The food is prepared quickly and without love – and you can tell that in the taste. The price-performance ratio is absolutely not right – unfortunately, I don't recommend it.
I ate Käsespärzle months ago, and in my opinion, it was processed cheese. That's not allowed in Austria? Absolutely not. It didn't taste of anything either.
Ordered the Flanmkucgen today—disaster. Thin as paper and just crumbly.
My conclusion: I won't eat here again and can't recommend it.
Very well located in the city center. A great place to have breakfast with friends or family. Large outdoor area, but parking is a bit limited nearby. Not the first choice for a good lunch, but they do offer a variety of small dishes and cocktails. So, better in the evening.
Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We had booked online tickets for 6 people in advance (€5) and received a barcode. However, once we got to the top, we couldn't redeem it: only cash payments were accepted on site. There was a counter, but it wasn't manned. When we asked, we were told the person in charge was on a break and would be there in 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, unfortunately, no one was there. So we couldn't enjoy the view of Leipzig at all and left sadly. It was a real shame, as we were really looking forward to the view.
Food was very tasty and came quickly. Unfortunately, the waitress told us that there is no pizza with cheese on the edge. At that moment, the table next door gets exactly this pizza. Actually, that was the only reason we went there to eat. There was no apology and the waitress tried to avoid the conflict. Too bad.
How can it be that three people (including the shift manager) are working on one order and then an apple turnover and simply THE ENTIRE HAPPY MEAL ARE MISSING? This is completely beyond my comprehension, as this isn't the first time something has been missing, not to mention that the glasses and toys are also completely gone. At least in the Bautzen branch, that was the last time!
Everything is great so far, but if you order with the app and enter the new glasses (which are still there) and the app accepts it but then gets told there are no more, that's really shit....... Because if I get a confirmation after sending the order that the existing ones are there, they should be there too.
When you're greeted at the checkout with a rolling eye and an annoyed groan, followed by the remark, "Next time, please don't fold your money like origami," then I have no sympathy for someone having a bad day. In my opinion, there's a lack of professionalism. Thanks to the cashier who made it clear to me that I didn't want to eat there again.

Das Fleisch, trocken und hart, total fettig.
Sah auch nicht gut aus, eher wie ausm Mülleimer.
