Very tasty and a lot))) Good service.

The food is incredibly delicious. I highly recommend the spinach spaetzle! They have homemade drinks that are super sweet, for example, served in a small milk jug (perfect for Heidi). The service was great, everyone was super friendly—I'll definitely be back!

This Bavarian restaurant offers a modern twist on traditional cuisine with some standout dishes. The slow-braised ox cheeks were a highlight - incredibly tender, served with creamy mashed potatoes, glazed baby carrots, and a rich, flavorful jus. The spinach spätzle were also well prepared and full of flavor. Dessert was a bit of a mixed bag - the Kaiserschmarrn had great flavor but was too dense and gummy, missing the signature fluffiness and caramelization. The atmosphere is cozy, with dark wood and deep green tones, though slightly let down by a large projector playing the Heidi cartoon, which felt out of place and a bit distracting. It was also quite noisy, making conversation difficult at times. Service was warm and welcoming, though a bit slow - we waited 10 minutes or more for drinks on multiple occasions. While the food was genuinely delicious, the prices feel steep: 18 € for a small salad with two tiny pieces of goat cheese, and 28 € for ox cheeks that, while tasty, felt overpriced for the portion size. Overall, a great culinary experience with delicious dishes, but the ambiance and pricing may not match everyone's expectations.

The portions could be a bit larger, at least when it came to the delicious fried potatoes. The taste was delicious, and the chef certainly has nothing to hide. The service was always friendly and very pleasant. However, there were many empty seats, so the waiter kept coming by to check if everything was okay. A bit too much of a good thing for me. All in all, my stay was very positive, and I will definitely come back for another pleasant evening.

Friendly, warm and inviting service with great atmosphere, happy staff and fast service. The starter and main food options are all of top quality with excellent presentation. I was not so impressed with the plum pudding, which was too dense. It is a minor point for an otherwise highly recommended restaurant that serves traditional Bavarian food. The beer selection is really good. Take yourself and your friends or business colleagues here. You will enter and leave this excellent establishment in a very fine mood!

I first visited Heidi over ten years ago and loved it, so had to come again. The brewery is fabulous, so the beer available is amazing but they really have something for everyone, including a wheat beer spritz which is delicious. The atmosphere is great. The food is high quality and the amount not stingy for the price and I’d wholeheartedly recommend you make the trip (tram or walk) to visit.

I'm a Canadian who has lived in München, and I enjoyed 2 lovely dinners here with family members. The service was excellent both nights, the food selection very Bavarian and delicious. I will go here again when I'm next in München - I would highly recommend it, not only for tourists.

I waited over 90 minutes without getting any food. The service was terrible. I asked for my food several times, and each time I was told it would be here in five minutes. In the end, I left without getting any food. It's a disgrace. I'll never go back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, I can't agree with the positive reviews. We ordered a starter board, and the contents left a lot to be desired. The Obatzda (traditional Danish) was tasteless, there was no choice of cheese or sausage, and it was definitely too small for four people. I was then looking forward to my fried chicken with potato and lamb's lettuce. But what was served next had nothing to do with that. My fried chicken looked like a genetically modified, compressed schnitzel, and after the first bite, I discovered a long hair in the breading!! Sorry, but that's not okay. We used to go to "Servus heid!" more often, but now it really is "Servus and never goodbye!" for us! What a shame!

We were absolutely thrilled with the quality of the food and the cocktails! We can definitely recommend the salmon trout with beetroot foam and ox cheek with parsley puree. Our waitress was super-responsive and very accommodating. The value for money is debatable. The prices are certainly in line with the quality, but I would say the appetizers are a bit overpriced compared to the main courses. The Kaiserschmarren, on the other hand, was reasonably priced and perfect in terms of both taste and quantity. The only thing that bothered us a little was the noise level around us, but that's just a minor side note. One more thing to mention: we discovered this restaurant through the book Taste Twelve. It presents 12 restaurants in Munich that you can try and eat at special prices. We will definitely be back, even if the prices are a bit higher. Then we won't come as often, but we'll enjoy it all the more. 😀👍

had a voucher, which was partially redeemed and we were promised with our signature that we would be able to use the rest of the amount even after the voucher had expired. As soon as we arrived, we found out that the manager at the time was gone, new employees and so we are stuck with the costs. Even though we expressed our concerns at the time, the new management literally shat on the old agreements. I don't find it customer friendly and to be honest very disappointing. The food takes a long time and is really mediocre. We wouldn't dine here without a voucher. A the management: I find it very weak and an absolute rip off. We won't let this happen.

You can find all varieties of siphon beer under the Augustiner brand. The employees are very friendly and try to help you with all your questions as much as they can. The atmosphere and environment are decent.

Yes, I don't know. The food is good, of course. The rest just doesn't fit. The main courses are mini and you actually need three instead of two to fill you up. And the staff also think they are better. Then we were ruthlessly smoked from the next table. Regardless, it was another gastronomic experience where I asked myself why I didn't just cook at home.

The “Heidi” in the name probably comes from the TV series for children that runs on a continuous loop on a screen. Otherwise there is good beer (Augustiner) and decent food. Unfortunately not a “classic” Wiener Schnitzel.

Unfortunately, the spinach spaetzle was too mushy and the so-called Kaiserschmarrn was subpar: far too firm dough, floating in fat, no fluffiness to be seen. Never, ever a Kaiserschmarrn.

The fried chicken with bird salad was very tasty. Given how hungry I was, the portion could have been a little larger. The staff was very friendly and not at a loss to say a few things. For example, our three-minute delay was commented on with “Late, stuck in a traffic jam?” We'd love to come back and try to be there right to the minute next time.

Very nice shop with delicious food and attentive service. Our waiter (Alex) in particular was very present, attentive and always made sure that everything was right. Due to allergies and intolerances as well as stomach problems, I can't eat a lot of things, but he constantly made sure that everything was okay and that I could enjoy some of the food. Highly recommended.

Had the vegan fried chicken which tasted very good. Instead of the potato salad you get a tiny side salad (potato salad is probably not vegan, but it doesn't say that anywhere). And €22 for three very small pieces of vegan chicken, three slices of cucumber and a few lettuce leaves is simply outrageous, even in Munich. I was then allowed to add another €5 for my potato salad.

Update Feb 25, total culinary crash. Service super friendly but overwhelmed. Trendfood home cooking reloaded! Good food with high quality standards! Stylish but not valuable ambience. Just a little too expensive and the portions are too small for the *suburb* and the location on Landsberger Str. Still... Go for it!

Had a great meal with the TasteTwelve book. During the week we were almost the only ones there at 6 p.m. Cozy, traditional furnishings, the food was very tasty and the service was friendly. Recommended!

We waited over 2 hours for the food, not to mention that they got the dates of our reservation wrong. The staff did not understand English. I don't recommend steak tartare - ground. I'm disgusted with dinner.

We reserved the table, confirmed by e-mail, but our reservation was missplaced on day before. They had problem to find a place for 12 people, so they seated us at two separate tables with a stranger couple sitting between them. Half an hour waiting to have our order taken, then hour waiting for the appetizers, and another hour waiting for the main course. Some orders for drinks never appeared. My guests were very displeased and not satisfied with their dishes despite having a huge appetite. A disgrace for both me and the restaurant.

Horrible service!!!! We came in at 6:45pm, waited 15 minutes to place our order. Sat and waited another 45 minutes before the waitress told us our food will be out in five minutes. Another couple came in about 20 minutes after us ordered the same menu items as us. The waitress then told us there was a mistake in the kitchen with our food. So we have to wait another 10 minutes. Meanwhile the other couple got their food. She said we can have a free drink for the inconvenience. Also it’s only limited menu items, not sure how there can be a mistake when everyone is ordering the same thing.

Unfortunately my visit was very disappointing. We had our Christmas party there and unfortunately it didn't go well. The starters were not good in taste. We had three main courses to choose from and the meat course came with a noticeable delay alongside the side dishes. The ice cream for dessert also came as a separate course, so much too late. The service was unmotivated, slow and unstructured. Apparently the kitchen and service were clearly overwhelmed.

It's a mystery to me how this restaurant has such a good rating. I had the Reiberdatschi and the Gmias salad. For dessert, the Kaiserschmarrn. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and friendly service. The Reiberdatschi was an appetizer. Unfortunately it was only ONE friction datschi! I found it to be a bit small. But because it is considered an appetizer, it may be a controversial topic. The salad was tasty, but the salad dressing was hard to taste. For dessert, the Kaiserschmarrn. I have never eaten such bad Kaiserschmarrn in my life. And that in Munich! An overly sugary, very fatty, solid mass. The Kaiserschmarrn consisted of massive, half-raw pieces. Anything but fluffy or airy as expected. It wasn't really edible either. In general, I expected more for a Bavarian restaurant in the middle of Munich. I wouldn't go there again.

Really absolutely recommended. Online reservation worked perfectly. Got a great table in the back for two. Service was nice, drinks and starters went quite quickly. The main course took a while, but was very tasty. Thank you. If we are in Munich again, we will definitely come back. Price wise everything is fair for the quality.

A modern brewery that uses a certain culinary skill to give standard dishes a new taste. The Munich Schnitzel is particularly recommended, as is the Apfelschmarrn.

I had vegan fried chicken. For the 3 pieces with dip and mini side salad (3 cucumber slices, a lettuce leaf, 1/2 cocktail tomato) I find €22 almost outrageous. According to the menu there was supposed to be a potato salad, which was also missing. I was also very irritated that I was only spoken to in English in a Bavarian inn, albeit a modern one. Unfortunately it was also very loud, but the food tasted good.

With a reservation we went to "Servus Heidi" today to mark the end of my birthday. We took our designated seats in the cozy dining room. Because we were there shortly after 5 p.m., we didn't see any other guests. Our drink and food orders were soon taken. Some members of the team were kind enough to congratulate me. Very attentive! Our food, we both ordered the Munich Schnitzel, was brought out after a reasonable amount of time. For me it was a dream: very tender meat with tasty side dishes and more than enough. 🥰 Shortly after we left, part of the service team appeared again and brought me a surprise dessert... I can only say that I felt very comfortable and treated attentively by “Heidi”. Thank you very much to the whole team🙏❣️

Ich war heute mit meiner Freundin bei Heidi. Leider konnte das Essen nicht das halten, was das Ambiente versprach. Mein steirisches Backhendl konnte in keiner Weise überzeugen. Es hatte wirklich nichts mit einem Backhendl zu tun. Für die Qualität einfach zu teuer.

COVID was unkind to many, restaurants especially: seeing that Heidi’s pulled thru we had to make a reservation on this recent trip Fantastic service and food, we intend to be back sooner than 5 years!
