Ein perfekter Ort zum Essen! Wirklich schönes Ambiente, unglaublich leckeres Essen, gute Portionen und toller Service. Unsere Kellnerin Benita war fantastisch, extrem hilfsbereit und hat ihren Job super gemacht! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant mit fantastischem Essen! Mal etwas anderes, mal etwas anderes. Die Getränke waren absolut genial – ein großes Lob an den Barkeeper und das gesamte Servicepersonal! Wir haben jede Minute dort genossen.

Super angenehme Atmosphäre mit einem Hauch deutscher Kultur. Schneller und aufmerksamer Service. Köstliches Essen zu einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Nettes bayerisches Restaurant, wir haben hier unseren letzten Abend in München ausklingen lassen. Sehr nette Bedienung, leckeres Essen, was will man mehr ?!

Nach einem langen Flug entschied ich mich für das Servus Heidi, weil es in der Nähe meines Hotels lag. Was für eine perfekte Wahl! Alle Kellner waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bestellte Spinat-Käse-Spätzl, die mit einem frischen grünen Salat serviert wurden. Das war eine Wohltat nach dem Flughafenessen. Die Spätzl enthielten drei verschiedene Zwiebelsorten, was ihnen eine angenehme Komplexität verlieh. Ich sah, wie die Gerichte der anderen Gäste an meinem Tisch vorbeigezogen wurden – ein spezielles Sonntagnachmittagsmenü mit Schweinebraten und Kartoffeln. Die Portionen waren riesig! Zwei Abende später ging ich zurück, um ein Bier zu trinken (nur). Das Restaurant war wegen einer privaten Feier geschlossen, aber ich wurde trotzdem wie ein Stammgast behandelt. Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal! Es ist schön, dass man hier echte bayerische Kultur erleben kann und sich nicht wie in einer Touristenfalle fühlt.

Gutes Essen, netter Service, tolle Atmosphäre. Das Restaurant ist wirklich zu empfehlen!

Innen recht dunkel und traditionelle Musik. Leider hatte die Musikanlage irgendeine Störung, das war etwas nervig. Service okay und anfangs auf zack, dann kam aber eine Gruppe und unsere Rechnung wurde einfach nicht gebracht, stattdessen durfte die Gruppe erstmal bestellen und hat auch noch die Getränke bekommen. Vermutlich waren zu wenig Servicekräfte da. War aber alles jetzt soweit okay. Zusammen mit dem Essen aber nur eine durchschnittliche Erfahrung. Zum Spargel gibt es nur Fleisch dazu, keine vegetarische Option und es hat leider nicht so gut geschmeckt, war sehr hart und teilweise schlecht geschält. Leider daher nur Mittelmaß für uns.

Immer wieder ... ... wollten wir bei unseren Münchenbesuchen in das „Servus Heidi“ – dieses Mal hat’s endlich geklappt. Von der Einrichtung her ist es ein typisches Münchner Lokal – viel Holz, ein langgezogener Gastbereich und ein relativ großer Tresen. Das wirkt gleich gemütlich und einladend. Leider führt die relativ dunkle Wandbeleuchtung und die nicht sehr kräftige Beleuchtung zu einer etwas düsteren Lichtsituation. Außerdem ist es in dem Restaurant schrecklich laut – während unserer Anwesenheit füllte sich das Lokal gut und zum Schluß war eine normale Unterhaltung fast nicht mehr möglich. Wir hatten verschiedene Speisen und vorweg das Brotzeitbrett für zwei Personen. Die Portionen waren gut bemessen, das Brotzeitbrett als Vorspeise üppig. Alles war lecker und hat uns geschmeckt. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Tolles uriges Lokal. Sehr nettes freundliches Personal. Das Hendl so lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Typisch bayerisch uriges Ambiente. Nette und freundliche Bedienung. Aber das Essen kann leider nicht mithalten. Kalte Kartoffeln und kalte Hollandaise zum Spargel geht nicht (wieviel Biss Spargel haben sollte, könnte man ja noch diskutieren). Kartoffeln und Sauce wurden neu gebracht - allerdings erst nach längerer Wartezeit und die Hollandaise immer noch kalt. Schade.

An der eher trostlosen Landsbergerstrasse gelegen ist das Servus Heidi der Urlaub in den Alpen. Kaum ist man drin, geht das Herz auf, denn man findet sich im rustikalen Ambiente einer Almhütte mit warmer Gemütlichkeit wieder. Verstärkt wird das Gefühl vom freundlich, und flotten Service und natürlich der Speisekarte, die pfiffig und lokal/alpin orientiert ist. Ob z.B. Ochsenbackerl, Schnitzel, Tartar, Knödltrio oder Backhendl - eine kleine aber feine Speisekarte, deren Gerichte bei uns super ankamen, geschmeckt hat's sowieso. Beim Bier kein Kompromiss - Augustiner. Wir waren begeistert, gerne wieder!

Wir waren am heutigen Sonntag bei Servus Heidi. Wir kamen gegen 14 Uhr an und haben problemlos einen Tisch in der Sonne bekommen. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Atmosphäre gemütlich. Aus unserer Sicht bietet das Restaurant ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Service. Sobald wir wieder mal in der Nähe sind werden wir „Servus Heidi“ gerne wieder besuchen.

Einfach nur toll, Essen super alle freundlich und schnelle Bedienung. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl

Rundum ein fantastisches Erlebnis! Wir haben vier Tage im Voraus einen Platz ergattert – und das völlig zu Recht. Ich hatte den Zwiebelrostbraten mit Spinatspätzle, und er war einfach köstlich – mein bisher bestes kulinarisches Erlebnis in München. Absolut empfehlenswert! Und nicht zu vergessen: das fantastische Augustiner Bier vom Fass!

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend mit einer großen Gruppe. Der Service war hervorragend: freundlich, unterhaltsam und aufmerksam. Das Essen war köstlich und abwechslungsreich – einfach köstlich!

Es war einfach unverschämt. Wir warteten über eine Stunde auf unser Essen. Ein Paar, das nach uns gekommen war, bekam sein Essen vor uns. Niemand entschuldigte sich, bis wir etwas sagten und uns versichert wurde, dass es in fünf Minuten da sei.

Beim Betreten fiel uns eines auf: es ist sehr laut und sehr dunkel. Die Dekoration ist nett, statt Hirschgeweihen hängen Hirschbilder, im Hintergrund läuft Heidi ohne Ton und stattdessen Musik. Die Werbung kommt auch dazwischen (Youtube?). Bedienung war so la-la, nicht aufmerksam, knallt Teller und Gläser auf den Tisch, sodass die Kräuter fliegen. Beide Bedienungen übrigens. Wenn man keinen Alkohol trinkt, wird man komisch angemacht. Vielleicht hätte ich den doch gebraucht, denn das Essen war bestens mittelmäßig. Sieht zwar gut aus, ist aber entweder geschmacklos (Backhendl) oder mit Glühwein gewürzt (Krasses Hammerl). Backhendl hab ich probiert, war schleimig, mit Taschenlampe geschaut (weil zu dunkel): pink. Jeder weiß, dass man Hühnerfleisch nicht pink essen kann. Der Kartoffelsalat war mit Balsamico Essig und ganzen Senfkörnern. Die Bedienung hat mir versichert, das Hähnchenfleisch muss so sein, dann zwei mal angeboten, das nochmal anzubraten, bis ich deutlich gemacht habe, dass ich das nicht mehr essen will. Habe dann stattdessen den Schweinebauch bestellt, der 36 Stunden gegart sein soll, um sicher zu gehen. Der hat okay geschmeckt, kann man nicht viel falsch machen. Das “Blaubeer”-Rotkraut war sehr erkennbar mit Glühwein gewürzt, die Rote Bete- und Spinatknödel waren das Beste am Ganzen. Die “Spezi” war wohl ein hauseigener Mix, hat nämlich nicht nach Spezi geschmeckt, sondern nur nach Cola mit den Orangenscheiben darin. Warum man in München kein Spezi anbieten kann, weiß ich auch nicht. Geräuschpegel sehr laut, man musste fast schreien, um sich zu unterhalten. Für ein Geschäftsessen war das sehr ungeeignet. Alles war voll (20 Uhr). Als wir bezahlen wollten, mussten wir die Bedienung manuell ansprechen, da der Kerl mit den 3 Mädels beschäftigt war, statt nach uns zu schauen. Joa. Überteuert, Portionen waren klein und haben nicht lange gehalten. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder. Hatte danach Bauchprobleme.

Fantastisches Essen und superfreundliches Personal! Alex ist großartig.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 16 Personen dort. Bereits im Vorfeld wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es eine sehr eingeschränkte Speisekarte gäbe, da sich das Restaurant an diesem Tag nicht im Stande sähe, die volle Speisekarte für eine Gruppe dieser Größe anzubieten. Die Atmosphäre würde ich als Ideal-Standard bayerisches Restaurant bezeichnen, ganz OK, aber in keiner Weise auffallend gut oder schlecht. Getränke-Bestellung hat gut und zügig funktioniert, die für den Tisch geteilte Brotzeitplatte zur Vorspeise war OK, aber eher unauffällig mit zu wenig Brot/Brezn für die Menge Aufstrich (und ausser verschiedenen Sorten Aufstrich gab es nichts, keine Hartwurst/Hartkäse). Bei den Hauptspeisen dann ein sehr gemischtes Bild, von zufriedenen Gesichtern über lala zu meine Sosse ist noch eiskalt. Die eiskalte Sosse wurde zurückgenommen, auf Nachfrage nach über 10 Minuten, erklärte der Kellner, dass sie in der Küche stehe um auf Zimmertemperatur aufzuwärmen. Das geäußerte Dilemma, dass das Schnitzel wohl kalt bevor die Sosse warm sei, wurde zwar bestätigend zur Kenntnis genommen, eine Lösung jedoch nicht angeboten. Die Krönung jedoch stellte das bestellte Knödeltrio einer Kollegin dar, welches nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen nach 50 Minuten gebracht wurde. Die Knödel ließen sich nicht schneiden, sie waren tiefgefroren. Reaktion der Kellner: Können wir nichts dafür, ist die Küche. Reaktion des Küchenchefs : Kann passieren, wir hatten heute viel zu tun. Lösungen: Keine. Versuche, das Erlebte für die Kollegin in irgendeiner Form wieder gut zu machen: Keine. Das Restaurant gehört zu der Kette Roomers, die sich gerne im Premium Segment von Hotel und Gastronomie sieht. Diesen Anspruch konnte ich hier deutlich nicht erkennen, meine deutliche Empfehlung wäre hier, personelle Änderungen vorzunehmen. Bis dahin werde ich sicher eine anderes Restaurant für meinen nächsten Besuch wählen.

Zwiebel Rostbraten war ok. Aber kein Highlight. Kaiserschmarrn war nix. Und was das für Sauce dabei war? Bier war topp. Witzig ist, dass ganze Zeit Heidi Zeichen Trickfilme gespielt werden. Macht einen ein wenig nostalgisch.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider war ein Teil des Essens geschmacklos. Das Risotto schmeckte eher wie eine geschmacklose Reissuppe. Wir warteten über 35 Minuten auf den Nachtisch, und die meisten Gäste gingen, ohne etwas gegessen zu haben.

Authentisches Ambiente und erstklassiger Service! Dank seiner vielseitigen Sitzmöglichkeiten ist dieses Restaurant ideal für Gruppen. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Bei vollem Haus kann es recht laut werden, aber das aufmerksame Personal und der traditionelle Charme machen einen Besuch absolut lohnenswert.

Fantastisches Essen und tolle Atmosphäre in München! Wir hatten ein super Teamessen mit richtig leckeren deutschen Gerichten. Es gab ein paar Probleme mit der Bestellung, was meine Servicebewertung etwas gedrückt hat, aber die Bedienung hat sich dafür entschuldigt, was schon mal gut war. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, aber meine deutschen Kollegen sehen das vielleicht anders.

Tolle Atmosphäre mit freundlichem und aufmerksamem Personal. Die Portionen waren großzügig und alles schmeckte frisch. Ich bestellte Forelle mit Risotto und Rote-Bete-Schaum. Die Forelle war perfekt zubereitet, außen knusprig und innen saftig und zart. Ob der Rote-Bete-Schaum geschmacklich einen großen Unterschied gemacht hat, kann ich nicht genau sagen, aber er war ein interessanter Farbtupfer.

Lecker und gemütlich. Immer wieder gut.

Der Service bei unserem Geschäftsessen für acht Personen war katastrophal. Unsere Bedienung war weder freundlich noch zuvorkommend. Sie knallte uns die Getränke (große Karaffen mit Wasser und Früchten) ohne passende Gläser auf den Tisch und vergaß ein Getränk, das wir erst nach über zehn Minuten bekamen. Dann brachte sie uns alle Speisen (Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte) auf einmal, was völlig unverständlich war, da wir ja auch Vorspeisen bestellt hatten. Anschließend vergaß sie die Hauptgerichte von zwei Personen komplett und kümmerte sich während des gesamten Essens kein einziges Mal um uns. Das Essen war okay, aber ich habe schon deutlich besser bayerische Küche in anderen Restaurants mit wesentlich besserem Service gegessen. Wir wollten Kaiserschmarrn bestellen, haben uns aber dagegen entschieden, da es ihr offensichtlich egal war. Wir werden weder für ein weiteres Geschäftsessen noch privat wiederkommen.

Ich kam gegen 18 Uhr ohne Reservierung hierher und es war noch genügend Platz für eine Person. Ich hatte Schweinebauch, der sehr lecker war (vielleicht etwas salzig), aber insgesamt gut durchgebraten und saftig. Insgesamt ein toller und schneller Service.

Knödel-Trio war große Klasse. Augustiner-Bierstube in das 21.Jahrhundert übersetzt mit anfänglich Trip Hop und dann leider keinem konsistenten Sound-Teppich. Chance vertan. Wer vor gut 45 Jahren ein paar Heidi-Folgen verpasst hat, ist im Glück. Laufen dort als Dauerberieselung im TV.

Feines Wirtshaus! Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Das Krasse Wammerl ist überragend lecker. Die gemischte Vorspeisenplatte hat Stärken und schwächen. Die Preise sind gehoben, wir hatten einen schönen Abend hier.

Modernes Wirtshaus mit sehr guter Küche - Ein sehr schöner Besuch im Servus Heidi. Ich hatte die Bayerische Lachsforelle als Hauptgericht – sie war auf den Punkt zubereitet und sehr lecker. Die Karte bietet eine tolle Auswahl (auch saisonale Wintergerichte). Der Service war freundlich und das Ambiente passt super zum modernen bayerischen Stil. Komme gerne wieder.

Das Essen war reichlich und köstlich, der Service ausgezeichnet und das Lokal hatte eine sehr authentische Atmosphäre. Wir waren begeistert und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Das Wildgericht als Tagesempfehlung war ein Gedicht!

We had the pleasure of being here for a business lunch. Very friendly service. The appetizer platter is an absolute must! A delicious combination of typical Bavarian delicacies. For my main course, I chose the braised ox cheeks. Buttery soft and so tender you could eat them with just a fork. Just the way it should be! A generously sized portion! Quite a challenge after the appetizer. To finish, the Kaiserschmarrn was a must. There were seven of us in total, and everyone received their food at the same time. Excellent service from the kitchen! Highly recommended! Even on a Wednesday evening, you definitely need a reservation!

Servus Heidi is a nice blend of modern and traditional bavarian food and atmosphere. The interior of the restaurant has a warm, old world feeling with nice touches of up to date comfort and decor. The menu is similar with a basis in tradition but there is a slightly upscale feeling to the presentation. Of course the beer is excellent and fresh. The servers were all friendly and called me by name. The semi-traditional server uniforms harking back to older times was nice without coming off as sleezy like this approach often does. I had the Ox Cheek with potatoes and carrots. The food rating would be at 5 stars but I agree with another reviewer that my dish was a bit salty. Nothing offensive, just more salt than needed which slightly took away from the otherwise amazing flavours and textures. I had beer with dinner but should have had red wine. I guess I need to go back! Talking to locals after the fact it was nice to hear Servus Heidi is considered a very good restaurant and a common place for business dinners, which is high praise indeed. If you are in town and want a great meal in a nice atmosphere, stop into Servus Heidi.

This is fantastic example of a Bavarian cultural gastronomy. Worth a stop. Specials were excellent and so we're the standards like the schnitzel!

Always enjoy coming here, especially when I’m at the roomers hotel next door. Both the food and the style of the restaurant follow a modern inspired Bavarian style. I had the Bavarian-inspired spare ribs — super tasty, especially paired with the Oktoberfest beer.

Upon entering, we were told we had two hours, after which the table would be reserved for the next guests. After dinner, less than an hour later, we were asked to pay because the next guests would arrive first. So we were politely kicked out. We couldn't even order dessert. The food was absolutely nothing special, and the portions were rather small. The schnitzel consisted of more bread than meat. Not recommended.

Cool restaurant, but unfortunately we didn't like the food. We had a lot of different options and there were seven of us. The best thing was the bread.

The food is always absolutely delicious. All the dishes are perfectly combined; be sure to try the tartar, it's incredibly delicious, and the service is great, too. Even though our online reservation wasn't confirmed and the place was incredibly busy, we managed to get a seat.

Been to few pubs and restaurants offering "must try" food when visiting Munich and this place was by far the best. It's not on the busy and touristy area but pretty close to a train station.

The food is incredibly delicious. I highly recommend the spinach spaetzle! They have homemade drinks that are super sweet, for example, served in a small milk jug (perfect for Heidi). The service was great, everyone was super friendly—I'll definitely be back!

A superb discovery in Munich. A simple and beautiful showcase of German gastronomy. They have good typical snacks and beers to accompany them. The service is very courteous and we were served in impeccable English.

This Bavarian restaurant offers a modern twist on traditional cuisine with some standout dishes. The slow-braised ox cheeks were a highlight - incredibly tender, served with creamy mashed potatoes, glazed baby carrots, and a rich, flavorful jus. The spinach spätzle were also well prepared and full of flavor. Dessert was a bit of a mixed bag - the Kaiserschmarrn had great flavor but was too dense and gummy, missing the signature fluffiness and caramelization. The atmosphere is cozy, with dark wood and deep green tones, though slightly let down by a large projector playing the Heidi cartoon, which felt out of place and a bit distracting. It was also quite noisy, making conversation difficult at times. Service was warm and welcoming, though a bit slow - we waited 10 minutes or more for drinks on multiple occasions. While the food was genuinely delicious, the prices feel steep: 18 € for a small salad with two tiny pieces of goat cheese, and 28 € for ox cheeks that, while tasty, felt overpriced for the portion size. Overall, a great culinary experience with delicious dishes, but the ambiance and pricing may not match everyone's expectations.

Great Bavarian restaurant, friendly staff and amazing food!

The portions could be a bit larger, at least when it came to the delicious fried potatoes. The taste was delicious, and the chef certainly has nothing to hide. The service was always friendly and very pleasant. However, there were many empty seats, so the waiter kept coming by to check if everything was okay. A bit too much of a good thing for me. All in all, my stay was very positive, and I will definitely come back for another pleasant evening.

Friendly, warm and inviting service with great atmosphere, happy staff and fast service. The starter and main food options are all of top quality with excellent presentation. I was not so impressed with the plum pudding, which was too dense. It is a minor point for an otherwise highly recommended restaurant that serves traditional Bavarian food. The beer selection is really good. Take yourself and your friends or business colleagues here. You will enter and leave this excellent establishment in a very fine mood!

The brewery is fabulous, so the beer available is amazing but they really have something for everyone, including a wheat beer spritz which is delicious. The atmosphere is great. The food is high quality and the amount not stingy for the price and I’d wholeheartedly recommend you make the trip (tram or walk) to visit.

I'm a Canadian who has lived in München, and I enjoyed 2 lovely dinners here with family members. The service was excellent both nights, the food selection very Bavarian and delicious. I will go here again when I'm next in München - I would highly recommend it, not only for tourists.

I waited over 90 minutes without getting any food. The service was terrible. I asked for my food several times, and each time I was told it would be here in five minutes. In the end, I left without getting any food. It's a disgrace. I'll never go back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, I can't agree with the positive reviews. We ordered a starter board, and the contents left a lot to be desired. The Obatzda (traditional Danish) was tasteless, there was no choice of cheese or sausage, and it was definitely too small for four people. I was then looking forward to my fried chicken with potato and lamb's lettuce. But what was served next had nothing to do with that. My fried chicken looked like a genetically modified, compressed schnitzel, and after the first bite, I discovered a long hair in the breading!! Sorry, but that's not okay. We used to go to "Servus heid!" more often, but now it really is "Servus and never goodbye!" for us! What a shame!

We were absolutely thrilled with the quality of the food and the cocktails! We can definitely recommend the salmon trout with beetroot foam and ox cheek with parsley puree. Our waitress was super-responsive and very accommodating. The value for money is debatable. The prices are certainly in line with the quality, but I would say the appetizers are a bit overpriced compared to the main courses. The Kaiserschmarren, on the other hand, was reasonably priced and perfect in terms of both taste and quantity. The only thing that bothered us a little was the noise level around us, but that's just a minor side note. One more thing to mention: we discovered this restaurant through the book Taste Twelve. It presents 12 restaurants in Munich that you can try and eat at special prices. We will definitely be back, even if the prices are a bit higher. Then we won't come as often, but we'll enjoy it all the more. 😀👍

Highly recommended. Incredibly delicious food. I highly recommend the Krusty Wammerl. Cooked for 36 hours. Delicious. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Top!

The food was very good, but the portions were manageable for the price. Service was very attentive and extremely friendly. The ambiance was a cool mix of traditional and modern, but with the disadvantage of a pub: it's very loud.

A somewhat more expensive Bavarian restaurant. The quality of the food, however, is very good. The many different service staff need to coordinate better with each other. There is no internal, fixed assignment of staff to tables, which often leads to duplicate questions about additional requests.
