For me it's a really nice, rustic inn. Plus delicious food and a nice selection of beer and wine. The staff was also extremely friendly. I will definitely come here more often.

We come here regularly because it's just perfect. The restaurant is incredibly beautiful and has a wonderful, cozy atmosphere. You immediately feel comfortable and welcome – the owners and the entire team are always friendly and welcoming. The food is always delicious and of high quality. The prices are absolutely fair. We look forward to our visit every time!

We walked in with no reservation on a busy Friday night and ended up sitting at the bar. Thomas, the bartender, was ready to give explanations and recommendations. The food was just as amazing as the service!

Beautifully classically furnished Bavarian inn with good beer from Altomünster! The service is nice - but we had to... a. Have been waiting quite a long time at the Obatzter. So far but so good. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my venison schnitzel - all in all it had very little taste. Generally there is a lack of salt - that's ok. Anyone can add more salt themselves, but my dish was generally completely rubbish. The others thought the food was okay. Not outstanding but solidly good. Hence 3 stars. Mine wouldn't be worth it... But maybe sometimes and with some other dishes you have better luck...

Very nice, smaller, cozy brewery. The interaction was very courteous and accommodating. All dishes were very tasty! The planter with spinach, the Wiener schnitzel, the fast planter and the chickpea curry were great! Beer 🍺 anyway! We'd love to come back!

In my opinion, the restaurant is a real insider tip in downtown Munich. Good Bavarian food at reasonable prices, nice rustic atmosphere and Augustiner beer under 5 euros. The Augustiner is also alcohol-free and has no 🍺😉limitation. Unreserved recommendation for both locals and tourists.

Family dinner for Grandma's birthday: The atmosphere was very cozy, Bavarian but not old-fashioned or over-the-top, very well-kept and clean. The staff was authentic, super friendly, and attentive. The food arrived promptly and was beautifully presented. The portions were very generous. Everything was prepared on-site, fresh, and delicately seasoned, so that all the guests were delighted. Therefore, a definite recommendation!
