The food was very good, the atmosphere was good, but the service (it was a middle-aged gentleman) didn't work. He seemed annoyed and threw the menus at us in an unfriendly manner. We wanted to help him with the drinks when we were rudely told that we shouldn't do it. We were there last time.

As has been the case for years, the “Pigsty” is a tip for Neubrandenburg. The food is delicious and the service is friendly and accommodating. Just carry on as before.

Great atmosphere, great food and the boss always had a good time despite the stress. The store was well stocked and the boss rocked the service on his own. Absolute respect!!! It's a shame that restaurants these days lack good staff. I wish you much success in your search. If I lived on the corner, I would definitely help out with you. If we're here again, we'll definitely come again. By the way, the solyanka was just great. Like my dad did when he was alive. :-)

You can come to eat unannounced, the food is delicious and there are still peace prizes

The restaurant lives up to its name. The Decko is very well chosen. Oh well, the food leaves nothing to be desired. We will be back.

It's inconspicuous from the outside but when you go in you're pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere, very nice service and very tasty food, highly recommended.

Were there for the first time today and were very satisfied. The food came super quickly and the meat was cooked to perfection. Above all, the service was super friendly and repeatedly asked about our satisfaction. Conclusion: We would definitely like to come back.

Was here today for the first and certainly last time. Unfortunately our original destination was closed, so we spontaneously ended up in the pigsty. We had a children's meal, a steak and pasta. The children's meal was an absolute failure and consisted of half a plate of peas, fries and a pressed schnitzel. Considering that the restaurant advertises a lot of “smut,” it is a disgrace to serve such a schnitzel. According to my companion, the noodles (turkey pan) were quite good. My steak was ok, although the seasoned meat was definitely not fresh or homemade. I also had half a plate full of peas, garnished with hollandaise from the bag. So kind of disappointing and not worth a second visit. The prices are weird. It's surprising that a schnitzel with mushrooms can be had for the same price as a pork fillet with pepper sauce or medallions or steak au four or turkey pan or or or. Maybe the prices were thrown out at some point, but that has nothing to do with calculation. In our opinion, the service was rude and didn't make us feel welcome. Humorous sarcasm only works on good days. And unfortunately everyone has a bad one sometimes.

Delicious food - nice location. Book it!

The food was very tasty, the kitchen is recommended. Despite the restaurant being full, the waitress was in the mood for jokes. The decoration is as it used to be in many stables.

Unfortunately very disappointed this time. The schnitzel was max 1 cm with breading 2 cm and so dry. For that price I won't eat this again. It was a pressed schnitzel that had probably been fried in the fryer. A pity.... We went in without a reservation, one waitress said no, everything was full, or reserved... and the other knew us, so we were allowed to sit down. The reserved tables weren't empty when we left... Unfortunately I don't understand that? The 5 stars are for the little waitress, she runs a lot and is really nice. What you can't say about the second one, sorry. If you don't enjoy working in the catering industry, you should look for something else.

Always been satisfied, can't complain about anything!

An established restaurant for years and always very tasty food for the whole family. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the portions have shifted. The side dishes almost fall off the plate while you look for the clear portion of meat. And the whole thing is over 20+€... there are definitely ways to divide the portions differently. The staff is always very friendly and tries to ensure that you can enjoy your stay and the food.

Friendly staff, in our case no long waiting times, nice atmosphere and most importantly, the food was very tasty! Fresh and beautifully prepared, starter and main course. A visit here is definitely worth it!

The ambience is extremely successful and the service is also good. The food we ate was delicious. However, looking at the prices in a country or farm style restaurant, I might have expected slightly more generous portions. Compared to other restaurants with similar prices, the portions seem a bit small for my taste.

Es ist eines der leggersten Restaurant's in Neubrandenburg. Sehr nette Bedienung. Leider sind die Preise wie in allen anderen Restaurant's explodiert.

Ab 20 Uhr schon Küchenschluss obwohl bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. EGAL der Pizzaladen gegenüber hat sich auch über 85€ Umsatz gefreud.

Rumpsteak war Top, Pfeffersoße war bei mir voll daneben, Würzfleisch war in Ordnung. Die Bedienung war spitze, sowohl die Kellnerin (wirklich hübsch) als auch der Kellner hatten genau ein Gefühl dafür wie sie mit ihren Gästen kommunizieren.

Essen kam schnell. Bedienung könnten freundlicher sein.

Top Bedienung Das Essen super hergerichtet Und Verdammt lecker, da gibt es nichts auszusetzen ! Es Stellte sich heraus, dass der Zottel, der uns zum Tisch brachte. Der Chef vom Restaurant ist super freundlich und immer einen coolen Spruch auf den Lippen Sofern man sie erkennen kann🧔

Ein "echter" Schweinestall 😉👍, unvermutet (da in einem modernen Gebäude) mit vielen originalen Geräten dekoriert, die Tische sind teilweise Schweinebuchten nachgeahmt. Das Personal ist sehr flink und freundlich, die Speisekarte und die Preise überzeugen uns seit mehreren Jahren!

Essen top, netter Service, spontan war auch noch ein Tisch frei, es empfiehlt sich aber zu reservieren. Die Einrichtung passt super, Bedienung war zügig und auch das Essen wurde in kurzer Zeit zum Tisch gebracht. Ein großer Parkplatz befindet sich gleich beim Netto, so dass auch das kein Problem war.

Sehr nette Bedienung, man wartet nicht lange auf sein Essen. Keine unnötige lange Speisekarte. Lohnt sich immer wieder hier vorbeizuschauen, einfach nur lecker.🤤

Immer wieder gerne!!! Das Essen war top, der Chef im Service aller erste Sahne und das Ambiente lädt zum wohlfühlen ein. Den Kindern wurde gleich etwas zum Ausmalen gereicht, danach gab’s die Getränke und das Essen kam auch ruckzuck. Und das obwohl eine größere Gruppe und einige andere Gäste dort waren. Da könnten sich einige ne Scheibe von abschneiden!👌🏻

Ein schönes Restaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung und sehr gutem Essen. Keine langen Wartezeiten und die Preise gehen völlig in Ordnung. Parkplätze in der Nähe sind reichlich vorhanden.

Spontan einen Platz bekommen. Service war okay und auf Zack. Aber das Essen hat mich nicht überzeugt... Steak au four war mega trocken... und Hähnchenpfanne Mecklenburg gibt es so auch original von Frosta aus der TK-Abteilung im Supermarkt (und da ist Hähnchenfleisch saftig) Vieleicht liegt es am Koch oder am Personalmangel.... habe es eigentlich besser in Erinnerung.

Top Inhaber. Nimmt sich immer etwas Zeit zum Erzählen. Essen ist super, wenn man deftig essen möchte.

Von Anfang bis Ende fühlt man sich absolut wohl. Entspannt , lustig und super leckeres ausreichendes Essen! 5 Sterne +

Als mein Mann und ich das Restaurant von außen sahen dachten wir erst oh Gott was wird das nur werden. Aber dann geht man rein und sofort ändert sich alles. Das Ambiente super toll.... Das Essen richtig lecker. Vom Preis muss man sich eben dran gewöhnen, weil es nirgends anders wirklich weniger kostet. Und zu guter Letzt der Service. Einfach Klasse. Super freundlich und beratend. Man hatte nicht das gefühl schnell angefertigt zu werden. Sehr zu empfehlen. Man darf sich wie in allem nicht vom äußeren Schein trügen lassen.

In wahrsten Sinne "Sau" Lecker. Und super Ambiente. Sogar die Toiletten sind der Hammer.

Auch ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen, Service war 👍 für einen allein, den Service zum Mittagessen zu stemmen, Hut ab, Essen war sehr gut und grosse Portionen mit frischen leckeren Zutaten. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne vorbei.

Wir waren ganz spontan im Restaurant "Schweinestall" Abendbrot essen. Wir haben vorher nicht angerufen und bekamen trotzdem einen Tisch. Ich würde empfehlen immer vorher anzurufen damit nichts schief gehen kann. Wir haben die Bestellungen aufgegeben und mussten auch nicht lange auf unser Essen warten. Es war wieder einmal super lecker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 🤩

Die Einrichtung ist rustikal-gemütlich. Ich hatte die Haxe mit Bratkartoffeln. Die Haxe war ok, mir aber in sich zu trocken und sie hätte auch krosser sein können. Die Bratkartoffelscheiben fand ich etwas zu dünn und ich hätte es gut gefunden, wenn Sie mehr geröstet worden wären. Der Kellner war allein im Service und hatte alle Hände voll zu tun. Dafür hat er seine Sache gut gemacht. Besuche ich den Schweinestall noch einmal? Ich weiß nicht.
