We didn't eat anything, but the cocktails were delicious. There's also a special section with vegan cocktails. Perfect for me, who is lactose intolerant.

The restaurant is beautiful, the staff nice and friendly, and the food delicious. What I find particularly disappointing, however, is that the "Brazil" restaurant, aside from its name, has nothing to do with Brazil or authentic Brazilian cuisine. So, anyone looking for authentic Brazilian food will be disappointed. Nevertheless, I always enjoy coming back 😀 Best regards

The food was delicious, the portions large, and definitely plentiful. Problems with your own employees shouldn't be shouted across the store (that's what I experienced).

The value for money is absolutely not there. The portions are small for what is sometimes a high price! I wouldn't go there again!

I was really excited to visit because I'm uploading content to Instagram and wanted to write a good review about it. I was at the restaurant with a large group. The food was served, and I asked the waiter if it was actually my dish, because it seemed a bit odd. However, he assured me that it was mine and everything was fine. Shortly afterward, I had to take an urgent call and left the table for a moment. When I returned, I still had doubts about whether it was really my dish. After taking only one bite, I thought to look at the menu—and that's when I realized there had been a mistake. When I asked the waiter about it, he simply said that my dish had been accidentally swapped with my husband's, but that it was "the same" since we were together. No—it is not the same. My husband ate his requested dish, but I wanted to eat my dish, not his. I then simply asked the waiter to please take the plate away. I simply didn't want it anymore. I had literally only taken a single bite. The plate then sat on the table for 40 minutes, while the waiter came back several times and gave me excuses: 1. The plate was swapped with my husband's, and since he was my husband, I just had to tolerate the situation. 2. Then he came back and said that because I had already tried it, I had to pay for the plate – even though I had asked twice if it was really the dish I ordered. What bothered me most about the whole situation wasn't even the mistake with the food itself, but the fact that the plate simply wasn't cleared away, even though I had politely requested it several times. I wanted to chat with my friends and enjoy the evening – but instead, I was constantly interrupted. After 40 minutes of back and forth, the waiter finally took the plate and offered me a new dish. But after 40 minutes, I simply didn't want a new dish; I just wanted the plate – a dish I hadn't ordered – finally cleared away. It's also important to note that the reservation was made in advance via email—and each guest specified exactly which dish they wanted that day. That means my preferred dish was written down, well in advance. And yet, my dish was swapped—I even had to look at the menu myself to figure out the waiter's mistake, even after asking twice. At least they served a good piña colada. I don't know if I'll give this place another chance in the future.

The portions were manageable. It was okay, but it really could have been accompanied by some decorations or salad or something similar. Very nice staff! But the prices for drinks and food are unfortunately really unreasonable!

Brazil is a very nice restaurant. The food and drinks are excellent. The staff is very friendly. The ambiance could be improved a bit for my taste. It should be renovated or spruced up a bit. Highly recommended.

As a Brazilian, you go to a Brazilian restaurant full of expectations of experiencing a bit of home through the culinary side of things, and then? Yes, you're bitterly disappointed! The staff isn't Brazilian, and the menu is very German! The real shocker, however, was that the piece of cake (raspberry cream) you ordered was actually a defrosted Copenrath & Wiese cake, for which they charged €4.90. Disappointment all around 🫤.

Given Brazil's reputation, I'm rather dissatisfied. While the ambiance is nice and the staff friendly, the food wasn't good. The wait was over an hour (it was also quite busy, but that's not what a good restaurant should expect). The steak was ordered medium, but it was already cooked. The taste was only mediocre. For the price you pay, including the wait, you could eat better elsewhere. It's a waste of money.

We waited an hour and a half for our food, which ended up being cold and not particularly tasty for the price. The staff didn't listen properly and forgot our orders. Don't order the Shepherd's Burger, even though it's the house special; it's really sad.

I only went to Brazil to prevent dehydration. It's perfect! Friendly service, a good selection of drinks, and guaranteed good food. If, according to the poster, they "sizzle" a steak at 800°C to the desired degree of doneness...the guys in the kitchen must be really good. ;o)

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner at the Hat Festival a few weeks ago and were thrilled. We were a large group, and it was incredibly busy. A table was immediately set up for us, and both the drinks and food came quickly. Thank you so much for that.

Second time to come this restaurant but it’s so disappointed this time. We sitting outdoor as there was no more table available. But we waited for the food for 45 mins!!! It was windy and chilly outside. I just kindly ask if they had an indoor table. If not, if they got more blankets and when the food would be ready. The guy then gave me an unpleasant eyes sight and murmured in German which I don’t understand and then went away. That made me feel uncomfortable and felt it’s a racist. Luckily a waitress really understood what we need. She explained there were no more blankets and at least told me the food was almost ready. Not gonna lie, sitting outdoor in a windy night waiting for hot food for 45mins is not a joke. She kindly offered us an indoor table but we already started eating and at that moment, we just wanted to finish the dinner quickly and go. She definitely was the only one who provided good service ,better than that guy.

I was there today with my family, and it was a wonderful afternoon. I'd especially like to highlight the service team: Our waitress was full of good humor, took time to joke around with the kids, and explained the menu to us with palpable enthusiasm. Her genuine smile and joy in her work perfectly rounded off the pleasantly relaxed atmosphere.

We waited over 1.5 hours for our food. The kitchen is apparently understaffed and so the food came cold... paying €25 for a burger with fries is also pretty steep. Then I can fly to Brazil and back again lol. Not again.

Unfortunately, the service was pretty bad, from the drink and food ordering to the fact that we didn't get the rest of our food even though we were promised it. Overall, we waited a lot. The food was okayish. The fries were really crispy and tasty, the vegetarian burger wasn't anything special and is not recommended. Unfortunately the lamb was very tough and the sauces weren't right. Overall, probably not a repeat, nothing you go to the restaurant for.

Went here today with friends. Got a table at short notice on Saturday. My steak as ordered. Friendly service. As is generally the case in Chemnitz, the prices (food and drinks) are slightly above average. This was also confirmed to us by our friends from Fürth. That's just how it is in Chemnitz. All in all, a successful visit for us and a recommendation from me. We will come back just because of the steaks, because they were really tasty.

Yes, had a super relaxing evening.

We went for lunch today in a group of eight people. The daily changing menu had three dishes for the entire week, with a vegetarian dish, a salad and a meat dish. In addition, there is a fourth meal to choose from every day. The food was tasty, although the portion could be larger for very hungry guests. But still big enough to fill you up. In total we were in the restaurant for just under an hour and everything went very quickly and was recommended!

A very nice restaurant, chic atmosphere and nice service. The dishes were very appetizingly prepared and delicious. Cocktails are also recommended. All in all, a restaurant worth visiting. I recommend booking a table in advance.

Wenn man so liest scheint sich seit 2022 bis heute 01/2025 in Sachen Qualität nichts geändert zu haben!?Es sei man es nicht nötig.Das allein kann nur die Geschäftsführung wissen.Ich habe meiner Freundin zum Geburtstag einen Gutschein fürs Brazil geschenkt.Heute wollten wir ihn umsetzen.Tisch für 12 Uhr reserviert.Gern hätte man in der dritten Etage die Aussicht auf den Klostermarkt genossen.Leider war aber alles schon „ausgebucht“ zumindest sagte das die Webseite.Pünktlich sind wir um 12:00 Uhr aufgeschlagen und stellen ziemlich schnell fest das auch ohne vorher zu reservieren genügend Plätze unbesetzt waren.Wir waren quasi mit Personal gerade 4 Personen!!!!Wir nahmen Platz und orderten Getränke.Die waren ohne zu meckern lecker.Ich bestellte einen Brazil Chilli Burger mit frittierten Süßkartoffeln.Die Freundin gönnte sich eine Gemüsepfanne mit geriebenen Hirtenkäse.Es dauerte nicht lange und die Speisen wurden aufgetragen.Optisch sah es prima aus kann man nichts sagen.Aber der Schein trübte uns Sekunden später.Zuerst vernahm ich einen fischähnlichen Geruch wahr“konnte nicht orten woher er kam“.Die Fritten waren trocken und fast kalt.Der angebliche Rinderburger war aus unserer Sicht TK ebenfalls trocken und die Konsistenz wie vom Vortag.Sämtlicher Belag wie „geschmolzener Käse“ eher Kaugummi die Röstzwiebeln bekommt man auch beim Chinese ums Eck aufs Essen.Mein Körper rebellierte schon nach dem ersten Bissen.Das Brötchen Staub trocken der Geschmack war nichts an einem Burger gelehnt.Es war alles kalt.Die Bedienung bemerkte meine Enttäuschung und nahm es mit in die Küche.Eine Lösung gab es nicht das angeblich in den Burger gesteckte Thermometer sagte „alles top“.Ich habe nichts gegessen.Der benannte Geruch wie Fisch kam aus dem Burger.Da läutete ich das Finale ein.Die Gemüsepfanne meiner Freundin war ebenso kalt geschmacklos es fehlte an allem.Also bei Mc Donald hätte ich es wirklich frisch und warm serviert bekommen.Ich hatte richtig Ekel und wollte zügig das Lokal verlassen.Einen Pluspunkt gibt es da wir nur die Getränke bezahlen mussten.Nun haben wir noch immer 6€ Guthaben über vom Gutschein LoL…Fazit…Leider kommen wir nicht wieder ins Brazil.Für die Preise solch eine Qualität anzubieten..sehr gewagt.

Cool atmosphere, with a great South American feeling. The staff are on their toes and super friendly. The black bean soup was a poem😍😍 The spare ribs with fried potatoes and sour cream were good, but very easy to recognize as classic convenience products. Unfortunately, the cocktails were prepared with far too much ice and the 40 euro bottle of wine was simply placed on the table without proper wine service. Still very nice, gladly again and thanks to the team for the lovely evening!

Been there again for ages and, like back then, was discreetly disappointed. My partner had a rump steak, which one would think, the way steaks are advertised there, they should be terrific. Well....ordered medium and got it completely cooked through and slightly charred. The fries for my burger were just lukewarm and the meat reminded me of that from various snack bars, it was dry and tough. My friend had zero carbon dioxide in it...probably poured together from leftovers, not particularly great. Christmas music was playing on a continuous loop, and during the time we were there we heard each song about 3 times and at a somewhat unpleasant volume.

Good food, very nice and courteous service, in a nice atmosphere. What more could you want? The spare ribs were too dry, the tomahawk was very good. So still 5 stars.

We were there 3 weeks ago and unfortunately this time we were very disappointed. The number of staff didn't match the ratio of guests at all and as a result there were long waiting times for the drinks for the breakfast brunch. You stood up the stairs and rowed for a long time to eat and when it was your turn, unfortunately a lot of things that used to be filled up more quickly were empty. In addition, the dishes were only cleared when we asked and were already piling up. We've been there a few times but this time will definitely be the last time.

I have eaten here many times and overall I am very satisfied. The food is usually excellent and the macchiato tastes fantastic – a real highlight. The menu is not particularly extensive, but the dishes on offer are of high quality and really tasty. However, there are sometimes small weaknesses in the service, especially when it is very busy. It can happen that you wait longer for your food. A pension application might be a good idea because you would have plenty of opportunity to fill it out at your leisure while you wait. I also had to wait up to half an hour for the coffee at times. That's why I now order two cappuccinos at once to save myself the waiting time. However, the ambience is very inviting, cozy and makes you feel comfortable. A little bit more “zigzag” in the service would make the experience perfect. But all in all a clear recommendation for good food and great coffee in a pleasant atmosphere!

This is the second time we have been on a business trip to Chemnitz and stopped at this beautiful bar both evenings. The service is great, the atmosphere invites you to linger for a while, and the drinks are definitely worth the money. We would come back there at any time.

When entering the restaurant, the bartender seemed more annoyed than excited to welcome guests. The burger consisted of a lot of lettuce and a mini meatball that you had to look for under the lettuce. Unfortunately I didn't get enough. I then passed this on to the kitchen. Answer from the service person: Then you should have ordered side dishes with it. For the price and quantity, the burger was too expensive.

Very nice service, quick and friendly and also available for a bit of fun. The food was very tasty, plentiful and we didn't have to wait long. The homemade lemonades are also highly recommended. We would be happy to come back when we are here again and would be happy to recommend it to others.
