We spontaneously stayed here for one night. Short parental break. Super stylish hotel, with an extravagant lighting concept. The reception staff (a trainee) were very attentive and friendly, but I found it quite difficult to understand. Another minus point: Unfortunately, the inventory in the room (306) was already very old and the imitation leather on the headboard of the bed was already peeling off, which was hidden behind fluffy pillows. The mattresses, however, were very, very comfortable. The location of the room (towards the forest) was also good and nice and quiet. The bathroom was also super stylish The breakfast buffet was excellent and extensive, filter coffee is available upon request from the very friendly and attentive staff. From bacon & eggs, smoked fish to mini croissants to Bircher muesli with berries, everything was there. Above all, the ambience in 5-Elements was a highlight in the early hours of the morning. We also visited and used the small wellness area. All in all, it was a nice break for both of us. We would definitely come back again.

The room looks great, but there are a few cleanliness issues in the bathroom. The food is very tasty and there is a lot to choose from. Unfortunately, only the male employees at reception were very friendly. Otherwise the hotel has a lot of entertainment and pleasant atmosphere for couples.

I stayed in this beautiful hotel for a total of 8 days, the room was very clean and quiet, the breakfast buffet was very good and the restaurant with service was also ok, there could be more choice on the menu regarding the food. Otherwise there is a very harmonious atmosphere throughout the house. We'll definitely see each other again :) Thank you

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The breakfast room is very nice, with the possibility of sitting outside. The staff at breakfast were very attentive and friendly. The pool was also nice, although small, but everything was very clean. What was less nice and very loud was our room 128 above the outside area of ​​the bar and facing the street. It was extremely loud and it was impossible to open the window at night. The cars thundered past until 2am. So in the warm summer temperatures it was really extremely stuffy and warm in the room. But sleeping with the window open wasn't an option because of the street noise. For this reason we would not stay there again. I would have found it nice too to be asked on departure whether our stay was pleasant. We paid the bill and were said goodbye. Unfortunately there was nothing more. Overall, a nice hotel.

Dear TriHotel team! We held our wedding in your space on August 14th, 2024. From planning to the appointment, we received great support from Mr. Ewers. We were pleasantly surprised at the first appointment and this was carried through. The staff friendly and helpful. We also spent our wedding night with you. The room was clean and comfortably furnished. In the morning the buffet has something for everyone and is sufficient. We can only recommend the hotel and do so. Best regards

Very nice hotel, for 135 euros a night, the room was top furnished. We particularly liked the decoration made of natural wood.

The hotel was clean, but unfortunately it was noticeable that there was tension among the employees. Some of them were very friendly, some of them didn't even open their mouths when I said hello. That doesn't work. When a customer wishes to go to breakfast and asks if he can pay later and his request is denied. This isn't a business. In the morning when you are assigned a table you could be addressed by name. It's on the page. A smile would also be nice even if you have to work. The wellness area was great, as was breakfast. There was more friendliness from the Netto cashier than from some of the employees. That's where you should start.

Creatively designed hotel with great attention to detail, very good breakfast, comfortable bed with different pillows. With the bus in front of the door you can quickly get to the city center. Ideal for relaxing and sightseeing in Rostock.

We have been here a few times but are disappointed this time. Sauna doesn't open until 3 p.m. in summer, not everyone is out and about during the day and would like to relax during the day because they go to the concert in the evening. Egg dishes now cost an additional 1.90, what was otherwise always included is not possible for a 4 star hotel, only 2 types of rolls that were rock hard. No refrigerator in the room or minibar. Some of the reception doesn't understand German! No possibility to buy chilled water at the reception. There is no storage space in the bathroom, towels cannot be dried either, no space. The windows in the swimming pool are very dirty, the lawns outside are not attractive, full of leaves and carelessly designed, more like a smoking area. We're just disappointed this time!

It was my first time in the hotel. The room was very clean, I had noticed a small thing and this was fixed immediately. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also really good, as were the cocktails in “Tribeholz”. All in all, a really nice stay and the location is such that you can easily reach everything by car or bus. Despite the room facing the street, it was really very quiet.

Nice hotel located approx. 10 minutes by car from Rostock. It is also the same distance to the ferry to Sweden. Parking (fee) right outside. 3 restaurants (of which 1 is closed in summer) with a good selection of food. Pool and various spa treatments you can order.

This hotel is really great. And it would be fully recommended if it weren't for the advertising for cheap rooms. The homepage advertises an overnight stay with breakfast for €99. According to telephone information you can only book online. But it says there is no room available. Interestingly, if booked by phone, a room is available for over €150. For me it's a scam. Since I didn't book it myself, but the room was reserved for me by someone else, I ended up staying there. Great rooms, great wellness area with swimming pool and several saunas, very nice atmosphere, very good breakfast, although you can't get cold cocoa. The restaurant in the hotel offers very good food with good service, but at exorbitant prices.

I've been enjoying going to the Trihotel for many years, whether it's just to switch off my head and enjoy a break or to accommodate the mourners for my father's funeral appropriately. No matter how and at what time, you are always welcomed in a friendly and family-like manner. That was the case with the senior bosses many years ago and it hasn't changed despite the modernization and the really great redesign by the junior boss. Of course it's not the cheapest hotel, but it's worth the price and I'd rather forgo a week somewhere else and go for 3 days and let myself be pampered here with both the spa and the culinary delights. I was just there a week ago with my wife on a romantic short trip and we enjoyed every second. I loved the size and cleanliness of the rooms, but it was really warm in our room - it was hard to sleep. I also think it's a shame that the employees at the reception often didn't say hello (especially the lady who instructed the other employees in kindness). I think you can expect that, or at least a friendly smile. Pool is cool! We stayed at the hotel for five nights.

And everything was perfect, implemented very well and all of our wishes were implemented without any problems. There was smooth contact throughout the entire preparation period and we felt 100% in good hands. The whole hotel exudes such modern and fresh vibes. ALL the staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully furnished with everything you need. Super soft beds. The food was also absolutely perfect. Whether the buffet for the celebration, the breakfast with a great and large selection or the mega burger at TriebeHolz were of such great quality <3. The spa area was also absolutely satisfactory. Clean and nicely furnished. We had a wonderful time with you and we will definitely see each other again.

Hotel (staff) great. Creative and friendly. Not a chain, but independent with great ideas of your own. Restaurant is great - very tasty. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Good accessibility. Bus stops nearby. And public transport is included in the spa card. Disadvantages: Location on a busy street. When it's warm it's hard to leave the window open because of the noise. Air conditioning was not available. The wellness area is a bit old and not very big, but on many levels. A second sauna (bio sauna) would be nice.

Hello dear TriTeam 😊. This is our fourth time at the Trihotel and I am continually impressed by the hotel. I can't criticize anything about the rooms or the food. No matter which room we had, they were all very lovingly furnished and, above all, clean. The food is high quality and always perfectly prepared. The staff responds to every request and you always feel warmly welcome. Whether in the Rock Theater or in the Tribe Holz you can make yourself comfortable in the evening. Both are beautifully furnished and each has its own charm. Whether with your partner or with friends, there is something for everyone. Even though it's right on the main road, you can go for a nice walk in the Swiss forest or be at the lake in just under 20 minutes. Overall, the hotel is very diverse and leaves nothing to be desired. We'll definitely see each other again and are really looking forward to spending a little time with such great people.

The sauna opening times are very short, summer can be quite cool on the Baltic Sea, so you want to warm up again in the evening...

We were pleasantly surprised. We really liked the design and furnishings. Cooperation is totally nice and helpful. The hotel is located on a main street, but with the windows closed it didn't bother us at all. The rooms at the back are certainly a little quieter. A bus runs directly in front of the door and takes you to the city center and the main train station in just a few minutes. The wellness area exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back.

New bathrooms. BUT: Room with a view of the forest? (Picture 7) - the view spoils the price - also loose sockets.. Furnishings, in my case, more from the early 2000s.

We were there for the second time and we really liked the service, the breakfast, the rooms, the wellness area, the good bus and train connections and the free ticket. We think it's a small drawback that the tourist tax is charged for 3 days even though we were only there for 2 nights - we don't know anything else about it

The location is centrally yet quietly located, everything can be reached quickly by car. It's a very stylish hotel, the room is nice and spacious and you have everything you need and feel comfortable.

I was here with my best friend and I was immediately impressed by the first impression. The hotel has a really nice, modern concept and the 5Elements Restaurant has implemented the elements beautifully. Our room was beautiful and clean. We both slept great and the breakfast buffet was really great. The focus here was on quality rather than quantity, which we really liked. And you still have a very good selection! In addition to the great food, everyone was also very friendly and helpful, regardless of the area. Our visit to the spa was really relaxing and you could unwind wonderfully by/in the pool. Although the hotel was fully booked, we found it quiet and pleasant. The location is of course also an absolute plus point. Everything can be reached quickly and easily. We were able to really enjoy our mommy break here and would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel, clean and nicely decorated. Arrive and feel at home, reception is open around the clock. There is free parking and WiFi. Not far from the old town, public transport in front of the hotel. The wellness area + pool invites you to relax.

Our stay was simply great. The room (design standard) perfect. We had booked a package with 3 nights, including breakfast/dinner on the day of arrival etc. We felt very comfortable. The breakfast was without any compromises, so rich, there was something for everyone (especially if you don't eat meat). The staff, without exception, were incredibly nice and accommodating. The connection to “downtown” is great. So an all around lovely stay!!! I will definitely recommend it!

The room was fine for a long weekend, but it wouldn't be suitable for a whole week. Unfortunately we couldn't rent an e-scooter and the room looked different than the picture. There was a very nice atmosphere in the bar but the cocktails were very overpriced

Dear Trihotel team, As a business traveler, I have been coming to you as a guest almost weekly for more than 8 years now. Since your employee Ms. Welsch left, things have gone downhill rapidly in terms of staff, especially at the reception. I tried to reach reception for over an hour on May 28, 2024 to book a room... unfortunately without success. I then booked myself into another house in Rostock. This incident wasn't the first time and I just find the way it was done rude. A lot of things are ok in the hotel, but I find it unprofessional that a hotel in this price range is not accessible. I'm still waiting in vain for a response to an email to the hotel. Or maybe regular guests are no longer welcome. I will not book this hotel again in the future. Best regards The guest

Great hotel, clean, tidy and simply a great location. The breakfast was rich and varied. Unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitoes during our stay. Both in the meeting room and in the room. Insect screens would help here.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Very friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was really delicious. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but seemed dated compared to the modern style of the rest of the hotel and the bathroom. Unfortunately it also faced the street and we found the traffic noise quite annoying. Especially since it was quite warm and we wanted to have some fresh air through the open window. Swimming pool was great (we had it to ourselves). We can't say anything about the sauna because the opening times are (3 p.m. - 8 p.m.). in the period when people spend less time in the hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel on February 17th, 2024 🏨 after our wedding 💒.! We booked a beautiful room with romance as the bed was decorated with rose petals and with a fruit bowl and champagne to arrive! The options in the hotel are simply wonderful, the breakfast buffet is simply delicious and has a lot of choice! So we would come back at any time. The service was great, they were super friendly and can only be recommended!

More appearance than reality! The hotel is new and modern in the pictures. However, if you are in the suburbs, it doesn't look that great. There are small signs of wear everywhere that can be repaired quickly and easily. RECEPTION: Multicultural, but unfortunately we were unlucky that I didn't really understand the lady. Broken German and also very shy. I didn't really want to ask questions after that and had to help myself. ROOM: A matter of taste. The door handles are loose throughout the house. There is about 80% carpet everywhere. Not particularly hygienic. Shower is definitely too small for 2. Unfortunately the large shower head was defective. It makes water rain but also splashes on the ceiling. If this goes on for any longer, the room will soon have water damage. Toilet paper holder VERY dusty. When you lift it up to change the roll, all you see is dust. The curtain rod hangs at half past seven. If you pull a little harder, it will definitely be at the bottom. STAFF: Not as friendly as advertised. We got the statement at breakfast. WELL, WHEN YOU PUT THEM NEXT TO EACH OTHER, THEY ALL LOOK THE SAME. This was based on a young trainee who comes from the Asian region. We both found it very discriminatory. BREAKFAST: Baked rolls. Really now? Juice and water mixture that tasted more like water than juice. Coffee had too much roasted aroma. Machine probably set up incorrectly. My husband couldn't drink more than one cup. LOCATION: WELL! It would have been great if you could choose your own room. I would definitely have taken a room facing the forest. But we didn't have that. We were there for vacation and were allowed to close the window at 6:30 in the morning. It got so loud on the street in front of the hotel that sleeping in was out of the question. It also became very warm in the room. Getting up and relaxing = FAILURE. PRICE: We got it as a gift, but I can NOT recommend it. Tourist tax should be included in the package, at least that's what the receptionist said. But she wasn't. Was included on the invoice upon departure. But I didn't want this at all. Still had to pay them. Plus, cheekily enough, there’s also a parking fee. It was calculated per day. We think 12 euros is really a lot for the fact that the parking lot wasn't even cordoned off or monitored. CONCLUSION: No thanks

We had booked the package for 2 nights, half board and herbal stamp massage. To top it all off, there was entertainment in the rock theater! Lonely top! Reception, staff, rooms, catering leave nothing to be desired. We would love to come back! We still want to experience the kitchen party!

Easy arrival, spacious parking lot, attractive rooms and friendly staff. It is located on the outskirts of the city but the old town is also within walking distance. A public transport ticket is included in the tourist tax. The room was one of the renovated design rooms and was attractively designed and well equipped. Despite facing the street, the room was very quiet. You can go straight from your room to the spa area and spend the whole day there without any problems. The saunas were modern, clean and spacious. The range of applications was also extensive. The breakfast and dinner in the 5 Elements Restaurant were excellent and nothing was missing. Here too, the staff were very courteous and friendly. We would recommend the hotel and would like to come back.

The hotel looked really great from the outside. The colors were colorful, but very beautiful and coordinated. You have a more upscale feeling and everything is valuable and harmonious. You are greeted very friendly at the reception and that extends to the entire staff. Whether waiters, cleaners, spa... everyone tried hard, was attentive and friendly, but not fake. The breakfast was very tasty and so was the food in the restaurant. The beds are pleasantly hard. The windows could be darkened well. The lighting can be adjusted depending on the desired color and is therefore cozy, especially in the evenings. I really can't find a negative point, although I have seen many hotels in comparison. This was one of the best.

Really an excellent hotel. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and hallways, inspiring back massages and great food. The hotel is very easy to find, there is enough parking space and the soundproofing of the windows is really top notch.

We were there for the first time... And not the last time. My husband and I go to hotels twice a year not just to be mom and dad but to get out and just be a couple again. This time I found the Trihotel Rostock and booked it directly. We were there for a weekend and were very excited about what to expect. The hotel is very modern and well maintained. The exterior is beautiful and the entrance area has a lot to offer. But we thought our room was really beautiful! It was well furnished and was also modernized. The bed and pillows were great, as was the color-changing shower and there was enough space for two people to shower. The 3 restaurants were also very nicely decorated and the food was great 🥰 The employees were all friendly and responded to requests. The spa area is also well maintained and attractive. A little more flair with plants and color like in the main house would be desirable but ok. We were still in the couple's bathtub, which was really nice, even if we could have easily stayed here for a few minutes longer. The breakfast in bed also left nothing to be desired. The location is also wonderful for reaching a lot of things, although we only went for a walk in the forest and didn't go out and about much. All in all a wonderful break for couples who just want to be a couple again, relax and wellness. We will definitely come back and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you.

A very creatively decorated house with many artistic influences. The employees were all very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The pool in the spa was a bit cool in my personal opinion and the loungers should either have cushions or real spa loungers used for them.

We spent a lovely weekend with my daughter at the Trihotel. Our dog also felt comfortable. The room was very nicely decorated, everything was very clean. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet were very good and so was the service. There was a pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The wellness area can be reached in a bathrobe; it is not very large, but sufficient. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the door for a fee. Motorway connection within 5 minutes. Behind the hotel there is a beautiful forest for running or walking. All in all, a pleasant weekend. It was also very quick to get to Warnemünde, either by car or by bus. This leaves directly in front of the hotel.

We were there over Easter and had really nice and relaxing days. The facility is renovated, very clean and modern, the rooms are beautiful and the service was very good, professional and friendly. We stayed at this hotel for the second time. Very well located, only 4 bus stops from the city center (public transport ticket included in the tourist tax). The rooms are cutely decorated. We really liked the wellness area and the swimming pool. Only the Kneipp pool was out of service, which was a shame. We will be back

We spent Easter weekend there. What was important to us was a child-free hotel with some wellness. And that's what we got. Furnishings are uniquely colorful, but with taste. Something else. Hotel bar "Rock Theater" has a special character, I would call the red carpet "murder on the dance floor", boldly stylish. Good bartender, good music. Wellness area is great enough, but there is no whirlpool. Great breakfast in the restaurant, nice decor. Friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed it, and that's the most important thing. Our second visit to the Trihotel was also wonderful. We were very satisfied. Above all, the warmth of the employees at breakfast and dinner is infectious. The absolute highlight in the hotel is the sea aquarium. It's unbelievable what swims and crawls here. We spent a lot of time before that. Good luck to the management. Get this amazing home. By the way, the journey by train and bus was completely relaxed.

The tourist tax has existed since 2023. To offset costs, the hotel requests free bus and regional train travel to Warnemünde for the duration of your stay. The hotel has a lot to offer. The hotel looks much more modern and newer in the pictures than it actually is. The entrance area and the two restaurants integrated into the hotel are chicly furnished. The food is good and the service is very good. The rooms are small, very warm despite the window being open and the heating turned off in March. The walls are very thin, so you can clearly hear the snoring of your neighbors. The door in the hallway can be clearly heard at all times. We were particularly disappointed with the wellness area. The pool is small, cold and there is no whirlpool. The changing rooms are dirty and smelly! The saunas are clean and nice, but there are hardly any cupboards for personal belongings. The treatments in the wellness area are very good, the staff are friendly and strive to ensure a great stay. All in all it was okay, but on the last day we preferred to go to a thermal spa rather than visit the hotel's "swimming/wellness area" again.

We stayed at the Trihotel in January for a girls' weekend. We booked the Prosecco weekend, which included a three-course meal, piccolo on arrival and breakfast and a facial treatment each. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of the treatments because the hotel offered the appointments at very inappropriate times. Before we arrived, I tried to make appointments at the wellness area, but unfortunately I was never able to reach anyone. I was only able to reach someone by phone at reception. I was told that appointments for the wellness treatment could also be made on site, which was unfortunately incorrect information. Perhaps it would make sense to be able to make an appointment for the wellness treatment when booking the hotel. We didn't get a discount, but we were able to agree on one free drink per person + reimbursement of parking costs. However, no concession could have been expected from the hotel itself. The three-course meal on the first evening was fine. The wellness area is small and outdated, unfortunately this area does not fit in at all with the rest of the hotel. It appears very cool, colorless and worn. All walkers etc. can look into the bathing area through the large windows. We did not take advantage of any treatments, so we cannot rate these rooms. The rooms in the hotel were very nicely decorated and spacious, the bus stop is across the street and you can get into the city in 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately I have to say that the staff was very unfriendly and definitely not accommodating. Big minus ❗❗ On the second day there was fish again for a very manageable breakfast. Several pieces with large mold spores were missed on the fish platter! We've lost our appetite. We spoke to the staff, the fish was quickly taken away, but there was no apology! Other guests had already taken fish from this platter and were not informed of it.

We had wonderful days in the hotel again, especially when you want to switch off from everyday life. Rooms are great and very clean, food is first class. It was a nice weekend for the second time and we'll definitely be back 🥰🙏

We've been there twice now. As a couple who wants to escape from everyday family life for a weekend, it's perfect. Staff very friendly, rooms beautifully designed. Breakfast and dinner perfect. We will also come three times.

Chic hotel with a focus on wellness. The booking process is easy, the telephone availability is catastrophic, there is no personal contact possible with less than 30 minutes on hold. The rooms are very nice and stylish, unfortunately there are stains here and there in the curtains and on the walls. Nice LED effects. The wellness area is unfortunately very rugged with many steps. Rather counterproductive after a sauna session. The Friendly on-site team. The restaurant's performance was good, but in our opinion overpriced. The selection of dishes is rather small, so that not every palate will find something to suit their taste. Overall, four stars are appropriate.

Absolutely recommended. We stayed at the Tri Hotel for two nights and rather regretted that it wasn't one or two more. The rooms were modernly furnished and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The wellness area was very nice and the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired open.The absolute highlight was the rock bar in the basement, which is ideal for ending the evening. All in all, just great for a short vacation.

We booked the hotel at short notice. Had a standard room for one night. The room was clean. Unfortunately the furniture and curtains are from the 90s. Even standard rooms can be modernized. I think the price-performance ratio is not right here. We used the spa area. The log sauna was far too hot, even the floor was so hot that I couldn't put my feet up. The steam saunas were pleasant but when you looked closer, there was a lot of spakiness. Unfortunately there is no modern atmosphere here either. Terracotta colors, wiping technology and a foot basin that was not in use. During a shower the water wouldn't drain and flooded the drying area. You cannot find peace in a quiet room that is located in the passage. No outdoor area to cool off. It's a shame, there's still a lot of room for improvement here. We were amazed at the small selection of dishes and the quite high prices in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was ok. Unfortunately cheap rolls/bread, juice that actually only tasted like water and chocolate spread that is thin and doesn't really taste chocolaty. Then I would prefer to have less cold cuts/cheese, but with good quality. The service was good.

INVESTMENT BACKLOCK... TECHNICAL MODERNIZATION NECESSARY Business traveler, approx. 80 nights per year in 3-5 star hotels. Here 2 nights. Can't agree with the positive reviews here! The style of the hotel is a matter of taste, the location is convenient by car, but out of the way. Parking is too expensive at €12 because the parking lot faces the street and is unsecured. The whole complex seems to be pieced together, too much advertising of tri-this and tri-that that you come across in every area. I had one of the newer design rooms and found a lot of things wrong. The closet is small, but the open clothes rail is very large, but with extremely impractical, crooked and crooked natural hangers that don't hold clothes well and sometimes dig into things. Then 3 birch trunks are "planted" in the room, which have no function and are simply a nuisance and take up valuable space in the already not large room. Nobody would be missing anything if these things didn't exist... But what really annoys me about this hotel is that a lot of things don't work here technically and the team and management don't have a sense of urgency in this regard. is available!!! As soon as I checked in, the employee, who was friendly but in my opinion didn't speak German well for a hotel, told me that I shouldn't hold my card close to my car keys, cell phone, etc. I've actually never actively heard from anyone. At that moment it was already clear to me that there was a weakness here and I was even more careful than usual. However, I couldn't get into the room right from the start and had to go downstairs again to recode. I then wanted to settle into the room and put my valuables in the safe in the very small closet. I've already operated dozens of safes, but this one was "a little dead", there were no acoustic signals when typing. I then flipped a locking lever and the safe was locked, but it couldn't be opened anymore. The control panel was dead. I called reception and an employee came and wanted to enter the master code, nothing. She just shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know either. When I objected that there was a physical key for such cases, she said that she didn't know where this key was. How can that be? Employees at the reception have to be in the know; emergency opening of safes is commonplace in larger hotels. I asked her to somehow reach the bosses and find out more. After a while she came with tools and a key and was able to open the safe and take out my valuables. In general, the safe seems very outdated and, according to the employee, is also extremely prone to failure. So, a problem that management should be aware of. The management is also really aware of the problem with the super-sensitive room cards, as I realized every time I had to go to the reception again to have them coded. The team seems to complain about it again and again, but management does nothing and points out that replacing the access systems throughout the house would cost €70k. That may be true, but you can significantly reduce the problem through official channels. You just have to hand the cards in shielded cases and then you don't have to deal with this annoying issue. Instead, the decision is apparently made that the guest simply has to accept the constant problems. All the different employees at the reception know the problem with the cards and report it to the management... and it is above all this ignorance of known problems (safe + cards) that leads to this rating because it expresses an attitude of the hotel management! And the attitude is also expressed in the fact that the hotel makes no gesture to take away the guest's anger in any way. You just don't want to hear a silly "sorry" anymore the umpteenth time. So, there is an urgent need for technical improvements and the posture needs to be checked. Not recommended for people who don't have all the time in the world...

Very nice wellness stay, good room, good connection to the city center, very good breakfast. We booked a short-time-away offer and also the massage. Unfortunately, we found out in the hotel that the treatments via kmw are significantly more expensive than in the hotel. Conclusion: it's better to book directly through the hotel. The SPA area and the treatments were great.

It was a really great couple's wellness weekend. Parking directly in front of the hotel. We were greeted by a nice young man when we checked in. He immediately asked if he could speak openly or if anything was a surprise. He explained where the restaurant, bar and cafeteria are. We got the room cards. Room was clean and it was quiet. We only needed to go down a flight of stairs to the wellness area. We liked the pool with bar area, relaxation areas, sauna. Booked back massages. That was wonderfully pleasant. We also had a Cleopatra bath... great. The food in the restaurant, breakfast and dinner, was good. Service very nice and in a good mood. It should also be mentioned that the staff at the reception always greeted you in a friendly manner and with a smile. No matter when you went by there. Thanks to the Trihotel team for a relaxing weekend.

Great swimming pool, good specialist staff in the wellness area

A cozy hotel with friendly service, well-equipped rooms and great food. The wellness area is well equipped and invites you to relax. We had a great weekend. The drinks from the vending machine for breakfast were not tasty and did not match the otherwise very good selection at the buffet. The evening event with a “kitchen party”, 3-course menu and subsequent live music was very nice.

Great dinner with live music, it was cooked according to the 5 elements, everything was very good, it's worth a visit, we recommend booking a table. There is a large bar in the basement where live music is often played. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you into the city or train station. Parking at the hotel around the house.

Overall the hotel was fine. However, I have to take a few things off. 1. What I didn't like was that there was no possibility to drink water in the sauna area. Yes, it is possible to purchase this at the counter for money. However, I don't want to buy a drink after every sauna session. There was therefore no water dispenser or drinking tap. A pity 2. I wanted to eat eggs for breakfast. There were 6 min and 8 min eggs. I took two 6 minute eggs and wanted to eat them. When I cracked the egg, the egg white (better yet, egg white) came running towards me. Yes, it really was egg white. The egg was almost completely liquid. With a 6 minute egg I expect something different. When I told the nice young waitress this, simply to prevent all the eggs from being like that and having to be cooked again, she took the problem to an older kitchen lady and explained it to her. But this lady apparently didn't see a problem and ran to the eggs and pointed out that there were 6 minute and 8 minute eggs. In itself, it can happen. It's not bad either. But I would have at least expected an apology and not a stubborn reaction. 3. Yes, things can break, but I still found it a shame that you were so looking forward to the wellness area and then unfortunately one of the two saunas was broken. Unfortunately also on the fourth day of the visit. 4. If you want to sleep peacefully at night, I recommend leaving the window open at night. The main street in front of it is very annoying. The rest was fine.

This hotel surprised us with its excellent service, from the breakfast buffet, the stylishly furnished rooms, the friendliness of the staff, the tasteful food in the restaurant to the event services. It was a wonderful short break and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

There's simply no other way to say it. The hotel is amazing. Great rooms, super nice staff who really leave nothing to be desired. A great spa area. Not to forget the great food. Without words we will definitely be back... A big movie theater

The Trihotel Rostock is attractive both externally and internally and attracts visitors with an attractive offer on the homepage. The staff was mostly friendly, although some employees seemed particularly accommodating. The room was clean and well organized, however the additional fruit basket I booked did not meet my expectations as it only contained a bowl of different types of fruit. The breakfast and dinner tasted appealing, although the evening meal lacked a greater variety. Unfortunately, the stay ended with a higher bill due to the restaurants being perceived as overpriced. Despite the staff shortage and the canceled couples massage, which was unexpectedly carried out as individual massages one after the other from now on, we as a couple made the best of the situation. However, the lack of gesture of an alternative offer was disappointing. We had booked a couples massage and the Venus bath, and a possible solution would have been to increase the duration of the Venus bath from 40 minutes to an hour. Despite these challenges, we enjoyed our stay as a couple and the massage we received was extremely pleasant.

Extravagance, well-being on all channels, colorful, connected to nature, simply a unique, warm, cool hotel. Great wellness area, mega restaurant. Great affordable rooms. Interesting events in the house. Not far from the old town, great transport connections. Try it out, drop it and enjoy!
