McDonald's in Bautzen

How can it be that three people (including the shift manager) are working on one order and then an apple turnover and simply THE ENTIRE HAPPY MEAL ARE MISSING? This is completely beyond my comprehension, as this isn't the first time something has been missing, not to mention that the glasses and toys are also completely gone. At least in the Bautzen branch, that was the last time!

I don't even know where to start! First, what's already been mentioned here: Some of the burgers are so badly thrown together that you can't even recognize them as such. With larger orders, you can bet that at least one thing is missing from your order. No joke, if it weren't for that one particular employee who runs after you every time, apologizes 100 times for her colleagues, and even gives you something out of her own pocket, I would have taken that time off countless times. If something like that happened to me at work, I'd be out of here faster than I could blink! And just a few days ago, what felt like the worst thing in ages happened: We wanted to get some ice cream, and with it – as indicated in the app – a portion of whipped cream. We got our ice cream, and the whipped cream – runny and warm – was peppered into coffee cups. On top of that, this stuff just came out of a spray can – absolutely disgusting! If you're going to have a separate section called "Mc COFFEE" and act like a barista, then you can't be serious about offering whipped cream! Stirring together a bit of fresh whipped cream WITHOUT 500kg of sugar can't be such an overwhelming extra effort!

We just stopped for a moment and got coffee. It was delicious. We can't say anything about the food, but it looked ok. The service at the checkout was very nice. Kind regards 😘

The burger didn't look appetizing and was just "thrown together". Half the lettuce wasn't on the burger and everything had slipped. Even before the main time, the dish trolleys were overcrowded.

Very dirty, food the worst of Mcdonalds- old fat, no glasses included in the set. I recommend staying away from it .😢 The only plus - nice young people on service.

I ordered two large sets on one ID card. After the first set was brought, the ID badge was taken away. The employee didn't know where to deliver the second set. I had to look for my kit. There is no soap in the men's bathroom and the tap water is cold.

Extremely bad service now, when I get the wrong order at the mcDrive, the guy then runs after me and mixed up the orders, and there was no rush today at 2 p.m.!!! I don't think you'll see me around any time soon!!!

Low expectations still exceeded! You have one task: to assemble a double chicken burger in such a way that it doesn't look like complete garbage. The picture speaks for itself, right? The employee couldn't count to 2 (double), nor did it look remotely appetizing. 2 stars because at least it was warm.

Chic outdoor area with children's playground. Clean inside. Fast service. Modernly designed.

Relatively crowded because it's on a highway and this McD had a lot of flies. We had to change places because it was unbearable. Still, the staff was relatively friendly, but I wouldn't really recommend it. It's better to continue driving for 10-15 km and you'll be more satisfied. My 20 chicken nuggets were lukewarm. Rating: 2.5 stars

Things are always missing when you order. It's especially annoying when you take it home. I've never had an order here that was complete. The staff always seems annoyed and overwhelmed and the food is almost always lukewarm. There are much better branches.

During a visit to this branch, despite apparently sufficient staff, several tables were dirty. The staff happily and motivatedly brought the orders to different tables in pairs, but the dirty tables they walked past were ignored.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Your many employees seem to be overwhelmed when someone doesn't just order a Coke and a burger. Today we were missing: 1 Happy Meal (plus 2 toys), 1 Bic Mac and 1 Coke! That's easily 12€ and unfortunately it's (almost) always like that! Why are your employees so unfocused if everyone worked like that? We will avoid this branch in the future.

Very very disappointed. Unfortunately, it's not the first time that extra requests have been accepted and you have to pay extra for them, but then it's nothing. For 2 burgers, extra salad and extra sauce were ordered and paid extra for, but in the end there was no salad and no sauce at all Why pay extra if there's nothing in the end? Apparently every burger at ToGo has to be checked on site. At the terminal, reusable cups were ordered for drinks and we were given paper cups, which fortunately were exchanged when we noticed.

I ordered a chicken burger with bacon without salad to take away then I got home and with the first bite I realized that the hamburger was without bacon, with salad and even spicy... I threw it away straight away. I'll never buy again

Contrary to the many negative reviews, we were really positively surprised by this McDonald's. We were 3 people passing through and had our late lunch here. The food was quickly prepared and brought to our table. The employees were super friendly and accommodating. The food was freshly made - you could tell especially from the fries. We were only missing a sauce, but that wasn't a problem when we asked. Another employee checked with us every now and then to see if everything was OK and he checked and wiped down the tables after each guest. The music was super pleasant and women's toilets were clean. All 3 of us agreed that of all the McDonald's experiences, this was our best! Any time. Best regards :)

Very good location right next to the highway. You can easily leave your car in a free, very large parking lot. Free, clean toilet, only lines at the cash register for food. Cheeseburger is much more expensive than in Polish McDonald's, over PLN 10.20, and in Poland PLN 6.90.

Unfortunately, the food has become extremely poor, it simply tastes nothing and it almost hurts to eat, it's always ok for a while, but in the last few months what you've been given has just been rubbish

Ordering at the terminal is generally fine with ordering to the table. Everything fine. After a while they even asked if everything was okay. Class! Only the toilet is broken again, the soap dispenser didn't work and, as always, cold water to wash your hands.

The fries used to taste much better than they do today at all McDonald's branches. The service is good, always friendly. The ambience is also good, nice and bright.

Since I work in a food company myself, I was shocked to see several men with full beards working directly on the product without a beard bandage. From a hygienic point of view, this is a disaster. According to the Food Ordinance of 2006, all companies in the food industry, catering and system catering are obliged to have a Haccp concept and this includes the beard bandage. Especially when the food is obviously being worked on in front of the customer. Since McDonalds now also charges high prices for food for its guests, as a customer you can expect a flawless hygiene concept and its application.

Food was miserable, chicken nuggets weren't fresh, tasted old, fries were almost raw, iced tea tasted like water and the worst thing about the women's toilet was there weren't even towels, hand soap and there was no toilet paper so we had to use our own tissues. The floor and tables were not clean. No longer worth a visit and a waste of money!!! And almost no German service personnel left...

Boss is very nice. Food came quickly. Everything great. It's a shame that there's only coffee/capuccino as a coupon and not coffee, cappuccino or cocoa, and also that you're no longer allowed to choose the toys yourself.

I see the comparison with the other branches in the East Saxony region and I have to honestly say that this location in Bautzen is miserable and also saves a lot on the ingredients (except for the salad, you open your burger and look at it, you think to yourself : I didn't order an iceberg lettuce burger at all) 🤦🏼‍♂️ I'll avoid the location from now on

Saturday evening and a lot going on. Dirty tables and sticky floor and after asking two employees to wipe down our table I did it myself. There was also some confusion when ordering, even though we ordered at the terminal and everything was written correctly on the receipt.

Apart from the fact that the debit card payment didn't work that day (technique) and you can no longer order at the counter, it was great and finally there were a lot of German employees who understood us and that we understand

The food is well prepared like in every McDonald's. However, there is no special Mc Cafe area so there is only a small selection of coffee and cake. The service was pleasant and friendly. The round seating area at the entrance was completely torn and the imitation leather rags smile directly at every guest. From the dirty seating area you can particularly clearly see the cobwebs at the service point. And the play area in the dark is definitely not an experience for children. Keep it up McDonalds!!!!

Ordered via app for the first time and I have to say, I'm impressed. You fill your shopping cart, get a code that you can use at the checkout or at the drive-thru and have your food in less than 5 minutes. If you pay in advance via PayPal it will definitely be faster. I've already tried different McDonalds, the fries here are definitely crispier and the burgers are better topped!!! The ambience is the same everywhere, so I'll just leave this point out 😉

We've actually always been happy so far. But now for the second time in a row there was something wrong with the ice again. The ice cream sat there for almost 8 minutes before the rest of our order was even ready. This meant that the ice was already very liquid so that you could drink it. It's actually a shame because that wouldn't have had to be the case if the ice cream had been made later instead of first and it sat around in the warm.

Food was quite ok. However, this new-fangled habit of no longer handing out drinking straws (Cola with ice cubes is terrible to drink) is not possible at all. EVEN WHEN I QUESTED THERE WAS A CLEAR “NO, DRINKING STRAWS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WITH MILKSHAKES”
