It was nice here - but to be honest I expected more. The food is good - but not very good. When it comes to a salad, I expect more than lettuce leaves plus potato salad. The fried chicken was okay - but not outstanding. The service was also average. Lots of waitresses and a still empty restaurant - but they rarely came by (never) and asked for the right one.

The food was tasty, but the portions were very manageable.

I've been to Heidi several times now, with friends, family, etc. It's always super delicious and has exactly what you imagine a perfect restaurant to be like. Also special praise to Raphi, Alex and Philipp! We'd love to come back :).

The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the food didn't convince me. The dishes were nicely prepared, but the taste was mediocre. My fried chicken was still reddish inside. Overall our visit was okay, but I wouldn't go there again for the food.

We visited the place for dinner. It was full and very noisy. The service was very good. I can't say the same about the kitchen and the dishes. I didn't like anything served, but at least the portions were large and relatively cheap.

Dined here on a Thursday night while staying at the nearby Roomers Hotel. When I asked the hotel staff about the restaurant they said that some people liked it a lot, but opinions were mixed. Because it had been a long day, I decided to give the place a try as it was only a five minute walk and I usually enjoy Bavarian food. While the service was very welcoming, prompt and friendly, I did not enjoy the food. The choices were limited, and the supposedly Bavarian dishes had some rather odd ingredients. I had some kind of appetizer with fried potatoes, pesto, cranberry and goat cheese. It was ok, but the various ingredients didn’t seem to blend well together or compliment each other. For the main course I had what was supposed to be chicken schnitzel. Unfortunately it was actually small pieces of dark meat that over-cooked, chewy and greasy with little searing or flavor. Really not tasty at all. The restaurant was very busy with many locals, so it must have a good reputation and a loyal clientele, but either the kitchen was having an off night, or I just don’t appreciate modern Bavarian cuisine. Again service was very friendly, but the food unfortunately left a lot to be desired. For the main course

Mit hohen Erwartungen sind wir ins Servus Heidi gekommen und waren essenstechnisch leider etwas enttäuscht. Wir haben uns das durchaus üppige Vorspeisenbrettl geteilt und leider war alles sehr überwürzt, so dass wir uns gegen eine Hauptspeise etc. entschieden haben. Auch z.B. die Forelle hatte für uns viel zu starke Raucharomen. Optisch war es top. Das Team war sehr freundlich.

Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, da gibt’s nichts zu beanstanden. Das Essen allerdings… unfassbar salzig und somit kaum genießbar. Schade, denn das Wirtshaus ist ansonsten recht einladend, aber nochmal wirds keinen Besuch geben…

We went to Servus Heidi as a team during the week. We were warmly welcomed by the service staff and felt comfortable. The starter platter was good, but unfortunately we were disappointed with the main courses. Most of us ordered the onion roast, which was unfortunately completely fried. The location itself is nice, but the music is a bit loud and takes some getting used to.

Fantastic Schnitzel and yummy Bier. Cosy little place compared to a Bierkeller. Friendly staff and food arrived quickly. Reservations help.

They keep what they promise...modern inn with good food, ambience, service staff and really good blue Zweigelt 🍷 and Augustiner 🍺

Great food, fast and friendly service - always a pleasure!

It was very full, which meant it was loud and the service was overloaded: slow, forgetful, and hard to get their attention. They forgot a number of items and the for was generally disappointing. The Obatzda was salty Camembert, the Münchner Schnitzel just tasted like a normal schnitzel (okay, but no noticeable mustard or horse radish). Prices were reasonable, but I wouldn't recommend.

We found this restaurant by chance. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our reserved table. The food and drinks cannot be found everywhere. However, everything was very tasty! I can only recommend the Weisbierspritz to everyone, I think it will be my new favorite drink. When we are back in Munich, we would love to come back!!

We arrived last Wednesday with a NeoTaste voucher. The waiter told us that the vouchers are only valid on Saturdays. That is not true. We were grudgingly served and gave me three stars on the NeoTaste app. Maybe because we tricked the waiter into refusing our legitimate service 🤷‍♂️ P.S. The dishes however were perfect

Food was really nice and the schnitzel was huge, i only thought the menu was a bit small and the service took some minutes but other than that all was good.

We were there for a smaller company party and tried out a lot of food (except for the desserts, there was no more room). Food was great including the starter board, a little deduction for the Wammerl (extremely salty), but otherwise everything was top including soups and vegetarian dishes. The waiter brought the wrong dishes and drinks a few times, but it wasn't all that crazy and the restaurant was very busy, so that can happen... Personally, I thought it was a bit too dark, but that's a matter of taste. Would definitely come again.

Very cozy restaurant with super friendly staff. The drinks (aperitifs) were great and the schnitzel in particular stood out. It was the best thing we've eaten so far! The wammerl was slightly dry and very salty, but the dish was still absolutely delicious. We would be happy to come back and definitely recommend it 🙂

This place is absolutely very good quality, you can taste Bavarian delicacies, the beer is delicious (augustiner) as fresh as ever. Service a little slow but it's not a problem we will wait.

Leider nur wenig Auswahl in der Speisekarte. Hier fehlt z.B. der Schweinebraten. Ansonsten ist es zu laut in der Gaststube. Unterhaltung nur schwer möglich.

I had the Munich Schnitzel, which could have been a little more Munich-like for my taste (the mustard/horseradish was very subtle) and the side dish could have been more generous, but the taste was really good. Unfortunately, Spezi wasn't ice cold and was probably the usual syrup, but unfortunately you can only get ice cold Pauli at home. Service was quick. Music maybe a little too upbeat, but whatever, the overall ambience is nice. Not exactly cheap (Munich?) but definitely recommended.

Extremely nice and courteous staff. We were there with a baby, were given a comfortable place straight away, were regularly asked whether everything fit and tasted good and we felt very comfortable.

The restaurant is nicely decorated but unfortunately extremely loud. A relaxed meal and conversation is therefore hardly possible. Our table was right in the middle of the room and behind me was a huge picture frame that protruded so far into the room that you had to sit on the wooden bench at the edge to avoid hitting your head. Unfortunately, you can't spend a comfortable evening like this. The tables are extremely close together and you are almost in contact with your neighbors. The quality of the food is very good. However, the waiting time is extremely long. Prices reasonable for the quality.

Conveniently situated at one of busy road of Munich, beautiful bavarian interior. Waiting was for 10-15 mins only. But totally worth it! Best part is - it was fully booked and waiting staff was so accommodating, kind, cheerful, and great team work. I liked the place so much Its a must go

The restaurant offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere that immediately catches the eye. The service was consistently friendly and attentive, which made the visit pleasant. For food: I chose the tartare and a wammerl. Both dishes were creative and attractively presented, which increased the anticipation of the meal. Unfortunately, I found the taste experiences of both dishes to be rather reserved. Although visually appealing, they lacked flavor depth and sophistication. The flavors were not clearly defined, which resulted in the dishes appearing rather neutral and unseasoned. A highlight of my visit, however, was the dessert. The tiramisu was outstanding and really pleased my palate with its flavor intensity and texture. In summary, the “Servus Heide” offers a wonderful ambience and friendly service. While the main courses were not completely convincing in terms of taste in my case, the dessert was a real highlight. I hope to see an improvement in the taste of the main courses in the future, as the potential for an excellent dining experience is definitely there.

Das Restaurant ist ziemlich gut mit einigen einzigartigen Gerichten, die herausstechen. Das Personal ist höflich und aufmerksam und trägt zu einer insgesamt positiven kulinarischen Erfahrung bei. Allerdings könnte die Speisekarte vielfältiger sein und eine breitere Auswahl bieten. Trotzdem habe ich meine Zeit dort genossen und die angenehme Atmosphäre geschätzt, dank des freundlichen Personals und der geschmackvollen, einzigartigen Gerichte.

Das aufdringliche und unprofessionelle Verhalten der Kellner geht gar nicht. Es wird auf Biegen und Brechen versucht, Alkohol zu verkaufen - auch an den Fahrer. Fragen zum Essen werden generell falsch beantwortet, weil man will ja verkaufen. Zum Schluss wird noch ein Schnaps angeboten, der aber (bei einer Rechnung von knapp 60€ pro Person) nicht aufs Haus geht wie er sollte, sondern ebenfalls auf der Rechnung auftaucht. Auch im Vorfeld wurde der Kellner mehrfach gefragt, ob der angebotene Schnaps denn aufs Haus ginge - eine richtige Antwort haben wir leider nie / erst mit der Rechnung bekommen. Das Schlimme ist - auch anderen Bekannten erging es hier so. Scheint wohl eine Masche zu sein, die bei Touristen gut funktioniert. In München ist sowas inakzeptabel!! Zumal die Preis Leistung bereits nicht ok ist. Hier wird der "Kult-Status" voll ausgeschlachtet. Unbedingt vermeiden.

Wir waren als Gruppe zu einem Firmenevent im "Servus Heidi" und hatten dort viel Spaß. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und trotz unserer Gruppengröße hatte nie einer ein leeres Glas vor sich stehen. Mein Essen war ok, da mein Schnitzel etwas zu trocken für meinen Geschmack war.

We were immediately seated and had an excellent late dinner. Schnitzel, hash browns, salad. All food was delicious. The service was fast and friendly. Definitely recommend. 😀

I will start with all the good things. Food is delicious, really great. Staff was very friendly and warm, they were so nice. Atmosphere is ok. We went there as a 10 people party, we arrived at 19:00 and ordered food around 19:30 when everyone was there. Unfortunately, food did not arrive until 21:30. That's two hours after we ordered and we had to remind them at 21:00. One of our friends had to leave even before food arrived. That unfortunate incident only hit our table as we were able to see other smaller tables were getting their food as quickly as expected. Due to the very friendly staff and very good food I want to try this place again and hopefully raise my score later.

The BEST Bavarian food in Munich! We enjoyed the experience and food at Servus Heidi so much that we ended up eating here twice in eight days. The schnitzel, zwiebelrostbraten, and spinach spatzel were some of our favorite foods that we had throughout our vacation. Not only was the food incredible, the staff members were so kind and funny. They made excellent food recommendations and were very attentive. This is a must visit for us now every time we are in Munich!

Wirklich tolle Speisekarte mit den angekündigten neuen Kreationen zur Bayrischen Küche. Geschmackvoll und toll interpretiert, dass Preisleistung stimmt. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, die auch bei dem vollem Gastraum immer alle Gäste im Blick hat. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Durch feiernde Gäste etwas laut.

Waren dort in einer kleinen Gruppe am Abend mit Reservierung. Das Gasthaus ist schön eingerichtet. Das Personal freundlich. Die Speisen kommen schön angerichtet. Leider war die Bar eher schlecht ausgestattet und die Preise für die Bewirtung sehr hoch.

Etwas moderneres Wirtshaus, sehr laut, auch unter der Woche abends voll. Gute Speißen, etwas teurer als in anderen Wirtshäußern, aber sehr lecker und den Preis auch wert. Relativ schlanke Karte, mit aber einigen vegitarischen und einzelnen veganen Speißen. Empfehlung von meiner Seite

Der Service war ausgezeichnet, sehr aufmerksames und zukommendes Personal. Ein top Essen von der Vorspeise bis zur Nachspeise. Es schmeckte einfach super! Vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Lokal nur empfehlen.

We booked a reservation with my wife on our trip in München, in November 2023. We saw a lot of positive reviews and a lot of great comments about the staff. What could go wrong ? Well, first of all, there is no light inside the restaurant. It’s really dark and creepy, and it’s hard to read the menu without a light from the phone. The waiter’s ordered the wrong plate for us, and instead of apologizing, they told us it was our fault to come at a night when they have a group reservation at the next table, and they can’t handle it. That kind of service shouldn’t be up there at the top of trip advisor. The food, let’s talk about it. It was OK. We got the wrong plates for the starters yes, but the main plates where kind of … sickening. A lot of sugar / salty mixed with a ton of salad everywhere. If you take back the salad, there is nothing to eat. I know the concept of the place is to revisit Bavarian food with modern concepts, but it’s badly executed. I can’t help them but felt bad for the horrible treatment we had when they accused us of coming the wrong day : if you can’t take the heat, stay out of the kitchen. Also : you can’t park near the restaurant, go elsewhere if you got a car.

Das Essen war sehr gut und lecker, ich bin allerdings nicht wirklich satt geworden. Ich hatte den Steckerfisch gegessen der mit dem Original nichts gemein hat. Es sind zwei kleine Filets. Gemütlich ist es hier nicht, man sitzt sehr beengt.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und Service super. Wir haben das Restaurant spontan entdeckt und ein Platz an der Bar bekommen. Es hat sich wirklich gelohnt.

Speisekarte richtig toll und auf Edel beschrieben, Ich hatte ein „ Krasses Wammerl“ angekommen ist ein Stück Wammerl das Trockner war als der Tod und das ganze für 18€ … in jeder gute Metzgerei in München gibt es ein sehr Wammerl für 3,50€

We went here on a Saturday night so it was really busy and the atmosphere was buzzing. They managed to find us a table without a reservation. The decor was traditional but quirky with Halloween decorations up. The food was really excellent - my partner had the schnitzel and it tasted homemade. I had the local delicacy 'Obazda' and it was delicious. Very reasonably priced and really friendly service. Highly recommend!

Ein tolles Erlebnis. Wir kamen kurz vor Küchenschluss aber konnten ohne Probleme noch bestellen und genossen ein tolles Rindertartar mit Kren und körnigem Senf .. Hammer! Anschließend fanden wir jeweils zwei goldgelb ausgebackene Münchner Schnitzel.. als Beilage Bratkartoffeln mit Zwiebeln und gebratenen Radieschen (!)… sehr gute Kombi… Augustiner vom Fass, super Stimmung und das Personal super nett und sehr stylisch… ganz klare Empfehlung

Restaurant à faire très bien et typique allemand avec des plats travaillés mais traditionnel. Une très bonne ambiance et le film Heidy au fond de la salle qui vous ramène en enfant. Serveuses et serveurs également dans des habits typiques.

Heel gezellig ingericht restaurant in echte Duitse sfeer. Het is iets buiten het centrum gelegen maar makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. De bediening was uiterst vriendelijk. Het eten was heel lekker. Wij zouden hier zeker terug gaan!

Hier wird modernes bayrisches Essen angeboten. Ich habe Schweinebauch gegessen, welcher auch sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Die Knödel fande ich zu trocken. Weiterhin war die Portion aus meiner Sicht für den Preis zu klein. Die gesamte Aufmachung des Restaurants ist wirklich durchdacht und das Personal war sehr nett.

Da denkst Du: „Was für ein Name?!“… und bekommst hier eine der besten Brotzeitbrettl seit langem! Und zwar eine großartige Mischung aus typischen bayerischen Vorspeisen wie Obatzter, gemischt u.a. mit Rauchforellensalat. Mit super frischen Brezn und hervorragendem Graubrot. Die Mischung macht‘s bei Servus Heidi: Traditionelle Schmankerl wie „krasses Wammerl“ werden hier geschickt gepaart mit veganen Zaubereien wie „Bayerischer Hot Dog“. Absolute Empfehlung, insbesondere ob der freundlichen Bedienung und des eiskalten (!) Augustiner Hell.

Die Vorspeise und das Schnitzel waren lecker. Das Lokal war gut besucht an einem Mittwochabend. Ich empfehle zu reservieren.

We went here 2 nights in our 5 might stay. Julia was our last server of the night, but our waiter outside was so great and our bar tender inside was so attentive. I’m so glad they pool tips because we gave them 25% and I still feel it wasn’t enough! They all worked together and the manager greeted us and the food was fantastic! Excellent evening! Thank You All!!

Staff are super friendly, speak english and very welcoming. We sat outside, the food was good but I would check the menu before you book and it is best to book a table. The portions are substantial so you could share dishes.
