Yes, what can you say. A portion of fries was missing and a burger was wrong. Of course that's not good. But otherwise things were normal. Get there quickly. Toilets and tables were clean. This is also a good place to go with children.

Saturday evening and a lot going on. Dirty tables and sticky floor and after asking two employees to wipe down our table I did it myself. There was also some confusion when ordering, even though we ordered at the terminal and everything was written correctly on the receipt.

The round seating area at the entrance was completely torn and the imitation leather rags smile directly at every guest. The food is always good, but the service is not that fast, I always buy in drive, but the delivery is not that fast. But the staff are always friendly. There's a new popcorn soda that's delicious. In my opinion.

Ordered via app for the first time and I have to say, I'm impressed. You fill your shopping cart, get a code that you can use at the checkout or at the drive-thru and have your food in less than 5 minutes. If you pay in advance via PayPal it will definitely be faster. I've already tried different McDonalds, the fries here are definitely crispier and the burgers are better topped!!! The ambience is the same everywhere, so I'll just leave this point out 😉

We've actually always been happy so far. But now for the second time in a row there was something wrong with the ice again. The ice cream sat there for almost 8 minutes before the rest of our order was even ready. This meant that the ice was already very liquid so that you could drink it. It's actually a shame because that wouldn't have had to be the case if the ice cream had been made later instead of first and it sat around in the warm.

Food was quite ok. However, this new-fangled habit of no longer handing out drinking straws (Cola with ice cubes is terrible to drink) is not possible at all. EVEN WHEN I QUESTED THERE WAS A CLEAR “NO, DRINKING STRAWS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WITH MILKSHAKES”

Absolute disaster. Wanted to get food and a line at the terminals. So I went to the checkout area and wanted to order directly. It said above that the checkout area is only responsible for cash payments, please use terminals. On the right it said Order. I stood on the right and waited. Then I looked at the right computer and saw that the display and keyboard were switched on, but completely covered in dust and therefore probably hadn't been used for a long time. So I went to the terminal and tried my luck there. This was a complete failure and a complete waste of time. In the time it takes to order your food there, at least 3 people can order their food directly in the checkout area. I don't understand what this has to do with progress. Exasperated because the technology didn't respond as it should, I went back to the checkout and ordered directly (which according to the signs shouldn't actually be possible). So it took me almost 30 minutes. You definitely won't see me there again.

First the wrong order was given, then a glass was missing from the correct one, and later it was noticed that the ice cream for the kids was missing. Hello I was there for lunch today, I had ordered a MC chicken citizen and medium fries with 2 drinks, but unfortunately there were no drinking straws, very bad because you couldn't drink out of the paper cups anymore, you always had these ice cubes with you on the mouth, was very unpleasant, and the fries were somehow all very small, so this time it wasn't my cup of tea like it used to be.

Today, April 6th, 2024 at 7:15 p.m., the gentleman at the serving counter, a tall man with glasses, a rather slim guy and dark hair, had absolutely no interest in dealing with customers. Please assign this gentleman to tasks that are not in the customer area. After politely asking for a lid for the cup, he doesn't answer, just turns away from it, then after I asked another friendly employee again, he just sits on the counter and turns away again. Just leave such staff at home. Nobody needs such unfriendly and arrogant behavior.

The usual McDonalds offer. But great service: as soon as we sat down we were handed a water bowl for our dog. After our visit, the table and chairs were wiped down immediately (without any visible dirt). The wraps in the usual McDonald’s quality. The visit was worth the drive off the highway!

Got food here for dinner today. When I found a hair on the inside of the paper of my cheeseburger, I accepted it, but when I took a bite there was a hair in the burger. Really bad!!!

I haven't been to Bautzen for a long time. Other Mc's have a better handle on cleanliness. My Mc Rip had little sauce and was therefore dry, even though everything is normally standardized.

Essen hat stark nachgelassen an Qualität. Mehrfach:Preise die un der App angegeben werden stimmen aufeinmal Vorort nicht und selbst auf Anfrage im Lokal und später bei der Betreuung werden mit schwachsinnigen Argumenten abgewiesen.

Sehr schön dort. Die ganze Technik und das freundliche Personal lässt mich die Besuche eine weile lang die Zeit verschönern.

Wie jeder MC... Geschmackssache

Es ist hier schön geworden, Bestellung ging schnell, die Zeit bis das Esse fertig war, war super schnell. Was es garnicht gibt sind Trinkhalme für die Kinder, daher der Punkt Abzug. In anderen Filialen gibt es wenigstens welche aus Pappe, was auch nicht die Wucht ist, aber der Gedanke zählt.

Seit langem wieder mal dagewesen weil die Bestellungen nie geklappt haben.Es hat sich nichts geändert.

Wie die Produkte schmecken, weiß eigentlich jeder, was mich stört/nervt: wer hat dieses blöde ,,klettergerüst,, aufgestellt, das ist ne Gefahrenquelle, wenn man als Fußgänger unterwegs ist, da man unweigerlich auf die ,,Fahrbahn,, treten muss, um da vorbeizukommen 😡

Die Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend,die Bestellung wurde zückig bearbeitet.

Ich hasse es wenn Soßen vergessen werden 🙄 kann doch bei einer 6€ Bestellung nicht ganz so schwer sein.

Im Winter bei kälter mit einer Gruppe, werden die heiß Strahler nicht eingeschaltet da es ja zu viel Strom ziehen würden, beim letzten Besuch wurden diese eingeschaltet ohne Probleme dieses Mal nicht. Verstehe den unterschied nicht zwischen 9 Personen zu 3 Personen.

Standardisiertes MC Restaurant. Personal ist freundlich und flink. Über das Essen muss man glaube ich nichts mehr schreiben. Kennt man eines, kennt man alles

Die Bestell-Terminals sind häufig defekt. Dadurch verlangsamt sich der Bestellprozess und man kann hier nicht mehr von "Fast" - Food sprechen.

Wenn's mal schnell gehen muss ist es super.Muß mich outen als kein Freund von Burger und Co.Da bleiben nur Chicken Nuggets und Pommes, Chicken Wings gibt's ja leider nicht mehr 😋

McDonald's 👍 Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Überdurchschnittlich sauberes Restaurant. Wir waren innerhalb von drei Tagen zweimal hier essen🤙Wir kommen gerne wieder✌️
