We had lasagna and carbonara today. Two dishes that are as simple as they are easy to mess up. We've been to so many Italian restaurants, but none have impressed us with the taste. It was incredibly delicious, and the service was very attentive. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent. After a long journey, we stopped in Bautzen to stretch our legs and have a bite to eat. A superb choice here.

Unfortunately, we received the wrong dish. We were given a table next to the foosball table, even though it was very empty; when foosball was being played, it was impossible to have a conversation.

Frozen food, very dirty environment... rude waiters... poor quality products... I do not recommend this restaurant which has nothing Italian about it.

Second time stopping here. Very good food, excellent ingredients. It's a shame some of the waiters are down and sometimes unhelpful... you can have a bad day. But the food is top notch.

The server was simply extremely unfriendly, even when taking my order. He couldn't tell me what flavors of ice cream were in the fruit bowl, and he didn't want to ask the kitchen because apparently they always use different flavors. He made absolutely no effort, and the other tables felt the same way. The ice cream bowl arrived garnished with pineapple chunks, the shell of which had white mold spots and the flesh was already an inch brown and spoiled. Disgusting to even send something like that out. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo. The ice cream bowl went back. In fairness, I have to say that the two other servers were friendly. Still, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

We were on the terrace one evening in August and were served by a waiter who was incredibly rude, something I've never experienced before. One shouldn't take one's bad mood out on the guests. We definitely won't be coming back.

We were able to sit outside and enjoy the lovely ambiance on the market square. The food was served quickly, was hot, and very tasty. This is a wonderful place to dine in beautiful surroundings.

Hospitality felt like it was a low priority today... Customer interaction was reduced to rude one-word questions...unfortunately... The chocolate sauce in the chocolate ice cream sundae had a strange aftertaste... Next time, I'll try the ice cream shop across the street...

Whenever I'm in Bautzen (for work), I've been going to Le due Terre for about nine years now. Authentic Italian, consistently high quality, and always excellent.

The food and service are excellent. The location, right next to the town hall, is fantastic. The seating is great both inside and outside.

I had reserved a table for my birthday. We were seated upstairs. The atmosphere here is unfortunately very cold and unappealing. It took a long time for the waiter to come over and take our orders. The food arrived more or less on time, but the garlic was simply forgotten on the pizza, even though it was specifically listed on the menu. I had this pizza once before, and the garlic was very noticeable and the pizza was therefore very tasty. Not the slightest trace of it this time. When I asked, the waiter seemed very annoyed and sent us!!! to the kitchen to get more garlic. I then got a micro portion. All in all, the food was okay, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. You don't feel welcome. This was the last time I eat here.

The food was okay, but I don't approve of the pricing. I ordered the fish of the day... but with a different side dish. My understanding is that they're offset against each other. No!!! HERE they calculate things differently. I only got part of the standard dish (i.e., the fish without potatoes and without grilled vegetables), but I had to pay the full price, plus my desired side dish... And all of this without any proper explanation beforehand... It's a shame, the waiter was very friendly, but apparently couldn't convey this to his boss... So keep your eyes peeled when changing side dishes!!!

Excellent Italian cuisine and very friendly staff

There's nothing bad to say about the food. However, the proprietor manages to increase the bill with clever tricks. If you naively order Parmesan (there's virtually no pasta in Italian cuisine without Parmesan), the bill will add a whopping €2, mind you, for a small jar of grated cheese. What's particularly perfidious is that the rather cold-looking waiter doesn't even point out this practice, which is truly unique for an Italian restaurant. The proprietor has many other ways to generate additional costs: Why not charge extra for plates, napkins, and cutlery? Even a cushion on the seat incurs additional costs. Why not let the guest share in this? After all, there are laundry costs! So please: Ask in advance what additional costs will be incurred. Ultimately, the proprietor does the same thing that can be observed everywhere: They separate costs to make the offer seem cheap, but then recoup the money in other ways. Long live Italian hospitality!

We visited Salvatore in Bautzen for the first time in a long time. The quality of the food was still very good, although some items on the menu were unavailable. The overzealous cashier was a bit annoying, as we still had drinks and didn't need to get up right away in the empty restaurant...

The food was fantastic and the plate was empty. I'd happily go back again.

Absolutely fantastic food! We ended up here by chance in the evening. This Italian restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating is located right in downtown Bautzen. We got a table for 4 and were served straight away. The selection of food and drinks is good, pizza, pasta etc... there is something for everyone. It's also nice that in addition to the "usual" Italian dishes, there are also a few on the menu that you don't always find. There are also special children's meals on the menu. After a short wait, four hot and appetizing dishes were in front of us. Everything tasted great. Great seasoning, crunchy vegetables and soooo juicy, tasty meat. Really delicious. The prices are definitely reasonable. The service was good, but I would have liked a little more friendliness.

My pasta was tasty, although too al dente for my taste. The pizza is more than filling, but cutting it is really tiring in the long run. It would be nice if it was already pre-cut. The ambience was very good, we sat for a long time and had a good chat.

Wir wollten einfach auf der Terrasse ein Kaffe trinken und einen Drink nehmen. Der Platz lädt geradezu zum Verweilen ein. Kurz, der Kaffe war erstklassig , das Eis schmackfaft. Ein großer Teil der Drinks war gestrichen, da keine Grapefruit vorhanden (Südfrüchte halt). Der Kellner hatte offenbar einen schweren Schicksalsschlag zu verarbeiten oder war einfach nur der unmotivierteste Mensch am Ort. Schön wäre es auch, wenn Preise auf der Rechnung und der Karte indentisch sind.

Espresso, cake, cappuccino - that's all we wanted on a sunny Friday in March. Waiter very service-oriented, friendly, quick to help. Only the cake order didn't work out at all. Without a word we got the wrong piece. A conversation ultimately led to unexpected goodwill. We would like to thank you for that. We would be happy to come back - because - misunderstandings are human.

The restaurant door was constantly open, so we were sitting in a draft. At around 10 degrees Celsius, it was very uncomfortable. The service was unfriendly. Our glasses were empty for a long time. We wanted to order more drinks, but we didn't because no waiter showed up. The food was delicious. All in all, I wouldn't go back. There are better restaurants in Bautzen.

Unfortunately we sat in a draft because the restaurant door remained open at 10 degrees. The waiter was very unfriendly and reluctantly served us across the table. We were really barked at so much that we almost left before dinner. However, it surprisingly tasted really good. That was our only consolation.

Food: Rigatoni with bacon excellent, lasagna very cheesy but not bad. Price: The cheaper meals are relatively inexpensive, but not a bargain. Ambiance: The ambience is very pleasant during the day. I have often been to different areas of Italy and very often I was able to enjoy the food there. In the beautiful town of Bautzen I found this wonderful restaurant, which completely impressed me and my family. Friendly employees with typical Italian charm and humor and, above all, of course, the culinary creativity and first-class ingredients perfectly suited our taste. Thank you very much for this convincing culinary delight and for the successful evening. We will be very happy to be your guests again.

Expectations for this restaurant were not high. Italian restaurant in Germany. But it turned out to be something completely different. An original Italian restaurant with Italian staff. A really pleasant surprise but also a reminder of Italy. It's really nice to taste familiar dishes again, but also to talk in the language we know. Great coffee as well as Aperol spritz and Negroni were as they should be. The coffee is more than excellent. And we love coffee and know what it must be like. We decided on pizza and carbonara dough. And we were not wrong. Excellently prepared and I can say how delicious. A small complaint about the cheese. But the pizza is still great. We were satisfied with the service. Fast and professional. Maybe because we know Italian. Prices in line with expectations and almost the same as Italy. Limoncello at the end delighted us and invited us to come again. And we will definitely come when we are in the vicinity.

The four of us entered the restaurant and were greeted somewhat confusedly by the staff and seated at the table in a rather derogatory manner. When a gentleman took our order, he seemed annoyed. Since one person in our group ordered in broken German and didn't immediately understand the waiter's question as to whether he wanted white wine or red wine, the waiter again reacted with irritation and pushing. To the next person in our group, the waiter waved his hand to signal that we should hurry up. We really didn't take any time when ordering... The other waiters who brought our food were friendly. We asked for a bowl of olives and were given a plate with a lettuce leaf on which were green, rather boring, unmarinated olives. When our unfriendly waiter came to our table to charge us, he said "Pronto" in the first second. Food was okay, service subpar.

We had a table of four for dinner. The service was rude, telling my friend to hurry up while choosing her dinner. My friend got a bowl of raw pitted olives without spices and not pickled, basically fresh from the tree. The cannelloni I had was okay, but I could have cooked them at home with the same quality. Overall, I don't have a reason to go to a restaurant here.

I always feel bad about writing a negative review because (hopefully) no chef or waiter's goal is to provide poor service. Unfortunately, both were the case that evening. The dishes, especially the pasta dishes, are, to put it mildly, "monotonous". “Pasta with cherry tomatoes” is simply pasta in a chunky tomato sauce. In my imagination, beef fillet strips are strips of beef fillet that are fried whole and then cut into strips. This is more like sliced ​​meat, which was not fried, but was most likely cooked in tomato sauce. One can only speculate about the quality of the meat...I was only able to try 2 strips before I lost my appetite and had to return the food. The pizza that followed was "ok", which should not be the claim of an Italian restaurant. Here the quality should at least be above a pizza from a kebab shop, which was not the case with the pizza I ordered. It also becomes critical when the waitress conveys stress by immediately and urgently demanding the order, even though as a group you would prefer to order together (there were latecomers) and then eat together later. I don't understand why you give your guests the feeling that you are disturbing them and keeping the staff from finishing work. Conclusion: This restaurant is not worth a second visit. The operators should rethink their standards in terms of quality and service, since their central location in Bautzen means they are often the first point of contact for newcomers and tourists. In the end you are only hurting yourself and promoting the competition.

Finally an Italian restaurant that is REALLY run by Italians (from Sicily) and it shows: Charming, nice, attentive service, whether it was starters, pizzas or fish - each of us was completely thrilled with our food. Very, very nice staff, fast and friendly service. Bruschetta was also delicious. Not too expensive and great central location. The interiors are also very attractive and certainly very suitable for celebrations such as birthdays/Christmas parties. We were there at the beginning of August and had a lovely time with Aperol Spritz in a summer atmosphere.

We then ate our food cold, but a culinary highlight didn't make up for it.

Just sat outside (didn't see the inside atmosphere), ordered Rigatoni Bolognese, pasta wasn't al dente and would have been fine, sauce with minced meat tasted good, very little cheese (extra cheese = €2 more), paid €11+ ;; ;;; I also ordered Pizza Bella Italia for €12+ (with tomato sauce, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil): very expensive for a standard pizza. Pizza was very tasteless, the fat slices of tomato made the pizza float in water, I haven't had such a watery pizza anywhere, the whole topping fell off automatically and the little blob of mozzarella unfortunately couldn't save anything...a total of €24.90 for Paid for the fun and waited for over 30 minutes with low guest frequency for such little things...that's not possible, it's a shame
