upon arrival, and additionally, the services you used on-site are debited again upon checkout. This is supposed to be a new policy. I find it very customer-unfriendly. Hence 4 instead of 5 stars.

We stayed at this fantastic hotel for a week. Our comfort room, facing the forest, was a comfortable size, clean, and very quiet. Overall, the hotel was very quiet, and you could tell it was an adults-only hotel. The staff were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The wellness area was clean and well-maintained, and the water temperature in the pool was very pleasant. There are plenty of relaxation areas both indoors and outdoors. The food on offer is excellent and plentiful. We even had a special place to store our bikes. The bus stop is right outside. We will visit this hotel again.

The Trihotel is always worth a visit. The staff is friendly. The rooms are great. Everything is well-maintained and clean. The wellness area is very nice.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights. Check-in was bumpy. Our booked package was only handed over in full upon request. My room was directly above the bar's outdoor area. Because I had the window ajar due to the high temperatures, it smelled of smoke. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff very accommodating and friendly. The waiter at Tribeholz in the evening was also on the ball, and it was a pleasure to end the evening there. The sauna area and massage were the perfect way to round off the day. Unfortunately, check-out was just as bumpy as check-in. It's a shame. It would have been nice to have been informed about the free parking 20 meters away. I would also be happy if the fee were charged once per stay. All in all, it was a nice stay.

I was there with a friend for the weekend to relax a bit. Check-in went smoothly. The room heated up during the day, so we basically had to keep the windows open the whole time. An additional feature like air conditioning would have been nice. The wellness area is small but nice. The sauna has a great view of the adjacent forest, and there are plenty of loungers. The two steam rooms are also great. The pool is more for splashing around; it's not long enough for swimming. The only negative experience I had was when I wanted to fill up my water bottle at the bar tap because the bottle wouldn't fit under the faucet in the bathroom. I didn't want to serve myself behind the counter and explained this to the staff, but I was reprimanded in an unfriendly and unsympathetic manner. All in all, I can still recommend the hotel to anyone who simply wants to relax for a few days in Rostock.

Disgusting. Inside looks ugly and like an American motel for 9 bucks a night. No privacy in room. Our shower was with no wall next to the bed. Mold in carpet and in showers and on toilet. Inside is ugly and cheap. Rooms smell like smoke. Window frame had cigarette char on it. Ideal for hipsters and people bringing an escort. Wouldn’t pay more than 20 euro a night. Food is not very good and very salty. Hotel is in clear violation of: breach of consumer protection law as this is a non smoking room, or Beherbergungsstättenverordnung (unhygienic area to be placed in). Also violating the Infektionsschutzgesetz – IfSG (mold on toilets) and doesn’t follow the DIN 10506 with the quality of resources placed in the room such as the dusty carpet and dirty window cover. I will not return and don’t recommend you come.

We stayed at the hotel for one night (unfortunately only) at the beginning of August and were absolutely thrilled. The room was beautifully furnished, the bathroom was a dream, everything was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was very extensive in a very pleasant setting. Personally, it couldn't have been better. If I ever come to Rostock again, this will be my first choice.

Super nice hotel... A little out of the way, but thanks to public transport and the ticket you get from the hotel, you can get to the Steintor, the KTV, and the city center in about 5-10 minutes. It was perfectly fine considering there's a park/forest right around the hotel. The rooms are clean and modern and have all the standard amenities. The spa is also great. Two steam saunas, one dry sauna, Chill-out area on the roof terrace. A pleasantly large pool with an outdoor area overlooking a meadow and the forest. The hotel's "5 Elements" restaurant gets a separate review but is recommended. The bars are also recommended. Prices are normal and similar to those in other cocktail bars. A little tip: keep the room card away from your phone, otherwise it will deactivate. I had this problem, but thanks to the friendly receptionist, it was quickly resolved. Thanks again.

If you want to ruin your vacation — this is the place. Mold in the steam rooms and showers, and in the rooms either no blackout curtains or ones that don’t close. The nearest decent beach is a 30-minute drive away. Staff treat guests like a problem: because we don’t speak the language well, the woman at reception became irritated, stopped greeting us, and spoke as if we’d shown up uninvited at her home. We arrived before check-in, asked about parking — “everything later at check-in,” she said. Result? A fine for just 3 hours. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel gets good reviews — either people have never experienced truly good service, or the bad ones just disappear. One star only for the coffee.

I go to this hotel 2 to 3 times a year for 3 days to relax and always feel very comfortable. I particularly like the friendliness of the staff. The food is very good, a bit pricey, but everything is getting more expensive! In the evenings, you can sit in the Triebholz restaurant. The wellness area is top-notch.

Our stay at the Trihotel Rostock was unfortunately disappointing. Parking costs €15 per day, and breakfast €23 per person – far too expensive for what was offered. The selection was limited, the products didn't seem fresh, and the coffee had an unpleasantly sour taste. We also had to change rooms due to an event taking place directly below our room. The new room cost €20 more, just because of the supposed "forest view." In fact, it was smaller, and the only way to reach the window was through the bed – very inconvenient. The spa area is tiny, with two steam baths and a sauna. The outdoor area with the loungers hadn't been cleaned over time and gave a neglected impression. Overall, the value for money isn't good. I wouldn't recommend the hotel unless you really have no other alternative.

It was a wonderful stay. The room was very well furnished and easy to reach by public transport. The aqua park was wonderful. Breakfast costs €23 per person, but it's well worth it.

I took my time writing this review because I wanted to be truly honest. We had two single rooms and had traveled there for personal reasons. We can't comment on the wellness area; we didn't use it. The lobby was pleasantly airy, with beautiful furniture, and the staff was very friendly. But what was already evident in the welcome emails was also present here: incredibly funny sayings plastered everywhere. It was quite annoying. Furthermore, I have to say, unfortunately, that the "cool" hotel was a completely ordinary hotel, based on the furniture in the room and the building itself. The reason I'm writing this after much hesitation was an incident in the restaurant that really bothered us: We wanted to eat, but it wasn't late. After asking if we had a reservation and receiving a lot of frowning, we were given a small table next to the breakfast juice station, where the floor was sticky with juice. Many tables were unoccupied, but all were fully set with glasses, napkins, and cutlery. Why we were asked for a reservation is beyond comprehension, especially since all the tables were cleared not long after we arrived. However, we found the staff particularly disgusting: the two women and one man were laughing their heads off at other guests, and we had to listen to it all. Only a nice young man with a migrant background continued to do his work in a friendly manner and didn't get involved. We won't be coming back.

The hotel is showing its age. The room rates and the €15 parking fee per night are completely excessive. Ms. Lier at the reception desk is very, very nice. We've never encountered such exceptional friendliness in this hotel before.

Overall, it was quite okay. The food was excellent. What annoyed me was the €15 parking fee, since we had already paid €149 for an overnight stay with breakfast. That should have been included in the price. Breakfast was also very plentiful.

We chose a late departure from Copenhagen and had booked the Trihotel in Rostock to start our holiday with a bit of luxury. And that's what we got. A lovely spa area with steam baths, sauna and a nice pool with fun surprises. We pretty much had the area to ourselves that evening and enjoyed it. We didn't get a massage as it was closed, but we'll definitely try that next time. A wonderful way to start our holiday.

Very nice adults-only hotel. Large rooms and a very cool, modern atmosphere. There's a nice bar and a restaurant (reservations required). Parking is subject to a fee of €15 per night! That's way too much in my opinion.

We stayed with our dog and felt comfortable overall. The hotel is dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The breakfast was very good – plentiful and fresh, with a nice selection. The staff was also consistently friendly and helpful. However, there was one major drawback: Our room faced the street, and it was extremely noisy. The traffic noise was already disturbing, but what was particularly unpleasant was that guests on the restaurant terrace were talking very loudly until late into the night (sometimes until 1 a.m.). Sleep was almost impossible during this time. If you are sensitive to noise, you should definitely request a room at the rear.

Good location outside of Rostock. Rooms are very small. Beds are too soft and have a "dip" in them. Breakfast has a good selection. Good atmosphere at the bar in the evening.

Very nice hotel on the outskirts of town. Public transport was also available with the spa card. Buses ran every 10 minutes from the hotel, so the car could be safely parked for the duration of the stay. The pool and sauna area were excellent. The rooms were excellent, with one or two suggestions for improvement.

We thoroughly enjoyed our women's wellness weekend here. We were overwhelmed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. You could say they are very professional. The food was excellent, and the ambiance with the colorful furniture and lighting was very inviting. Despite being on the main road, it wasn't noisy in the room facing the street. Quite the opposite; we found the atmosphere overall to be calm and relaxing. We loved that you could just throw on your bathrobe in your room and then head straight to the wellness area. No annoying changing in the changing rooms or lugging clothes around. The facial was very nice. Overall, everything was very clean. We have nothing to complain about, only praise. Thank you for the wonderful break.

Six of us were there for an extended "girls' weekend" and were thrilled from the start. Check-in went smoothly, the rooms were great, and the food, oh my God, the food was amazing. After a leisurely breakfast, we made extensive use of the wellness area and, feeling deeply relaxed, surrendered to the culinary delights once again. Afterwards, a cocktail in the bar and the perfect day was complete. Special praise goes to the staff. I've never experienced such a quiet and relaxing hotel. We'll definitely be back!!!

First of all, I'd like to say: I can't contribute much regarding overnight accommodation, breakfast, etc. However, I was very disappointed today, so partly out of frustration... yes... I can only give it one star. We all know the problem of not being able to redeem vouchers in just three years, right? However, this is the first time a voucher has completely expired. I wouldn't have said anything about a €20 voucher, two years late... but when it's a €130 wellness voucher, it's good manners and corporate image to accommodate customers instead of keeping the money for yourself without giving anything in return. That disappointed me very much today and will stay with me. Therefore - rightly - only one star... sorry! @edit to the answer: so far, four out of five companies with similarly expired vouchers... virtually all of them, except for Trihotel, are extending or crediting them ;-)

Extremely disappointed with the rude, inflexible and unhelpful treatment I received when I checked in and it turned out that my reservation wasn't until a month later. No rebooking or refund was offered and I was forced to pay for a night at a nearby hotel instead. I would not recommend anyone who values ​​hospitality and/or service to stay at this hotel.

The Tri Hotel in Rostock offers parking directly in front of the hotel – however, this is subject to a fee and must be paid for separately. Unfortunately, this is not mentioned on the website or when booking. For your information: There is a bus stop nearby where you can park for free – the hotel also provides no information about this. Upon our arrival, the reception desk initially couldn't find our reservation. It took about 15 minutes before we were informed that everything was in order and we received our room keys. Unfortunately, there was no welcome drink, as is customary in many hotels. The room itself was spacious and tastefully furnished. The bathroom was fully equipped and left nothing to be desired. We had a room with a view of the forest, but the windows were very dirty, which significantly spoiled the view. In the hallway, it seemed as if the carpet had just been laid and had a disgusting smell. The roof terrace is beautifully designed, but the swimming pool was less impressive. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. However, it's disappointing that you have to pay extra for a freshly prepared fried egg, which should be included in a breakfast of this price range. Conclusion: I wouldn't stay at this hotel again – for two main reasons: 1. The separate billing for breakfast and parking. 2. The overall impersonal service, especially at check-in. I wanted to say something on the day of departure, but no one was interested. This hotel has more potential!

A hotel unlike any I've ever seen. I was here with my wife, and we were both equally impressed. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Great attention to detail. The poetry dinner was a truly wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet is truly excellent, and there's something for everyone. For me, this is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. We'll definitely be back.

3-day Baltic Sea retreat. Many thanks to the entire team, it was a wonderful stay. The sauna could be separated for men and women—just a suggestion. The food was delicious and always of a high standard. We felt very comfortable, thank you.

Everything about this hotel was somehow "okay"; the potential is there, but it feels like it's not being utilized. - The furniture in the rooms is quite worn and rather old-fashioned; the pillows had visible stains; a pillowcase underneath the actual pillowcase would have been a good idea. - I found the mattress rather uncomfortable. - You can choose whether to sleep in the dark (it doesn't get really dark in the room anyway) or open the window at night. Both options are impossible due to the blinds, which is a shame, as the rooms are very warm and stuffy. - The advertised forest view offers a few trees on the horizon, but in reality, you see the utility shafts and the roof of the adjacent building. - The shower gel dispenser in our bathroom was empty. - The spa area is okay, but for the price, I'd rather go to a proper thermal spa or sauna complex in the future. - The same applies to breakfast; it was all fine, but nothing special. I found it a bit odd that they advertised individually prepared egg dishes online, but didn't mention that these aren't included in the breakfast price and would have to be booked separately. (You'll definitely get your fill even with the included options.) I wouldn't recommend the breakfast to vegans. - Probably due to the holiday, the checkout process took at least 15 minutes, which wasn't great either.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The entire staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Our requests were accommodated. The hotel's location is great. Free, hassle-free shuttle service to the city center departs right outside the hotel. We would happily recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes from the motorway, but the noise from the road is noticeable in the morning, even in the rooms facing the forest. The rooms are sufficiently large, in good condition, and clean. The stylish design of the hotel's corridors and the use of the attached AQUA spa with saunas and a swimming pool are noteworthy, open until 10:00 PM in the winter. During the week, it is less busy and offers plenty of space for quiet relaxation. You can enjoy a good meal on site in a stylish setting. The breakfast buffet mars the otherwise good impression. Price-wise, it's on the upscale side at €23, but the content falls short on a few details: the ORANGE drink from the vending machine wouldn't pass for orange nectar, the rolls would appreciate a few more minutes of baking time, and so would the guests, of course, so they don't have the feel of a wet kitchen sponge; the baked beans were seasoned with citric acid powder instead of salt, the small sausages were lukewarm, but the coffee is good. Breakfast is also available at the bakery, with filled and crispy rolls for half price. As a business traveler, I appreciate an enjoyable start to the day, so breakfast is essential. I attended a three-day seminar here and was very impressed. It was centrally located enough to easily reach everything. The food was first-class, and my requests were always met. I'd love to come back next time!

This was our second time staying at the TRIHOTEL. The location is a bit out of the way from the center, but you can get to Rostock town center relatively quickly by bus (the stop is directly opposite the hotel) and train. The staff is friendly and helpful, although it would be helpful to write down something now and then, for example, what a guest would like in their omelet. The room is sufficiently large and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. What bothered us about room 313 was the bathroom. The faucet on the sink only extends slightly into the basin, so you end up getting the entire sink wet when washing your hands. The shower isn't long enough, so the entire floor was wet after showering; the shower mat in front of it didn't help. There's also hardly any storage space, and towels can't be dried properly, especially when you add wet pool towels.

We booked a four-day stay at the Trihotel Rostock through kurzurlaub.de. We felt comfortable throughout; breakfast at the 5-Elements restaurant and the drinks and food at the Triebholz restaurant were particularly good. The staff here were very friendly. Unfortunately, we missed the warm welcome we received at reception upon our arrival on Thursday. It was "very matter-of-fact." We were initially a little disappointed with the room, as it didn't quite meet our expectations and didn't fit the hotel's modern concept. However, we did notice the mattress, which we slept on very well. The bathroom was also modern. The room cleaning was okay, but we unfortunately missed the towels being changed. We would have liked that at least once. The used glasses weren't even replaced with new ones. That could definitely be improved. My request for a second pillow was no problem and was immediately accommodated; thank you again! I was also impressed by the wellness area. We can recommend the hotel and would happily return.

We stayed here for one night, without breakfast. Check-in took a bit longer, probably due to the trainee, but that wasn't a big deal for us. When we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was large and very modern, as were the shower and bathroom. It was well-equipped and generally clean, except for a few small hairs and cobwebs behind the bathroom door. Afterward, we tried out the wellness area and were unfortunately very unpleasantly surprised: everything in the pool and around it was very dirty, not just the pool, but also the changing room and shower. The water was also very cold. There were some mold spots in the shower and changing rooms. The pool lights were also flickering frequently, which was very distracting and not conducive to relaxation. There are also very few loungers, so they fill up very quickly, and you don't know where to put your things. The idea of ​​the tealight candles is certainly well-intentioned, but poorly implemented. The batteries here need replacing. We can't rate the breakfast, as it was far too expensive for us at over €20. The parking is also too expensive at €15. From the outside, the hotel and the grounds don't look very well maintained. For example, you can't even read "Trihotel" on the side of the building from the street. It just says "Hotel." The rest has already disappeared behind the greenery on the building wall. The service itself was okay, but there's still significant room for improvement. We won't be coming back - too little for too much money!

I can recommend this hotel 100%. I made a reservation over the phone and was treated very friendly and accommodatingly, and all my requests were met. Upon arrival, everything was as discussed. The rooms are very nice and super clean. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try anything else they offered since I was only there for one night. Which was a shame, as I would have liked to stay longer. But I had to move on for work reasons. Great and incredibly friendly staff. I would like to specifically mention the person who gave me excellent advice over the phone; everything was as described and was even there on the day of my arrival. Till Philipp is this person's name. There should be more employees like him. As I already told Mr. Philipp, I will recommend to my company that all drivers traveling on business book an overnight stay there. Keep it up 👍🏻

So, we stayed at this hotel a few days ago. At first glance, you might say the hotel seems very cheap. But when you consider that breakfast costs €23.50 per person, it's simply outrageous. Parking also costs €15 per night, which is simply too much. For those who want to stay overnight, there's a free parking lot right next door; otherwise, you can park in the surrounding streets, and it's just a two- or three-minute walk. The first negative thing we noticed was that the sign on the building that says "Tri Hotel" is completely overgrown, and you can barely read the name "Hotel." This is quite strange. When we arrived at check-in, we were greeted by a nice young gentleman who appeared to be doing his training there. The young man was very friendly, gave us a warm welcome, and gave us all the important information. When we arrived in the room, we were pleasantly surprised. Apparently, we got a room upgrade, which we didn't actually book, which is also very positive. The room was very nice and well-equipped. The bathroom was very large, and there was even a rain shower. Unfortunately there were cobwebs and hair behind the bathroom door. The toilet in the bathroom was very low and the room is definitely not suitable for older people. It was pretty clean but it could be improved by, for example, dusting certain areas every now and then that don't need to be cleaned every day. We thought the decor was really nice and well done; we also thought the LED lighting by the window and bed was great. Next we went to the wellness area and this was unfortunately a mistake. When we got to the pool area it was unfortunately very full and noisy; there weren't even any free loungers. People were all talking so loudly that you couldn't get any peace and quiet. When we put our bathrobes down on a bench and went down to the showers we couldn't believe our eyes. There was mold on the ceiling as far as the eye could see. The grout was also unclean and some of the shower heads were greenish and covered in limescale. The question is when will this place be properly cleaned. So far so good, then we got to the pool. Firstly, the pool was very small and very cold. The water could have been a lot warmer; it wasn't conducive to relaxation. Electric tea lights were placed in some kind of rack all around the pool, and half of them weren't lit because the batteries were dead. You either make sure the lights stay lit or get rid of them, which unfortunately makes no sense at all. There were water stains on the ceiling, and even the speaker was rusting. The two jets in the pool, which you could turn on separately, were very hard and not at all pleasant. The other water feature, which you could turn on, was very pleasant, but it too was greenish underneath and rusting. The pool itself wasn't exactly clean; a pool robot doesn't seem to be used here, and if it is, it certainly isn't used often enough. The drains in the pool were all brownish from all the rust. Unfortunately, we can't comment on breakfast, as we didn't see the point in having breakfast for €47; you could even go to Alex for brunch with two people. Checkout was smooth and very quick, as the employee apparently had no desire to interact with customers. The employee didn't greet us with a good morning or hello, nor did he ask how our stay was or wish us a nice day. Conclusion: You can sleep here for one night, but we wouldn't come back. Service and cleanliness urgently need to be improved, and the employees need to be trained accordingly. There are conference rooms, but the employees urgently need training.

We were given a day of wellness here as a gift. Full of anticipation, we made an appointment over the phone and arrived on time. The treatments include massages and the staff are all very friendly and do their jobs very well. However, the surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired. There is a relatively small pool that you can use to do a few strokes or you can just sit on a lounger and wait for the next treatment. The highlight was lunch. You could order from a menu there, but it was brought from the hotel opposite, not in a box or covered, but on an open plate.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife for 3 nights. The room was very clean and spacious. For some reason, it was very warm even though the heating was off and the window was open. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the selection was very extensive. The wellness area is adequate for the size of the hotel. When we were there, it was very quiet, so we had no trouble swimming in the pool or finding a spot in the sauna. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive. The hotel is a bit out of town, but there's a bus stop right outside with very good connections to the city center. If I'm in Rostock again, I would stay here again.

I've only been to the Rittberger so far and didn't realize there were two great wellness hotels in Rostock. For €8, I got an upgrade to a really nice, creatively decorated room. Even so, the night only cost a good €100, great value for money. Unfortunately, the sauna area doesn't open until the afternoon, but that's okay. You have to calculate the lowest prices somehow. The pool is definitely nice. The location is a bit out of the way, so a car is handy. But it's also well connected to public transport.

Beautiful, quiet hotel. Lovely room with a view of the forest. Delicious breakfast. The only complaint we had was the cocktail. We had the impression that it didn't contain any alcohol, but instead had lots of ice cubes.

We spent a girls' weekend at the hotel. It was a fantastic weekend with lovely accommodations and excellent food. The rooms are clean and cozy, the beds very comfortable, and the entire staff very friendly. A spa treatment was included in the price, which was also great, and the subsequent pool session was incredibly relaxing. There's a bus service right outside the hotel; we didn't use it, but it's easy to get into town. There was a wedding at the hotel on Saturday evening, and we didn't notice it at all – great!!! We had the problem that the light in the bathroom broke during our stay. We had the choice between a new room and a floor lamp. Since we had several rooms next to each other, we opted for the lamp. This was also quick and easy. I will be back.

The hotel is really good so far, but I only have two criticisms that fall under German rip-offs. It's unbelievable to charge €23 for a breakfast buffet. I've been driving through hotels for 30 years, and this is by far the biggest rip-off. Also, a parking lot run by a third-party provider costs €15. If you transpose the numbers on your license plate, it costs €50. It strikes me how hotel guests in Germany are ripped off with overpriced breakfast and parking fees. This is no longer proportionate. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel the room. Our company will avoid this hotel; there are cheaper hotels in Rostock that are also much better located and not so far from the city center. New again

A beautiful and incredibly cozy hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The food and drink are of a very high standard. The wellness area leaves nothing to be desired. We felt so incredibly comfortable that we will definitely return.

Unfortunately, I didn't feel the vibe, sorry. The hotel has everything you need in a hotel. Objectively, everything is fine. However, I found both the friendliness of the service staff and the on-site offerings to be in need of improvement. I found the prices for food and wellness treatments, in particular, to be unreasonable. Breakfast for €23 or a 30-minute bath for €55, as well as the prices for burgers and the like, were definitely too high overall for me. Even a coffee to take to the room, which definitely tasted good, I find too expensive at €4.50. I've seen other hotels offer much cheaper prices. It's nice there, but unfortunately, I didn't find the price/performance ratio to be balanced. I won't be coming back.

The not-so-good aspects: It was very noisy; for example, the hallway was vacuumed as early as 8 a.m., and the slamming doors were hard to miss. This also applies to the wellness area; it's difficult to relax there. There's only one sauna, and everything is very cramped. Finally, I found the prices for drinks and food to be significantly too high, even for a tourist hotel.

Well-being at the highest level! We had an all-around wonderful break at the Trihotel Rostock – a place where you immediately slow down, feel welcome, and can simply enjoy yourself. The food in the 5 Elements Restaurant was not only delicious, but also creatively and lovingly prepared. A very special highlight was the kitchen party with a glimpse behind the scenes: With a small glass of sparkling wine, we were charmingly guided through the various stations – what an experience! Knowing who prepares our meals makes the enjoyment even more intense. The wellness area was a dream: the 90° sauna with a forest view, the fragrant herbal steam bath, a pleasantly temperate pool, and the quiet outdoor area right next to the forest – absolute relaxation deluxe. It was never crowded, but always pleasantly quiet. My back massage was just right: sensitive, attentive, and without unnecessary pain. My worries were lovingly addressed, and afterwards I felt reborn. The walk in the forest after meals was also good for body and soul – nature to breathe deeply. And then there's the breakfast buffet: lovingly prepared, with everything your heart desires – from fresh fish to crispy bacon, cold cuts, muesli, and much more. In the evening, there was a fantastic happy hour at Tribeholz: delicious cocktails, a pizza to die for, and the wonderful feeling of being able to put a face to the people in the kitchen. My cousin and I shared a room – and were more than thrilled. Conclusion: 10/10 – We'll definitely be back!

It was an incredibly nice short vacation... The hotel is easy to reach by car but also by public transport…. Clean and very modern and warm atmosphere…. The food, whether it was breakfast or dinner, was delicious... The spa area is very well maintained and the treatments were very nice... Cleanliness and friendly are not a word capitalized in this house... The room was sufficient and the bathroom was as it should be... nothing was missing... I would happily return to this hotel again

Very friendly reception at check-in and detailed explanation of where everything is and what you should pay attention to. The recommendation to reserve a table in the restaurant was also confirmed. I have been coming to the TRIHOTEL for years for work The service and commitment of the team is simply very special. The rooms have been renovated and designed with a unique flair. The food in the à la carte restaurant was always very good and the conference packages were always varied. Wishes relating to the conference were always implemented wherever possible. The participants were always treated in a friendly and courteous manner. We almost missed our train last time because the taxi didn't come on time. Mr. Ewert personally drove us to the train station without further ado. TOP SERVICE!

“A few days away from everyday life” were our words and we chose the Trihotel. As soon as you checked in, you were greeted with a very loving and courteous greeting. You were given all the necessary information straight away and everything was clear to understand. When we arrived at the room (3rd floor with a view of the forests) we were very positively surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable ambience. We took advantage of one of the offers for couples with a Cleopatra bath and candlelight dinner. We also had a head, face and back massage in the neighboring aqua area. There, too, you were warmly welcomed and completely pampered. With regard to the lovers (e.g. in the Cleopatra bath), everything necessary was provided to spark the appropriate romance. Great attention is also paid to privacy during this time, so that you can fully concentrate on each other and fully enjoy your time together. Breakfast and dinner were flawless, fresh and ended with a great compliment to the kitchen. All in all, we definitely recommend the hotel for a little break from everyday life. Incredibly lovely staff, whether at reception, in the restaurant or in the aqua area. Only the location is very urban, as it is on the outskirts of Rostock. There are forests where you can certainly enjoy nature. It is located on a busy street, which would be less of an option for long vacations including a visit to the beach. All in all (the 2nd) you can feel more than comfortable there, regardless of whether you stay for 2 days or 2 weeks! :-))

Before the birth of our third child, we treated ourselves to a little break and visited the hotel for the first time. The friendly, courteous service is outstanding. Relaxed, nice employees, humorous little conversations (I stood at reception in my bathrobe at 10 p.m. because the room card had discharged in combination with the SmartWatch and we couldn't get in. ;)) and very service-oriented. Take coffee to your room? No problem! The staff was also very attentive at breakfast and quickly ensured order and cleanliness and quickly refilled all the dishes. The room was attractively designed with selectable lighting ambience and natural materials. Unfortunately not quite as soundproofed as desired but overall comfortable. In the spa area we particularly enjoyed the sauna. Afterwards, spending time on the roof terrace under the starry sky with a view of the forest and deer is extraordinary. :) The breakfast was great. Available until 11 a.m., everything is still there. Fresh, large selection and a really nice restaurant that invites you to enjoy a longer gourmet breakfast.
