The food is well prepared like in every McDonald's. However, there is no special Mc Cafe area so there is only a small selection of coffee and cake. The service was pleasant and friendly. We received our order quickly. At first glance, the ambience is not to our taste at all, of course we can argue about tastes, but we didn't feel comfortable.

Yes, it got a bit rough. Sometimes you're lucky and get fresh/whole burgers, fries, etc. and most of the time you don't. Otherwise rock solid

I haven't ordered from McDonald's for a while, what I found here is simply outrageous 💁‍♂️ a burger 🍔 halved in size and the price almost doubled 😡

This morning I picked up a large latte macchiato at this branch. There was a winning sticker on the cup, which, to my shock, had already been removed! This must definitely have been done by the staff and something like that must not be allowed. I find that almost bold!

It could be better but child-friendly. Ice is very liquid and little.

Something was forgotten several times during table service, long waiting times, dishes returned full and dirty even though there wasn't much going on.

Be careful what you get packed at the MC drive-in restaurant. Today we had two hamburgers in our bag for €20

Kindness looks different. Everything quick, quick. Ordered coffee from Mc Drive, it was served so quickly that it was overlooked that the wind blew the addition away. Before you could say anything, the window was slammed shut.

Deduction for the guy at MC Drive who repeatedly orders sweet and sour with the chicken nuggets without asking what dip you want with it. I think it's a shame, this minimum level of communication is really not asking too much.

Short stop here today to eat. Unfortunately almost all free tables and benches were dirty. This should definitely be improved. As usual at McDonald's, the food was delicious and the staff was very nice.

It's what you would expect from McDonalds. Only the tables outside could be cleaned more often. They were very dirty when I visited (lunchtime).

The round seating area at the entrance was completely torn and the imitation leather rags smile directly at every guest. From the dirty seating area you can particularly clearly see the cobwebs at the service point. And the play area in the dark is definitely not an experience for children. Keep it up McDonalds!!!!

The food is always good, but the service is not that fast, I always buy in drive, but the delivery is not that fast. But the staff are always friendly. There's a new popcorn soda that's delicious. In my opinion.

Ordered via app for the first time and I have to say, I'm impressed. You fill your shopping cart, get a code that you can use at the checkout or at the drive-thru and have your food in less than 5 minutes. If you pay in advance via PayPal it will definitely be faster. I've already tried different McDonalds, the fries here are definitely crispier and the burgers are better topped!!! The ambience is the same everywhere, so I'll just leave this point out 😉

The restaurant is not recommended, it is too full and, above all, too loud and ordering from the machine is too annoying. However, if you order and pay online, it's lightning fast at the drive-thru. Food is delicious.

Ordered a menu on the drive plus 2.3 other things. Unfortunately we discovered that the fries were missing. Child sad, no longer possible to drive back and complain, were already on the motorway. Next time we'll check directly on site. A pity!

We've actually always been happy so far. But now for the second time in a row there was something wrong with the ice again. The ice cream sat there for almost 8 minutes before the rest of our order was even ready. This meant that the ice was already very liquid so that you could drink it. It's actually a shame because that wouldn't have had to be the case if the ice cream had been made later instead of first and it sat around in the warm.

Food was quite ok. However, this new-fangled habit of no longer handing out drinking straws (Cola with ice cubes is terrible to drink) is not possible at all. EVEN WHEN I QUESTED THERE WAS A CLEAR “NO, DRINKING STRAWS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WITH MILKSHAKES”

It's becoming too expensive for what you get

Otherwise I hardly leave any reviews, but it couldn't have been more unfriendly and the waiting time was long (which I can partly understand), but the Lord... impossible. The food wasn't that cold before and I didn't even realize that at Mc Chicken it was just completely There is little lettuce on it (I know it completely differently from Dresden).

Absolute disaster. Wanted to get food and a line at the terminals. So I went to the checkout area and wanted to order directly. It said above that the checkout area is only responsible for cash payments, please use terminals. On the right it said Order. I stood on the right and waited. Then I looked at the right computer and saw that the display and keyboard were switched on, but completely covered in dust and therefore probably hadn't been used for a long time. So I went to the terminal and tried my luck there. This was a complete failure and a complete waste of time. In the time it takes to order your food there, at least 3 people can order their food directly in the checkout area. I don't understand what this has to do with progress. Exasperated because the technology didn't respond as it should, I went back to the checkout and ordered directly (which according to the signs shouldn't actually be possible). So it took me almost 30 minutes. You definitely won't see me there again.

Been there again after a long time. No waiting time, food delicious but the ice cream from the cardboard boxes doesn't taste good and neither does the wooden spoons.

In itself a nice branch with covered outdoor seating. However, the service was disappointing. First the wrong order was given, then a glass was missing from the correct one, and later it was noticed that the ice cream for the kids was missing. The arrogant employee emphasized several times how sure he was that everything was complete. Only later did it become apparent that two drinks were missing. Very bad experience.

Glow in the Dark glass was no longer available and only after 2 days - it is incomprehensible why, after all these years of glass promotions, the amount of special glasses is still calculated incorrectly.

Absolutely worse service lately. I never used to have to check whether the order was correct. In the last six months I have lost 2 mc chicken and 1 cheeseburger. I then checked every order again and thought to myself, now it seems to be working. Today I'm getting an mc menu that actually requires a glass, but of course these super ambitious employees forgot that again. Please check your orders. Next time I'll block the mc drive until it works. It can't be that difficult.

The cleanliness outside leaves a lot to be desired, as the customers let everything fly around wildly and don't even bend down, the food is just typical fast food from McD, the cleanliness inside is good, service is very fast and friendly despite the full house

Staff who don't see the dirt. Tables are not wiped down. The service car wasn't there. Guests left trash on the table, when the cart was brought by the server, the trash on the tables was ignored. New guests had to clear away the garbage in order to be able to sit at the table. Several service staff walked past the tables without even thinking about clearing the tables. What a work ethic, unbelievable.

Hello I was there for lunch today, I had ordered a MC chicken citizen and medium fries with 2 drinks, but unfortunately there were no drinking straws, very bad because you couldn't drink out of the paper cups anymore, you always had these ice cubes with you on the mouth, was very unpleasant, and the fries were somehow all very small, so this time it wasn't my cup of tea like it used to be.

It's just McDonald's. It's something for the hollow tooth, but you won't get enough. The prices are now too high for that. Otherwise, the Bautzen McDonald's is a solid 3.

5 stars for the employees. We were there yesterday, it was pretty full, but we still got the food quickly. Everything was freshly prepared and very tasty 😋

Today, April 6th, 2024 at 7:15 p.m., the gentleman at the serving counter, a tall man with glasses, a rather slim guy and dark hair, had absolutely no interest in dealing with customers. Please assign this gentleman to tasks that are not in the customer area. After politely asking for a lid for the cup, he doesn't answer, just turns away from it, then after I asked another friendly employee again, he just sits on the counter and turns away again. Just leave such staff at home. Nobody needs such unfriendly and arrogant behavior.

A 0.4 liter milkshake was ordered but I received a 0.25 liter milkshake, a cappuccino was ordered and a latte machiato was received. The result is a bottomless impudence -> there is little going on, but errors still occur

Even when eating in a restaurant, the burger comes to the table half cold and the fries taste like they've been under the heat lamp for ages...

The usual McDonalds offer. But great service: as soon as we sat down we were handed a water bowl for our dog. After our visit, the table and chairs were wiped down immediately (without any visible dirt). The wraps in the usual McDonald’s quality. The visit was worth the drive off the highway!

Got food here for dinner today. When I found a hair on the inside of the paper of my cheeseburger, I accepted it, but when I took a bite there was a hair in the burger. Really bad!!!

I've been there for years and realized that the Bic Mac no longer lives up to its name, just like the MC Rib. It could be that the price is rising and the burger is getting smaller and smaller. 5.99 is a lot for something that doesn't cost 50 cents to produce. I'll never do it myself again!

I haven't been to Bautzen for a long time. Other Mc's have a better handle on cleanliness. My Mc Rip had little sauce and was therefore dry, even though everything is normally standardized.

My burgers weren't stacked, everything was just thrown into the box and there was little to no sauce. I'd rather go to Zittau 💀

Had dinner there with a former work colleague and a few of his friends. After ordering, the food came to the table very quickly and completely. Food and drinks were of the usual quality. Always happy 😊

When we order, we forget to pack at least 1-2 things. When MC is in the center, at least it works to pack everything you order

I was very disappointed when I placed an order at the machine. Unfortunately he didn't take my coupon. I tried to ask the staff for help. Ugh, disgusting... If you want to feel really bad after eating, then welcome! These were the worst burgers we have ever eaten! I have no idea they were from the day before yesterday?,... apart from the incredible rudeness when asked if everything was included, I'm glad that the people after us got the burger, where the new employee wiped his nose with his hand ... Essen hat stark nachgelassen an Qualität. Mehrfach:Preise die un der App angegeben werden stimmen aufeinmal Vorort nicht und selbst auf Anfrage im Lokal und später bei der Betreuung werden mit schwachsinnigen Argumenten abgewiesen.

Sehr schön dort. Die ganze Technik und das freundliche Personal lässt mich die Besuche eine weile lang die Zeit verschönern.

Wie jeder MC... Geschmackssache

Es ist hier schön geworden, Bestellung ging schnell, die Zeit bis das Esse fertig war, war super schnell. Was es garnicht gibt sind Trinkhalme für die Kinder, daher der Punkt Abzug. In anderen Filialen gibt es wenigstens welche aus Pappe, was auch nicht die Wucht ist, aber der Gedanke zählt.

Wie die Produkte schmecken, weiß eigentlich jeder, was mich stört/nervt: wer hat dieses blöde ,,klettergerüst,, aufgestellt, das ist ne Gefahrenquelle, wenn man als Fußgänger unterwegs ist, da man unweigerlich auf die ,,Fahrbahn,, treten muss, um da vorbeizukommen 😡

Die Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend,die Bestellung wurde zückig bearbeitet.

Seit langem wieder mal dagewesen weil die Bestellungen nie geklappt haben.Es hat sich nichts geändert.

Ich hasse es wenn Soßen vergessen werden 🙄 kann doch bei einer 6€ Bestellung nicht ganz so schwer sein.

Im Winter bei kälter mit einer Gruppe, werden die heiß Strahler nicht eingeschaltet da es ja zu viel Strom ziehen würden, beim letzten Besuch wurden diese eingeschaltet ohne Probleme dieses Mal nicht. Verstehe den unterschied nicht zwischen 9 Personen zu 3 Personen.

Standardisiertes MC Restaurant. Personal ist freundlich und flink. Über das Essen muss man glaube ich nichts mehr schreiben. Kennt man eines, kennt man alles

Die Bestell-Terminals sind häufig defekt. Dadurch verlangsamt sich der Bestellprozess und man kann hier nicht mehr von "Fast" - Food sprechen.

Wenn's mal schnell gehen muss ist es super.Muß mich outen als kein Freund von Burger und Co.Da bleiben nur Chicken Nuggets und Pommes, Chicken Wings gibt's ja leider nicht mehr 😋

Essen wie es halt bei McDonald's ist, den Kindern hat es geschmeckt.

McDonalds wie man es kennt, alles in Ordnung. Einen Punkt muss ich leider negativ benennen es liegt in der Umgebung sehr viel Mc'es Müll. Das liegt natürlich an den Kunden, aber es wirft ein schlechtes Bild auf das Restaurant.

McDonalds wie es jeder kennt. Es ist eben kein 5 Sterne Restaurant, trotzdem aber eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Essen ist immer lecker, nur manchmal fehlt etwas, also Bestellung lieber gleich kontrollieren.

Kann man machen auch wenn man kein Fan ist! Es stört nur der etwas hohe Preis für etwas wenig Essen und die viele Verpackung!

An sich alles super aber lieferservice sollte endlich angeboten werden..

Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist sauber. Essen kam schnell und heute habe ich gesehen, dass sogar die Drive In Schalter von außengereinigt wurden. Falls ihr auf der A4 zwischen Dresden und Görlitz (oder umgedreht ;-) ) unterwegs seid, fahrt Bautzen Ost ab. Sind max. 5 Minuten von der Abfahrt entfernt.

Nettes personal, gutes ambiente und das essen ist auch gut. Manchmal ist es zwar lieblos auf einander gesteckt aber das sind ausnahme fälle und kommt auch darauf an wer es zubereitet.
