Great restaurant, I hope the guests take a step back. The prices are just not reasonable for this place. Simply too expensive, you don't have to get rich by force.

A very good restaurant. We had two different smoked fish (trout and char), which tasted excellent, as did the side dishes and dessert. The service was quick and friendly, and you sit nicely right on the Elde.

Nice location, but the prices! I really had to rub my eyes when I looked at the menu. Wine spritzer 0.5 l for 13.90 EUR. Is there gold glitter in there???? Even if 0.25l of the best wine were used for €8, the sip of water that comes with it would still cost €5.90. Is this water directly consecrated by the Pope? That would be over 23 EUR per liter of water. Gosh. Nobody can explain the calculation. Maybe the boss himself serves them? I won't live to see it. It's a shame, the food is delicious, but unfortunately too expensive. The service was friendly and on point. Thank you for that.

Nettes Ambiente direkt mit Blick auf den Hafen. Aufmerksamer Service. Hundetoilette und Wasser sowie eine Fahrradlufttankstelle und kleine -reparaturmöglichkeit sind vorhanden. Preislich noch i.O. aber gerade Getränke sind ordentlich bepreist. Das Essen (Fisch, Sülzfleisch und Nudeln sowie Salat) hat bei allen geschmeckt.

First of all: I actually don't like Fisch-max as fish fingers or from a can with tomato sauce twice a year, BUT it was really the best fried fish in beer batter with remoulade and fried potatoes that I have ever eaten☆☆☆☆☆It was beautifully prepared, the portion was just right and freshly prepared: simply delicious! The service was very friendly, the waiting time for food and drinks was reasonable and the location right on the water was nice. The prices are a bit high (2x fried fish with side dishes, 0.5 beer, gin and tonic and 2 lattes for a total of 75 euros), but the food was really great and in holiday regions it is always more expensive... At least we recommend it♡

We had a cozy evening meal in the Fischerhaus today on our last day of vacation. Every year on our last day of vacation we have our final dinner there. The food was once again fantastic and we have never been disappointed there😋! The restaurant is really highly recommended and you are happy to spend a little more for it. See you next year!🤗

Great location right on the water. Very expensive, the beer was neither cold nor had enough pressure and the portions were okay. One waitress must have had a bad day and was very unfriendly when I wanted to see the entire menu. A beer was €6.50, the most expensive thing I had ever drunk. Was our last visit there

Very nice and very good cuisine

We took a trip to Plau and spent a little time with coffee and cake. The plucked cake was really tasty and still warm. It was the right interaction with the ice. You can also enjoy the view of the pier. We will definitely stop by again.

Be sure to try the Plauer Bouillabaisse. The service is typically a bit brittle in northern Germany. The best thing is a 0.5l white wine spritzer for EUR 13.90! really now? It doesn't even cost that in our five lakes region southwest of Munich.

Nice authentic restaurant on the canal of Plau am See. The facility is beautifully laid out and the food was very good! Large portions and well prepared.

The restaurant is located right on the harbor and may well be good. We just wanted to stop briefly on our tour and refresh ourselves. The two beers we ordered took an extremely long time, even though there were fewer than ten guests in total. The answer to our question, which was not asked aloud, was promptly answered by the waitress: "...we first had to tap a new barrel..." And so we were served an old, stale one and a fresh one 🍺. Given the prices, this could have been saved. This is how you lose customers. This restaurant probably has different qualities, but you definitely won't get a chance to convince us of it...

We stopped in for a drink today. The location is almost unbeatable in Plau. All in all, unfortunately not consistent. The tables on the terrace were all dusty. Yes, there is a lot of pollen on the way. But when the guest sits down you can quickly wipe it over. The glasses were both blunt and adorned with a single wide rim. They certainly weren't polished after rinsing. The drinks (Aperol Spritz 8.90! and Rhubarb Spritz 8.50!) were totally bland. The quarter slice of orange doesn't change that. Unfortunately, the service was annoyed when we didn't want a menu. Communication consisted only of one-word sentences. In this price range, we also expect service staff to be neatly dressed, even if leggings and a T-shirt are comfortable when working. It's a shame, there's a lot of room for improvement.

Dinner for four, it's not great, I had promised more. Terrace not made comfortable, just a flower pot on the table. Fish, such as salmon, zander, shrimps on salad, just too overpriced. We had to ask service for oil and spices. The cash-in process took quite a long time and no one came for ages. The location is of course nice there, we won't be coming back.

The ambience of the restaurant in its rustic fishing style is also very nice. The prices are sporty: non-alcoholic Hefeweizen: €6.50! This is my new personal negative record. It doesn't cost any more on the mountains in South Tyrol. The chicken schnitzel at €24.90 is also overpriced. Deduction for this in the rating.

Very good restaurant. We were in Plau am See over New Year's Eve and stopped here one evening. I had the fish soup and the trout Müllerin. It was delicious and the service was quick and very friendly. The furnishings are quaint and cozy. Gladly again!

There aren't many good fish restaurants that know how to make a fantastic bouillabaisse, but the Fischerhaus can do it perfectly. You could bathe in it. Just a dream. But every other fish we ate was also great. Highly Recommended.

Wir waren heute am Silvesterabend im Fischerhaus essen und ich kann nur sagen, es war super. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam, schnell und freundlich, unser Essen ( Entenkeule und Forelle)war sehr lecker. Unserem Hund hat die Wurst auch geschmeckt. Fünf Sterne von uns.

Wir waren dort essen. Das Rumsteak war ein Traum und die Ente , muss man nach fragen, sah ebenfalls sehr lecker aus. Etwas hochpreisig, aber es lohnt sich.
